The Effect of Physical Training on Increasing Kick Speed in Taekwondo Athletes
The objective of this study was to investigate the impact of physical training on the improvement of kicking speed in Taekwondo athletes. A pre-test and post-test design was utilized, wherein athletes were asked to perform physical ability tests based on a training menu created for the study. The results of the post-test were compared to the pre-test results to assess the extent to which the athletes' endurance and agility had improved as a result of the treatment. The data analysis methodology employed in this study included calculating the mean of the pre-test and post-test data, calculating the standard deviation of the difference, and performing a paired t-test. The results demonstrated a significant increase in the mean number of kicks from 6.10 to 8.90, indicating that the treatment enhanced the athletes' performance. The higher standard deviation in the post-test (1.91) compared to the pre-test (0.74) suggests that, although athletes' abilities generally improved, there was greater variation among athletes in terms of the extent of their improvement. The results of the paired t-test demonstrated a statistically significant difference between the mean values of the pre-test and post-test, indicating that the treatment significantly enhanced the athletes' kicking speed. The T-count value recorded was -8.51, which was compared to the T-table value generated using a 15% significance threshold and 2.228 degrees of freedom. The conclusion drawn from this study is that a treatment regimen of two weeks or six meetings can improve the ability to perform the dollyo chagi kick-in Taekwondo athletes
The Effect of Balance Ball Exercise On Handling Lower Back Pain In I-Fit Indonesia Members In Central Jakarta
This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Balance Ball Exercise in alleviating lower back pain among members of I-Fit Indonesia, Central Jakarta. Lower back pain, characterized by discomfort and muscle spasms in the lower back, often disrupts the balance between the abdominal and paravertebral muscles, limiting mobility. This condition is prevalent among I-Fit Indonesia members in Central Jakarta. Balance Ball Exercise is an approach that utilizes a stability ball to potentially reduce back pain and strengthen core, gluteal, and back extensor muscles, which may contribute to alleviating symptoms of lower back pain. The research employs a quantitative, one-group pre-test-post-test design with a sample of 12 members from I-Fit Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. The primary measurement tool, a goniometer, assesses range of motion (ROM) by determining the angle between bone segments at the maximum point of movement. Data analysis includes tests for normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. The results indicate a positive effect of Balance Ball Exercise on managing lower back pain. Analysis using a paired sample t-test shows that balance ball training significantly influences pain reduction, with a significance value of 0.000 (p 0.05), indicating a positive relationship between balance ball training and lower back pain relief. These findings suggest that Balance Ball Exercise can be a beneficial intervention for lower back pain among I-Fit Indonesia members, providing an accessible method to enhance core stability and manage pain
Improving Learning Outcomes in Volleyball Games With Problem-Based Learning at SMAN 9 Pangkep
The research aims to determine the improvement in learning outcomes for volleyball underpasses using the problem-based learning model at SMAN 9 Pangkep with a sample size of 33 (thirty-three) class XI students obtained through a purposive sampling technique using test equipment, namely knowledge tests and skills tests Passing below as a source of initial data and final research data. This research is classroom action research which consists of 4 stages, namely; (1) planning; (2) action; (3) observation; and (4) reflection using several cycles (pre-cycle and cycle I) to see student improvement after being given a learning model. problem-based learning. The results of the research showed that in the pre-cycle activities, the number of students who completed their studies was 7 students and 26 students did not complete their studies or 21% of students completed and 79% of students completed their studies. In cycle I there was a significant increase in student learning completeness to 33 students who completed or 100%. Conclusion: The problem-based learning model can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball underpassing for students at SMAN 9 Pangkep
Implementation of Ball Feeling to The Results of Dribbling Agility in Football Games

The Relationship Of Leg Muscle Power To Lay-up Skills In Jabar XIII POPDA Basketball Players, Karawang District
Based on the analysis that the authorities saw on the POPDA XII JABAR 2023 most teams entering points is using lay-up skills. Data analysis is a technique of processing data from the results of research data. Then the data is processed and analyzed to test the research hypothesis. Once the test scores have been obtained, the scores are compiled, processed, and analyzed. So from that the researchers chose to use three tests, that is, there is a normality test with Kolmogorov Smirnov, then there's a correlation test and the last one uses a hypothetical test to find the hypothesis of the research. And it can be said that from the data results of this test, there is a relationship. And the last test results of the hypothesis then it is known that the value of the significance of the power of the body muscle against the skill lay-up is 0.733 which means it is not equal to 0 and means it has a strong relationship because with the sum of values between 0.600 – 0.799.
