Measurement of Athletic Physical Activity In 100-meter Sprint Running Numbers In Students
This study aims to determine the results of measuring athletic physical activity in the 100-meter running number. This type of research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach and using percentage data analysis. The sample used was all students of class VII, totaling 70 students. The instrument in this study used a test that measures physical activity in the 100-meter run by measuring speed (100-meter run), endurance (1000-meter/800-meter run), strength (sit ups and push ups), and flexibility (sit and reaches). Data analysis techniques were processed by using normality and percentage tests using computer assistance (excel) and the SPSS 22 program. Based on the analysis of the percentage of data obtained from the results of physical activity running the 100-meter run, this is in a good category with a result of 60.2%. By getting each result that is for speed 70%, endurance 41%, strength 80%, and flexibility 50% the average yield is 60.2% in the good category. The results of this study imply that even if the results of measuring physical activity in the 100-meter run are good, then the results of the speed in the 100-meter run will be good and can support the daily activities carried out by students

Percentage results are presented as data analysis. The results showed that the dominant coach leadership style used at SSB Baleendah Selection was the democratic coach leadership style of 58% and the authoritarian coach leadership style of 42%. This study concludes that the democratic coach's leadership style is the more dominant leadership style applied to soccer schools, specifically at the age of 13 years
The Effect Of Resistance Band Exercises On Leg Muscle Power In Basketball Athletes At The Bekasi Sniper Basketball Club
This research experienced difficulties when jumping for lay-ups and jump shots, therefore the researchers wanted to provide training using resistance bands to increase leg muscle power when jumping during lay-ups and jumps. shoot this type of research uses experiments with a quantitative approach and one group pretest-posttest design. The population was 30 athletes and the sample was 24 athletes using total sampling techniques. Test the instrument using a vertical jump tool. The data analysis technique uses the normality test, homogeneity test and Wilcoxon test with SPSS IBM 21. The lowest value obtained from the pretest results was 49.00 and from the posttest results was 52.00. data pretest-posttest powerSniper Basketball athlete's limbs have a p-value (Sig.) > 0.05. data pretest-posttest powerSniper Basketball athlete's limbs sig value. p > 0.05, so the data is homogeneous. t count is 5.454 and t table (df 21) 2.069 with a significance p-value of 0.000. Because the t count is 5.454 > t table 2.069, and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, then this result shows that there is a significant difference. Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) reads―There is a significant effect of practice use of resistance bandstopowerSniper Basketball athlete's limbs. It can be concluded that there is an influence of resistance bands on leg muscle power in Bekasi Sniper Basketball Club player
Physical Fitness Assessment Using the TKPN Method for Male Students at SMAN 01 Hulu Gurung Kapuas Hulu Regency
Male students aged 15-16 years at SMAN 01 Hulu Gurung have low physical fitness levels. This is evident from their body mass index status, flexibility, muscle strength, and cardiovascular endurance. This situation can affect the learning process of physical education at school. This study aims to determine the physical fitness of male students at SMAN 01 Hulu Gurung, Kapuas Hulu Regency, within the age range of 15-16 years. The study design used a cross-sectional method, where 91 male students aged 15-16 years were given the TKPN (National Student Fitness Test) method. Data collection involved five test items: (1) body mass index, (2) v sit and reach, (3) sit up, (4) squat thrust, and (5) pacer test. The results showed that 55 students (60.4%) were in the normal category for body mass index, 46 students (51%) were in the low category for the v sit and reach, 40 students (44%) were in the low category for sit up, 33 students (36.2%) were in the low category for squat thrust, and 59 students (64.9%) were in the very low category for the pacer test. Therefore, physical fitness assessments need to be conducted at the beginning of the learning sessions so that the student's physical fitness status can be identified and improved through physical activities at school

The Effect of Drill Form To The Wall on The Accuracy of Passing The Inside Foot of PERBI FC Football Players
This study aims to solve the problem of drill training forms on the accuracy of passing the inner foot so that players have good passing quality and are right in the direction of the ball's goal. The sample of this study is PERBI FC Football players in the Bandung Regency area. The number of samples of this study is 30 PERBI FC players, this research test consists of 1 type, namely the inner foot passing accuracy test where the accuracy of passing must be measured, and the passing accuracy test with a distance of 10 meters. Lack of passing accuracy in the game of football, this drill exercise can have the right influence on the accuracy of passing in the football game. In line with the title of the research that the researchers took, this study uses the Experiment method with the research design using one group pretest-posttest design, because to find out the influence and magnitude of the influence of the results of the research taken. Effects of Myofascial Release and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) on Decreasing Pain in The Condition Myofascial Pain Syndrome Upper Trapezius Muscle
Myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) refers to soft tissue pain resulting from irritation of local points within the skeletal muscle and myotendinous junctions. MTP produces pain with any activating stimulus (direct or indirect trauma), causing local and referred pain, tenderness, motor dysfunction, autonomic phenomena, and hyperexcitability of the central nervous system. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) and Myofascial Release (MR) intervention in reducing pain in patients with Myofascial Pain Syndrome of the Upper Trapezius Muscle. Methods: Case study with pre and post-test research design that compares the pain values before and after being measured with a measuring instrument Visual Analog Scale (VAS) to determine the effect of Myofascial Release (MR) and Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) on the condition of Myofascial Pain Syndrome in the Upper Trapezius Muscle for 4 weeks Result: the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis indicated that P<0.05, with a P value of 0.000. Therefore, it was determined that in patients with Upper Trapezius Muscle Myofascial Pain Syndrome, there was a difference in pain levels before and after receiving physiotherapy techniques such as Neuromuscular Taping (NMT) and Myofascial Release (MR)
The Effect of Handgrip and Resistance Band Training on The Accuracy Ability of Table Tennis Forehand Drive Seen From the Speed Of Hand Reaction
This study aims to determine the effect of Handgrip Exercise and resistance band exercise and hand reaction speed and the interaction of both on the accuracy of forehand driveability in FIKK UNM students. This study was conducted using a field experiment method through Handgrip Exercise and resistance band exercise in FIKK UNM students. The sample was obtained through a random sampling technique, namely, respondents were selected using a lottery system. From the lottery system, 40 samples were obtained into the Handgrip Exercise group, 20 samples, and the Resistance Exercise group, 20 samples. The data generated from the test and measurement were analyzed using Two Ways Anova with the help of SPSS 22.00. From the results of Two Ways Anova, it can be proven that: 1. There is a difference in the effect of Handgrip training and resistance band training on the accuracy of Forehand drive table tennis in FIKK UNM students., 2. There is a difference in the effect of high hand reaction speed and low hand reaction speed on the accuracy of Forehand drive table tennis in FIKK UNM students., 3. There is an interaction between Handgrip training, resistance band training, and hand reaction speed on the accuracy of Forehand drive table tennis in FIKK UNM students., 4. There is a difference in the accuracy of Forehand drive table tennis between high hand reaction speed using Handgrip training and resistance band training in FIKK UNM students., 5. There is a difference in the accuracy of Forehand drive table tennis between low hand reaction speed using Handgrip training and resistance band training in FIKK UNM students
