Validity Of Physical Test Items Skates Sports Branch East Java Regional Training Center 100
Roller skating competition is one of the sports competitions that slide at a certain speed using shoes that have wheels on the bottom as a means. Roller skating is a branch of sport that requires prime physical condition. The right form of Physical Test will help analyze which physical components need to be improved in supporting the ability to compete in roller skating. This study aims to analyze the validity of the items of the roller skating physical test and how much influence it has on the technique for East Java roller skating. This study is a non-experimental type of Quantitative Development Research, namely development research with a correlational design model. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method for 10 male and female roller skating athletes from East Java. From the 10 athletes, physical test data were taken and then analyzed using factor analysis, reliability testing and multiple regression testing with the help of the SPSS statistical program. The results of the study showed that out of 12 physical items after being analyzed, only 6 items were declared valid and could be analyzed. The results of the Extraction value showed that all items had a value of >0.5 or 50%. For the results of the PCA extraction, the factor formed was 1 with an eigenvalue of 5,063. Then the results of the reliability test showed a value of 0.868 > 0.60. For the results of the Multiple Regression Test, the R Square value showed a value of 0.960 or equal to 96% with Details of the contribution of effective influence on the 6th roller skates. The variables are chin up 2%. Vertical Jump 29%, Triple Jump 29%, Peak power 7%, Wattbike 28% and Single Leg Squat 2%
Efforts To Improve Learning Outcomes Of Basic Techniques Of Pencak Silat Scrick Kicks Through Use Of Pecing Media In The Classroom VIII.A State Middle School 14 Tanralili Maros District
This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of basic pencak silat sickle kick techniques in the martial arts sport of pencak silat through the utilization of pecing media tools in class VIII.A students of SMP Negeri 14 Tanralili Maros Regency, the research used is class action research. This research method is Classroom Action Research which consists of 2 cycles and 1 pre-cycle as an initial observation. Data collection techniques using observation, namely looking for classes that have low levels of learning completeness, tests using sickle kick assessments, and documentation. The results of the research in the initial observation with a total of 32 students reached an average learning outcome of 71 with 37.50% of students completing. Cycle I learning outcomes reached an average of 76 with 53.12% of students complete. Cycle II learning outcomes reached an average of 81 with the number of students completed by 93.75%. The conclusion that the basic technique of pencak silat sickle kick with the use of pecing media can improve student learning outcomes
Implementation Of The Independent Curriculum In Physical Education Learning In Ciasem II State Primary Schools
This research aims to explore how the Merdeka Belajar curriculum is applied in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) learning at Ciasem 2 elementary schools. This research highlights the problem where the Ministry of Education and Culture has issued regulations regarding the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the main data source involving the school principal, PJOK teachers and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis involving data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The data collection instrument also involves testing the validity of the data and testing credibility. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PJOK learning has been carried out optimally. However, there are obstacles related to teachers' understanding of the concept of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum and the lack of preparation by teachers in implementing it. The successful implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PJOK learning is very dependent on the willingness to change following government regulations and the ability to see existing potential. However, Merdeka Belajar's learning planning does not fully follow theory and does not demonstrate the use of CP (Learning Outcomes), ATP (Learning Objective Flow), and MA (Teaching Modules) in the learning process
The Effect of Sneaking APE and HOP Exercises on Scrick Kicking Ability in BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes
Based on data results, the influence of Sneaking APE and HOP Training on Scythe Kick Skills in BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes. is from the results of the analysis From the T-test data, the sneaking and Hop training test on the Crescent Kick Skills of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes obtained the value of the paired T-test variable test data. Sneaking Ape and Hop Training on the Crescent Kick Skills of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes obtained the sneaking value N ( sample ) 15 people, has an initial value of 77.3333, a final value of 89.4667, a difference of 12.1333 with a sig value of 0.000. It can be interpreted that the effect of sneaking training on the Sickle Kick of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes has an influence with a difference of 12.1333, from the paired T-test test data the hop training variable on the Sickle Kick of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes obtained a hop N value (sample) of 15 people, has an initial value of 77.1333. The final value of 79.7333, difference of 2.60000 with a sig value of .000. It can be interpreted that the effect of hop training on the sickle kicks of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM athletes has an influence with a difference of 2.60000 and the paired T-test test data for the Sneaking Ape and Hop training variables on the sickle kick skills of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM athletes obtained a value of N (sample) 15 people, have a sneaking difference of 12.1333 and a difference value of 2.60000 with a sig value of .000. It can be interpreted that the effect of sneaking Ape and Hop training on the Scythe Kicks of BKMF Pencak Silat FIK UNM Athletes has a greater influence, Sneaking Ape training is because it has a bigger difference involving 30 samples divided into 2 groups
Implementation of Differentiated Learning to Improve The Results of Football Shooting Techniques In The Learning of Physical and Sports Courses of Grade X Flores Students of State High School 1 Palopo
The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of students' football shooting techniques and how to improve the material of basic football techniques by using differentiated learning. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The instruments used are 1) a Learning style test, and 2) a Football shooting technique test. The research design uses the Kemmis & McTaggart model. The implementation of the action includes four steps, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation of Action (Action), 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. Based on the results of research at the pre-cycle stage, the results of the learning style of students with an average of students with a kinesthetic learning style of 66.3 or 24 students, a visual learning style with a percentage of 25% or 9 students, and an auditory learning style with a percentage of 8.3% or 3 students. The percentage of the results of the assessment of football shooting techniques cycle 1 with an average student score of 74 with 42% completeness. Then in cycle II, it increased with an average student score of 86%. So it can be concluded that the application of differentiated learning can improve the results of students' football shooting techniques
The Effect Of Circuit Training On Cardiovascular Endurance In The Rasoex Cikarang Basketball Team
Basketball is a sport that relies on individual skills and teamwork in attack and defence. One important component in the success of a basketball game is physical condition, especially cardiovascular endurance. Good cardiovascular endurance allows an athlete to maintain optimal physical performance in high-intensity matches. This study aims to examine the effect of Circuit Training on increasing cardiovascular endurance in the Rasoex Cikarang basketball team. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a Purposive Sampling technique involving 13 participants. The training program was carried out for 4 weeks with 16 training meetings carried out routinely. Before and after the training program, cardiovascular endurance was measured to determine the effect of training on its improvement. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 24 with the Paired T-Test to see the difference in cardiovascular endurance scores before and after training. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the cardiovascular endurance of participants, with an average increase of 7.43% after participating in Circuit Training. These findings indicate that Circuit Training can increase cardiovascular endurance capacity, which has a positive effect on the performance of basketball athletes, especially in facing high intensity during matches. Thus, Circuit Training can be an effective training method for improving the physical endurance of basketball athlete
Development of Push-Up Board Aids as an Alternative to Bicep and Tricep Brachii Muscle Training in Karate Sports
In the sport of karate, there are punching movements that focus on the athlete's muscle strength. To get maximum punches, proper muscle training is needed, the muscles used for this punch movement are the biceps and triceps brachii. There is an innovative tool that can be used as an alternative training tool for karateka athletes, namely the push-up board tool which has been developed according to the needs of karate athletes. This research was carried out to find out the feasibility of the push-up board tool to help karate athletes train their biceps and triceps muscles, to find out the practicality of the push-up board tool in karate athletes' push-up training, to find out the effectiveness of the push-up board tool as an alternative push training up board. This research uses the Research and Development research and development method with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation model. The data collection techniques used in this development research are direct observation and data analysis techniques using validity analysis techniques for the products produced and product trial analysis that has been produced in the development research. The results obtained in this research are an average feasibility of 80% based on tests by media experts, media practicality of 85.25%, and 85.5% effectiveness based on trials on respondents
The Effect of Resistance Band And ABC Drill Exercises on The Frequency And Speed of Scrick Kicks of Pencak Silat Athletes Puslatcab Pagar Nusa Surabaya City
This research was based on my visit to Puslatcab Pagar Nusa, Surabaya City, at that time the athletes were practising sparring and I saw a lack of speed in their crescent kicks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Resistance Band and ABC Drill training on the Frequency and Speed of crescent kicks of Puslatcab Surabaya City athletes. This study used an experimental method with a "pretest-posttest design" design. The sample in this study was 20 male pencak silat athletes from Puslatcab Surabaya City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and was divided using an ordinal pairing frequency test, with several criteria as follows: a) male gender, b) Age 14-17 years, c) pencak silat athletes from Puslatcab Surabaya City. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon signed rank test. The study showed that: 1) there is an effect of Resistance Band and ABC Drill training on the Frequency and Speed of Crescent Kicks of Puslatcab Surabaya City Athletes, with a significance value (Asymp. Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 for both data pairs, namely the frequency and speed of the crescent kick. This significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) there is an increase. From the change in the average pretest results of the pretest frequency variable research which got an average of 16.2, for the post-test results the frequency variable got an average of 17.2 so that there was a difference of 1 point, then it was stated that there was an increase of 6.17%. And while for the speed variable, the pretest got an average of 5.903, for the post-test results the speed variable got an average of 6.142, so there was a difference of 0.239 points, then it was stated that there was an increase of 4.03%. Suggestion: You can apply Resistance and ABC Drill exercises considering that these exercises not only have the potential to increase Frequency and Speed but are also relatively easier to do and develop further
Application Of Audio-Visual Media To Passing Ability In Extracurricular Futsal
Basic techniques in futsal games in the form of passing movements, dribbling, shooting, heading, control, all of these movements were very influential in futsal games. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence of the application of audio-visual learning media on the passing technique of futsal sports. The sample in this study is all extracurricular participants in the SMP Negeri 2 Jatiwangi futsal sport branch, totally 30 students. The results of this study indicate that the application of audiovisual media to the ability of SMP Negeri 2 Jatiwangi extracurricular passing has increased with the resulting t count of 11,803 and the t-table of 1,699. The result is that the value of t-count t-table so that the post-test can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the results of the pre-test and the results of the post-test so that the hypothesis can be accepted. and the application of audiovisual media to the ability of SMP Negeri 2 Jatiwangi extracurricular passing experienced an increase
Analysis of Sports Interest Among Sports Science Students of Makassar State University Class 2022-2023: Questionnaire Approach And Its Implications
This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the sports participation interest among students of the Sports Science Department at Universitas Negeri Makassar for the 2022-2023 academic year. The research utilizes a quantitative approach with a descriptive method, aimed at providing an objective picture of students' interest in physical activity. The data was collected using a closed-ended questionnaire distributed to 100 students, with a Likert scale used to measure attitudes and perceptions regarding their involvement in sports. The results revealed that the majority of students were aware of the importance of exercise for physical and mental health, with 90% acknowledging its significance. However, only 40% of the respondents reported being highly motivated to exercise consistently. The study found that social support from family and friends played a key role in encouraging students to engage in sports. On the other hand, barriers such as inadequate sports facilities on campus, time constraints due to academic schedules, and financial limitations were identified as significant obstacles. Despite these challenges, 85% of students recognized the psychological benefits of exercise, including stress reduction and increased productivity. Based on these findings, the study recommends improving campus sports facilities, offering structured sports programs, providing financial support for sports participation, and increasing awareness of the psychological benefits of physical activity. The findings provide valuable insights for universities to develop policies that promote a more active lifestyle among students, particularly those in the field of sports science
