The objective the study was to know N uptake potential by weed and sweet corn at no-tillage system. Design used in the experiment was CRD (Completely Randomized Design) with 4 X 3 factorial pattern replicated three trials. Two factors treated were nitrogen fertilizer dosage of four levels, those are (0, 100, 200, 300 kg Urea ha-1) and no-tillage system. The result indicated that there were dominated weeds, shifting from Digitaria Cilliaris to Synedrella nodiflora (L) Gaertn. And Cyperus rotundus L. TOKSISITAS DAN DAYA HAMBAT EKSTRAK BIJI NIMBA (Azadirachta indica A. Juss) TERHADAP LARVA NYAMUK Aedes aegypti L.
The toxicity and development inhibition of neem seed extract (Azadiracta indica A.Juss) on the Ae.aegypti larval has been studied. The study has been carried out to find of the toxicity of neem seed extract and the effect on development of Ae.aegypti larval. The toxicity was tested by using bioassay test. Determine of LC50 used by probit analysis. The effect of neem seed extract on development of the Ae.aegypti larval tested by using experiment design was randomized completely design. The result of study showed that LC50 – 24 hours, LC50 – 48 hours, LC50 – 72 hours and LC100 – 24 hours value respectively were 62.4 ppm, 38.4 ppm, 28.8 ppm, and 235 ppm. In the sub lethal concentration of neem seed extract was not effect on the Ae.aegypti larval development. The survival rate of the Ae. aegypti larval until the adult emergence 60 percent reduced significantly at 47 ppm of neem seed extract
