    ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini begitu pesat dikarenakan sangat memudahkan aktivitas manusia. Hal tersebut telah menyentuh berbagai aspek kehidupan termasuk dunia medis salah satunya Electronical health record (EHR). Salah satu fitur utama dari EHR adalah informasi kesehatan dapat dibuat dan dikelola oleh penyedia resmi dalam format digital yang dapat dibagikan dengan penyedia lain yang lebih dari satu organisasi kesehatan. Dikarenakan EHR dapat diakses lebih dari satu organisasi perawatan kesehatan diperlukan tanda yang melekat pada informasi kesehatan yang tidak bisa dihilangkan dan menjadi identitas rumah sakit pengirim. Dalam hal ini teknik watermarking dapat digunakan untuk menyisipkan identitas rumah sakit pengirim kedalam citra informasi yang dikirimkan. Pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan watermarking dengan menggunakan metode Discrete Sine Transform (DST), Lifting Wavelet Transform (LWT) dan Single Value Decomposition (SVD). DST dan LWT akan memproses citra medis. Citra medis sebagai host akan disisipkan dengan citra watermark pada proses SVD. Pada skenario tertentu citra terwatermark akan diberi serangan untuk mengetahui ketahanan yang dihasilkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah citra medis yang sudah melalui proses watermarking menggunakan metode DST-LWT-SVD dan pengujian dengan menggunakan beberapa jenis serangan. Nilai dari parameter yang dicari adalah PSNR 54,3953 dB, SSIM 0,9737 MSE 0,658, dan BER 0,1696 pada kondisi tanpa ada serangan.
