No full textMotivasi kerja kerja dapat dilihat dari data kehadiran karyawan dan data keterlambatan karyawan yang ada didalam perusahaan, dilihat dari data kehadiran dan data keterlambatan karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero). Dari data yang diperoleh dapat dikatakan bahwa kehadiran dan keterlambatan karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) terbilang cukup baik disetiap bulannya. Sedangkan untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan pada penelitian ini menggukan Key Performance Indicator dan preliminary kuesioner.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Jakarta serta pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Jakarta.
Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif menggunakan IBM SPSS 20. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan 272 sample karyawan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling sedangkan teknik sampling menggunakan teknik sampling acak sederahana (Simple Random Samping).
Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa secara parsial motivasi intrinsik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi ekstrinsik secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ekstrinsik memiliki pengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Diharapkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel lain seperti budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen karyawan. untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek lainnya yang tidak dibahas pada penelitian ini, dan juga dapat menggunakan metode penelitian lainnya seperti analisis jalur dan analisis SEM. Saran untuk perusahaan untuk memberikan creativity training yang bertujuan untuk memberikan peluang bagi para karyawannya untuk mengeluarkan gagasan sebebas mungkin yang bersifat rasional.

No full textCountless books on proposed management practices have been written and published over the past century. Some of these have focused on specific management practices for government. In more recent decades, the topics of strategic planning, performance management, cost management and risk management have been extensively covered. However, little has been offered as an approach to integrate these and numerous other management methods and practices in a manner that maximizes the delivery of value to the organization’s key stakeholders. A general management framework is presented in this book in a manner particularly applicable to government organizations.
Value-Based Management in Government introduces a new, integrating framework for management practices that optimizes the balancing of results sought; resources supplied and allocated; and risks accepted. These considerations are all balanced for the purpose of delivering maximum stakeholder value. The book offers guidance on how strategic planning, performance management, cost/resource management, and risk management must all be integrated as part of a portfolio management framework across the organization. The book also discusses the role of information technology (IT) in providing data for insights and decision-making, and the importance of organizational change management to implement the needed organizational and behavioral changes.

Ketidakkonsistenan beberapa Perguruan Tinggi di Tanah air untuk memasukan Mata Kuliah Pancasila dan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di dalam Kurikulum Perguruan Tingginya, ancaman intoleransi, didientegrasi, masuknya faham radikaliasme dan terorisme di dalam lingkungan kampus. Mahasiswa dan Dosen semakin mengelami kehilangan arah dalam menegakan pancasila sebagai ideologi Bangsa, sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya dekadensi moral dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.
Pelestarian Pancasila dan implementasi Nilai-nilai Butir Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dalam berbangsa dan bernegara dimulai dari Perguruan Tinggi. Memberikan Mata Kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Sebagai Mata Kuliah Wajib (Mata Kuliah Flat Merah) sesuai dengan Undang Nomer 12 Tahun 2012 tentang Pendidikan Tinggi yang wajib diberikan di semua Jenjang pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) maupun Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS).
Terbitnyan buku Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan di Perguruan Tinggi ini saya sambut dengan baik, karena buku ini akan memperkaya keperpusakaan, perbendaharaan dan pencerahan pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pengimplementasian nilai-nilai kebangsaan bagi sivitas akademika di Kampus yang saat ini semakin pudar.
