t´el´em´edecine, comprenant un site web d´evelopp´e avec Next.js et une application mobile
compl´ementaire d´evelopp´ee avec Kotlin. Le syst`eme propose une solution innovante
pour le march´e alg´erien, permettant aux patients de consulter des m´edecins `a dis tance via des consultations vid´eo, tout en b´en´eficiant d’un suivi m´edical personnalis´e
graˆce a` l’application mobile. La plateforme facilite l’enregistrement des param`etres vi taux quotidiens (glyc´emie, tension art´erielle, poids, etc.), g´en`e re des rapports d´etaill´es
et des visualisations statistiques, et offre des recommandations personnalis´ees comme
l’ajustement des doses d’insuline pour les patients diab´etiques. Ce travail explore les
d´efis techniques et fonctionnels rencontr´es lors du d´eveloppement, ainsi que les per spectives d’´evolution dans le contexte m´edical alg´erien

Réalisation d’une interface pour le contrôle de qualité des accélérateurs linéaires en radiothérapie
Get PDFLe contrôle de qualité des accélérateurs linéaires constitue une étape fondamentale pour
garantir la sécurité et la précision des traitements en radiothérapie. Ce mémoire porte sur
l’utilisation du dispositif d’imagerie portale électronique (EPID) pour la réalisation des
contrôles de qualité et la vérification des différents paramètres des accélérateurs linéaires.
Une interface a été développée pour automatiser certaines vérifications essentielles, telles
que la détermination précise de la taille de champ et l’analyse du positionnement des
lames du collimateur multilames (MLC) à partir des images DICOM. Les fichiers au
format .asc ont également été utilisés pour tracer les profils de dose et les courbes de
pourcentage de dose en profondeur (PDD), permettant de calculer plusieurs paramètres
dosimétriques : la symétrie, la planéité et la pénombre. Ce travail vise à faciliter le
traitement des données, à optimiser le suivi de la performance des accélérateurs et à
promouvoir l’intégration de ces outils dans les procédures de contrôle périodique
Peer Observation as the Ultimate Tool to Carry out Continuing Professional Development: Case of EFL Teachers in the Department of English at the University of Tlemcen
Get PDFThis study aims at investigating the impact of using peer observation for EFL teachers
in higher education. In this study, the main objective is to explore teachers’ views
regarding the implementation of peer observation to carry out continuing professional
development. For this reason, an exploratory case study was conducted with EFL
teachers in the department of English at the University of Tlemcen. Data were
collected through a questionnaire that was administered to ten teachers and a semistructured interview was conducted with the only expert in Teacher Education
Development at the department of English. After analysing the data, the results
revealed that EFL teachers hold positive views regarding this investigative procedure
as it is effective in improving teaching practices and has a significant impact on their
professional growth. This finding confirms the researcher's hypotheses, which likely
centred around the positive impact of peer observation on teacher development

The Importance of Teaching Culture in Building EFL Students’ Pragmatic Competence: Evidence from a Telecollabration between ECU (USA) and Tlemcen University (Algeria).
No full textThis study delved into the impact of pragmatic competence on English as a
Foreign Language learner's communication, particularly exploring the role of cultural
knowledge in overcoming pragmatic failure. Many English Language learners
experience misunderstandings while interacting with natives of the English language
that arise due to factors like limited cultural awareness. This investigation aimed to
understand the reasons behind these failures and explore how integrating cultural
teaching into Foreign Language Teaching could be a potential solution. The research
employed a qualitative approach, in addition to conducting classroom observation and
conversation analysis. Classroom observation captured the dialogue between the
American participants and the Algerian participants, while conversation analysis
focused on identifying pragmatic failures within the corpus. Thus, thematic analysis
was then applied to the data to uncover patterns and causes of the failure. The research
findings indicate a connection between cultural awareness and pragmatic competence.
The non-native participants who had a deeper understanding of the target culture's
social norms displayed an advanced ability in navigating the intercultural conversation.
Conversely, instances of pragmatic failure were often linked to a lack of cultural
knowledge. In conclusion, this work displays the essential role of integrating cultural
elements into English Language Teaching to enhance student's pragmatic competence
and educators can equip learners with the necessary tools to facilitate real-world
interactions

l'enseignement d'une langue étrangère. Cette activité implique des processus mentaux
complexes, ce qui souligne l'importance d'intégrer divers supports pédagogiques pour
l'enrichir et faciliter sa compréhension. L'utilisation de l'audio-livre comme outil
didactique peut grandement contribuer à la richesse et à la diversité de l'apprentissage en
classe, tout en créant une atmosphère plus dynamique et engageante que celle des textes
