Elimination d’un colorant textile en solution aqueuse en utilisant le charbon actif
No full textCe manuscrit a pour objectif de tester l'efficacité du charbon actif industriel et du charbon
actif synthétisé dans l'élimination d'un colorant textile (Jaune Bemacide) pour le traitement
des eaux usées. La technique utilisée est l'adsorption dont la performance dépend d'un certain
membre de paramètres (concentration initiale, température, pH, vitesse d'agitation). Différents
modèles cinétiques ont été appliqués afin d'évaluer la capacité des matériaux étudiés à fixer
les colorants. Les résultats obtenus ont montré l'intérêt pratique de l'utilisation du charbon
actif industriel et du charbon actif synthétisé dans l'élimination du jaune bemacid

Teaching Reading to Young Learners Case of English as a Foreign Language in Primary Education in Tlemcen
No full textAlgeria knew a total transformation in language policy as English was introduced
at the level of primary education (third grade). The research work studied the instruction
of foreign language skills for young learners and mainly reading skill, the difficulty as
well encountered by primary school English teachers in teaching reading skill in
particular. It attempted to seek for young learners’ failure in reading. The investigation
relied on one research instrument, a questionnaire designed and delivered on line to
sixteen primary school English teachers for the collection of data which was analyzed
both quantitatively and qualitatively .The results revealed that young learners have
indeed a great difficulty in decoding English words mainly because they are not able to
recognize the relationship between letters and sounds in addition to some extra reasons
mentioned in the third chapter. On the basis of these results , various suggestions and
recommendations were provided to improve young learners’ reading skill and to ease
the task to primary school English teachers among which :more practice and repetition
on the board ,extra hours devoted for English language , less crowded classrooms in
addition to the ‘necessary’ teaching materials

Full text linkThis study explores the effectiveness of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in
improving reading skills in English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) contexts. This
experimental research at Aboubakr Belkaid University of Tlemcen found that AI
tools enhance grammar and reading comprehension. Such benefits included realtime feedback, student engagement, and customised learning. However, drawbacks
included large class sizes, time constraints, and potential overreliance on AI. Careful
implementation is needed to address challenges like vocabulary decline and
potential overreliance on AI
An Exploration of Social and Emotional Learning: Implementation and Challenges in a Case Study of Algerian Middle School Pupils Remchi-Tlemcen.
No full textIn recent decades, it has been fundamental to recognise and prioritise the
development of social and emotional learning in conjunction with academic
knowledge and skills. This approach can lead to a more holistic and well-rounded
education, enabling individuals to thrive personally and professionally.
Incorporating Social and Emotional Learning into the education system empowers
students with abilities like self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, resilience, and
adept communication skills. To reach this end, an exploratory case study was
conducted at Medjaoui Mohamed Middle School (Remchi), two research
instruments were used a structured interview and questionnaire. While the former
was administered to four teachers, the latter was conducted with fourth-level pupils
in the same middle school. For the aim of this research, a qualitative and
quantitative data analysis revealed that both teachers and pupils have a considerable
level of awareness regarding social and emotional learning. It highlighted the
significance of providing training and ongoing support for educators in
implementing social and emotional learning and fostering relationship-building.
However, the study also identified significant challenges in implementing social
and emotional learning, including a lack of resources, insufficient training, and
limited stakeholder engagement. Based on these findings, several recommendations
were made to enhance the overall quality of teaching. These included suggestions
for incorporating cooperative learning methods and providing targeted training for
middle school educators
