Potensi Integrasi Problem Based Learning dengan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Jigsaw Dalam Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa.
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi integrasi PBL dengan pembelajaran kooperatif Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen semu dengan pretest-postest nonequivalent control group design pola faktorial 2 x 2. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa baru yang tersebar pada 4 program studi yaitu program studi Biologi, pendidikan Biologi, Kimia, dan pendidikan Kimia FMIPA UNM semester ganjil tahun akademik 2011/2012. Sampel penelitian dipilih 2 kelas yaitu program studi Pendidikan Kimia (N=36) sebagai kelas eksperimen sedang program studi Biologi (N=30) sebagai kelas pembanding (konvensional). Keterampilan berpikir kritis yang diukur meliputi interpretasi (interpretation), analisis (analysis), evaluasi (evaluation), inferensi (inference), penjelasan (explanation), dan self-regulation. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan pemberian tes sebelum dan setelah perkuliahan dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa, sehingga strategi integrasi PBL+Jigsaw lebih berpotensi meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa dibanding strategi pembelajaran konvensional

No full textThis research aimed at (1) describing the quality of the population’s well water at Borikamase Village of Maros Baru district, Maros regency along Maros river viewed from microbiological aspect; (2) knowing whether the population’s well water along Maros river can properly be consumed viewed from mikrobiological aspect. This reseacrh was a descriptive-qualitative research, that is, a research carried out investigate whether the population’s well water contains microbes so that it can be determined whether or not it can be consumed properly or is in accord with the regulation as stated in health minister’s Decision No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990 of the republic of Indonesia. The population of this research consisted of all population’s wells along the river at Borikamase Village. The samples were taken be using stratified random sampling by dividing to sub-areas, each of which consisted of seven wells. The data were collected by using the results of laboratory analysis of the microbes contained in the well water and then compared it wich the regulation as stated in Health Minister’s Decisions No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990. The results of analysis of laboratory Depkes indicate thet the mean of resident well contain 1295 cell Coliform and 960 cell Escherichia coli per 100 ml irrigate the sample of this means exceeding rule specified by regulation of Menkes RI. No. 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990 of concerning clean water quality conditions manely 50 and 10 cell Coliform to irrigate non pipe and irrigate the pipe. So that the water cannot be properly consumed. Therefore, it is suggested that the results of this research be the input to the government officials as policy makers, and that the community in general make them as reading material and reference. Peningkatan Pemahaman Konsep Genetika Siswa SMA melalui Pembelajaran Peta Konsep pada Sekolah Berkategori Berbeda
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran peta konsep menggunakan perangkat berpendekatan konsep terhadap pemahaman konsep genetika siswa SMA pada sekolah berkategori berbeda. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan faktorial 2x2 pre test post test control group design. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah stratified random sampling dengan kriteria kategori sekolah atas, tengah, dan bawah. Instrumen penelitian berupa perangkat pembelajaran peta konsep berpendekatan konsep dan tes berbentuk esai sejumlah 35 butir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep genetika siswa pada pembelajaran peta konsep 79,2% lebih tinggi dari konvensional, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang nyata kategori sekolah terhadap pemahaman konsep genetika siswa SMA

No full textThis study aims to determine the influence of leaf of Anona muricata L. powder against Sitophilus oryzae in rice during storage. This research is experimental research that uses experimental design with a basic design pattern randomize complete design. This study consists of four treatment groups (K0, K1, K2, and K3). K0 = control or no treatment; K1 = 10% (90 grams + 10 grams of rice powder leaves of Anona muricata L.); K2 = 20% (80 grams + 20 grams of rice powder leaves sirsak; K3 = 30% (70 grams + 30 grams of rice powder leaves Anona muricata L). Parameters measured the number of insects which declined during the 1 month storage. Data obtained in deskritif and analyzed statistically with inferensial test Fα = 0.05 followed by the LSD α = 0.05. Results of research indicate that the results of research show that the leaves of Anona muricata L powder. affect Sitophilus oryzae in rice during storage. Concentration of the most influential of Sitophilus oryzae in rice during storage is K3 (concentration 30%), the number of insects that are rejected 10 insects

Get PDFPenelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan untuk menentukan kondisi struktur dan komposisi vegetasi di wilayah tersebut. Data diperoleh melalui metode quadrat dengan menggunakan sebanyak 100 buah kuadrat ukuran 2x2 meter. Spesies anakan pohon dan semak yang ditemukan di area tersebut adalah: M. Invisa; A. crassicarpa; S. rhombifolia, M. pudica, L. cernuum, and L. scandens. Spesies herba yang ditemukan antara lain C. esculentus, C. rotundus, C. brevifolius, C. aeriginosum, G. divaricata, and I. cylindrica. Vegetasi semak dan anakan pohon mempunyai range Indeks Keanekaragaman Shannon Wienner dari 1.36 sampai 1.38, 0.26 sampai 03.5 untuk Indeks Kekayaan dan Indeks Kemerataan dari 0.33 sampai 0.43. Vegetasi Herba mempunyai range Indeks Keanekaragaman Shannon Wienner diversity 1.36 sampai 1.38, 0.26 sampai 0.35 untuk Indeks Kekayaan dan Indeks Kemertaan mempunyai range dari 0.33 sampai 0.43
Perbaikan Kemampuan Biomotorik Pesepakbola Usia Dini Melalui Suplementasi Zn+Fe
No full textThe research aimed to examine the effect of Zn+Fe supplementation on optimalizing the biomotoric ability. One field intervention research among of 40 of a 12-years old group of football players of Makassar Football School (MFS)-2000 in South Sulawesi Province had been conducted to figure out a possible mechanism specifically examined the discrapancies of the change in the increasing rate of biomotoric ability between the targeted and the placebo group. This study was designed with randomized double blind pretest-posttest. A full of 20 participants in group A (targeted group) was supple-mented by Zn+Fe for 6 months while other 20 in group B counterparts were given with placebo. All data related to biometric ability, nutrient supplementation, hemoglobin level as well as IGF-1 level were recorded before and after intervention. The result showed greater increasing in the level of Hb, IGF-1, biomotoric ability: muscle endurance (sit-up test), and aerobic endurance (bleep test) among the targeted group up to 2.05%, 32,5%, 19.85% and 47.08% respectively, after supplemented by Zn+Fe for 6 months, compared to that number in the placebo group (0.61%; 15%; 5.11% and 11,66% respectively). Moreover, the result demonstrated a positive correlation between the level of Hb and the increasing of ability to perform sit-up (r= 0.361) as well as aerobic capacity (r= 0.325). Similar result found in correlation between IGF-1 and the increasing rate of ability to perform sit-up (r= 0.385) as well as aerobic capacity (r= 0.392). Conclusions, the increasing level of Hb and IGF-1 improved the increasing rate of, muscle endurance in sit-up test as well as aerobic endurance in bleep test. Therefore, giving Zn+Fe supplementation may improvement biomotoric ability in 12-years old group of football players. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode studi pustaka, observasi, mentoring, angket, dan evaluasi. Responden penelitian merupakan anggota perpustakaan dengan karakteristik berbeda, yakni dosen, karyawan, dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh layanan yang tersedia di perpustakaan digunakan oleh seluruh responden, tetapi tidak setiap responden menggunakan seluruh layanan

No full textThese research aims to isolate and identify alkaloid compound in acetone extracts from sambung nyawa leafs Gynura procumbens L. This compound obtained trough keeping the plant and isolation. The isolation consists of extraction, fractionation, purification, and identification. The identification consists of melting point test, three phase system test, and Dragendorf test. The results of the research are: 90 mg of white crystal with the range of its melting point is 134-1360 C. The crystals indicate positively with Dragendorf test. Peningkatan Aktivitas dan Hasil Belajar Biologi melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) Pada Siswa Kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Mangkutana
Get PDFPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar biologi siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Mangkutana yang aktif selama tahun ajaran 2012/2013 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 32 orang. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini terdiri atas dua siklus. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi aktivitas dan tes hasil belajar kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa pada siklus I adalah 61,19% dan pada siklus II adalah 77,84%, dan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 31,25% dan menjadi 71,88% pada siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Mangkutana
