    Current Issues Related to Athlete Motivation in the Perspective of Literature Review

    Recent studies on athlete motivation have been widely carried out in the last five years. Almost all studies identify subjects that can influence athlete motivation. The purpose of the study in this article was to obtain significant information related to the research topic "athlete motivation". The study design used is a systematic review. The reference data collection was collected in the last five years (2017-2022). Data interpretation was carried out based on the results of the exploration of the 78 selected articles. The results of this study obtain related information; (1) the issue of intervention related to the development of athlete motivation, (2) gender issue related to the motivational differentiation of male and female athletes. And (3) other external issues that affect athlete motivation.Keywords: athlete motivation; intervention; gender; literature review AbstrakStudi terkini tentang motivasi atlet sudah banyak dilakukan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir. Hampir semua studi mengidentifikasi subjek yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi atlet. Tujuan studi pada artikel ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi signifikan terkait topik penelitian “motivasi atlet”. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah systematic review. Koleksi data referensi dikumpulkan dalam kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir (2017-2022). Interpretasi data dilakukan berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi dari 78 artikel yang terpilih. Hasil studi ini memperoleh informasi terkait; (1) isu intervansi terkait pembinaan motivasi atlet, (2) isu gender terkait diferensiasi motivasi atlet laki-laki dan perempuan.     This study aims to create a program as an option for people who want to equalize education. Unfortunately, the stigma in the community regarding this program has not been so good. The result also impacts students who are participants in the package pursuit program who lack self-concept. Students need to have a self-concept so that they can achieve quality education. Through a good self-concept, one can absorb optimally any given subject. Based on this urgency, this study was presented to know the effectiveness of the Kurt Lewin training method to improve the self-concept of students participating in the package C equivalency pursuit in Denpasar Bali. This research uses observation and interview methods. The research was carried out directly on all ten students pursuing package C, totaling ten students. The intervention was carried out by applying the Force-Field Theory, which Kurt Lewin initiated. The implementation of this theory consists of three stages, namely (1) the unfreezing stage, (2) moving, and (3) refreezing. The results obtained after the intervention showed that both teachers and students internally desired to change for the better. Support from outside the school environment, in this case, the family, is also good. Constraints encountered are limited time and consistency of implementation in the long term considering that self-concept is a process that requires consistency in its implementation.Keywords: training, Kurt Lewin method, student self-concept AbstrakProgram kejar paket menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat yang ingin melakukan penyetaraan Pendidikan. Sayangnya, stigma yang ada di masyarakat terkait program ini belum begitu baik. Akibatnya juga berdampak pada siswa yang menjadi peserta program kejar paket yang kurang memiliki konsep diri. Konsep diri penting dimiliki siswa agar Pendidikan yang berkualitas dapat tercapai. Melalui konsep diri yang baik maka apapun materi yang diberikan dapat diserap dengan optimal. Didasarkan pada urgensi tersebut maka penelitian ini hadir dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan metode kurt lewin dalam upaya peningkatan konsep diri siswa peserta kesetaraan kejar paket C di Denpasar Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi serta wawancara. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara langsung terhadap keseluruhan anak didik kejar paket C yang berjumlah 10 siswa. Intervensi yang dilakukan dengan penerapan teori Force-Field Theory yang dicetuskan Kurt Lewin. Implementasi teori ini terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu (1) tahap unfreezing, (2) moving, (3) refreezing.  Hasil yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan invervensi menunjukkan bahwa secara internal baik guru maupun siswa juga memiliki keinginan untuk berubah ke arah yang lebih baik. Dukungan dari luar lingkungan sekolah dalam hal ini pihak keluarga juga baik. Kendala yang ditemui adalah keterbatasan waktu serta konsistensi pelaksanaan dalam jangka panjang mengingat bahwa konsep diri merupakan proses yang membutuhkan konsisten dalam pelaksanaanya.Kata kunci: pelatihan, metode kurt lewin, konsep diri sisw

    The Influence of OHS Knowledge and Self-Regulation on OHS Compliance (RETRACTED)

    Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) was the most important part of work activity to prevent work-related accidents. Work accidents caused by workers were motivated by the non-compliance of workers in their work. Compliance was a measure for a person to act so that unwanted things do not occur, such as work accidents. OHS Knowledge and self-regulation affected one's compliance to comply with OHS. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence did OHS knowledge (Occupational Health and Safety) and self-regulation had on the compliance of implementing OHS on students who are practicing in chemical laboratories. This research uses a quantitative approach with the research ex-post facto. The research sample used by the method was sampling accidental 80 chemistry students at Yogyakarta State University. The research data collection tools are a compliance questionnaire to apply OHS, self-regulation, and OHS knowledge. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. The results showed an effect of OHS knowledge (Occupational Health and Safety) and self-regulation on compliance with applying OHS to students who practice in chemical laboratories (p = 0,000, F = 82,489) with an effective contribution of 68.1%.Keywords: OHS knowledge; self-regulation; compliance with applying OHS Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan bagian terpenting dalam suatu aktivitas pekerjaan guna mencegah adanya kecelakaan akibat kerja. Kecelakaan kerja oleh pekerja dilatarbelakangi karena ketidakpatuhan pekerja dalam bekerja. Kepatuhan diketahui sebagai tolak ukur seseorang dalam bertindak agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti adanya kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pengetahuan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dan regulasi diri terhadap kepatuhan menerapkan K3 pada mahasiswa praktikan di laboratorium kimia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode sampling aksidental berjumlah 80 mahasiswa kimia di Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Alat pengumpulan data penelitian berupa kuesioner kepatuhan menerapkan K3, regulasi diri, dan pengetahuan K3. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengetahuan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) dan regulasi diri terhadap kepatuhan menerapkan K3 pada mahasiswa praktikan di laboratorium kimia (p = 0,000, F = 82,489) dengan kontribusi sumbangan efektif sebesar 68,1%.Kata kunci: pengetahuan K3; regulasi diri; kepatuhan menerapkan K

    Resilience as a Mediator of the Relationship between Stress Levels and Adaptive Performance in the Outer Islands TNI-AL (Indonesian National Army Navy)

    This research aims to test the relationship between stress level and adaptive performance TNI-AL (Indonesian National Army Navy) and the impact of resilience as a moderator variable. The measures applied a 4‐point scale response ranging from 1 (very inappropriate or strongly disagree) to 4 (very suitable or strongly agree). Respondents were 71 TNI-AL assigned to the Outer Islands of Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method with Moderated Regression Analysis technique (MRA) for data analysis. The analysis results show a B value of -1.104 and a significance value of 0.000 (p0.05), which means that the resilience variable cannot explain the relationship between stress levels and adaptive performance of TNI-AL assigned to the Outer Islands of Indonesia

    Verbal Imitation Program To Improve Language Production In Children Aged 4 - 6 Years Who Experience Speech Delay At Early Childhood "X" Bandung

    The objective of this study is to find out how significant verbal imitation on improving language production in 4-6 years old speech delay children at Kindergarten “X” This study used one group pretest-posttest design, with measuring tools used in this study is developmental milestones of Language Production by Olmstead (1971) and has been modified by the researcher. Expert judges tested the validity and reliability testing of the measuring tools. The samples of this study were 8 children who met the sample characteristics and were selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of statistical test using Wilcoxon is p = 0.019 < 0.05 with Z = -2.366. It indicates differences in children's language production before and after the child undergoing a verbal imitation program. Theoretical suggestions for further research is to conduct a collaborative study that intervenes both parents and children simultaneously. Practically, parents and teachers should continue providing clear and consistent directions to children to correctly imitate the articulate sound of words. Child practitioners are suggested to consider verbal imitation program as an intervention in dealing with children who have a speech delay

    The Effect of Group Guidance Using Group Exercise Techniques on the Career Selection Ability of High School Students

    The purpose of the study was to describe the profile of the career selection ability of students in the science department of SMA Negeri 7 Bekasi before and after group guidance services were carried out with group exercise techniques and the effect of group guidance with group exercise techniques on the career selection abilities of students in science majors at SMAN 7 Bekasi City. The research method used is an experimental design with a nonequivalent (pretest-posttest) control group design. The population is 180 students and the sample is 40 students taken by random sampling. The data collection technique is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the Independent Samples Test.     Problem Based Learning (PBL) Effectivenessless in Improving Critical Thinking Ability: Meta-Analysis Study

    This meta-analysis research aims to see the effectiveness of problem-based learning (PBL) to increase critical thinking skills. The study involved 20 research journals with 1386 participants. The analysis was carried out using the Meta-mar (Free Online Meta-Analysis Service) website based on the number of samples (N), mean (M), and standard deviation (SD). The analysis results showed that the value of the g random model effect size was -0.58 (95% CI = -0.878 to -0.278, p = 0.0002) with an inconsistency (I2) value of 86.4%. These results indicate that problem-based learning (PBL) has a less significant effect on increasing critical thinking skills

    The research was conducted using a qualitative approach to understand the social relations of the Tana Luwu community, who were the research targets. The researcher tries to reveal the multi-ethnic social relations of the Tana Luwu community using a qualitative approach and will present existing empirical findings. Values Adeq, saraq, sompeq is part of the survival of the Bugis people. In addition, he converted to Islam in the 1503 century in Tana Luwu, which greatly influenced people's lives in Tana Luwu. The values of Siri'na Pacce (Shame and Sepenanggungan) are highly popularized by the people in South Sulawesi and are considered to prevent someone from committing untimely actions. It turns out that Siri'na Pacce has proven that a value gives birth to pluralist character values (Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakaingge), the values applied by the Luwu community so that there is no more ethnic and religious conflict occurring in Tana Luwu

    Confidence and Success of Counseling Practices for Islamic Guidance and Counseling Students

    One of the keys to successful counseling is the personal quality of the counselor. However, early counselors tend not to have these competencies. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and the successful implementation of student counseling. The research uses a quantitative approach with the correlational method. The sample in this study were 87 students who had studied counseling theory and practice and had practiced counseling. Data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows. The results show no relationship between the variables x and y, so it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between self-confidence and the success of counseling

    Adaptation of School Engagement Measurement-MacArthur (SEM) Indonesian Version in the Context of Distance Learning

    Student engagement greatly influences education, especially during Distance Learning (PJJ), such as during the covid-19 pandemic. To find out the student engagement of students undergoing PJJ, it is necessary to measure student engagement. A measuring tool that provides comprehensive and standardized information and is also widely adopted in several countries is the SEM-MacArthur measuring instrument. SEM-MacArthur is a measuring tool that measures student engagement based on student engagement theory from J. A. Fredricks & Paris (2005). Adaptation is carried out based on the guidelines for adaptation of measuring instruments from the International Test Commission (ITC), which includes a forward-backward translation process, followed by an expert review to test language and conceptual equivalence. The validation process tests content validity through the Content Validity Index (CVI) and constructs validity using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The trial was conducted on 233 high school students in Bandung who were between grades X to XII with ages ranging from 14 to 18 years. Based on this trial process, it is known that each indicator, dimension, and construct meets all the criteria for Goodness of Fit (RMSEA 0.9). In addition, the value of Construct Reliability (CR) > 0.70 and CFA > 0.40 was also obtained. Thus, the Indonesian version of the SEM-MacArthur measuring instrument in the context of PJJ can be used as a valid and reliable measuring tool.Keywords: school engagement measurement-macarthur (sem); student engagement; distance learning (pjj)Student engagement memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam dunia pendidikan khususnya saat Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) seperti saat pandemi covid-19 ini. Untuk mengetahui student engagement yang dimiliki oleh siswa yang sedang menjalani PJJ, perlu dilakukan sebuah pengukuran mengenai student engagement. Adapun sebuah alat ukur yang memberikan informasi secara komprehensif dan terstandarisasi dan juga banyak diadaptasi di beberapa negara adalah alat ukur SEM-MacArthur. SEM-MacArthur merupakan alat ukur yang mengukur student engagement yang berlandaskan teori student engagement dari J. A. Fredricks & Paris (2005). Adaptasi dilakukan berdasarkan pedoman adaptasi alat ukur dari International Test Commission (ITC), yang meliputi proses forward-backward translation, dilanjutkan dengan expert review untuk menguji ekuivalensi bahasa dan konseptual. Adapun proses validasi dilakukan dengan menguji validitas isi, melalui Content Validity Index (CVI), dan validitas konstruk, menggunakan Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). Uji coba dilakukan kepada 233 ssiswa SMA di Kota Bandung yang berada antara kelas X hingga XII dengan usia berkisar antara 14 hingga 18 tahun. Berdasarkan proses uji coba ini, diketahui bahwa setiap indikator, dimensi, dan konstruk memenuhi semua kriteria Goodness of Fit (RMSEA 0,9). Di samping itu, diperoleh juga nilai Construct Reliability (CR) > 0,70 dan CFA > 0,40.
