No full textHIV infection/AIDS is a major public health problem n ndonesia. The problem results in huge economic, social, as well as politicial burdens. On this perspective,prevention of HIV infection/AIDS is very important. Through an exploratory research involving 10.736 people from five provinces (Riau, DI Jakarta, Jawa Timur, Bali and Papua), the author reports a profile of knowledge, perception, belifief and attitude of Indonesian people related to HIV/AIDS. No full textThis study aims to determine how significant contribution progressive matrix test and the differential aptitude tests for students’ learning success. The method used in this study are: expost facto. Research findings indecate that (1) test of progressive matrices and the defferential aptitude tests given kontribusi to the success of student learning as indicated by the price F of 89.406 at the level of significance 0.000. (2) progressive matrices test has a sigbificant contribution to the succes of learning as indicated by the t value of 2.196 to 0.029 with a significance level with α is 0.05. (3) diferential aptitude test that significantly contribute to the seccess of learning with a t value of 12.682 at a significance level of α is 0.0

No full textBased on the Profile of Indonesian People's knowledge, perception, belief and attitude related to HIV/AIDS that has been established by the authors though their previous descriptive research involving 10.736 people from five provinces (Riau,DKI Jakarta, Jawa Timur, Bali, and Papua), in this research the authors contructed a Basic Strategy of HIV/AIDS Prevention. Though some steps of R &D, the Basic Strategy was elaborated into a manual of HIV/AIDS prevention for counselor. The products could be used as prototypes of other R & Ds by other researchers who have concern to HIV/AIDS prevention
