Forest sciences and engineering – A new diploma from AgroParisTech starting in 2019
No full textNous avons plus que jamais besoin d’ingénieurs forestiers, aux compétences à la fois identitaires et ouvertes à des enjeux multiples et changeants. L’enseignement supérieur français, riche et complexe, diffuse ces compétences au niveau bac + 5 au sein de formations d’ingénieurs ou de masters, qui peuvent viser les mêmes emplois à partir de processus de sélection et de méthodes d’apprentissage différents. AgroParisTech est engagé sur son campus de Nancy dans deux formations, un diplôme en Sciences et Ingénierie Forestières (SIF) qui s’additionne à un diplôme d’ingénieur généraliste en sciences et ingénierie du vivant, et un master « AgroSciences, Environnement, Territoires, Paysages, Forêts » (AEPF) co-accrédité avec l’université de Lorraine. Ces formations se déclinent en une diversité de parcours, qui élargissent et approfondissent les savoirs et savoir-faire des sciences et ingénierie forestières, afin de couvrir les métiers de la gestion et de la conservation des milieux naturels tempérés et tropicaux, du développement local des territoires, de la filière forêtbois, de l’international et de la recherche. Le diplôme SIF vient d’être créé pour regrouper dans un même diplôme tous les parcours du diplôme d’ingénieur qui garantissent un socle commun de compétences forestières, en permettant aussi aux employeurs de mieux suivre en continu les évolutions de la formation en exprimant leurs avis pour son amélioration.More than ever before, we need forest engineers with skills that are both identity-based and open in connection with multiple and changing stakes. Higher education in France, which is rich and complex, dispenses these skills at the bac + 5 level in the framework of engineering curricula or masters degrees sometimes designed to suit the same jobs but through different selection processes and learning methods. AgroParisTech has embarked on two curricula at the Nancy campus: a diploma in Forest Sciences and Engineering (French abbreviation SIF for Sciences et Ingénierie Forestière ) as an addition to the general engineering diploma in living sciences and engineering, and an “AgroSciences, Environment, Territories, Landscapes, Forests” masters (AEPF - AgroSciences, Environnement, Territoires, Paysages, Forêts) co-accredited with the University of Lorraine. These courses of study are dispenses through a variety of training pathways that broaden and further explore the knowledge and know-how of forest sciences and engineering, so as to cover management and conservation functions pertaining to temperate and tropical natural environments, local territorial development, the forestry and forestry-based industries, international affairs and research. The SIF diploma has recently been devised to group under a single degree the various engineering pathways that guarantee a common base for forestry skills including by enabling employers to continuously track changes in training by expressing opinions on how to improve the education offered

comporte des aspects positifs mais aussi des points négatifs. Sont donc abordés ici, ces différents
points, le bon pour l’Homme et pour l’animal, le moins bon également pour les deux protagonistes.The relationship between man and animal is a constant, an essential element since we live constantly
with each other. This more or less close relationship is expressed by many elements, much of which
relates directly or indirectly to Health. Every relationship has positive aspects, but also negative elements.
These points are thus discussed here, the good for man and the animal, the less good also for
