China\u27s Housing Price Bubble and Financial Risks : Based on the Empirical Test of the Dynamic Spatial Dubin Model (DSDM)

    Get PDF
The explosive growth of regional housing prices in China has led to the rapid accumulation of housing bubbles, and the potential financial risks caused by the risk of the bubble have become an area of concern for the Chinese government. This paper analyzes the direct impact and spatial spillover effects of housing bubbles on the regional financial risks in China. The research found that: (1) From 2006 to 2019, the financial risks generally appeared to be declining and then began to gyrate up. The regional financial risks are spatially significantly positively correlated, and the level of financial risks in 2019 is higher than the level during the financial crisis. (2) Since 2006, the regional housing bubble in China has shown a fluctuating upward trend. The level of the housing bubble has shown a "stepped" spatial distribution form in which the eastern region is higher than the national level, and the northeastern region is higher than the central and western regions. (3) The key factor giving rise to the housing bubble is the continuous rise in housing price, and the housing bubble has a spatial spillover effect on financial risks. (4) During the post-financial crisis period and under different debt ratios, the direct impact and the spatial spillover effects remain stable. (5) The continued tightening of macroeconomic policies after 2016 significantly suppressed the direct impact and the spatial spillover effects. Therefore, this paper proposes maintaining the stickiness of the continuous tightening of macro-control policies, formulating "inter-regional linkage" macro-control policies, and improving the pre-and post-control policies for preventing real estate financial risks. This paper also provides new empirical evidence for the relationship between the housing bubble and financial risks and provides an empirical basis and decision-making reference for implementing tighter macro-control policies to curb real estate financial risks

Name and Surname in Anthropological Perspective : Towards the Introduction of a System to Allow the Choice of Surnames for Married Couples in Japan

    Get PDF
More than thirty years have passed since discussions began on the introduction of a system to allow the choice of surnames in Japan. In 1898, a law was introduced in Japan stipulating that a wife had to change her surname to her husband’s. After WWII, the family law based on the patriarchal idea was criticized and the family law was reformed on the idea of gender equality. The law requires that married couples should have one surname, either the husband’s or the wife’s natal surname, and create one separate family register. In fact, most Japanese couples have taken their husbands’ surnames. Accordingly, many Japanese women have faced significant inconvenience in their public lives with the change of surname. SEDAW has recommended several times that the Japanese government should introduce a system to allow the choice of surnames. Nevertheless, this has not yet been realized. Japan is now the only country in the world which forces married couples to adopt only one surname. Majority of parliamentarians in the Liberal Democratic Party have insisted that the present rule conforms to Japanese tradition, which maintains family unity. Here I have made a comparison of customs and rules about surnames in different cultures to demonstrate the possibility of the introduction of choice in surnames

The purpose of this paper is as follows. ① Japan learns the labor market and employment types from China for maintenance of Japan’s economy. ② China learns the annuity insurance from Japan as the public pension of China is a transition period of the system change. The characteristic is that labor economics and public finance combine to make the theory of this paper. The main conclusions of the empirical analysis are as follows.Japan was a solid labor market of the membership type by the result of the ten level analysis for the annual wage income before vs. after redistribution. China was a result of a fluid labor market of the job type.According to the result of the Gini coefficient of the difference analysis, China had a bigger personal difference before vs. after income redistribution than Japan. As one of Japan’s economic issue is a rapidly decreasing population, we estimated the way of the consumption tax.As a female regular employee is greatest as for the Japanese consumptive expense, for the slight decrease of the income tax rate and slight increase of the consumption tax rate, it is appropriate to increase female regular employee

Elastic constants are indispensable for mechanical design and stress analysis as material constants that govern the deformation and natural frequency of materials. And they are closely related to various physical properties and important physical properties. In addition to the development of lightweight and high-strength materials non-ferrous metals with a hexagonal close-packed structure, such as magnesium alloys and titanium, are attracting attention as the next generation of lightweight materials, analysis of elastic anisotropy and high-accuracy measurement of materials have become important issues. In this study, we established a precise measurement method of resonance frequency under free vibration using a small test piece (Multi-Mode resonance method), and completed a natural vibration analysis (Inverse analysis method) combining the finite element method and the Rayleigh-Ritz method. The objective is to determine the elastic modulus matrix of a material with high accuracy. The purpose of this study is to realize elastic anisotropy analysis of Magnesium alloy, Titanium alloy and Pure Titanium alloy that are assumed to have elastic anisotropy by plastic working. We discuss the results of calculating the elastic modulus matrix obtained by inverse analysis

Recent years, global warming problem caused by exhaust gas has raised up concerns. As one of the alternative fuels of petroleum fuel and the renewable ethanol fuel is attracting attention. However, the flame speed and combustion efficiency of ethanol fuel is lower than gasoline fuel. Previous research studied the influence of the turbulence on ethanol aqueous combustion process, which is one of the methods to achieve the combustion improvement of ethanol aqueous combustion. In this study, in order to improve the flame speed of the ethanol aqueous, we investigated the effect of jet disturbance unit and the water addition rate of ethanol aqueous by the observation of flame behavior. The main conclusion are as follows:1) Turbulence is extremely effective to achieve ethanol aqueous combustion improvement near the lean flammability limit. 2) With the influence of ethanol concentration in the ethanol aqueous, the optimal turbulence condition of combustion improvement near the lean flammability limit exists. 3) The maximum flame speed increasing ratio is about 32% when jet turbulence device is used under the super lean combustion with ethanol aqueous. 4) When the two same jet turbulence units are installed, especially at the ethanol aqueous E60 in Equivalent ratio 0.54, the flame speed increases by up to 49% when using the jet turbulence unit 45 deg compared with the case of single jet turbulence unit 45 deg
