Trends among the visitors of natural history/ science museums in Toyama Prefecture from 2013 to 2015
Get PDF富山県博物館協会加盟館のうち，理工・自然史系の分野を扱う18館を調査対象として，2013年～2015年の３年間分につき入館者数調査を実施した．全体として，富山県内の理工・自然史系分野を有する博物館には，毎年ほぼ安定して約150万人，月平均約12．5万人の入館者があり，また，５月と８月の２つのピーク（いわゆるゴールデンウイークとお盆を含む月）があり，冬期（12月～２月）には減少するという周期性も安定的にみられた．
富山県内には，多様な内容の理工・自然史系の博物館が存在し，その規模，主要な目的，主な来館者層等も異なっているが，入館者数の変動は，大きく以下の３パターンに分けられた．１．年に一度のピークが安定的に存在する．２．複数のピークが安定的に認められる．３．年間を通してさほど大きな変動はない．より細かくみれば，各館の入館者数の変動状況もその要因もさまざまであり,館によってその影響の仕方や程度も異なっていた．departmental bulletin pape
Distribution of large branchiopods of rice paddies in Toyama Prefecture, central Japan
Get PDF富山県における大型鰓脚類の分布調査を行い次の４種を確認した：カイエビ，ムスジヒメカイエビ，タマカイエビ，ホウネンエビ．このうち3種が常願寺川扇状地扇央に生息し，黒部川扇状地の扇央から扇端では大半の水田からカイエビが確認された．越後平野の大型鰓脚類は扇状地を避けるように分布するが，富山県では扇状地が大型鰓脚類の主要な生息地となっている．この差異は土地利用の履歴の違いが大きく作用していると考えられる．Distribution of large branchiopods inhabited rice paddies were investigated in Toyama Prefecture, Japan. Four species were found: Caenestheriella gifuensis (Ishikawa), Eulimnadia packardiana Ishikawa, Lynceus biformis (Ishikawa) and Branchinella kugenumaensis (Ishikawa). Of these three inhabit at the center of Joganji-gawa alluvial fan, and C. gifuensis inhabits in many paddies at the toe and center of Kurobe-gawa alluvial fan. Thus the paddies of alluvial fans are important habitat for large branchiopods in this area, but the population of the Echigo Plain is low or not distributed at the alluvial fans. Ichnofossil assemblage and sedimentary facies of the middle Oxfordian Arimine Formation, southeastern Toyama Prefecture (The Upper Jurassic Kuzuryu Group in the Toyama area, Part 1)
Get PDF生痕化石群集に注目して，富山県南東部に分布する上部ジュラ系九頭竜層群有峰層の堆積相について考察した．本報告の要約は以下の4点である．（1）有峰層の中部に，Ophiomorphaを主体とする生痕化石群集の産出区間を発見した．（2）産出区間の岩相は，スウェール状斜交層理の発達した細粒砂岩と生物攪拌の顕著な泥質細粒砂岩の互層である．（3）生痕化石群集は，暴浪イベント直後の日和見種からなるSkolithos生痕相と，晴天時に平衡種の形成したCruziana生痕相との混合相を示す．（4）産出区間の堆積相は，しばしば暴浪イベントの影響を受けた中部～下部外浜である．The shallow marine Upper Jurassic Kuzuryu Group, distributed in north-central Japan, is important in paleontological studies of East Asia during late Mesozoic time. However, sedimentological and ichnological information on the group is still insufficient. This is a preliminary report on the sedimentary facies and ichnofossil assemblage of the middle Oxfordian Arimine Formation (upper part of the Kuzuryu Group), southeastern Toyama Prefecture. Results of the study are summarized as follows:
(1) A mixed Skolithos-Cruziana ichnofacies dominated by Ophiomorpha, is recognized in the middle part of the Arimine Formation.
(2) The ichnofossil-bearing interval consists of alternating beds of swaley cross-stratificated fine-grained sandstone and intensely bioturbated muddy fine-grained sandstone.
(3) Sedimentary facies of the interval is suggested to be a moderately storm-dominated, middle to lower shoreface.departmental bulletin pape

Bryophytes of Keyakidaira in Kurobe valley, Toyama Prefecture, central Japan
Get PDF黒部市宇奈月町欅平周辺の蘚苔類を調査したところ，蘚類78種・苔類39種が確認された．そのうち蘚類1種，苔類10種は富山県からの初記録となる．富山県内では欅平からのみ報告されているレイシゴケMyurella sibiricaは確認できなかった．The bryophyte flora around Keyakidaira sited in Kurobe valley, Toyama, has been investigated. Techniques used in the Crystallization of the Earth: The Ryuji Kitagawa Mineral Collection exhibit
Get PDF富山市科学博物館では，平成27年7月18日から9月6日まで特別展「地球の結晶～北川隆司鉱物コレクション～」を開催した．本展では，北川隆司氏のコレクションを中心に，色や結晶の美しい鉱物標本約300点と㈲J．C．BAR所有の宝石標本約100点を展示した．本展では，鉱物の色や結晶の形の美しさを伝えるとともに，鉱物の様々な楽しみ方を提案することを狙いとし展示を構成した．展示の構成・デザインには，（１）来場者に展示の意図が伝わること，（２）当館の来館者層（幼児～小学生＋その保護者）にあった内容であること，（３）特に鉱物に興味をもたない来場者でも楽しめる展示であることに注意した．
本展開催期間中，来場者に本展の感想を問うアンケートを実施した．その結果，印象に残った展示として「宝石」を筆頭に，「光る石や色が変わる石」「鉱物の色」「鉱物の形」と回答した方が多く，自由記述においても，「きれいだった」といった感想が多く見られ，本展の狙いは概ね達成したと言える．For exhibits held at museums, curators plan and create exhibits matched to the nature of the exhibit venue and the visitors expected, carefully structuring the exhibit to suit the museum in question. The standard theory of exhibits has been discussed in various literature, but there have been few elucidations of the subtle exhibition techniques employed by curators. From July 18, 2015 through September 6, 2015, the Toyama Science Museum held an exhibit entitled: Crystallization of the Earth: The Ryuji Kitagawa Mineral Collection. This paper explains the exhibitional techniques that the author did in the exhibition. Further, the results of a survey distributed to visitors are used to assess future issues surrounding how exhibition techniques are evaluated by the public.departmental bulletin pape
