Collaborative Exploration of Vegetable Genetic Resources in Central Cambodia around the Southern Part Tonlé Sap Lake
カンボジア農業研究開発研究所(CARDI),茨城県農業総合センター生物工学研究所および国立研究開発法人 農業・食品産業技術総合研究機構(農研機構)が連携して,2023 年にカンボジア中部,トンレサップ湖南部周辺において野菜遺伝資源の探索・収集を実施した.本探索では,2023年12月3日から12月11日にかけて,カンボジア西部の 3つの州(Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom, Pursat)において,合計 93点の遺伝資源を収集した.その内訳はメロンが 16 点,ヘチマが15点,ジュウロクササゲ,トウガラシおよびニホンカボチャがそれぞれ 9 点,ナスが 7 点,トカドヘチマ,ユウガオ,トウガンおよびシカクマメがそれぞれ 4 点,スイカ,リョクトウ,キュウリおよびオクラがそれぞれ3点,バジルが2点,ゴマおよびニガウリがそれぞれ1点であった.収集した遺伝資源の種子の半分は CARDI に保管し,残りの半分は標準材料移転契約(SMTA)に基づいて農研機構遺伝資源研究センターに送付する.This report describes an exploration of vegetable genetic resources in central of Cambodia, around the south part of Tonlé Sap Lake, jointly conducted by the National Agriculture and Food Research Organization (NARO), Ibaraki Agriculture Center, and the Cambodian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI). We conducted a field survey in central Cambodia from December 3 to 11, 2023. The main objectives were collecting accessions of vegetables from the Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom and Pursat provinces. We collected a total of 93 accessions, including 16 species from 6 families: Cucurbitaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae, Malvaceae, Pedaliaceae and Solanaceae. The most frequent accessions were cucurubitaceous plants, containing 16 of Cucumis melo, 15 of Luffa cylindrica, 9 each of Cucurbita moschata and Benincasa hispida, 7 of Solanum melongena, 4 each of Lagenaria siceraria and Luffa actangula, 3 each of Citrullus lanatus and C. sativus, and 1 of Momordica charantia. All accessions were collected as seeds and stored in the CARDI Genebank, while a subset was transferred to the Research Center of Genetic Resources from NARO using the standard material transfer agreement.Figure 1点,Table 3点,Sample Photo 128点articl
Survey and Collectionof Miscanthus floridulus in Fukuoka, Oita, and Yamaguchi Prefectures
2023 年 10 月に,バイオマス利用を目的とする植物の育種素材としてトキワススキ(Miscanthus floridulus) 遺伝資源の探索収集を行った.福岡,大分および山口の各県において,路傍や海岸に自生していた集団を合 計 10 点収集した.To obtain breeding materials to produce biomass crop, genetic resources of Miscanthus floridulus were collected in October 2023.
