應用於高動態範圍影像壓縮之多重曝光影像壓縮技術;Multi-Exposure Images Coding for Efficient High Dynamic Range Image Compression
[[abstract]]隨著科技的發展,人們對於影像或視訊的品質要求越來越高,高動態範圍 (High Dynamic Range)的技術發展也日益蓬勃,高動態範圍影像的獲取可分為支援拍攝高動態範圍影像之攝影器材拍攝,或是利用多張不同曝光的低動態範圍 (Low Dynamic Range)影像進行合成。許多領域需要使用到高動態範圍技術,像是計算攝影學、醫學影像和娛樂產業,雖然通訊與儲存設備的技術日益成熟,高動態範圍影像/視訊的龐大資料量仍然是一個有待解決的問題。高動態範圍的影像提供使用者更接近真實世界景像的感受,但為了要呈現更多的細節,就必須要使用高位元的浮點數型態來儲存影像,此舉會使得高動態範圍影像的資料量龐大,且現今大多數的壓縮技術並不支援高位元且浮點數型態的格式進行壓縮,因此如何將高動態範圍影像進行有效率的壓縮,即是本論文所要解決的問題之一。此外,由於能夠支援高動態範圍影像的顯示設備尚未普及,因此一個具有向後兼容性的壓縮系統是很重要的,本論文提供了一個可以根據使用者的需求來產生高動態範圍影像與低動態範圍影像的壓縮系統,來解決沒有能夠顯示高動態範圍影像的用戶需求。本論文將使用高效率多視角編碼器 (Multi-View High Efficient Video Coding, MV-HEVC) 為基礎,對多張不同曝光的低動態範圍影像進行有效率的壓縮,透過傳輸多張不同曝光的低動態範圍影像,使得可以根據使用者的需求來產生高動態範圍影像或是經曝光融合之後的低動態範圍像。本論文所提出的方法與HEVC Range Extension和JPEG-XT相比,平均可省21%的位元率
優秀兒童跆拳道教練領導行為及其影響因素;Leadership Behaviors of The Elite Taekwondo coaches for children
[[abstract]]本研究目的在了解優秀兒童跆拳道教練領導行為及其影響因素。採質性研究方式,以立意取樣選取三位優秀兒童跆拳道教練,其皆具有國家A級教練證照,跆拳道教練領導實務達10年以上,並且曾帶隊獲得國際性前三名的成績。另外採文件分析及參與觀察方式。本研究所得資料經開放性編碼、主軸編碼及選擇性編碼持續進行比較與分析。結果發現,優秀兒童跆拳道教練領導行為包括訓練與教學行為、社會支持行為、管理行為、讚賞行為及溝通行為等。訓練與教學行為的概念包括指導原則、訓練方法及個別指導;社會支持行為的概念包括心理輔導、課業輔導及生活照顧;管理行為的概念包括服從的態度、生活管理及公平的態度;讚賞行為的概念包括精神鼓勵、實質鼓勵及行為態度的建立;溝通行為的概念包括雙向互動、回饋與建議、反省思考。另外,影響優秀兒童跆拳道教練領導行為的因素包括訓練的瓶頸、學校與家長的支持、訓練的資源及教練具備的條件。教練需要注重及強化訓練與教學、社會支持、管理、讚賞及溝通等行為才能提升其領導力。本研究結果將有助於未來培育更多頂尖的跆拳道選手,提升國內跆拳道專任教練及教師參與運動訓練的參考依據,進而提升教練的專業訓練能力。關鍵詞:運動訓練與指導、啟蒙教練、專任教練、領導行為、質性研究
The purpose of this study was to explore the leadership behaviors and influential factors of elite Taekwondo coaches for children. Depth analysis of outstanding children Taekwondo coach leadership behavior and leadership influencing factors. Three taekwondo coaches have practiced for more than 10 years and have achieved the top three international achievements, and still the Taekwondo coach based on parental leadership and multiple leadership model theory, using semi-structured interviews, participatory observation and document analysis. The data are compiled by open coding, editor code and selective coding, and summarized and analyzed. The results show that leadership behavior includes training and teaching behavior, social support behavior, management behavior, appreciation behavior and communication behavior. The concepts of training and teaching behavior include guiding principles, training methods and personal guidance; the concepts of social support behavior include psychological counseling, counseling and life care; the concept of management behavior includes obedience, life management and fairness; the concept of appreciation includes Spiritual encouragement, true encouragement, behavior and attitudes; the concept of communication includes two-way interaction, feedback and advice, reflection thinking. In addition, the factors that influence the leadership behavior of Taekwondo coaches for children include training bottlenecks, school and parent support, training resources and coaching. Taekwondo Coaches need to emphasize and strengthen their training and teaching behavior, social support behavior, management behavior, appreciation behavior and communication behavior to promote their leadership. The results of this study will be used as a reference for future training of more top Taekwondo Players, coaches and skilled local full-time Taekwondo coaches to enhance the professional competence of the coaches to improve the professional training and training of skilled Taekwondo.Keywords: Sports Training And Guidance﹐Enlightenment Coach﹐Full-time Coach﹐Leadership Behaviors﹐Qualitative Researc
以EOR策略理論與AST理論探討休閒產業導入e-HRM系統文化衝突及差異事件;Discussing Cultural Conflict and Discrepancy Events of Implementing e-HRM System Based on EOR Strategy Theory and AST Theory
[[abstract]]本研究探討休閒產業集團底下,各事業體面臨集團總部採購統一的資訊科技時,如何採取認同與抵抗,以及如何調適。過去文獻指出,在系統導入過程,常有因為各事業體員工和組織關係(EOR)策略不同而產生文化紛爭;也因資源的共享而必須做出調適的行為。過去的調適觀點(調適結構化理論、差異事件)為本研究個案訪談的理論基礎,以協助研究員瞭解及發掘集團式的決策是應以整體性考量,還是要因應不同事業體需求做出調整的決策。在探討e-HRM資訊系統導入過程,其人員、部門、管理者相關之文化衝突及差異事件,選定初步訪談之人選,採取滾雪球抽樣(Snowball Sampling)方式,在訪談過程透過資訊提供者不斷的提供新的受訪者,得以增加新受訪者,可為不同部門、不同階層之相關人員,來達到多重資料來源要求,滿足這方面三角鑑定效度。受訪對象共計18位,分別為各事業體(總部、百貨、飯店)一般使用者12位、資訊部主管1位、人資部5位等。從個案結果發現,導入前產生衝突者皆為高階主管,例如組織中的總部高層、各事業體專業經理人;系統進入導入中階段時,參與者不單侷限組織高層,其範圍逐漸擴增至一般性員工,如系統關鍵用戶、軟體工程師、部門主管及廠商顧問也加入互動行列,影響層面由個體進階到群體,其關係增添複雜度,此時產生衝突事件次數為各階段中最高。另外系統導入過程透過EORS九宮格表,是用以歸類出個人、群體因文化的不同,進而導致員工與組織二者間關係的不匹配,延伸出文化衝突的差異事件。本研究未來可提供管理者在實務經驗上不同的視角,得以深入解析系統導入衝突事件的前因後果,減少組織在做系統導入時與員工產生不必要的衝突事件。
This research focuses on knowing how a large leisure enterprise adjusts themselves when adopting a unified information system (IS). In the past, the literature shows that employees have conflicts with the enterprise due to the cultural differences existed in the employee organization relationship (EOR) during the system implementation, and they have to resolve the differences and share resources. This research is based on the AST theory to study how a large enterprise made decisions and adjustments to reduce the cultural differences among various business entities through a series of interviews.This research focuses on the process of adopting an e-HRM system. The snowball sampling method was used to interview with employees and managers in order to find discrepancy events. The triangulation method was utilized as different sources of data collection. In total, 18 interviewees were involved in the study who were from general entities (12), IT manager (1), and human resource management (5). The results show that most of employees involved in the conflict activities were high level managers in the early adoption stage, for examples, the senior managers in the head office, and senior managers in the sub-entities. In the later stage, employees involved included both aforementioned ones and general employees, such as systems users, software engineers, department managers, and consultants. This stage has the highest numbers of conflicts and complexity. All the results have been incorporated into a nine-square table of EOR system for explaining the cultural differences between individual and group, especially how cultural conflicts derived from the discrepancy events existed between employees and the organization.It is hoped that the results of this research can provide managers with different views to understand the reasons and consequences of cultural conflicts. Thus, they can better manage a large enterprise and reduce these conflict activities
運用3D立體視覺化技術提升醫病溝通效果-以腸胃科為例;Using 3D Stereoscopic Vision Technology to Enhance the Effect of Doctor- Patient Communication:Taking Gastroenterology as an Example
[[abstract]] 隨著科技的發達,許多醫療器材跟著數位化,電子病歷與醫療資訊系統的出現,不僅有效降低醫療失誤,也大大提升了醫療品質及效率。如今,「以病人為中心」的醫療概念出現,為了加強病人對自己身體健康之重視,對於人體的基本狀況、疾病的基本觀念(包括如何預防與治療)是必須的。因此,本研究提出了以3D人體模型頁面,與醫師之醫囑系統做連結,使醫師在看診的過程中,可連結至頁面,將3D人體模型與疾病基本觀念,作為醫病溝通之輔助工具,以近年較常見之腸胃相關疾病作為案例使用,期望能透過此系統,有效提升醫師與病人之間的溝通效果。 本研究以專家訪談與病人滿意度問卷作為系統之評估,訪談對象為3位具有20年以上腸胃看診經歷的腸胃科醫師,病人滿意度問卷總共蒐集了70份有效問卷,並以統計軟體SPSS22.0進行資料分析,再與醫師之訪談內容,做一研究統整。研究結果顯示,視覺化之醫病溝通,有效提升病人對於看診時的滿意度,且針對系統內容,病人更願意瞭解與疾病相關之基本觀念,本研究之研究成果,提供醫病雙方一個更方便且更有效的溝通輔助工具。
With the development of technology, many medical equipment followed by digital. The EMR (Electronic medical record) and HIS (Healthcare/ Hospital Information System) not only effectively reduce medical errors, but also enhance the medical quality and efficiency. Today, the “patient- centered” concept of medical care emerges. In order to strengthen the patient’s attention to their own health, the basic situation of the human body and the basic concept of disease (including how to prevent and treat) is necessary. Therefore, this study proposed a 3D human body model page linking the doctor's system. The doctor may use the 3D human body model and the basic concept of disease as a medical aid tool. This study is based on the more common gastrointestinal problems in recent years as a case, hoping through this system, effectively enhance the communication between doctors and patients. In this study, we conducted an expert interview and the patient satisfaction questionnaire to evaluate the system. Expert interviews were three gastroenterologists with more than 20 years of gastrointestinal experience. A total of 70 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by statistical software SPSS 22 .0 for data analysis. Finally, according to doctors’ interviews and the patients’ satisfaction questionnaires for a study of the whole. The result shows that the visualization of the disease communication has effectively enhanced the patient's satisfaction at the time of visit. For the content on system, the patients are more willing to knowing the basic concepts associated with the disease. The results of this study provide a more convenient and effective communication aids for both medical and health care
無實體電子發票持續使用之動機探討;Understanding the Motivational Factors to Continuously Use the Non-Entity E-Invoice
[[abstract]]隨著環境保護的意識不斷加強,電子發票的推動已然成為世界的趨勢,台灣於2010正式推動電子發票,時至今日已推廣至使用載具儲存無實體電子發票,然而載具使用率卻不如預期。其中,部份民眾嘗試使用數次之後即不再使用。因此,本研究欲了解哪些因素會影響一般民眾持續使用無實體電子發票。本研究以Deci and Ryan (1985)所提出之動機理論中內外在動機作為理論基礎,探討一般民眾對於無實體電子發票持續使用之內外在動機影響因素。本研究利用網路問卷調查的方式,發放於社群平台以及相關討論版,共計回收560份問卷,有效問卷共361份,有效樣本率為64.46%。研究結果顯示,電腦自我效能、認知易用性、相容性、信任、時間便利性以及環境態度等對無實體電子發票持續使用有正向顯著影響;個人創新、社會影響、認知風險、獎賞對無實體電子發票持續使用並無顯著影響。最後,本研究針對實務面與學術面提出具體之建議與未來研究方向。
With the growing awareness of environmental protection, the promotion of e-invoices has become the world's trend. The official promotion of non-entity e-invoices to use vehicles to store non-entity e-invoices launched in Taiwan in 2010, However its vehicles usage is not as good as expected. Some of these people try to use it several times and then no longer use it again. Therefore, this study is aimed to understand what factors will affect the individual's continuous use of non-entity e-invoices. This study conducted a research model based on the Motivation Theory proposed by Deci and Ryan to explore the intrinsic and extrinsic motivational factors to continuously use non-entity e-invoices. Three hundred and sixty one effective responses were collected to empirically test the model. The analytical results indicated that computer self-efficacy, perceived ease of use, compatibility, trust, time convenience, and environmental attitude positively affect user continuous use of non-entity e-invoices. Finally, this study concludes with useful recommendations for academics and practitioners
基於物聯網及藍牙信標技術之簽到系統設計及其應用分析;On the Design and Analysis of Attendance System with the Technology of IOTs and Beacon
[[abstract]]目前人資管理出勤資料是藉由數位化的方式來簡化行政作業,但數位化的部分僅為後端的系統分析及報表,前端仍然是使用傳統的打卡鐘或指紋識別。本研究嘗試透過行動載具之藍牙(Bluetooth Low Energy)技術來改善前端打卡流程,實作後端簽到系統,提供彙整出勤資料,並結合資訊推播,使重要資訊能快速推送至前端載具,其中前端打卡採用iBeacon技術,後端採用MQTT資訊傳播,並透過Web API使前後兩端資訊能無縫整合。本研究建置完成,由中小企業人員實際操作,並進行問卷回收,透過科技接受模型、資訊系統成功模式等實證研究方法加以驗證,本研究在改善前端打卡流程及訊息傳播證明是有效的。
Currently, the attendance data of human resource management can be processed via digital approach to simplify the administrative procedure. However, the process of digitization is only for the back-end solution to analyze data and show some reports. The front-end solution to improve the traditional time clock or fingerprint identification is still limited. Therefore, this research attempts to improve the front-end punch-in process to be a digital system with the Bluetooth Low Energy Technology of the mobile device such that the attendance procedure can be processed easily and quickly. In this research, based on the new trend of technology, we proposed a system called “Beacon Attendance” to solve the problem of traditional systems.The system of Beacon Attendance can improve the degree of user experience in contrast to the traditional solution. In order to let the system of front-end punch time clock more efficient, we not only apply the Beacon Technology to simulate the proximity behavior, but also use the MQTT to tightly connect attendance information to the back-end database. Furthermore, we design a Web API to let employees use their own smartphone to seamlessly integrate into the front-end system of Beacon Attendance. Moreover, to prove the performance of the system of Beacon Attendance System, we applied the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Information Systems Success Model to make more consideration and verification about the developing systems. Finally, this study has shown that the new approach of the front-end process with Beacon, and back-end message propagation with IOTs obtained a great improvement
一個有效率的方法去找到高中介度中心性的點;An efficient method for finding vertices of high betweenness
[[abstract]]中心性是一種量化點在社會網路上的重要性的一種指標,一個點的中介度是它在最短路徑上的次數,然而,計算中介度中心性的計算量是非常龐大的。在許多實際應用中,我們並不是要求出一個點正確的中介度中心性的值,我們想要得到的是中介度中心性的排名,因此,我們設計一個有效率的方法去合併點來得到一個比較少點和邊的網路,然後就去估計每個點的中介度中心性,便可取得中介度中心性的排名。
Centralities are crucial in quantifying the roles and the position of vertices in social networks. The betweenness centrality of a vertex is based on the number of shortest paths passing through it. However, the computation of betweenness centrality is expensive. In many practical applications, the ranking of betweenness centralities is more importance than the exact values, so we developed a novel algorithm that efficiently combines vertices to reduce the size of the network. Then, we compute vertices of high betweenness centralities quickly in the modified network to get the top-k vertices
機器人語言編譯器的設計與應用;The Design and Implementation of A Robot Language Compiler
[[abstract]]近年來,智能製造業快速興起,在這塊領域上,技術發展迅速及產品的品質要求和產量不斷地提高,智慧設備產業的發展也愈來愈受到社會各界的廣泛關注,使得機械手臂的發展日趨重要也廣泛。自從機械手臂技術開始發展至今,機械手臂在機器人技術領域中,最被廣泛實際的應用在工業上、製造業上...等。在現今不斷變化的計算機架構下,較高品質的優化編譯器,是前進的目標之一,然而這需要一定的計算機結構的背景知識去完成。 在本論文中,我們主要是在設計和應用在機器人編譯器,第一部分為將建構出的機器人編譯器,對其部分內部功能或函式作調整和改善,但由於編譯器當初就是被設計來作機器人語言的編譯,所以單單只能支持機器人語言,但現今大多數的編譯器都為多語言編譯器,故我們希望可以做到支持多語言的功能。 然而,LLVM (Low Level Virtual Machine)編譯器,近年來被成功的應用在多個領域,其模組化的設計和良好的優化效果更被學術界所推崇。簡單的來說,LLVM可以被當成多種語言的後端,其模組化的設計,對於開發多平台的編譯器是相對易於編寫的,故第二部分為將機器人語言編譯器加入LLVM編譯器,以LLVM後端為基礎開發,利用LLVM去作後端代碼的生成器去支持機器人語言,以達到支援多語言/多平台的編譯器架構。經由本論文開發的編譯器架構,不僅僅可以藉由編譯器去簡化需要開發的程式碼數量,也可以降低程式人員對於底層機器指令不熟悉所造成的錯誤發生率
基於生理訊號分析個體情緒與課程創意發想之關係研究;A Study on the relationship between the Individual Emotional State and the Course Creativity Thinking Based on Physiological Signals Analysis
[[abstract]]在過去研究個體創造力時,大多會直接從個體在受測時的選答直接推估創造力的高低,較少去考慮到受測者當下的情緒是否影響了他們的創造力表現,因此本論文主要研究人們在進行創造力思考時的情緒反應,以及情緒跟創造力的關聯性為何。實驗時會測量個體的Galvanic Skin Resistance (GSR)、Electromyography(EMG)、Heart Rate(HR)、Electroencephalogram(EEG)推估情緒與生理的關係,再來會進行未導入創意思考方法與導入創意方法後的測驗,同時也會請他們配戴上述四種儀器取得情緒數據,了解受測者進行創意思考的情緒狀態,之後再將創意發想結果交由專家評分,藉此比較導入創意前後的分數是否有所成長。
In the past studies about human creativity, researchers used to assess individual creativity through the creativity test. Few researchers took into account the emotions may affect individual creativity. Therefore, the main purpose of this thesis is researching the emotional reaction of humanity when they make creative thinking and finding the relationship between emotion and creativity.In our research, we measured students’ Galvanic Skin Resistance (GSR), Electromyography (EMG), Heart Rate (HR), and Electroencephalogram (EEG) to estimate their emotions. We performed two main experiments to compare their change of creativity. The first experiment, we measured students’ original creativity. The second experiment we gave them six creative thinking techniques to improve their creative thinking. In order to understand the emotional state of students’ in the experiments, they wore four sensors in creative thinking. The test result of creative thinking will be scored by experts. We will discuss emotion's affecting creativity and using techniques of creative thinking improving creativity
支援兩軸離線學習控制演算法之自動化 G-code 前處理技術之研究;Automatic G-code Preprocessing for Two-Axis O?-Line Iterative Learning Control Algorithm
[[abstract]]迭代學習控制(ILC)是一種使用當前的加工訊息去改善下一次加工精確 度的技術,過去的研究已將ILC整合至開源碼CNC控制器LinuxCNC。然 而,在迭代學習控制的操作上並不容易。其主要原因在計算等效輪廓誤差 所需的路徑方式程式必須手動地做替換。更糟的是,對於不同的路徑,使 用者必須輸入不同的路徑方程式。此篇論文,我們開發了一個演算法去分析、解譯G-code的資訊以及自 動產生G-code相對應的路徑方程式。此外,設計了一個特定的XML格式協 助ILC及LinuxCNC間訊息的傳遞。提供了一個操作簡單的客製化介面讓使 用者完成ILC的操作。我們將整合的系統放置到五軸工具機上做測試及實 驗,實驗結果顯示我們提出的演算法不僅能自動產生路徑方程式,ILC也 能正常地運作在LinuxCNC上並且提高加工的精確度。
Iterative Learning Control (ILC) is a technique that using the current machining information to improve the accuracy of the next machining process. The previous research works have demonstrated integrating ILC technique into the open source CNC machine controller, LinuxCNC. However, the operation of ILC is not friendly. The main problem is that calculating the equivalent contour error needs the equations of paths that must be manually provided. To make matters worse, for di?erent paths, users need to input the di?erent path equations of paths.In this thesis, we develop an algorithm to analyze and interpret information of G-code and automatically generate the corresponding equations of paths in G-codes. In addition, a speci?c XML format is designed to help communicate between ILC and LinuxCNC. A customized GUI is developed to provide a user-friendly environment for operating ILC. The whole system is evaluated on a ?ve-axis machine tool. For the tested G-codes, the experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can automatically generate correct path equations. The ILC program can correctly work with LinuxCNC and enhance the accuracy of machining
