    應用瑞薩晶片於主軸馬達轉子時間常數估測與向量控制之研究;

    [[abstract]]本論文以瑞薩晶片為核心,建立一套主軸馬達控制系統,並使用MATLAB Simulink輔助,整合向量控制、資料擷取與傳輸、高精度通訊型編碼器與線上轉子時間常數估測此四大主題。首先介紹主軸馬達與向量控制的原理與數學模型,透過由MATLAB Simulink所建立之模擬對馬達控制系統進行動態分析,接著提到系統中所使用的瑞薩數位訊號處理器R7S910018BE應用於本研究的目標所具有的各項優勢,並利用其特點於主軸馬達控制系統中加入應用功能,包含線上轉子時間常數的估測與通訊型編碼器的實作,因此先後介紹轉子時間常數在向量控制中所扮演的重要角色、如何進行轉子時間常數的估測實驗,輔以模擬與實驗的結果比較,接著帶到編碼器的種類和原理、通訊型編碼器的運作架構及其優點,最後則是實驗硬體與軟體的說明與系統架構。 This thesis develops a spindle motor control system which is centered on Renesas digital signal processor. The system combine the vector control, motor information collection, high precision protocol type encoder and rotor time constant online identification function in our spindle motor driver. First, we introduce the induction motor structure and vector control theory. We also build the simulation of the induction motor control system to understand the dynamic performance. The next section explains the advantage of the Renesas DSP R7S910018BE in our research purpose. With its features, we can add the application functions which combine rotor time constant identification and protocol type encoder implementation into the motor control system. Therefore, the next topic introduces the importance of rotor time constant in space control and the identification experiment method. Moreover, comparing the result of simulation and experiment shows the identification accuracy. In the protocol type encoder part, we descript the category of rotary encoder and the strength of protocol type encoder. The application of protocol type encoder in our experiment and data transmission method is also in this section. At last, we list the hardware device and software development process of the entire control system

    [[abstract]]本研究突破了傳統光學微影方法的繁複步驟與高昂的曝光機設備,以直接金屬奈米壓印(Direct Metal Nanoimprint)一步到位使金屬光柵成型,結合嵌入式奈米壓印(Insertion Nanoimprint)技術使金光柵圖案嵌入至PMMA軟性透明基板中,最後搭配乾式蝕刻製程去除金屬殘留層(Residual Layer),即製得可應用於液晶螢幕背光模組中具偏振功能的導光板。 由於直接金屬奈米壓印存在成型性不均的問題,圖案邊緣成型性較好,而圖案中央的成型性較差,因此本研究於壓印前針對金薄膜採取退火軟化熱處理並提升壓印機台的製程溫度極限,以改善金屬材料在壓印階段的流動性,並可達到最小線寬70 nm之金光柵成型。於嵌入式壓印製程討論抗沾黏層的選用,本研究提出以FDTS作為抗沾黏層,可使嵌入式翻印時金薄膜之脫模有最佳效果。 最後再以乾式蝕刻技術去除金屬殘留層,本研究嘗試了反應式離子蝕刻(Reactive Ion Etching, RIE)與感應耦合電漿體反應式離子蝕刻(Inductively Coupled Plasma RIE, ICP-RIE),同時比較氟系與氯系兩種蝕刻氣體,得到蝕刻後表面品質最佳且蝕刻製程時間最短的乾式蝕刻製程參數,製得可對可見光有偏振效果之線寬210 nm之Au/PMMA複合光柵偏振片。 In this study, gold/PMMA comosite gratings of nano-scale were fabricated by combining Direct Metal Nanoimprint process and Insertion Nanoimprint process. Instead of using conventional photolithographic method, gold gratings were formed on Si-substrate under moderate temperature and elevated pressure using a direct metal nanoimprint process, then the gratings were inserted into a flexible and transparent PMMA substrate with subsequent dry etching to remove the gold residual layer to fulfill the light-passing characteristic of gratings. Due to non-uniform formability during direct metal nanoimprint, grating formation on the edge of the gold thin film is much better than that in central area. A subsequent annealing treatment to soften the gold thin film was proposed to improve the flow behavior of gold film under imprint pressure. The effect of annealing treatment was discussed. Choosing appropriate anti-stiction layer receipe is important for lift-off of gold film from Si-substrate during insertion imprint process. FDTS exhibited superior porperties among different receipes on hydrophobicity and on ease of lift-off process. RIE (Reactive Ion Etching) and ICP-RIE (Inductively Coupled Plasma RIE) were applied to remove the gold residual layer. Etching atmosphere containing chloride revealed better etching effect and shorter process time than fluoride atmosphere

    [[abstract]]本論文進行了結合電潤濕和潤濕梯度圖案化之微接觸印刷的可行性評估。在電潤濕方面,成功將電潤濕技術整合入微接觸印刷。藉由電潤濕的短暫親水效應,讓親水的類酵素溶液成膜於原本疏水的PDMS矽膠上,接著移除外加電壓使PDMS矽膠回復其疏水特性,成功將類酵素薄膜轉印至粗糙的碳墨電極。在潤濕梯度圖案化方面,分析了現有潤濕梯度圖案化在膜厚控制上的侷限,並提出遮攔式潤濕梯度圖案化的概念。對親水溶液實驗,當潤濕梯度中親水區域趨於超親水特性時,確實可以擴大潤濕梯度圖案化在膜厚控制上的能力,特別是在膜厚薄的時候。 The paper proceeded feasibility assessment to combine electroweeting with wetting gradient patterning of micro-contact printing. In part of electrowettimg, electrowetting technology was successfully integrated into micro-contact printing. The hydrophilic enzyme-like solution is formed on the original hydrophobicity of PDMS surface by temporarily hydrophilic effect of electrowetting and then the applied voltage is removed to recover the hydrophobic properties of the PDMS surface, and the film of enzyme-like is successfully transferred to the carbon of rough surface.In part of wetting gradient patterning, the limitations of general wetting gradient patterning on film thickness control are analyzed, and the concept of grated wetting gradient patterning is proposed. For the experiment of aqueous affinity solution, when the hydrophilic region tends to be super-hydrophilic in the wetting gradient, it is indeed possible to expand control ability of film thickness on the wetting gradient patterning, especially when the film thickness is thin

    [[abstract]]現今電子產品逐漸走向輕薄設計,其基材逐漸轉向塑膠等軟性材料。然而市面上製作軟性電子大多以黃光蝕刻製程,其步驟繁複且成本高,故捲對捲 (roll-to-roll, R2R) 印刷為軟性電子未來可能量產的技術之一。而大多軟性電子材料為多層結構,故在印刷控制上必須做到好的對位控制 (Registration control) 以降低對位誤差。然而在捲對捲多層印刷機台架設影像感測器會遇到兩個挑戰─第一,印刷第一層材料時同時印刷對位記號,進一步利用影像處理找出圖型重心以取得參考位置。然而印刷過程中若對位記號有缺陷則影像特徵會出現誤差;第二,影像感測器在FOV (Field of view) 為 2.5*2.5 ?mm?^2 的情況下,對於傳輸方向最大速度 v_web=10 m/min 其取樣時間必須小於 10 ms/frame 內。本研究目的為研發一個適用於捲對捲印刷位置影像感測系統;藉由對於拍攝之對位記號進行影像處理統計分析,設計最佳化對位記號,以降低圖案誤差造成之感測誤差。另外藉由即時作業系統 (Real-time Operating System) 及平行運算影像處理方法使得從拍照、影像處理及下控制指令之總時間能落在 10 ms/frame 以下。在對位記號圖型設計的結果上,得知當直線資料點數 n 越多時其特徵估測值 (θ ?,ρ ? ) 之變異量皆會越小,其值越接近實際值。在影像感測性能方面,其影像處理總執行時間約落在5.6 ms,而最差的時間約為7.7 ms,故此感測系統之取樣時間符合我們的目標 8 ms/frame 以下 (假設下控制指令為 2 ms 以下)。 Electronic products are moving toward thin and light design at present, and its substrates gradually change to flexible materials such as plastics. Most of the flexible electronics produced on the market are made by lithography or etching process, which is complicated and expensive, therefore roll-to-roll (R2R) printing is one of the technologies to produce the flexible electronics in large quantities in the future. Also due to multi-layer structure of flexible electronics, it must be performed well for registration control to reduce alignment error on the printing control.However, there are two challenge for R2R multi-layer printing with image visual sensor – firstly, as the first layer of material is printed, the alignment marker is coated at the same time, and then the reference position will be obtained through using image processing to find the centroid of the alignment marker. But the image features will get error when the alignment marker coated in the R2R printing process is defective. Secondly, in the case of 2.5*2.5 ?mm?^2 of FOV (Field of view) for the image sensor, the sampling time must be less than 10 ms/frame for the maximum speed v_web=10 m/min in the transmission direction.The purpose of this study is to develop an image sensing system suitable for R2R printing position; the optimized alignment marker is designed by statistical analysis of the image processing to reduce the sensing error caused by the pattern error. In addition, the total executing time from image capturing, processing, to ordering the control commands can be reduced to less than 10 ms/frame by the real-time operating system and the parallel computing image processing method.On the result of the design of the alignment mark, it is shown that the more the number of linear data points n is, the smaller the variation of the feature estimated value will be, and its value will be closer to the actual value. In terms of image sensing performance, the total executing time of image processing is about 5.6 ms, and the worst time is about 7.7 ms. Therefore, the sampling time of the sensing system meet our target of 8 ms/frame (assuming ordering the control command is less than 2 ms)

    [[abstract]]中國「一帶一路」倡議的提出,被外界視為對美國霸權在國際建制上領導權的競爭。在此一期間美國兩任政府外交政策對於美國是否要在全球繼續扮演「體系中的穩定者」方面,兩者所抱持的理念及所行使的外交政策大相徑庭,歐巴馬政府呈現出希望透過主導國際建制來維持美國的霸權,川普政府則是減少美國在維持國際建制的付出,甚至有走向「孤立主義」傾向。以霸權穩定論來看,歐巴馬政府欲以參與多邊組織的方式與盟友分攤霸權面對中國崛起的負擔,並對區域內提出TPP成為中國「一帶一路」倡議的替代選項。川普政府的政策則是以單邊主動攻擊的方式,對中國直接在經濟上進行打擊,於此同時注重美國私利的態度,卻對美國霸權的正當性造成損害。本文欲先透過檢視美國兩任政府外交政策對於中國「一帶一路」提出後所作出的政策反應,希望能梳理出美國對中國「一帶一路」倡議的看法,再利用霸權穩定論中,霸權、國際制度與權力之間的連結角度來分析在面對中國提出「一帶一路」倡議,謀求國際秩序的話語權的挑戰時,美國領導權在全球權力結構上的權力運用與消長。 China's “Belt and Road” initiative is widely interpreted as a competition for the leadership with American hegemony in the international system. Meanwhile, the two leaders of the United States have different opinion on whether the United States should continue to play the role of “stabilizer” in world system The Obama administration chose to maintain US hegemony by leading international institutions. On the contrary, the Trump administration is reducing the United States’ efforts to maintain international institutions, and even tend to embracing "isolationism."The Obama administration wanted to share the burden of China's rise with allies in the way of participating in multilateral organizations, and offered “TPP” in the region as an alternative choice to China's “Belt and Road” initiative. In contrast, The Trump administration took preemptive action to deal a blow to China’s economy.The thesis try to analyze the policy of two US presidents which responded to China's “Belt and Road” initiative. And discuss the relation of hegemony, regime and power from the perspective of hegemonic stability theory. Eventually find out there will have a knock-on effort on the rise and fall of American leadership in the global power structure when China seek the power of discourse in the international order by proposed the "Belt and Road

    [[abstract]]馬,在中國古代佔有重要的一席之地,從早期被人們狩獵、畜養,來維繫人們的生存,到後來被賦予了能夠協助農業生產的作用、交通運行,以及對各朝代來說極為重要的戰爭用途,這使得馬相較於大多數的動物而言,顯得更具有重要性。唐代,相較於之前的朝代更加重視馬,唐人以馬建國,依賴馬作為外交手段,更是將馬融入唐代的社會生活,豐富唐人的精神生活。本文研究唐馬,以娛樂、工藝和繪畫為例,是因為這三者在唐代文化中都具明顯特色。娛樂是朝代興盛時所發展出來的文化,在唐代娛樂中,以馬為娛樂的方式不少,像是結合軍事技巧的馬戲,別具一番風采的舞馬,處處顯示出人與馬之間最為親密的接觸。唐人也將馬的形象裝飾點綴在生後事,他們把馬視為生活的一環,自然而然將馬製作出各式各樣的馬俑,發展唐三彩,展現出艷麗豐富的唐代色彩。同為陪葬品的馬石雕則是延續秦漢以來的各種風格加以融合,使得馬石雕具有寫實與想像。唐代馬畫更是記述了唐人的社會生活情景,以及抒發唐人本身對時局的理念寄託,此外也有將唐代胡漢融合的特色表現出來。唐人愛馬、尚馬,把馬融入生活的每一處,同時也將自身的價值觀與情感,藉由馬文化來抒發

    [[abstract]]本研究目的在了解優秀大學乙組網球運動員的運動價值觀及其對生涯發展的影響。採質性研究方式,以立意取樣方式,選取優秀大專乙組網球運動員,男性6位,女性3位,共9名,曾獲得全國大專院校運動會網球項目一般組個人、團體成績前三名為研究對象。以功能性價值觀為理論基礎,透過深度訪談進行資料收集,透過主題分析方式來探索受訪者對於網球運動的價值觀。結果發現優秀大學乙組網球運動員的運動價值觀包括活力價值(享受、有趣、快樂、幸福),超越價值(專注、抗壓、適應力),人際價值(同儕相處、人脈、凝聚力),進步價值(進步、贏、成就、求勝),存在價值(身體健康、體能佳、心理健康),規範價值(制度、品德、禮貌、有始有終)等。這些價值觀對其畢業後的工作、生活及家庭等生涯發展層面皆有正面影響,特別是人際價值的建立有助於未來的職涯發展。整體而言,大學參與網球的運動價值包括活力、超越、人際、進步、健康、規範等六大價值,這些態度與觀念對網球運動員往後的生涯發展產生莫大的正面影響。 The purpose of this study was to explore the concepts of sport values and the influence about career development among the excellent amateur tennis players in university. Qualitative research method was adopted. Base on the functional theory of human value to tennis training, and by purposive sampling. The nine tennis trainers who match winner in the national university sport game and received in-depth interview for 90-120 minutes. All contents of interviews were recorded and transcribed. The nine transcribes were analyzed by Thematic Analysis. There were six themes related to the Existence values (enjoy, pleasure, interest, happiness). Transcending values (focus, compressive, adaptability). Interactive values (companion, connection, cohesion). Promotion values (promotion, win, achievement, victory). Excitement values (healthy, physical fitness, mental health). Normative values (system, character, politeness, never do things by halves). After graduating,those six core sport values will have an impact on tennis players’ career, life and family. In particular, the establishment of Interactive value will help the future career development. In conclusion, the sports value of participating in tennis in university includes existence, transcending, interactive, promotion, excitement, normative values those are leading the tennis players’ career development

    運動介入模式對代謝症候群患者之體適能與血液生化指標分析;A study of the Health-Related Fitness and Blood Biochemical Indexes for Patients with Metabolic Syndrome by Exercise Intervention Model

    [[abstract]]本研究目的在探討循環運動、太極拳與有氧舞蹈訓練對代謝症候群患者之體適能與血液生化指標的相關性與解釋力,以132位社區民眾經醫院判定為代謝症候群患者受試對象,以準實驗法將受試者分為循環運動組:48位、太極拳組:43位、有氧舞蹈組:41位。運動介入訓練為期12週,每週3次,每次60分鐘。將訓練後所得資料體適能和血液生化指標,經由Smart PLS 2.0統計軟體進行偏最小平方法整體結構模式分析處理。本研究結果如下所示:一、 太極拳訓練可提高柔軟度、平衡感與敏捷性,進而提昇協調適能,而在體適能模式解釋力68%;有氧舞蹈運動訓練後對血液生化指標中的低密度脂蛋白有顯著的正相關,血液生化模式解釋力37%。二、 整體結構模型而言,循環運動課程內容包含較為多元,對身體組成、敏捷性、平衡感、柔軟度、肌耐力及血糖較有改善,整體模式解釋力為40%。三、 三種運動介入模式對體適能與血液生化指標皆有良好的效果,循環運動、太極拳與有氧舞蹈訓練,其體適能對為血液生化指標較有適向調幅。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation and explanatory power between health-related fitness and blood biochemical indexes among three exercise models by Concurrent Circuit Training, Tai Chi and Aerobic Dance Training for the metabolic syndrome patients. 132 people in the community were judged as metabolic syndrome by the hospital. The subjects were randomly divided into 48 cycling group, 43 tai chi group and 41 aerobic dance group. Exercise intervention training for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, every 60 minutes. The data of fitness and blood biochemical indexes after training were analyzed by Smart PLS 2.0 statistical software. The results showed as following:1. Tai Chi training could improve the softness, balance and agility, and then improve the coordination of energy, physical fitness model could get explanatory power of 68%. Aerobic Dance Training was a significant positive correlation between low density lipoprotein in blood biochemical indexes and 37% explanatory power of blood biochemical model. 2. The overall structure model, the concurrent circuit training program included a more comprehensive, body mass, agility, balance, softness, muscle endurance and blood glucose had been improved so that the overall model got 40% explanatory power. 3. The three intervention models of exercise had significant effective on both body fitness and blood biochemical indexes. Concurrent circuit training, Tai Chi and aerobic dance training were suitable changes from health-related fitness to blood biochemical indexes

    [[abstract]]大陸「中外合資、合作醫療機構管理暫行辦法」施行後,台資醫院陸續進駐大陸。兩岸人民雖同文同種,但工作文化截然不同。因此台資醫院需要面臨諸多的跨文化的適應與管理的難題。台灣數位政府排名屢佔世界前茅,醫療資訊系統亦為他國學習之對象,然而台資醫院能否以優勢之醫療系統輔助其醫院的管理?尚待研究。在醫院管理中,抗生素的管理為病人安全及醫療品質之重要基礎。近幾年抗生素濫用在世界各國已受到高度關注,世界衛生組織在 2011年將世界健康日的主題,訂定為全球降低抗生素的濫用以抑止抗藥性。各國遂紛紛擬定相關措施以減少抗生素濫用,研究指出管理方法中以事前審核及電腦輔助系統較有效果。因此本研究將運用抗生素監控系統,針對兩俺醫師探討跨文化對其開立抗生素行為的影響。理論基礎將採被應用於探討歐洲七國之醫師開藥行為的計畫行為理論,再根據文獻探討進行研究模式之修正。本研究結果可加強計畫行為理論解釋跨文化醫師開藥行為之完整性,並提供台資醫院認識文化變數的重要內涵,提高醫生應用資訊系統遵循開立抗生素規範,作為醫院管理之基礎並提升病人的安全與醫療品質。 研究結果指出,醫師在使用抗生素監控系統時,所感受的壓力越大,其使用抗生素監控系統的意願會越高;在文化調節方面,結果顯示兩岸文化差異不會影響醫師使用抗生素監控系統開藥之行為。 After the execution of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Sino-foreign Equity Joint and Cooperative Joint Medical Institutions, many Taiwan hospitals went to mainland China to open hospitals. Although, people from both sides have same language and origin, their working cultures are very different. In other words, the Taiwan hospitals may face many adaptions and management obstacles. Taiwan e-government has been ranked top worldwide for many years. Many countries came to Taiwan to learn the hospital information systems. However, can Taiwan hospitals use this advantage to run the hospitals in China is still an issue to be explored. In hospital management, antibiotic stewardship is the most important foundation for patient safety and medical care quality. Recently, misuse of antibiotics has become a world wild issue. The WHO even chose antimicrobial resistance and its global spread as the theme for the world health day in 2011.Many countries established policies and mechanism to control the spread of antimicrobial resistance. Studies showed that auditing prescription beforehand with computer-aided systems is a more effective method. Therefore, this study will explore the culture effects on physicians’ prescribing behavior while using the antibiotic steward information system. The theoretic foundation of the research model is planned behavior theory (TPB) which has been used to explore the physicians prescribing behavior in Europe. The research model will be modified by adding other variables through related literature reviews. The results of this study can be used to increase the completeness of TPB in explaining the subject area and as reference for Taiwan hospitals to understand the influence of working culture on physicians’ obedience of prescribing antibiotics using an antibiotic steward information system to further prevent antimicrobial resistance and enhance patients’ safety. The results show that, physicians in the use of antibiotic monitoring system, the greater the pressure, its use of the system will be higher. In terms of cultural regulation, the results show that the cultueal differences between the two sides will not affect the physician use antibiotic monitoring system to prescribe the behavior

    應用社群媒體促進C2C電子商務成功:社會資本理論之應用;Applying Social Capital Theory to Understand the Success of C2C e-Commerce Using Social Media

    [[abstract]]近幾年來,隨著社群媒體的興起,越來越多的消費者透過社群媒體與他人互動和進行商品資訊的蒐集,並協助其最終的購買決策。因此,許多傳統C2C電子商務賣家必須透過經營社群媒體來增加商品的銷售量與曝光度,並試圖創造一種與顧客持續交易和長期的關係。本研究目的為應用社會資本理論,探討運用社群媒體影響消費者持續使用C2C電子商務平台的因素。 本研究的對象為曾參與社群媒體互動的C2C電子商務消費者,共回收438份有效問卷。研究結果發現:結構面中的拍賣及交易承諾階段的互動,會顯著影響互惠、認同和共同願景,而交易承諾階段對於信任亦有正向顯著之影響;關係面中的互惠、信任、認同,以及認知面中的共同願景等,皆為影響消費者持續使用C2C電子商務平台的關鍵因素。最後,我們根據研究的發現,針對後續學術研究及實務應用方面,提出許多有用的建議。 With the rapid growing of the number of social media sites in recent years, plenty of consumers have begun to use social media as a platform to interact with other people, collect product information and make purchasing decisions accordingly. As a result, many C2C e-commerce sellers have owned their social networking sites in order to increase the sales volume and visibility and also maintain a long-time relationship with current and potential customers. This study applied social capital theory to understand the success of C2C e-commerce using social media. A theoretical model was conducted and 438 usable responses were collected. The analytical results indicated that in the structural dimension, interactions in both bidding and transaction-committed stages significantly affect reciprocity, recognition and shared vision. Also, interactions in transaction-committed stage significantly affect mutual trust. Reciprocity, mutual trust recognition (in the relational dimension) and shared vision (in the cognitive dimension) are key factors determining consumers' continuously use the C2C e-commerce platforms. Finally, some suggestions for researchers and practitioners are also provided
