    軋延參數對於鋼帶精軋尾板側偏與鋼帶變形分析;Rolling Parameters Analyze Strip Tail Deviation and Deformation in Finish Mill

    [[abstract]]在熱軋裡的精軋製程中尾板撞擊一直是熱軋線關注的問題之一。由於鋼帶在精軋區厚度較粗軋區薄再加上精軋區的軋延速度快,若鋼帶有任何不對稱外型或有軋機參數設定不良,就使整個精軋的軋延不穩定而使發生尾板撞擊的機率提高,發生尾板撞擊除了會損壞鋼帶也會導致軋輥表面受損進而影響。由熱軋線現場的操作鋼帶軋延經驗得知,造成鋼帶尾板撞擊的主因為鋼帶的尾端側偏,而造成鋼帶的尾端側偏的原因則為鋼帶的不對稱外型與軋機的組裝間隙,本研究主要分析鋼帶在精軋區的軋延參數對於鋼帶不對稱外型與鋼帶尾端側偏之影響,並且找出可能的先兆以有效降低尾板撞擊的機率。本研究利用有限元素法建立精軋機與鋼帶模型,模擬軋延時鋼帶的尾端側偏量,探討軋延參數對於鋼帶的不對稱外型變化與鋼帶尾端側偏之影響。並且結合模擬中的軋延參數與相對應的模擬結果建立鋼帶尾端側偏之迴歸模型,並將迴歸模型與模擬結果進行準確性驗證,若驗證結果接近則迴歸模型可使用於熱軋線場,本研究與熱軋線現場進行合作結合迴歸模型與精軋機調控系統,建立出比原先的調控系統更好的抑制尾板撞擊的機制,利用此系統讓熱軋線現場的操作可以更快擬定精軋機的操作參數條件以降低尾板撞擊發生機率,有效增加鋼帶產品的生產效率與良率。 In the finish mill during hot rolling, tail pinch phenomenon is an serious problem under highly concern. Since the strip thickness is thin and the rolling speed is high in finish mill, if there is any asymmetrical strip profile or any wrong setting of mill parameters, it is easily to cause milling instability in finish mill and to increase the probability of tail pinch. Tail pinch phenomenon not only damages the steel strip but also damage the surface of the rolls. Furthermore the production line would be interrupted due to changing rolls and removing the damaged strip which would seriously reduce the yield rate and deteriorate the production efficiency. According to the empirical data collected during finish mill, the cause of tail pinch phenomenon may be due to asymmetric deformation of strip end to a certain side. The reason for strip deformation to one side may be due to asymmetrical strip profile or rolling mill assembly gap. This research mainly analyzes the effect of rolling parameter on the asymmetrical strip profile and the strip end during finish milling and try to final an effective mechanism to reduce the tail pinch probability. Finite element analysis was applied deformation to establish a finish mill and strip model to simulate the possible strip end deformation which was affected by rolling parameters. A regression from the result of simulation could deduce mathematical model to applied to the correction of strip end deformation. The accuracy of the mathematical models will be verified by comparing with simulation results. A verified mathematical model can be then used for the finish mill line.The mathematical model in combined with the finishing mill on site control system to establish a better program control system to suppress the tail pinch phenomenon. Using this system the finish mill rolling parameters can be more efficiently corrected and the strip end deformation can be corrected and the production efficiency and the yield rate of steel strip products can be improved

    [[abstract]]由於美中權力競逐,對於亞太安全與和平穩定有相當程度之影響。因此,本研究旨在以國際關係理論「克制型現實主義」(Restrained Realism) 為立論基礎,對理論中提出的「軍事採取低姿態」、「經濟採取合作」,並「以國際組織折衝區域衝突」的區域安全平衡模型,佐以案例分析檢證美中兩國在亞太構建「新型戰略關係」之穩定架構,進而發展出「結構」制約「單元」的亞太綜合安全。關鍵字:美中權力、亞太安全、克制型現實主義、新型戰略關係、綜合安全 As the US and China compete for power, they have considerable influence on the security and peace and stability of the Asia-Pacific region. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to use the theory of international relations “Restrained Realism” as the basis of the argument, and to put forward the “Security of the military to adopt a low profile” and “Economic cooperation” proposed in the theory, and to “Defend regional conflicts with international organizations”.     [[abstract]]  根據結構現實主義的命題,台灣的外在行為必然受到客觀和物質的國際結構制約。本文通過對文獻的調查,證實外部環境對台灣軍事戰略產生的影響,即中美之間的大國競爭,發揮了關鍵的作用。然而這個說法並無法解釋,在不斷的結構性限制下,為什麼台灣在1988年到2016年期間的戰略行為表現出相當大的差異。因此,需要深入探討的是,什麼可以解釋台灣在不同領導人下對戰略行為的制訂?以及如何解釋其變化和連續性?  本文採用Kerry Longhurst的戰略文化分析架構,從李登輝總統時期國家統一思想的指導,到陳水扁總統時期「一邊一國」的觀念,再到馬英九總統時期九二共識的觀點,調查台灣的戰略行為。利用Kerry Lonhurst提出的三個元素來考察國家戰略文化,即基礎成份、安全政策和常規實踐。本文發現它們可以同時解釋台灣戰略的重大差異,以及這三位領導人的行為,還有貫穿於不同政黨和意識形態的核心信念。  本文的研究成果能說明台灣國家戰略的制定模式,並可同時在結構現實主義的命題下,進一步預測台灣未來戰略行為的範圍。 According to Structural Realism, Taiwan’s external behavior is necessarily constrained by the international structure that is objective and material. Through surveying the literature, this thesis demonstrates that the external environment, i.e. the great power rivalry between the US and China, does play a key role in influencing the military strategy of Taiwan. However, this account cannot explain why, under constant structural constraints, Taiwan in the period of 1988-2016 revealed considerable variation in terms of its strategic behavior. A more profound issue hence is, what may explain the making of Taiwan’s strategic behavior under different leaderships? How do explain the changes as well as the continuities? Adopting the analytic framework developed by Kerry Longhurst, this thesis investigates Taiwan’s strategic behavior from President Lee Teng-hui’s Guidelines for National Unification, to President Chen Shui-bian’s notion of “One Country on Each Side,” and to President Ma Ying-jeou’s emphasis on the so-called “1992 Consensus.” With the three factors Longhurst puts forth to examine a state’s strategic culture, i.e. foundational elements, security policy standpoints, and regulatory practices, this thesis finds that they can explain simultaneously the significant differences of Taiwan’s strategic behavior under these three leaders, as well as detect some core beliefs that run through different political parties and ideologies. The findings of the thesis provide a better account of the patterns of how national strategies are made in Taiwan. In addition, and in parallel to Structural Realism, the thesis also delimits the scope in which Taiwan’s future strategic behavior may be drawn

    滇緬公路與戰時運輸;Burma Road and Wartime Transportation

    [[abstract]]本論文敘述滇緬公路對戰時運輸之作用。抗戰軍興,華東沿海港埠即告失守,內陸及西南、西北國際交通頓形重要。淞滬會戰後,即仰賴粵漢鐵路及滇越鐵路為中國運輸物資之孔道。西北公路是因中蘇兩國簽訂《互不侵犯協定》,給予中國 2.5 億美元貸款修建,但是路線遙長,運量低,管理困難。滇越鐵路由於必須穿越崇山峻嶺,鐵路橋樑不易維修,一旦遭到轟炸,很容易癱瘓。粵漢鐵路因為武漢大戰後,粵漢兩地淪敵,此路即剩下長沙-株州段。湘桂越鐵路則隨著日軍侵入欽州灣,而相繼中斷。在淞滬會戰硝煙四起之際,雲南省主席龍雲飛往南京參與會議,向蔣中正委員長提議修建一條從省會昆明通往印度洋交通線。這就是滇緬公路的雛形。在淞滬拼戰之際,滇省府及外交部派員飛往仰光,與英緬政府談判。英國基於避免刺激日本,僅同意修築通往中國的公路方案。以一年為期修通之。雲南以崇山峻嶺、橫斷山脈及大江大河貫穿其中,修築公路自是不易。滇緬公路雖以昆明通往下關的滇西公路為雛形,但下關到國境卻是路線未決。直到淞滬戰爭爆發,方確定路線。600 公里的山路,在現代國家言實乃不易之事,何況是貧窮落後、缺乏修路機械的中國。滇西人民發揮驚人力量,在地形複雜、疾病四起、土崩石流的滇西地區,以七個月時間鑿出新路。滇緬公路修通後,後續改善工程陸續上來,同時兩國國際公路司機、過境關稅協議也大約同時進行,並頒布辦法。公路修通後,由軍委會西南運輸處負責軍委會物資輸運。其他政府及私人運輸機構亦紛紛投入運輸,造成公路亂象浮現,軍委會與交通部雖欲加強管理,但相當困難。公路修通後,需要大量司機投入輸運,由於西南運輸處司機分散各地,運力不足,因此運輸處主任宋子良請託南僑總會主席陳嘉庚於南洋僑居地招募司機與機工,募到了三千多位司機與機工,使得該處運力得以加強。本文除了探討滇緬公路修通經過、改善工程、關稅協議外,公路遭封鎖時所引起的各國反應及其財經效應,一直是被忽略的,筆者在此加以補充。最末是滇緬路戰役,中國軍隊在火線上,掩護英緬軍向印度撤退,而自己則邊打邊退,局勢紊亂,以致龍陵、騰衝等滇西重鎮相繼陷落,西南地區震動!幸國軍及時炸斷橫跨怒江的惠通橋,避免日軍過橋,造成中日兩軍隔江對峙局面,直到兩年後的滇西緬北大反攻。 This thesis contain the Burma Road and its War-time Transportations. In war-time, Chinainternational route comprise of : 1. Canton(廣州) – Hankow(漢口) Railways, this routes towardto Hongkong, but due to loss of Canton and Hankow in October 1938, this route become useless. North- West Road(西北公路), this route via Gansu (甘肅) and Xinjiang(新疆) Provinces,to USSR. Although USSR borrowed Chinese Government totally USD 250 million’s war material but this route too long, difficult to managed it. 3. Yunnan(雲南)- Vietnam(越南) Railway,this route via mountainous terrain, also difficult to repair it. Due to the French surrender to Germany, Japanese invades Vietnam, Chinese Government cut off this route.During Shanghai War, Governor of Yunnan Province(雲南省政府主席), Long Yun(龍雲) flew to Nanjing attend military meeting. Long Yun plan’s was this : built a road fromKunming to Burma, to the sea. Yunnan Provincial Government and Central Government flew to Yangon to negotiate with Burmese Government. They agree within a year to finish it.Yunnan Province famous with its mountainous terrain and rivers. Construct a road toward suchterrain is nearly impossible. During Shanghai and Wuhan battle, 600km mountainous routes,250000 various ethnics, in lack of machines, the world astonish Chinese construction miracle- in 7 months built the Burma Road!The Road was built, but the administrations and improvement works was begins. Chinese-Burmese bilateral transit tariffs negotiations and promulgates these laws and regulations. Chinese Military Commission’s(軍事委員會) arms and ammunition was carried by South WestTransportation Bureau(西南運輸處,SWTB for short). Other governmental transport agency dothe same job. Thus causing administrative chaos.The road was built, but lack of drivers and mechanics. This because SWTB drivers wasscattered in other provinces, doing their jobs. Due to such conditions, director of SWTB, Song Tse Liang, call the president of Southeast China Relief Fund Union(南僑總會),Tan Kah Kee(陳嘉庚), to recruit drivers and mechanics. With a number of 3000 drivers and mechanics , theSWTB transport capacity grew steadily.Beside of constructions and improvement works, transit tariffs, the closure of the Burma Roadcause related regions act differently. For worsen the conditions, the closure of the road causesNationalist Government economically and financially difficulties, causing hyperinflation, till 1950’s the Communist Government controls it.Last of my thesis was the Battle of Burma Road. Tragically, this war ends with the retreat ofChinese Expeditionary Forces and the British retreat to India. The Chinese army blew out theHuitong(惠通橋) Bridge to hold off Japanese Army.     [[abstract]]在清末的變革浪潮中,軍事方面的變革無疑是在其中占據主要的地位,而自鴉片戰爭(1840)開始,列強軍隊屢以先進的武力和訓練,給予清帝國沉重的打擊。對外戰爭屢次的失敗逐漸使清政府意識到,依靠原先的經制軍隊─八旗、綠營來應付外敵已行不通,於是清廷遂開始從地方開始重新招募訓練新軍,這就是「勇營」部隊:湘軍與淮軍的建立。但是,畢竟湘、淮軍骨子裡還是舊式軍隊,而且嚴格來講還不算是國家的正規軍,而是「有事招募、事後解散」的臨時部隊,只是因為清廷在八旗、綠營等「經制軍」無力平定戰事之困境下而不得不用湘、淮軍等「勇營」來當作國防主力。但是在甲午戰爭中陸上戰場淮軍的慘敗,標誌著勇營部隊已經無力在支撐清廷國防力量了,因此清廷在甲午戰爭之後就決定以戰後殘餘部隊為基礎再訓練出一支近代化的國防武裝力量,這就是武衛軍的成立由來,也是清廷訓練近代化新軍的第一步。而本文所要探討的主角聶士成,便是從淮軍時代便投身晚清軍事變革之中的重要人物,更是清末新軍起源-武衛軍中最重要的武衛前軍領軍將領,本文就是以聶士成為中心來探討晚清的軍事變革。過去對於晚清的軍事變革,在清末訓練新軍起源的主導人物討論絕大部分都是集中在袁世凱身上,而且研究的軍隊也多是在庚子拳亂後重新組建的北洋六鎮新軍,但是其實清廷訓練近代化新軍的動作是從甲午戰敗後就開始著手了,其代表就是武衛軍,而袁世凱在武衛軍中的資歷和帶兵經驗其實是最低的,武衛軍五軍中除袁世凱外的統領如榮祿、聶士成、宋慶、董福祥四人不是樞機重臣(榮祿)就是久經沙場的老將(聶、宋、董),袁世凱的經歷對比起來就是極為資淺的,但是因為庚子拳亂這場波及整個華北的大亂,武衛軍諸軍除了袁世凱的武衛右軍在山東參加東南互保運動保存完整之外,其餘武衛軍都被八國聯軍擊潰,統軍將領或是陣亡病死(聶、宋)又或是失勢革職(榮、董),戰後清廷不得不依賴袁世凱以及其所率領的武衛右軍來重組國防武力,這才有了後來北洋六鎮新軍的建立。所以在清末新軍的建立以及訓練過程中,聶士成作為新軍起源武衛軍中最強的一支軍隊武衛前軍的統領,長期以來是被人所忽略的。因此,本論文遂以「從淮軍到新軍—聶士成與晚清軍事變革(1862~1900)」為題目,聚焦於聶士成在晚清軍事史上所扮演的角色,尤其是聶士成身處從淮軍到新軍的變革過程中,他橫跨淮軍、新軍兩代的特性是頗為獨特的,是從淮軍過渡到近代化新軍的代表性人物之一。聶士成在清末同時帶領過新、舊兩種軍隊,而且不論統領哪種部隊,聶士成的表現比起其他清軍將領而言都更為出色。所以,就晚清軍事史而言,聶士成是從淮軍過渡到近代化新軍的代表性人物之一。而最後聶士成在天津八里台戰役中力戰殉國,不僅代表清軍對抗八國聯軍的全面失敗,也象徵著在中國軍事近代化的歷程中,軍事改革所遇到的一大挫折。所以本論文從聶士成的軍事生涯為起點來入手研究整個清末軍事方面的變革,來釐清聶士成在整個清末新軍中所造成的影響

    [[abstract]]本論文主要是以DSP為基礎,結合Matlab Simulink輔助,於感應馬達中建立向量控制系統,因此首先對感應馬達模型和向量控制進行介紹與分析,並針對感應馬達原理及轉子時間常數進行理論推導,將得出理論建立Matlab Simulink模擬。實驗方面,我們使用德州儀器公司所生產之TMS320F28335數位訊號處理器作為訊號控制卡進行向量控制,並經由訊號控制卡量測與計算出實驗數據,接著進行轉子時間常數理論推導,結合Matlab Simulink,將推導模型建立、以及設計轉子時間常數估測流程,省去傳統透過儀器量測馬達定轉子電阻參數後計算轉子時間常數的流程,能夠在速度迴路下進行時驗後估測出轉子時間常數,最後結合模擬與實驗之結果進行討論,以及當馬達參數改變時,對其轉子時間常數估測與加速度之影響提出說明。 This thesis is to develop a DSP-based vector control system of the induction motor,and then we analyze the (IM) MATLAB Simulink simulation Since the main structure of this thesis is induction motor(IM), And theoretical deduction with Induction motor principle and rotor time constant. We can get the Matlab Simulink model.By the experimental aspects, we use TMS320F28335 digital signal processor motion control card for vector control, And through the signal control card measurement and calculation of experimental data, then we find theoretical derivation of rotor time constant. In the end, we combined with Matlab Simulink, the derivation model is established. As well as the design of the rotor time constant estimation process. When we design the rotor time constant estimation flow, we can eliminates the process of calculating the motor parameters. The rotor time constant can be estimated after the time loop is executed in the speed loop. Finally, the results of simulation and experiment are discussed, and when the motor parameters change, describe the rotor time constant estimation and the effect of acceleratio

    滾珠螺桿進給系統振動抑制技術之探討;Investigations of Vibration Reduction Techniques for Ball Screw Feed Drive Systems

    [[abstract]]本研究的主要目的是探討工具機進給系統在進給時的動態行為與其應用不同馬達扭矩進行振動抑制的效果比較。本文首先簡化滾珠螺桿進給系統,並以彈簧、阻尼與質量塊的組合表示工作台、聯軸器、馬達等元件,以樑表示螺桿,亦即螺桿的軸向與扭轉自由度以假設模態法來表示,接著使用Lagrange能量法推導運動方程式,再由運動方程式可以求得滾珠螺桿進給系統之頻率響應與模態振型,最後以?格-庫塔(Runge Kutta)數值積分法求解其系統各個自由度之動態響應。模擬結果顯示工作台軸向速度受到平台自然振動的影響,會以工作台理想軸向速度為基準產生自由振動,而本研究的後半部探討改變馬達扭矩對於工作台之動態影響;其中藉由使用固定頻寬式濾波器、追蹤頻率式濾波器、S形加減速曲線與輸入修正法等振動抑制的方法,在不需要外掛各種減振系統的狀況下,比較出各種方法之優缺點與適合使用之時機。結果顯示改變加速曲線對於振動抑制的效果最為卓越,但使用此方法在加減速時進給系統與工件需承受較大的加速度,而使用輸入修正法之ZV法(Zero -Vibration)在對於單一頻率之振動抑制時有不錯的效果,但對於多頻率之振動抑制的效果較差;然而使用改良後的ZVDD法(Zero-Vibration and Second Derivatives)對於多頻率的振動抑制的效果雖然比ZV法優異許多,但依然無法使用於頻率範圍太廣之振動抑制。最後則是使用濾波器,使用固定頻寬式濾波器雖有不錯的振動抑制效果,但波範圍太大,容易產生訊號失真的現象。而追蹤頻率式濾波器,主要是以欲濾除頻率為中心展開一濾除頻帶,因此可大幅減少濾波頻寬,進而有效的改善因濾除頻段範圍過廣所造成訊號失真的現象。 The main purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness in vibration reduction of a ball screw feed drive system with various vibration reduction techniques. A simplified ball screw feed drive system which consists of the work table, coupler, motor and ball screw shaft has been created. The ball screw shaft is modeled as a structural beam, whereas the other components are modeled equivalently as the combination of spring, damper and mass. The Lagrange method is utilized to the equation of motion and the resulting vibration response is then obtain by the Runge Kutta numerical integration scheme. Several methods such as filter of fixed frequency bandwidth, tracking filter, S-shaped input torque and input shaping are respectively adopted to suppress the work table vibration while the work table is driven by a motor speed control command input. Results show that S-shaped input torque is most effective among all the methods in suppressing the worktable vibration. The ZV (Zero-Vibration) technique from the input shaping method has a good performance for suppressing the pure tone vibration, but poor for multi-tone excitations. The ZV technique is further improved by the modified ZVDD (Zero-Vibration and Second Derivatives) technique, but ZVDD is still not satisfactory for broad band excitations. For filtering out the worktable natural frequency out of the input torque, the adaptive filter performs in reducing the work table vibration better than that of filter of fixed bandwidth due to less distortion in the input torque. However, the filtering techniques are more complicated in implement and perform poorly in reducing the work table vibration as compared to input shaping and S-shaped input

    穿戴式壓電伸縮智能感測器;Wearable piezoelectric telescopic intelligent sensor

    [[abstract]]由於壓電材料具有高的機電轉換特性,所以常用於致動器與感測器上,本研究為利用自製的壓電薄膜來設計一款能多點偵測的音洩波感測器,選用的壓電薄膜是利用水熱法來製作鋯鈦酸鉛壓電陶瓷薄膜,厚度約20μm,具有一定的彎曲性可貼合感測表面,利用蝕刻鈦基材的方式可以使得壓電層形狀更符合需求,再加入自製感測結構的部分,使得感測器能更貼合感測物,提高偵測訊號之靈敏度。在感測結構的部分,我們使用了鋁珠結合了感測器,鋁珠具有較輕的重量方便我們固定於感測面上,確認是否能使感測器更加貼合感測物表面,除了感測訊號之外;可以使用加熱水凝膠的方式,達到臨界溫度時的特性,方便我們給予皮膚藥品。最後我們把感測器實際運用在人體膝蓋與手腕上做訊號量測,因為當人體運動時,骨頭磨擦會發出音洩波的訊號,藉此觀察人體的運動狀況;當應用於手腕上面時,觀察訊號的規律性希望能看出脈搏跳動已觀察心跳及脈象。 This research presents a multifunctional and stretchable smart patch. This patch contains the piezoelectric (PZT film) node array for sensing acoustic emission (AE) wave and thermally activated PNIPAM nodes for delivering drug. The PZT sensing node array is realized on a thin flexible titanium sheet with serpentine network electrically connected. This design has two novelties: (1) the serpentine network allows the node array to stretch in an arbitrary planar direction; (2) the normal force of AE detection head coupling to the sensing object can be enhanced while the patch stretched. The thermal actuator and temperature controlled drug release module both fabricated with PNIPAM is also reported for the first time

    [[abstract]]在熱軋製程中由於加熱爐位於輸送線側邊,鋼胚在寬度方向產生溫度梯度,導致軋延時發生縱向彎曲(Camber)與中心線偏移(Side Walk)現象影響鋼帶品質,並進而造成後續精軋區鋼帶尾端彎曲和中心線偏移等鋼帶不對稱外形。在精軋產線中鋼帶的厚度較薄,當鋼帶尾端具不對稱外形時,撞擊邊導器容易翻起造成產品以及產線機構之損壞,現場對此的解決方法為調整軋輥輥縫差產生側向力使鋼帶中心線往軋機中心線移動,減少中心線偏移。精軋區中軋機除了可藉人為調控輥縫差來修正鋼帶軋延過程不對稱行為外,軋機與軋輥的組裝間隙也是影響鋼帶軋延的因素之一。組裝間隙若控管得當可以避免中心線偏移量的加劇,減少發生鋼帶尾端撞擊的可能性,目前現場的控管規範為根據現場經驗長期觀察所制定。為了探討精軋區軋輥輥縫差和軋機組裝間隙兩樣重要因素對精軋過程鋼帶運動與板形的影響,本研究利用有限元素軟體ABAQUS依照熱軋產線操作條件建立熱軋精軋模型。在輥縫差的探討方面,建立精軋第一至四站軋機數值模型和尾端彎曲之鋼帶,設定不同軋輥輥縫差、鋼帶尾端彎曲量、軋延區形狀參數進行軋延模擬。主要探討各站不同輥縫差對軋輥兩側軋延力差、鋼帶尾端中心點偏移、鋼帶運動行為。分析各項軋延參數對鋼帶軋延結果之影響。在組裝間隙的探討方面,建立精軋第四站數值模型且固定鋼帶尾端彎曲量和軋輥輥縫差進行模擬。藉由改變上下軋輥相對位置,分析各組軋輥相對位置的徑向和軸向間隙情形,分析各組數值模型鋼帶軋延之軋輥兩側軋延力差、鋼帶尾端中心點偏移、鋼帶運動行為。藉由探討徑向、軸向間隙和鋼帶軋延的關係以供後續研究進行邊界條件的設定。從模擬結果得知,間隙的不對稱性較間隙層級的增加對鋼帶軋延結果影響較為顯著。 Since the heat furance is allocated on one side of a transmission line in hot rolling process, transverse temperature gradient along the width direction may lead to camber and side walk of the strip. These problems in roughing mill raised an asymmetrical profile of the strip in subsequent finishing mill. The thickness of strip in finish mill is much thinner than that in roughing mill. If the strip has an asymmetrical profile, it is very likely to hit the side guide and may result in damage of strip in production line. To solve this problem, it is usually to adjust the leveling of the work roll. The lateral force exerted on the strip could reduce the center line deviation and correct the side walk of the strip back to the center line of the mill. Apart from adjusting the leveling to correct the strip asymmetrical behavior in rolling, the assembly gaps between mill housing and rolls are another factors which influence the rolling result. A well-managed assembly gap control can reduce the center line deviation and reduce the instability of strip, such as tail pinch. The current on-site control algorithms in finishing mill are based on long-term observation. They are so far empirical instead of being analytical from modeling.In order to investigate the effect of the assembly gaps between housing and rolls, and the leveling in the finish rolling, finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a hot rolling mill model according to the physical and operational conditions of hot rolling finishing mill production line. In the aspect of the leveling, numerical simulation model of the firth to the fourth finishing mill was established to investigate the effect of different leveling, hook in the end of strip and rolling zone shape parameter on the deviation of the end of the strip and the strip motion.In the aspect of the assembly gaps, investigation was concentrated on the fourth finishing mill with the assumption of 30mm hook and zero leveling of the strip. By varying the relative position of the upper and lower rolls, combinations of the radial and axial assembly gap conditions were simulated to investigate the differential force, the deviation of the center line in the end of strip and the strip movement behavior. A further evaluation on the severity of the degree of gap tolerance and of the asymmetry conditions of assembly gap can be explored. The effect of asymmetry conditions is more significant than the effect of the magnitude of the assembly gaps

    [[abstract]]本研究目的主要在於加速五軸CNC工具機的即時防碰撞偵測技術,由於五軸工具機多了兩個旋轉軸,在五軸同動時,會較難預料機台的移動路徑,本研究將針對將五軸工具機做長方柱包覆,在五軸同動的情況下,如何針對五個軸做加速防碰撞偵測為研究。本文以長方柱包覆的方式建立機台,第一階段利用R-tree做為搜尋碰撞可能會包含的長方柱範圍,避免其他不可能會發生碰撞的長方柱做多餘的計算,第二階段則針對可能會發生碰撞的長方柱進行分離軸測試。本文提供了兩種包覆方法,分別為簡單長方柱包覆以及表面包覆,兩者的貢獻在於簡單長方柱包覆可以較快速的對模型做包覆,表面包覆則是運用在較複雜的零件,可以使包覆完的形狀較接近物體的形狀。在第四章的實驗數據中兩階段的碰撞方法比傳統的只利用三角網格法還要快速,在簡單長方柱中,有使用R-Tree碰撞時間中改善了175倍,改良後使用R-Tree碰撞時間改善了245倍,在未碰撞時間中,使用R-Tree未碰撞時間中改善了51倍,改良後使用R-Tree未碰撞時間改善了108倍。在表面包覆中,有使用R-Tree碰撞時間比傳統的只利用三角網格法中改善了722倍,改良後使用R-Tree碰撞時間改善了1407倍,在未碰撞時間中,比傳統的只利用三角網格法使用R-Tree未碰撞時間中改善了586倍,改良後使用R-Tree未碰撞時間改善了942倍 AbstractThe purpose of this study is mainly to accelerate the five-axis CNC machine tool, because the five-axis machine has two rotating axis,when the five-axis move together,it will be more difficult to predict the machine's moving path, this study will focus on five-axis tooling machine to do the long side of the box cover, in the case of five-axis synchronous motion, on how to do for the five shaft anti-collision detection for the study.In this paper, the five-axis machine is built in a rectangular box,in the first stage, use R-tree to search for a rectangle that may collide, and the other square can be avoided to count. The second stages are tested for separation axis for rectangular columns that may collide.In this paper, two kinds of methods are provided, which are simple rectangular column wrapping and surface wrapping. The contribution of the two is that the simple rectangular column wrapping can cover the model more quickly, and the surface wrapping can be use in more complex parts,it can make the finished shape closer to the shape of the object.In the experimental data in Chapter 4, using the two-stage collision method is faster than the traditional triangular mesh method. In the simple rectangular column wrapping,using the R-Tree method’s collision time is improved by 175 times, and then using the improvement R -Tree is improved by 245 times, and using the R-Tree method’s non collision time is improved by 51 times `, using the improvement R -Tree non collision time improved by 108 times,In the surface wrapping, using of R-Tree collision time than the traditional use of triangular mesh method improved 722 times,using improvement R-Tree collision time improved by 1407 times. In the non collision time, using R-Tree method is improved 586 times , using improvement R -Tree method improved by 942 times
