Data for Lumped-Parameter Models of VA-ECMO support

    No full text
This repository contains some of the output variables generated by two different lumped models of the cardiovascular system: the condensed model and the extended model. The condensed model represents the systemic circulation as a single compartments, whereas the extended model distinguishes six organ/tissue compartments. In the deposit the data represent 3 different conditions: the physiological state, the cardiogenic shock condition and the cardiogenic shock condition supported by VA-ECMO

Headwater streams control the non-perennial fraction of the global river network - CODES

    No full text
This collection is composed by the codes written in MATLAB to model the catchment- and network-scale functions (PhiC.m and PhiN.m), contained in folders "1 - Catchemnt-scale temporariness" and "2 - Network-scale temporariness". This collection comprehends also MATLAB codes written to estimate the Wetness Index, collected in folder "3 - Wetness Index". The "readme.txt" file contains detailed information regarding the content of each folder

fNIRS (DOT) data of the BabyGlucoLight clinical trial for rsFC

    No full text
This collection contains data linked to the paper "Resting state functional connectivity changes before and after hyper and hypo-glycemia in very preterm neonates", that is the DOT data of reconstructed images of HbO and HbR of the included patients for the first and last time windows of rsFC described in the paper

Experimental Data: The Effect of Temperature and Physical State of Water on the Frictional Properties of Chlorite-Altered Basaltic Gouges (Krafla Geothermal Field, Iceland)

This is the experimental data for the manuscript - The Effect of Temperature and Physical State of Water on the Frictional Properties of Chlorite-Altered Basaltic Gouges (Krafla Geothermal Field, Iceland) - by Wu et al

Data on alpine marmot (Marmota marmota) diet and pasture quality

    No full text
Data include the results of Marmots’ faecal samples (n = 50) analysed for the presence of plant specimens through metabarcoding analysis (chloroplast trnL intron region). Samples were collected from June to August 2022 from 4 colonies of alpine marmot in Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Natural Park (TN, Italy). Data on pastures include the proportion of plant species through the Daget-Poissonet point-intercept method on linear transects and nutritional composition analyseed from samples taken on the same transects within each marmot family unit territory

Headwater streams control the non-perennial fraction of the global river network - DATA

    No full text
This repository contains the data collected for 12 catchments located in Italy and the Eastern USA. These basins are: Biois, Fuciade, Montecalvello, Upper Biois, Turbolo and Valfredda in Italy, and Coweeta, Fernow, Hubbard Brook (2), Poverty and South Fork Potts. These data are stored in the "1 - Catchments" folder. The shapefiles used to obtain the river network for Italy and the Eastern USA are stored in the folder "2 - Macroregions", and are ment to be adopted on the RiverATLAS database. The "readme.txt" contains further information on the content of each folder

Author(s): Francesca Barone and Nicola Durighetto Copyright © 2025 Francesca Barone and Nicola Durighetto This file is part of the DyNET project. This repository contains MATLAB scripts for modeling and analysis of hydrological processes. - Catchment- and network-scale temporariness: Implemented in the scripts PhiC.m, PhiN.m, and PhiN_State.m, which support both aggregated and disaggregated scenarios. These files are located in the folder 1 - Temporary fraction. - Wetness Index estimation: Implemented through a set of MATLAB scripts available in the folder 2 - Wetness Index. Detailed usage instructions and additional information are provided in the accompanying ReadMe.txt files
