    Can Social Safety Net (SSN) Tackle Poverty During Covid-19 Pandemic in Tabalong Regency?

    This research was inspired by the government policies that shifted the priority of village fund management during the Covid-19 pandemic to the previous Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program, in general village funds were prioritized for development activities. This research aims to find out and analyze how village funds are managed duringthe Covid-19 pandemic in Padang Berangin Village and Pagar Dewa Village in 2019 and 2020. The method used was a skin-descriptive approach. The data source was conducted by direct interview to the relevant informant and equipped with related documents. Informant determination was selected by using Purpoisive Sampling. The data collection techniques were conducted with observation, interview and documentation. Technical analysis of the data used was reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this research showed that the management of village funds in Padang Berangin Village and Pagar Dewa Village has been done well. Planning is carried out by developing with the community to set the priority of budget activities. Budgetingis carried out in accordance with village APBD by involving the community in its work activities. Organizing is carried out by determining the implementation team of the selected activities and determined based on the Decree (SK) by the village head. Reporting is done in a transparent manner to the public. The solution offered by the researcher is that the community should be more active in participating in village fund management activities as well as installing information media in affordable places as aform of transparency to the community

    Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubtmgan antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa, disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa, serta kinerja dan displin guru secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar siswa. Kinerja guru merupakan sekumpulan perilaku pendidik yang memberi kontribusi terhadap pencapaian tujuan sekolah. Kinerja merupakan instrumen penting dalam manajemen karena sangat berkaitan dengan produktivitas individu maupun lembaga. Kinerja guru ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor di antaranya adalah disiplin. Disiplin adalah kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang untuk mentaati segala peraturan lembaga dan norma sosial yang berlaku. Kinerja dan disiplin guru berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Hasil belajar adalah perubahan sikap seseorang yang dapat diukur dan diamati berupa pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan. Perubahan yang dimaksud dapat diterjemahkan sebagai perbaikan dan perkembangan ke arah yang positif dan mereka yang tidak mengetahuinya akan menjadi sadar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan perhitungan prasyarat uji validitas, reliabilitas, linearitas, dan normalitas dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25.0 for Windows dan Microsoft Excel 2019 untuk pengolahan data. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket skala Iikert dan nilai murni hasil belajar siswa semester genap 2020/2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus, dimana sampel diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 82 responden. Berdasarkan perhitungan angket diketahui mayoritas variabel kinerja guru, disiplin guru, dan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang, dengan rincian variabel kinerja guru (60%), disiplin guru (63%), sedangkan hasil belajar siswa (88%). Dari hasil uji analisis korelasi diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan secara signifikan (1)antara kinerja guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (35,2%), (2) antara disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (38,3%), dan (3) antara kinerja dan disiplin guru dengan hasil belajar siswa (48,2%)

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetabui bubungan antara kemampuan numerik, kemampuan verbal dan minat belajar dengan basil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Gugus I Kecamatan Jembrana. Terdapat empat variabel yang diteliti pada penelitian ini yaitu, kemampuan numerik (Xl ), kemampuan verbal (X2) dan minat belajar (X3) sebagai variabel bebas, serta basil belajar matematika (Y) sebagai variabel terikat, dengan jenis penelitian expost fact. Jumlab populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 256 orang dan diperoleb sampel dengan teknik propotional random sampling sejumlab 171 orang. Data kemampuan numerik dan kemampuan verbal dikumpulkan dengan tes objektif, data minat belajar dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan data basil belajar dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalab analisis statistik deskrptif dan analisis statistik inferensial regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan babwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan antara kemampuan numerik dengan basil belajar matematika, (2) terdapat bubungan antara kemampuan verbal dengan basil belajar matematika, (3) terdapat hubungan antara minat belajar dengan basil belajar matematika dengan, serta (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat bubungan yang simultan antara kemampuan numerik, kemampuan verbal dan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan babwa terdapat bubungan yang simultan antara kemampuan numerik, kemampuan verbal dan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Gugus I Kecamatan Jembrana

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin belajar, motivasi berprestasi dan efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Pekutatan Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian "korelasi". Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD di Gugus II Kecamatan Pekutatan Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 yang betjumlah 140 orang dan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Penentuan sam pel pada penelitian ini mcnggunakan teknik propotional random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dari anggota populasi secara acak dan berstrata secara proporsioal. Setiap sekolah diambil beberapa sampel dari 8 sekolah dengan jumlah sampel penelitian I 00 orang. Data disiplin belajar, motivasi berprestasi dan efikasi dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner dan data hasil belajar matematika dilakukan dengan pencatatan dokumen. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik korelasi sederhana dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin belajar dan hasil belajar matematika dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,418, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dan hasil belajar matematika dengan koefisisen korelasi sebesar 0,350,3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dan hasil belajar matematika dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,365, 4) secara bersama-sama terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara disiplin belajar, motivasi berprestasi dan efikasi diri dengan hasil belajar matematika dengan koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,4 70 dengan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD di gugus II Kecamatan Pekutatan Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021

    Leverage Factors of Ecological Sustainability on Epididymal Spermatozoa Utilization from Indonesian Cattle in Ruminant Slaughterhouses

    The utilization of epididymal spermatozoa of original Indonesian cattle in the ruminant slaughterhouse (Rumah Potong Hewan-Ruminansia or RPH-R) service business unit is still not widely carried out, and is partial, and has not described sustainability in a harmonization manner that includes environmental, social, economic, regulatory and technological dimensions. The utilization of epididymal spermatozoa in the management of the RPH-R service business unit produced is still limited in its sustainability in the ecological dimension. This paper is based on research that aims to analyze the leverage factors for the utilization of epididymal spermatozoa in the management of the RPH-R service business unit. Sustainability status of epididymal spermatozoa was analyzed using the Rap-CattleSlaughterhouse method with the Multi Dimentional Scaling (MDS) technique, leverage analysis, dan Monte Carlo analysis, It was started with the preparation of diluent, testicular/epididymal collection, organ preparation, spermatozoa collection, semen evaluation, semen processing, freezing and spermatozoa quality testing after freezing. Epididymal samples were taken from RPH-R in Bogor, Yogyakarta, and Bali in 2019. The results showed that the sustainability of the epididymal spermatozoa in native Indonesian animals (cattle) at RPH-R in Indonesia includes ecological dimension. The sustainability index of the ecological dimension indicates a sustainable status (> 50%) which includes 9 attributes, namely testicular physique, fresh semen pH, semen color, semen consistency, spermatozoa motility, spermatozoa movement, spermatozoa concentration, spermatozoa viability, and spermatozoa morphology. Of the 9 attributes that function as leverage, the most important is the movement and concentration of epididymal spermatozoa

    Digitalisation of Shamanic Practice in Serving Remote Patients

    Shamanic belief systems do not want to be out of date. Shamanic practices continue to adapt to technological advances. Through the use of information and communication technology, the shaman can treat patients remotely. This study aims to determine how the use of digital technology in the practice of shamanism. How is the effectiveness of treatment through digital technology in shamanic practice. This qualitative research was conducted in Gorontalo and surrounding areas. Data was collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and online data. Data analysis was carried out through 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of the study found that the practice of shamanism is still a solution for social and cultural problems, especially in the aspect of medicine. The adherents of this shamanic system come from all social classes in both rural and urban areas. For the effectiveness of patient care from various regions, the shaman has utilized digital technology. Through the digital technology of shamanic practice, the shaman performs healing services for patients remotely. The use of digital media in the practice of shamanism has increased the number of patients seeking help. Treatment through digital media is proven to be effective in curing mild to acute illnesses, including to cure COVID-19 patients. The patient feels comfortable, not have to travel far to meet the shaman. The conclusion of this study is that the use of digital technology in healing patients is increasingly widespread and its effectiveness is felt by users of shaman services from a distance

    This study discusses the urgency of the staples of state policy as a legal umbrella for sustainable development implementation to face the industrial revolution 5.0. It is based on the staples that state policy need to be considered due to the weaknesses of the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM), such as unrepresentative forming and implementing actors not relating to the nature of implementing people's sovereignty. With the amendment to the formulation of Article 1 paragraph (2) in the Constitution of Indonesia, the mechanism for community control over the RPJPN or RPJMN implementation is ineffective. Therefore, a legal instrument is needed in the form of the main principles as a legal umbrella that refers to the re-establishment of the Broad Outline of State Policy (GBHN) and as a supervision indicator of the government's commitments the President and Vice President as executive institutions

    Multiple intelligences mapping for tutors in Universitas Terbuka

    This study aimed to map and to develop Multiple Intelligences for basic education tutors in Universitas Terbuka. This study was a survey research with a sample of 193 tutors consisted of 101 men (52.33%) and 92 women (47.67%). The instrument used was the Multiple Intelligences Survey consisted of nine constructs with an average alpha croanbach value of 0.859 with high criteria. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences in multiple intelligence based on gender, work base, number of institutions, age, length of service, and ethnicity. The study also showed that there were significant relationships between physical/kinesthetic, existential/spiritual, interpersonal,intrapersonal, logical/mathematical thinking, musical/rhythmic, naturalistic, verbal/linguistic, and visual/spatial. Judging from the value of the correlation coefficient, kinesthetic intelligence and interpersonal intelligence have the highest value of 0.881. This research could be used to develop the human resources of educators, especially Tutors, in increasing their multiple intelligences for universities and the government. This study suggested the importance of increasing the multiple intelligences of tutors or educators in the the management in universities or the government. For this reason,educational institutions already have educators with good interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence, and feel the need to increase the intelligence in the aspect of naturalistic intelligence, for example, by conducting family gathering events that interact directly with the nature. This study is different with the previous studies with a similar theme regarding the research sample. This research produced valuable policy recommendations for the management at Universitas Terbuka and the government to do the mapping and how to increase the multiple intelligences of educators to be ready to face the challenges and opportunities. On the other hand, illustrates that men and women have the same opportunity in mastering this multiple intelligence
