Web3.0: The Future of Internet
No full textWith the rapid growth of the Internet, human daily life has become deeply boundtotheInternet. Totakeadvantageofmassiveamounts of data and information on the internet, the Web architecture is continuously being reinvented and upgraded. From the static informative characteristics of Web 1.0 to the dynamicinteractive features of Web 2.0, scholars and engineers have worked hard to make the internet world more open, inclusive, and equal. Indeed, the next generation of Web evolution (i.e., Web 3.0) is already coming and shaping our lives. Web 3.0 is a decentralized Web architecture that is more intelligent and safer than before. The risks and ruin posed by monopolists or criminals will be greatly reduced by a complete reconstruction of the Internet and IT infrastructure. In a word, Web 3.0 is capable of addressing web data ownership according to distributed technology. It will optimize the internet world from the perspectives of economy, culture, and technology. Then it promotes novel content production methods, organizational structures, and economic forms. However, Web 3.0 is not mature and is now being disputed. Herein, this paper presents a comprehensive survey of Web 3.0, with a focus on current technologies, challenges, opportunities, and outlook. This article first introduces a brief overview of the history of World Wide Web as well as several differences among Web 1.0, Web 2.0, Web 3.0, and Web3. Then, some technical implementations of Web 3.0 are illustrated in detail. We discuss the revolution and benefits that Web 3.0 brings. Finally, we explore several challenges and issues in this promising area.Con el rápido crecimiento de Internet, la vida cotidiana humana se ha vinculado profundamente a ella. Para aprovechar la enorme cantidad de datos e información en Internet, la arquitectura web se reinventa y actualiza continuamente. Desde las características informativas estáticas de la Web 1.0 hasta las características interactivas dinámicas de la Web 2.0, académicos e ingenieros han trabajado arduamente para lograr un mundo de Internet más abierto, inclusivo e igualitario. De hecho, la próxima generación de la evolución web (es decir, la Web 3.0) ya está llegando y transformando nuestras vidas. La Web 3.0 es una arquitectura web descentralizada, más inteligente y segura que antes. Los riesgos y la ruina que representan los monopolios o los delincuentes se reducirán considerablemente mediante una reconstrucción completa de Internet y la infraestructura de TI. En resumen, la Web 3.0 es capaz de abordar la propiedad de los datos web según la tecnología distribuida. Optimizará el mundo de Internet desde las perspectivas económica, cultural y tecnológica. Además, promueve nuevos métodos de producción de contenido, estructuras organizativas y formas económicas. Sin embargo, la Web 3.0 aún no está madura y actualmente es objeto de controversia. Este artículo presenta un análisis exhaustivo de la Web 3.0, centrándose en las tecnologías, los desafíos, las oportunidades y las perspectivas actuales. En primer lugar, se presenta una breve reseña de la historia de la World Wide Web, así como varias diferencias entre la Web 1.0, la Web 2.0, la Web 3.0 y la Web 3. Posteriormente, se ilustran en detalle algunas implementaciones técnicas de la Web 3.0. Se analiza la revolución y los beneficios que aporta la Web 3.0. En el marco del modelo de licenciamiento ambiental, la Autoridad Nacional de Licencias Ambientales ha diseñado un Aplicativo para la presentación del PMA (APMA) en las solicitudes de licenciamiento ambiental de competencia de la ANLA, que asegura la necesaria coherencia entre impactos ambientales, medidas de manejo ambiental para controlarlos, actividades de seguimiento y monitoreo e indicadores de efectividad, así como hacer más eficiente y eficaz el proceso de evaluación y seguimiento por parte de esta Autoridad.
El APMA parte de las Categorías Estandarizadas de Impactos Ambientales (CEI), integra un inventario sugerido de medidas de manejo para controlar y realizar seguimiento y monitoreo a las CEI, incorpora una batería de indicadores de efectividad para medir la calidad/cantidad ambiental de los recursos naturales y evaluar las medidas de manejo propuestas, y así mismo, permite organizar, en un flujo anualizado o mensualizado, los costos asociados al control de cada una de las CEI del proyecto.
Desde el punto de vista conceptual, el APMA parte de la base que a cada CEI le corresponde al menos una medida de manejo; y para cada medida de manejo debe definirse al menos una actividad de seguimiento y monitoreo. En cualquier caso, una medida de manejo puede ser relacionada con varias CEI.The ANLA (National Environmental Licensing Authority) provides its users with the Application for Submitting the Environmental Management Plan (APMA).
Within the framework of the environmental licensing model, the National Environmental Licensing Authority has designed an Application for submitting the Environmental Management Plan (APMA) in environmental licensing applications under its jurisdiction. This application ensures the necessary consistency between environmental impacts, environmental management measures to control them, monitoring and follow-up activities, and effectiveness indicators, as well as making the evaluation and monitoring process by this Authority more efficient and effective.
The APMA is based on the Standardized Categories of Environmental Impacts (CEI), integrates a suggested inventory of management measures to control and monitor the CEI, incorporates a set of effectiveness indicators to measure the environmental quality/quantity of natural resources and evaluate the proposed management measures, and also allows for the organization, in an annualized or monthly flow, of the costs associated with controlling each of the project's CEI.
From a conceptual standpoint, the APMA is based on the premise that each CEI corresponds to at least one management measure; and for each management measure, at least one follow-up and monitoring activity must be defined. In any case, a management measure can be related to several CEIs
