Synthesis and structural characterization of novel benzothiazole derivatives
U ovom radu opisana je sinteza novih derivata benzotiazola primjenom mikrovalovima potpomognutih, mehanokemijskih i klik reakcija. Za sintezu derivata benzotiazola pripravljen je 4-O-propargilbenzaldehid (1) SN2 reakcijom 4-hidroksibenzaldehida i propargil-bromida uz K2CO3 kao bazu. 2-(4-(prop-2-in-1-iloksi)fenil)benzotiazol (2) priređen je ciklizacijom
4-O-propargilbenzaldehida (1) i 2-aminotiofenola u dimetilformamidu uz Na2S2O5 kao oksidacijsko sredstvo. Huisgenovom 1,3-dipolarnom cikloadicijom
2-(4-(prop-2-in-1-iloksi)fenil)benzotiazola (2) i odgovarajućih azida uz bakrov(II) acetat kao katalizator sintetizirani su 1,2,3-triazolni derivati benzotiazola (3-9). Mehanokemijske reakcije ciljanih derivata benzotiazola (3-9) provedene su u kugličnom mlinu. 1H i 13C-NMR spektroskopijom potvrđene su strukture svih novopripravljenih derivata benzotiazola.This paper describes the synthesis of new benzothiazole derivatives using microwaveassisted, mechanochemical and click reactions. For the synthesis of benzothiazole derivatives, 4-O-propargylated benzaldehyde (1) was prepared by SN2 reaction of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and propargyl bromide using K2CO3 as a base.
2-(4-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)phenyl) benzothiazole (2) was prepared by cyclization reaction of 4-O-propargyl benzaldehyde (1) and 2-aminothiophenol in dimethylformamide with Na2S2O5 as oxidizing agent. 1,2,3-triazolyl derivatives of benzothiazole (3-9) were prepared by Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of 2-4-(prop-2-yn-1-yloxy)phenyl benzothiazole (2) and the corresponding azides using copper(II) acetate as catalyst. Mechanochemical reactions of the desired compounds (3-9) were performed in a ball mill. The structures of all newly prepared benzothiazole derivatives were confirmed by 1H and 13C-NMR spectroscopy

Ovaj rad ispituje kako društveni mediji i influenceri mogu utjecati na odabir kupnje. Dan je detaljniji opis društvenih medija, njihov značaj i odluke o kupnji. Također, provedeno je istraživanje kojim se ispitalo ponašanje i mišljenje o društvenim mrežama, koliko vremena ispitanici provode na društvenim medijima te stav o utjecaju infuencera na odluke o kupnji. Zaključak rada uključuje prilog s nalazima ankete i studije.This essay examines how social media and celebrities can affect purchasing choices. A more thorough description of social networks, their significance, and purchasing decisions is provided. Also, a study was carried out to examine user behaviors and opinions regarding social networks, how much time respondents spend on social media, and the attitude about the influence of influencers on purchasing decisions. Speed control of the electro-hydraulic winch
U ovom diplomskog radu je opisan eksperimentalni postav elektrohidrauličkog vitla, njegovi glavni dijelovi i način rada. Vitlo se koristi na šumskom zglobnom traktoru za izvlačenje posječenih stabala iz šume. Regulacijom brzine vitla omogućuje se: precizno upravljanje vitlom što je ključno za sigurnost u radu, kontrolu opterećenja tijekom operacije izvlačenja, optimizacija procesa i zaštita opreme na stroju. U nastavku rada se govori o programskim alatima TwinCAT 3 koji služi za izradu upravljačkog programa za izvođenje na PLC-u i programu IndraDrive za podešavanje parametara servomotora radi dobivanja optimalnog rada sustava. Taj dio rada je uvod u završni dio rada u kojem se govori o izradi upravljačkog programa. Programom se zadaju reference brzine u obliku odskočne i sinusne funkcije koje sustav treba pratiti sa što manjom pogreškom regulacije. Na samom kraju je opisano podešavanje parametara PI, PID i I-PD regulatora, te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati.This paper will attempt to describe the experimental setup of an electrohydraulic winch, it's main components and working principles. Furthermore, paper will also discuss software tool TwinCAT3 which is used for creating control program compatible with PLC and software tool IndraDrive which is used for adjusting parameters of servo motors in order to achive as optimal optimal system operation. Before-mentioned topics serve as an introduction to the final part of the paper in which process of creating control program is described in detail. Program is used for assigning referent values of speed in the form of step function and sine function that should follow the system with the smallest possible regulation error. Final part of the paper describes the process of adjusting the parameters of PI, PID and I-PI controllers and lastly, the analysis of obtained results is presented
Synthesis of methacrylate tert-polymer additives with functional 2-(diisopropylamino)ethyl methacrylate for improvement of low-temperature diesel properties
Dizelsko gorivo je naftna prerađevina kojemu se smanjenjem određenih komponenata čuva okoliš, ali gubi puni sjaj tog istog goriva. Svrha ovog rada je sinteza polimernih aditiva kojima je funkcija poboljšanje niskotemperaturnih svojstava dizelskog goriva. Sintetizirano je ukupno šest polimernih aditiva radikalnom polimerizacijom. Reakcija se odvijala izotermno pri 95 °C uz 70% inicijator Peroxan PO 70 tijekom 4 sata. Polimeri imaju različite udjele dugolančanih komonomera, oktadecil-metakrilat i dodecil-metakrilat: 1:1, 1:3, 3:1 i različite udjele metilmetakrilata (35%, 45%). Pripremljenje su i formulacije polimernih aditiva koncentracije 2000 ppm s neaditiviranim dizelom kako bi se ispitalo djelovanje polimernih aditiva pri niskotemperaturnim svojstvima. Metodom infracrvene spektrosktroskopije s Fourierovom transformacijom i metodom 1H nuklearnom magnetskom rezonancijom provjerena je čistoća sintetiziranih polimera u vidu zaostalih monomera te potvrđena stuktura sintetiziranih polimera. Prema FTIR ATR i 1H NMR analizi polimerni aditivi su zadovoljavajuće čistoće, točnije početni sastav smjese monomera približno odgovara sastavu sintetiziranog polimernog aditiva s 0,81% zaostalih monomera. Diferencijalnom pretražnom kalorimetrijom određene su temperature kristalizacije i entalpije kristalizacije čistih polimernih aditiva i formulacija u dizelu. Spektri analize prikazuju kako porastom udjela oktadecil-metakrilat komonomera temperatura kristalizacije se povećava, dok kod formulacija aditiva s dizelom temperatura kristalizacije se snižava porastom udjela oktadecilmetakrilat komonomera. Morfologija kristalizacije n-parafina u dizelu praćena je optičkim mikroskopom s polarizacijom opremljenim hladnim postoljem. Uočena je promjena kristala formulacija polimernog aditiva MDO35-D5-31 koncentracije 2000 ppm u dizelu, kristali su manji i sferičnog oblika. Formulacija dizelskog goriva s dodatkom 2000 ppm aditiva provedena je po ASTM D5950 metodi koje je pokazalo poboljšanje točke tečenja dizelskog goriva dodatkom sintetiziranih polimernih aditiva.Diesel fuel is a petroleum product that, by reducing certain amounts of components, helps preserve the environment but loses the full potential of the fuel. The purpose of this study is to synthesize polymeric additives that improve the low-temperature properties of diesel fuel. A total of six polymeric additives were synthesized through radical polymerization. The reaction was carried out isothermally at 95 °C using 70% Peroxan PO 70 initiator for 4 hours. The polymers have different ratios of long-chain comonomers, octadecyl methacrylate, and dodecyl methacrylate: 1:1, 1:3, 3:1, and different ratios of methyl methacrylate (35%, 45%). Formulations of polymeric additives were prepared at a concentration of 2000 ppm with untreated diesel to investigate the effect of polymeric additives on the low-temperature properties. The purity of synthesized polymers in terms of residual monomers and the confirmed structure of the synthesized polymers were verified using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic resonance method. According to the FTIR ATR and 1H NMR analyses, the polymer additives exhibit satisfactory purity. More specifically, the initial composition of the monomer mixture approximately corresponds to the composition of the synthesized polymer additive with 0.81% residual monomers. Differential scanning calorimetry was used to determine the crystallization temperatures and enthalpies of crystallization for pure polymeric additives and formulations with diesel. The analysis spectra showed that as the ratio of octadecyl methacrylate comonomer increased, the crystallization temperature also increased, while in the additive formulations with diesel, the crystallization temperature decreased with the increase in the ratio of octadecyl methacrylate comonomer. The morphology of n-paraffin crystallization in diesel was observed using a polarizing optical microscope equipped with a cold stage. A change in the crystals of the 2000 ppm concentration formulation of the polymeric additive MDO35-D5-31 in diesel was observed, with smaller and spherical-shaped crystals. A formulation of diesel fuel with the addition of 2000 ppm additive was performed using the ASTM D5950 method, which showed an improvement in the pour point of diesel fuel with the addition of the synthesized polymeric additives
Comparison of sorption of copper ions on two types of cat litter : master thesis
U ovom diplomskom radu ispitivana je ravnoteža sorpcije bakrovih iona iz otopina bakrovog(II) klorida različitih početnih koncentracija na dvije vrste mačjeg pijeska (prirodni i sintetski bentonit) u šaržnom reaktoru pri stalnoj temperaturi od 300 K, brzini miješanja od 200 okr min-1 te trajanju eksperimenta od 72 h. Ravnotežna količina sorbiranih bakrovih iona na prirodnom bentonitu raste s povećanjem ravnotežne koncentracije iona teškog metala u otopini i postiže svoju maksimalnu vrijednost pri najvišoj odabranoj koncentraciji otopine teškog metala od 29,135 mmol dm-3 koja iznosi 1,053 mmol g-1. Porast početnih koncentracija otopine bakrovih iona ne utječe značajno na ravnotežnu koncentraciju sorbiranih bakrovih iona na sintetskom bentonitu koja na samom početku raste, a potom se značajno ne mijenja daljnjim porastom ravnotežne koncentracije iona teškog metala u otopini, a koja se također postiže pri najvišoj odabranoj koncentraciji otopine teškog metala te iznosi 0,549 mmol g-1. Uspješnost uklanjanja bakrovih iona na obje vrste mačjeg pijeska neprestano opada porastom početne koncentracije bakrovih iona u otopini što se može pripisati zasićenju dostupnih mjesta za sorpciju. Učinak sorpcije bakrovih iona gotovo je dvostruko veći primjenom prirodnog bentonita. Dobiveni eksperimentalni podatci testirani su Langmuirovim, Freundlichovim, Tothovim, Redlich-Petersonovim te Sipsovim modelom. S obzirom na vrijednosti kriterija procjene može se zaključiti kako Freundlichova izoterma najbolje opisuje sorpciju bakrovih iona na prirodnom bentonitu. Niža vrijednost parametra koji opisuje heterogenost površine sugerira jaču interakciju između prirodnog bentonita i bakrovih iona. Sorpcija bakrovih iona na sintetskom bentonitu je nabolje opisana Langmuirovim modelom čime se sugerira jednoslojna sorpcija na sintetskom bentonitu podrazumijevajući kako sva površinska mjesta imaju jednak afinitet prema sorbatu te da se na njima može sorbirati samo jedan atom neovisno o popunjenosti susjednih mjesta.In this diploma thesis, the equilibrium of copper ion sorption from copper (II) chloride solutions of different initial concentrations on two types of cat litter (natural and synthetic bentonite) was examined in a batch reactor at a constant temperature of 300 K, a stirring speed of 200 rpm and an experiment duration of 72 h. The equilibrium amount of sorbed copper ions on natural bentonite increases with the increase of the equilibrium concentration of heavy metal ions in the solution and reaches its maximum value at the highest selected concentration of the heavy metal solution of 29.135 mmol dm-3 with the value of 1.053 mmol g-1. The increase in the initial concentration of the copper ion solution does not significantly affect the equilibrium concentration of sorbed copper ions on the synthetic bentonite, which increases at the very beginning, and then does not significantly change with a further increase in the equilibrium concentration of heavy metal ions in the solution, and is also achieved at the highest selected concentration of the heavy metal solution, with the value of 0.549 mmol g-1. The removal efficiency of copper ions on both types of cat litter continuously decreases with the increase of the initial concentration of copper ions in the solution, which can be attributed to the saturation of the available sites for sorption. The effect of sorption of copper ions is twice as high with the use of natural bentonite. The obtained experimental data were tested with the Langmuir, Freundlich, Toth, Redlich-Peterson and Sips models. Considering the values of the assessment criteria, it can be concluded that the Freundlich isotherm best describes the sorption of copper ions on natural bentonite. A lower value of the parameter describing the surface heterogeneity suggests a stronger interaction between natural bentonite and copper ions. Sorption of copper ions on synthetic bentonite is best described by the Langmuir model, which suggests monolayer sorption on synthetic bentonite, implying that all surface sites have the same affinity for sorbate and that only one atom can be sorbed on them, regardless of the occupancy of neighboring sites
Synthesis and biological activity of novel azalide compounds
Makrolidi predstavljaju dobro poznatu skupinu antibiotika, a karakterizira ih visoko supstituirani makrolaktonski prsten, aglikon, na koji su glikozidnom vezom vezani jedan ili više neutralnih ili aminošećera. Uvođenjem dušikovog atoma u aglikonski prsten otkrivena je nova grupa 15-članih makrolidnih antibiotika − azalidi. Azalidi pokazuju povećanu metaboličku stabilnost, izuzetnu farmakokinetiku i širok spektar antibakterijske aktivnosti. Prvi i zasad jedini azalidni makrolidni lijek na tržištu je azitromicin. Nezavisno od antibakterijske aktivnosti, makrolidi također pokazuju i protuupalnu aktivnost. Izoksazol je peteročlani heterociklički spoj koji pokazuje različita farmakološka djelovanja te je zbog toga važan intermedijer za sintezu novih spojeva u medicinskoj kemiji. Izoksazolni prsten može se koristiti za razvoj novih spojeva s različitim biološkim djelovanjem poput antimikrobnog, antivirusnog, antikancerogenog, protuupalnog, imunomodulatornog, antikonvulzivnog ili antidijabetičkog. Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je priprava novih azalidnih spojeva u kojima je makrociklički laktonski prsten povezan s izoksazolom. Novosintetiziranim spojevima ispitat će se antiinfektivno djelovanje određivanjem minimalne inhibicijske koncentracije (MIC) na različitim sojevima Gram-pozitivnih i Gram-negativnih bakterija.Macrolides represent a large group of compounds with antibacterial activity. They are characterized by a highly substituted macrolactone ring, an aglycone, to which are attached one or more neutral or amino sugars via a glycosidic bond. By introducing a nitrogen atom into the aglycone ring, a new group of 15-membered macrolide antibiotics − azalides, was discovered. Azalides show increased metabolic stability, exceptional pharmacokinetics and antibacterial spectrum. The first and so far the only azalide macrolide on the market is azithromycin. Macrolides also possess anti-inflammatory properties, independent of their antibiotic actions. Isoxazole is a five-membered heterocyclic compound having various pharmacological action, and because of that is an important intermediate for the synthesis of new chemicals in medicinal chemistry. Isoxazole scaffold can be used to develop new agents with various biological activities (e.g. antimicrobial, antiviral, anticancer, antiinflammatory, immunomodulatory, anticonvulsant or antidiabetic properties). The aim of this thesis is to prepare new hybrid molecules of azalides and isoxazole. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of synthesized compounds will be determined against Gram-positive and

Antioxidant activity of enteral formulas
Uloga prehrane u prevenciji i liječenju brojnih kroničnih nezaraznih bolesti sve se više prepoznaje
kao ključna za održavanje zdravlja odnosno postizanje optimalnih ishoda liječenja. U tom kontekstu
se uz klasičnu dijetoterapiju sve više primjenjuje i ciljana vitaminsko-mineralna suplementacija, a
kod bolesti s izraženom malnutricijom, i enteralne formule optimiranog nutritivnog sastava. Osim
izbalansiranog sastava esencijalnih makro- i mikronutrijenata nove generacije enteralnih formulacija
vrlo često sadrže i neesencijalne sastavnice dokazanih bioloških učinaka, najčešće iz skupina spojeva
s antioksidativnim učinkom. U ovom radu istražen je učinak modifikacije standardne enteralne
formulacije dodatkom funkcionalnih sastavnica s obzirom na sadržaj polifenola i drugih spojeva s
antioksidacijskom aktivnošću. Ukupni sadržaj polifenola određen je Folin-Ciocalteu metodom
nakon odmašćivanja i uklanjanja interferirajućih proteina Carez reagensom. Antioksidacijski
potencijal određen je spektrofotometrijski u istim uzorcima, TEAC metodom. Dobiveni rezultati
pokazali su da se dodatkom resveratrola u formulaciju, kao i zamjenom dijela sirovina cjelovitim
žitaricama značajno povećava antioksidativna aktivnost uzoraka te da se upravo polifenoli mogu
smatrati glavnim nositeljima antioksidativne aktivnosti analiziranih proizvoda. Utvrđeno je da se
skladištenjem analiziranih proizvoda na sobnoj temperaturi ukupni antioksidacijski potencijal malo,
ali statistički značajno smanjuje u uzorcima s dodatkom polifenola masline i resveratrola. Dobiveni
rezultati doprinijeti će razumijevanju trenutnih mogućnosti i ograničenja u razvoju inovativnih
formulacija za enteralnu primjenu.The role of nutrition in the prevention and treatment of numerous chronic indistinct diseases is
increasingly being recognized as key to maintaining health, i.e. achieving optimal treatment
outcomes. In this context, in addition to classical diet therapy, targeted vitamin and mineral
supplementation is increasingly used, and in diseases with severe malnutrition, enteral formulas with
an optimized nutritional composition. In addition to the balanced composition of essential macroand micronutrients, the new generation of enteral formulations very often contain non-essential
components with proven biological effects, most often from groups of compounds with antioxidant
effects. This paper investigated the effect of modifying the standard enteral formulation with the
addition of functional components with regard to the content of polyphenols and other compounds
with antioxidant activity. The total content of polyphenols was determined by the Folin-Ciocalteu
method in defatted samples, after removing interfering proteins with the Carez reagent. The
antioxidant potential was determined spectrophotometrically in the same samples, using the TEAC
method. The obtained results showed that the addition of resveratrol to the formulation, as well as
the replacement of part of the raw materials with whole grains, significantly increases the antioxidant
activity of the samples and that polyphenols can be considered the main carriers of the antioxidant
activity of the analyzed products. It was found that by storing the analyzed products at room
temperature, the total antioxidant potential decreases slightly, but statistically significantly in
samples enriched with olive-polyphenols and resveratrol. The obtained results will contribute to the
understanding of current opportunities and limitations in the development of innovative
formulations for enteral administration
Synthesis and characterization of 1,2,3 - triazole Beta-carbolinr and primaquine derivatives
β-Karbolini su velika skupina prirodnih i sintetskih spojeva koju karakterizira heterociklički prsten
koji se sastoji od indola i piridina. Biološko djelovanje β-karbolinia je raznoliko; npr. pokazali su
antimalarijsko, antibakterijsko i antiproliferativno djelovanje in vivo i in vitro. Pretpostavljen
mehanizam antimalarijskog djelovanja harmina kao nabolje istraženog β-karbolina je inhibicija
PfHsp90 proteina. Primakin je 8-aminokinolinski antimalarik koji je u primjeni od 1952. godine.
U ovom radu prikazana je sinteza dva nova derivata β-karbolina i primakina (6 i 7) koji su povezani
1,2,3-triazolskim prstenom s ciljem dobivanja derivata poboljšane učinkovitosti. Kao početni spoj
u sintezi korišten je metilni ester triptofana koji je Pictet-Spenglerovom reakcijom u mikrovalnom
reaktoru preveden u tetrahidro-β-karbolin (1). Oksidacijom spoja 1 uz Pd/C i Li2CO3 dobiven je
spoj 2 (6-metoksiharman) koji se kiselom hidrolizom prevodi u odgovarajući alkohol 3 (6-
hidroksiharman). Dobiveni alkohol se uz propargil bromid prevodi u spoj 4. Konačni produkti (6 i
7) sintetizirani su iz propargilnog derivata β-karbolina 4 i azida primakina 5 u reakciji Huisgenove
1,3-dipolarne cikloadicije.
Strukture sintetiziranih spojeva 6 i 7 potvrđene su standardnim analitičkim i spektroskopskim
metodama (1H i 13C NMR, IR, MS) i određeno im je talište.
Pomoću programskih alata SwissADME, Lipinskijevih i Veberovih pravila utvrđeno je da spoj 6
zadovoljava gotovo sva Lipinskijeva i Veberova pravila pa ima potencijala za razvoj kao novi
antimalarijski lijek.
Sintetiziranim spojevima 6 i 7 će u daljnjim istraživanjima biti ispitano biološko djelovanje.β-Carbolines are a large group of natural and synthetic compounds characterized by a heterocyclic
ring consisting of indole and pyridine. The biological effects of β-carbolines are diverse; for
example, they showed antimalarial, antibacterial, and antiproliferative activity in vivo and in vitro.
Assumed mechanism of antimalarial action of harmine, the best-studied β-carboline, is inhibition of
the PfHsp90 protein. Primaquine is an 8-aminoquinoline antimalarial that has been used since 1952.
This research describes synthesis of two new derivates of β-carboline and primaquine linked with
1,2,3-triazole bridge with the aim of obtaining derivatives with improved activity. The initial
compound for the synthesis was tryptophan methyl ester, which was converted to tetrahydro-βcarboline 1 by the Pictet-Spengler reaction in a microwave reactor. Oxidation of compound 1 with
Pd/C and Li2CO3 gave compound 2 (6-methoxyharman), which was converted to the corresponding
alcohol 3 (6-hydroxyharman) by acid hydrolysis. The β-carboline alcohol 3 was converted to
compound 4 with propargyl bromide. The target products (6 and 7) were synthesized from the
propargylated β-carboline derivative 4 and primaquine azide 5 in the Huisgen 1,3-dipolar
cycloaddition.
The structures of synthesized compounds 6 and 7 were confirmed by standard analytical and
spectroscopic methods (1H and 13C NMR, IR, MS), and their melting points were determined.
Using the SwissADME software and Lipinski and Weber rules, compound 6 was found to satisfy
almost all Lipinski and Weber rules and thus has the potential to be a new antimalarial drug.
The biological activity of synthesized compounds 6 and 7 will be tested in further studies
Albrecht Dürer's Prints and Creative Writing : A Proposal for an Integrated Teaching in German Language and Visual Arts
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada ukazati je na mogućnost povezivanja građe nastave iz predmeta Likovna umjetnost i Njemački jezik, kroz konkretan prijedlog nastavne jedinice. Kroz osobu i djelo Albrechta Dürera povezat će se umjetnost s jezikom u integriranom obliku nastavnog sata. Albrecht Dürer nije samo važan dio povijesti umjetnosti, nego je i važan dio njemačke kulture. Učenici će usvojiti nova znanja na području njemačke kulture i povijesti umjetnosti te će se kroz njegove grafike baviti tehnikom, sadržajem i kompozicijom likovnog djela. Grafike Albrechta Dürera bit će temelj za kreativno pisanje u sklopu kojeg će učenici vježbati svoje vještine pisanja i govorenja na njemačkom jeziku. Kroz proces kreativnog pisanja dublje će se baviti sadržajem i načinom na koji je on prezentiran. Rad je podijeljen u dva dijela. U prvom dijelu iznijeti su podaci o životu i djelu Albrechta Dürera, njegovom doprinosu povijesti umjetnosti te važnosti njegovih grafika u kontekstu njemačke kulture. Također su obrađene relevantne metode podučavanja stranih jezika, s posebnim naglaskom na CLILiG model i kreativno pisanje kao odabranih pristupa. Drugi dio rada donosi praktičan prijedlog integrirane nastave, gdje se detaljno prikazuje kako se kroz specifične zadatke mogu ostvariti odgojno-obrazovni ishodi u oba predmeta. Kroz ovaj pristup učenici ne samo da usvajaju nova znanja, već razvijaju i dublje razumijevanje međuodnosa između stranog jezika i likovne umjetnosti.The aim of this diploma thesis is to point out the possibility of connecting teaching material from the course Fine arts and German language, through a concrete proposal of the teaching unit, on Albrecht Dürer's life and work. Albrecht Dürer is not only an important part of art history, but also an important part of German culture. Students will acquire new knowledge in the field of German culture and art history and will deal with the technique, content and composition of work of art through his graphics. Graphics of Albrecht Dürer will be the foundation for creative writing, within which students will practice their own writing and speaking skills in German. The paper is divided into two parts. In the first part, information about the life and work of Albrecht Dürer, his contribution to history of art and the importance of his graphics in the context of German culture will be presented. The second part of the paper presents a practical proposal of integrated classes, where it is shown in detail how educational outcomes can be achieved in both subjects through specific tasks. Through this approach, students not only acquire new knowledge, they also develop a deeper understanding of the relationship between a foreign language and visual arts

U ovom diplomskom radu istražuje se nadogradnja laboratorijskog uređaja za ubrzanu degradaciju stanja ležajeva u sveobuhvatni sustav za prognozirano održavanje, kroz razvoj računalnog sustava za prikupljanje, pohranu i vizualizaciju podataka sa senzora.
Cilj rada bio je izraditi sustav koji omogućuje precizno praćenje stanja ležajeva u stvarnom vremenu te podržava analizu podataka i donošenje odluka u kontekstu prediktivnog održavanja. Sustav koristi LabJack T7 Pro, integriran u postojeći laboratorijski uređaj, te suvremene web tehnologije za optimizaciju procesa eksperimentiranja i analize podataka.
Raspravlja se o doprinosima ključnih tehnologija kao što su FastAPI, React, TypeScript i MySQL, uz naglasak na njihovu integraciju u razvoj funkcionalnog i pouzdanog sustava. Opisuje se arhitektura sustava, uključujući konfiguraciju uređaja, pripremu za eksperimente, prikupljanje podataka i njihovu vizualizaciju, s posebnim naglaskom na korisničku primjenu i donošenje odluka na temelju stvarnih podataka.
Osim tehničkog pregleda, dokument analizira proces instalacije i postavljanja sustava te pruža smjernice za konfiguraciju i interpretaciju rezultata. Također su obrađeni izazovi poput kalibracije senzora i osiguravanja konzistentnosti podataka. Predložena su buduća poboljšanja, uključujući naprednu analizu podataka, prilagodbu sučelja te uvođenje automatske kalibracije senzora.

The system integrates the LabJack T7 Pro device into the existing laboratory setup and utilizes modern web technologies to optimize experimentation and data analysis.
