Personality Traits as Predictors of Cheating in Studies
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je istražiti crte ličnosti kao individualne čimbenike neetičnog akademskog ponašanja. Očekivalo se da će dimenzije iskrenost-poniznost, savjesnost i ugodnost prema HEXACO modelu biti negativno povezane s neetičnim akademskim ponašanjem studenata te da će iste dimenzije biti negativni prediktori neetičnog akademskog ponašanja. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 253 studenta preddiplomskih i diplomskih studija Sveučilišta J. J. Strossmayera u Osijeku, pri čemu je 154 (60.9%) sudionika bilo ženskog, 97 (38.3%) sudionika muškog roda te dvije (0.8%) transrodne i rodno varijabilne osobe. Istraživanje je provedeno u učionicama pojedinih sastavnica Sveučilišta tijekom redovite nastave. Korišten je upitnik o sociodemografskim podacima, HEXACO-60 upitnik i Skala neetičnog ponašanja u akademskom kontekstu (RAINZ). Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali kako su dimenzije iskrenost-poniznost, ugodnost, savjesnost i otvorenost ka iskustvima negativno povezane s neetičnim ponašanjem u akademskom kontekstu. Osim toga, dimenzije iskrenost-poniznost i savjesnost negativno su povezane s rezultatima na pojedinim subskalama RAINZ upitnika (nedopušteno dogovaranje, zlouporaba resursa i dogovoreno/ugovoreno varanje). Uz to, dobivene su negativne povezanosti između ugodnosti i rezultata na subskalama nedopuštenog dogovaranja i zlouporabe resursa te između otvorenosti ka iskustvima i rezultata na subskalama nedopuštenog dogovaranja i prijevare. Dimenzije iskrenost-poniznost i savjesnost su se pokazale značajnim negativnim prediktorima neetičnog ponašanja u akademskom kontekstu i rezultata na subskali nedopuštenog dogovaranja, pri čemu je iskrenost-poniznost bila najsnažniji prediktor akademskog nepoštenja. Nadalje, pokazalo se da je iskrenost-poniznost negativan prediktor rezultata na subskalama zlouporabe resursa i dogovorenog/ugovorenog varanja. Spoznaje ovog istraživanja mogu se primijeniti u razvoju i implementaciji učinkovitih programa prevencije akademskog nepoštenja.The purpose of this research was to examine personality traits as individual factors of academic cheating. It was assumed that the HEXACO personality model of Honesty-Humility, Conscientiousness and Agreeableness would be negatively correlated to student’s dishonest academic behaviour and that those dimensions would be negative predictors of dishonest academic behaviour. This study involved 253 undergraduate and graduate students from the University of Osijek, of whom 154 (60.9%) were female, 97 (38.3%) were male and two (0.8%) identified as transgender or gender diverse. The study was conducted in faculty classrooms. A sociodemographic questionnaire, the HEXACO-60 inventory and the Scale of Dishonest Academic Behaviour (RAINZ) were used to collect data. Results showed that Honesty-Humility, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Openness to Experience were negatively associated with dishonest academic behaviour. Furthermore, Honesty-Humility and Conscientiousness were negatively related to scores on specific RAINZ subscales (Collusion, Misuse of Resources, and Contract Cheating). Furthermore, negative associations were found between Agreeableness and the subscales of Collusion and Misuse of Resources, as well as between Openness to Experience and the subscales of Collusion and Fraud. Honesty-Humility and Conscientiousness emerged as negative predictors of dishonest academic behaviour and scores on the Collusion subscale, with Honesty-Humility being the strongest predictor of academic dishonesty. Additionally, Honesty-Humility was a negative predictor of Misuse of Resources and Contract Cheating subscales. Research findings can be used to develop effective academic dishonesty prevention programs

Bitcoin je začetnik svih kriptovaluta, najpoznatija i najvrjednija kriptovaluta na svijetu. Cilj ove
teme je prikazati globalno financijsko stanje prije nastanka Bitcoina, kako je nastao Bitcoin i
promjene koje je Bitcoin donio u moderni financijski sustav kroz 3 godine nakon njegovog
nastanka.
Jedan od najbitnijih događaja koji su prethodili Bitcoinu je globalna financijska kriza iz 2008.
godine. Nakon krize mnogi su bili zabrinuti može li se i dalje vjerovati tradicionalnom
bankarskom sustavu koji je pod kontrolom banaka. Bitcoin je nastao 2009. godine, kada je
nepoznati tvorac pod pseudonimnim imenom „Satoshi Nakamoto“, iskopao prvi blok pod
imenom „Genesis Block“.
Bitcoin je prva decentralizirana digitalna valuta. U Decentraliziranom sustavu financija
korisnici obavljaju transakcije i plaćanja bez posrednika koji su najčešće banke. Temelji se na
blockchain tehnologiji. Transakcije čine blokove koji se ne mogu mijenjati radi sigurnosti od
krivotvorenja i prijevara. Bitcoin nastaje rudarenjem. Rudarenje je proces rješavanja složenih
matematičkih procesa uz pomoću električne energije i procesora računala. Osobe koje rudare
su nagrađene određenim brojom Bitcoina. Bitcoin je ograničen na broj od 21 milijuna a svaki
Bitcoin se sastoji od 100 milijuna Satoshija. 2010. godine je Bitcoin prvi puta korišten za
kupovinu a 2011. godine Bitcoinu cijena raste na oko 30 dolara. Utjecaji financijske krize
pogodovati će daljnjem rastu bitcoina. Nastanak bitcoina je utjecao i na nastanak drugih
kriptovaluta te sasvim novih blockchain sustava.Bitcoin is the originator of all cryptocurrencies, and it remains the most well-known and most
valuable cryptocurrency in the world. The aim of this thesis is to present the global financial
situation before the emergence of Bitcoin, explain how Bitcoin was created, and analyze the
changes it brought to the modern financial system during the first three years following its
inception.
One of the most significant events that preceded Bitcoin was the global financial crisis of 2008.
After the crisis, many people questioned whether the traditional banking system, controlled by
centralized banks, could still be trusted. Bitcoin was launched in 2009 when an unknown creator
under the pseudonym "Satoshi Nakamoto" mined the first block, known as the "Genesis Block."
Bitcoin is the first decentralized digital currency. In a decentralized financial system, users carry
out transactions and payments without intermediaries — usually banks. It is based on
blockchain technology, where transactions are grouped into blocks that cannot be altered,
ensuring protection from counterfeiting and fraud.
Bitcoin is created through mining — a process of solving complex mathematical problems
using computing power and electricity. Individuals who mine are rewarded with a certain
number of Bitcoins. The total supply of Bitcoin is capped at 21 million, and each Bitcoin is
divisible into 100 million Satoshis. In 2010, Bitcoin was used for the first time to purchase
goods, and in 2011, its price rose to around 30 dollars. The aftermath of the financial crisis
contributed to Bitcoin’s further growth. The emergence of Bitcoin also inspired the creation of
other cryptocurrencies and entirely new blockchain-based systems
Aromatic Profile and Antioxidative Potential of Minimally Processed and Pasteurised Miholjača Pear Juice
Cilj rada bio je istražiti aromatski profil i antioksidacijski potencijal neobrađenog soka kruške Miholjače, te soka obrađenog primjenom dviju tehnika minimalnog procesiranja, ultrazvuka, mikrovalova kao i njihove kombinacije. Radi usporedbe, provedena je pasterizacija soka i ispitan utjecaj na aromu i antioksidacijski potencijal soka. Rezultati su pokazali da je uzorak soka obrađen kombinacijom ultrazvuka i mikrovalova imao najmanju promjenu boje u odnosu na kontrolni uzorak, koja je iznosila 2,98. Pasterizacija je uzrokovala najveću ukupnu promjenu boje soka (8,62), ali i značajne gubitke estera, terpena i karbonilnih spojeva, što je utjecalo na intenzitet arome. Najveći sadržaj fenolnih tvari i najviša antioksidativna aktivnost, neovisno o metodi (DPPH i ABTS), zabilježeni su u soku obrađenom mikrovalovima, dok je najniže vrijednosti imao neobrađeni sok. Sadržaj askorbinske kiseline nije se značajnije mijenjao u sokovima tijekom obrade. Naša tradicionalna sorta Miholjača jedinstvenim aromatskim profilom dokazala je neopravdanu zapostavljenost starih sorti krušaka s identificiranih 45 spojeva arome, a minimalno procesiranje sokova ultrazvukom i mikrovalovima u najvećoj je mjeri očuvalo raznoliku aromu sokova.The aim of the study was to investigate the aromatic profile and antioxidant potential of unprocessed juice from the Miholjača pear, as well as juice treated using two minimal processing techniques: ultrasound, microwaves, and their combination. For comparison, the juice was also pasteurized and the impact on aroma and antioxidant potential was examined. The results showed that the juice sample treated with the combination of ultrasound and microwaves had the smallest color change compared to the control sample, which was 2.98. Pasteurization caused the greatest total color change of the juice (8.62), as well as significant losses of esters, terpenes, and carbonyl compounds, which affected the intensity of the aroma. The highest content of phenolic compounds and the highest antioxidant activity, regardless of the method (DPPH and ABTS), were recorded in the microwave-treated juice, while the lowest values were found in the unprocessed juice. The ascorbic acid content did not change significantly in the juices during processing. Our traditional variety Miholjača, with its unique aromatic profile, proved an unjustified neglect of the old pear varieties, with 45 identified aroma compounds, and minimal processing of juices using ultrasound and microwaves preserved the diverse aroma of the juices to the greatest extent
Pediatric population exposure to ionizing radiation from computed tomography examinations
CILJ ISTRAŽIVANJA: Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati učestalost i indikacije kompjuterizirane
tomografije u pedijatrijskoj populaciji, te analizirati tipične doze izloženosti ionizirajućem
zračenju u odnosu na dob, masu, regiju snimanja i broj faza pretrage.
NACRT STUDIJE: Presječna studija s povijesnim podacima.
ISPITANICI I METODE: U studiju je uključeno 353 pedijatrijska pacijenta (0 – 18 godina)
koji su upućeni na CT pregled na Kliničkom zavodu za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku
radiologiju KBC Osijek tijekom 2024. godine. U tablicu bilježeni su podaci o spolu, dobi, masi,
indikaciji, regiji, broju faza snimanja te vrijednostima CTDIvol i DLP za svako pojedino
snimanje.
REZULTATI: Većina djece imala je samo jedno snimanje. Najčešće indikacije bile su akutno
intrakranijsko zbivanje i trauma. Regija mozga predvodila je po učestalosti te je imala i najviše
ponovljenih CT‐ova. Jednofazni protokol korišten je u većini snimanja. Dvofazno snimanje
zabilježeno je najčešće kod mozga, vrata, abdomena i zdjelice. Medijan DLP‐a bio je gotovo
dvostruko veći kod dvofaznih snimanja mozga (P < 0,001). Regija glava, vrat i trup imala je
najviši medijan DLP-a, dok su vaskularne pretrage zabilježile najniže doze. Znatne pozitivne
korelacije CTDIvol i DLP-a s dobi i tjelesnom masom ispitanika pronađene su u regijama
mozga, abdomena i zdjelice (P < 0,001).
ZAKLJUČAK: Većina pedijatrijskih pacijenata podvrgnuta je jednofaznim CT pretragama,
pri čemu su akutna intrakranijska zbivanja i traume najčešće indikacije. Dvofazni postupci, i
općenito veći broj faza, rezultirali su znatno povišenim vrijednostima DLP-a, posebice u
području mozga. Uočena je jasna povezanost CTDIvol i DLP vrijednosti s dobi i tjelesnom
masom djeteta.TITLE: Exposure of the Pediatric Population to Ionizing Radiation Due to Computed
Tomography Imaging
OBJECTIVES: The aim of the study was to investigate the frequency and indications of
pediatric computed tomography (CT), and to analyze typical doses of ionizing radiation
exposure in relation to age, weight, scanned region, and number of acquisition phases.
STUDY DESIGN: Cross-sectional study with historical data.
PARTICIPANTS AND METHODS: The study included 353 pediatric patients (0 – 18 years)
referred for CT examination at the Clinical Department of Diagnostic and Interventional
Radiology, KBC Osijek, during 2024. Data on sex, age, body weight, indication for
examination, scanned region, number of acquisition phases, and CTDIvol and DLP values for
each scan were recorded in a specially designed table.
RESULTS: Most children underwent a single scan. The most common indications were acute
intracranial event and trauma. The brain region was the most frequently scanned and had the
highest number of repeated CTs. A single-phase protocol was used in the majority of scans.
Two-phase scanning was most often recorded for the brain and neck, while nearly half of the
abdominal and pelvic exams were two-phase. The median DLP was almost twice as high for
two-phase brain scans (P < 0.001). The head, neck, and trunk region had the highest median
DLP, while vascular studies showed the lowest doses. Significant positive correlations of
CTDIvol and DLP with age and body weight were found in the brain, abdomen, and pelvic
regions (P < 0.001).
CONCLUSION: Most pediatric patients underwent single-phase CT scans, with acute
intracranial events and trauma as the most common indications. Two-phase protocols, and
generally a higher number of phases, resulted in significantly elevated DLP values, especially
in the brain, where the median DLP for two-phase scans was nearly twice as high. A clear
association was observed between CTDIvol and DLP values and the child’s age and body
weight.

The role of technical exercises and etudes in tambura bisernica teaching/Concert according to the program
Glazbeni instrumenti kroz povijest su prolazili kroz brojne promjene i prilagodbe, s ciljem postizanja optimalnog oblika i funkcionalnosti. Sličan razvojni put pratila je i tambura, koja se razvijala kroz četiri sustava, a suvremeni oblik zadržala je u zadnjem, Četveroglasnom A-E sustavu. Iako je tambura tijekom vremena pronašla svoje mjesto u svijetu klasične glazbe, jedan od značajnijih problema nedostatak je izvorne literature namijenjene interpretativnom i tehničkom usavršavanju glazbenika. Kako bi kompozicije sadržavale glazbenu kompleksnost, odnosno spoj interpretacije i virtuoznosti, važno je da ih oblikuje autor s dubinskim poznavanjem instrumenta. Kako bi glazbenik postigao razinu virtuoznosti, nužno je prethodno razviti određene tehničke sposobnosti. Tehničke vježbe usmjerene su na razvoj tehničkih sposobnosti sviranja, dok etide istovremeno razvijaju tehniku i interpretaciju. Cilj ovog rada je ponuditi praktične smjernice i vježbe koje će pomoći izvođačima u razvijanju tehničkih vještina.Musical instruments have undergone numerous changes and adaptations throughout history with the aim of achieving optimal form and functionality. The tambura has followed a similar developmental path, evolving through four tuning systems, with its modern form preserved in the latest four-string A-E system. Although the tambura has found its place in the world of classical music over time, a significant challenge remains the lack of original literature dedicated to the intepretative and technical development od musicians. In order for compositions to embody musical complexity, which is a combination of interpretation and virtuosity, it is important that they are created by an author with a deep understanding of the instrument. To achieve a level of virtuosity, a musician must first develop certain technical skills. Technical exercises are designed to develop the mechanical aspects of playing, whereas etudes integrate technical development with interpretative skills. The aim of this work is to provide practical guidelines and exercises that will assist performers in developing their technical abilities
The role of mechanical thrombectomy in treating patients with acute pulmonary embolism
Cilj: Ispitati učestalost liječenja akutne plućne embolije mehaničkom trombektomijom,
tehničke aspekte same procedure, promjenu kliničkih parametara nakon učinjene procedure te
povezanost navedenih parametara s demografskim karakteristikama pacijenata.
Nacrt studije: Presječna studija s povijesnim podacima.
Ispitanici i metode: U studiju su uključeni pacijenti kojima je postavljena dijagnoza akutne
plućne embolije te su liječeni perkutanom mehaničkom trombektomijom na Kliničkom zavodu
za dijagnostičku i intervencijsku radiologiju Kliničkog bolničkog centra Osijek u razdoblju od
1. svibnja 2023. do 31. prosinca 2024. godine.
Rezultati: U studiju je uključeno 30 pacijenata. Medijan dobi iznosi 66 godina. Uočeno je
poboljšanje hemodinamskih parametara, kao što su plućni arterijski tlak, puls i saturacija krvi
kisikom, nakon izvođenja mehaničke trombektomije. Nije uočena povezanost spola, dobnih
skupinama niti komorbiditeta, kao što su arterijska hipertenzija, pretilost, šećerna i maligna
bolest, s promjenama hemodinamskih parametara. Vrijeme potrebno za izvođenje
trombektomije, veći kateteri i veći broj aspiracija ukazuju na kompleksnost zahvata i prisutnost
velikih ili mnogobrojnih trombotskih masa kod pacijenata s višim rizikom. Nije uočena
povezanost između komorbiditeta i smrtnog ishoda, što pokazuje da uspjeh liječenja ne ovisi
značajno o prethodnim kroničnim bolestima.
Zaključak: Budući da je poboljšanje hemodinamskih parametara nakon trombektomije
značajno, a učestalost komplikacija niska, perkutana mehanička trombektomija učinkovita je i
relativno sigurna metoda liječenja akutne plućne embolije, ali potrebna su istraživanja s većim
brojem ispitanika i dugoročnim praćenjem ishoda kako bi se dodatno utvrdilo mjesto ove
terapijske metode u smjernicama liječenja plućne embolije.

Objectives: To examine the frequency of treatment of acute pulmonary embolism using
mechanical thrombectomy, the technical aspects of the procedure itself, the changes in clinical
parameters following the procedure and the correlation of these parameters with the
demographic characteristics of the patients.
Study design: Cross-sectional research (based on retrospective data).
Subjects and methods: The study included patients diagnosed with acute pulmonary embolism
who were treated with percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy at the Department of Diagnostic
and Interventional Radiology, University Hospital Centre Osijek, between May 1st, 2023, and
December 31st, 2024.
Results: A total of 30 patients were included in the study. The median age was 66 years.
Improvement in hemodynamic parameters, such as pulmonary arterial pressure, heart rate, and
blood oxygen saturation, was observed after mechanical thrombectomy. No correlation was
found between sex, age groups or comorbidities, such as arterial hypertension, obesity, diabetes
or malignancy, with changes in hemodynamic parameters. The duration of the procedure, use
of larger catheters and a higher number of aspirations indicated the complexity of the
intervention and the presence of large or multiple thrombotic masses in patients with higher
risk. No association was found between comorbidities and mortality, indicating that treatment
success does not significantly depend on pre-existing chronic diseases.
Conclusion: Given the significant improvement in hemodynamic parameters following
thrombectomy and the low complication rate, percutaneous mechanical thrombectomy is an
effective and relatively safe method for treating acute pulmonary embolism. However, studies
with larger sample sizes and long-term follow-up are needed to further define the role of this
therapeutic method in pulmonary embolism treatment guidelines
Influence of molecular and crystal structure on the melting point of organic compounds
Talište je jedno od temeljnih fizikalnih svojstava koje pruža uvid u čistoću, stabilnost i međumolekulske sile prisutne u organskim spojevima. Ovaj rad istražuje kako molekulska i kristalna građa utječu na vrijednosti tališta kod organskih spojeva. Objašnjeni su osnovni tipovi međumolekulskih sila, prostorna uređenost molekula i način na koji ovi faktori određuju prijelaz iz krutog u tekuće stanje. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na termodinamičke principe taljenja te ulogu tehnika u određivanju tališta. U radu je objašnjeno kako molekulska simetrija, sposobnost stvaranja vodikovih veza te stupanj kristaliničnosti imaju presudnu ulogu u određivanju tališta organskih spojeva.Melting point is one of the fundamental physical properties that provides insight into the purity, stability, and intermolecular forces present in organic compounds. This paper explores how molecular and crystal structure influence the melting point values of organic substances. The fundamental types of intermolecular forces, the spatial arrangement of molecules, and how these factors govern the transition from the solid to the liquid state are explained in this section. Particular emphasis is placed on the thermodynamic principles of melting and the techniques used to determine the melting point. The thesis discusses how molecular symmetry, the ability to form hydrogen bonds, and degrees of crystallinity play a crucial role in the melting point of organic compounds
Instructional design guide: Didactics of media learning environments
The sudden change in teaching from classroom to online because of the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that digital teaching is in general possible. However, difficulties in the rapid practical implementation of digital teaching coming from the lack of clear digital teaching and evaluation concepts have become apparent. Particularly, courses dealing with laboratory experiments and practice are among the most challenging aspects of digitalization in teaching. This is especially true for the university research-oriented study of civil engineering, where participation in laboratory experiments is a natural part of classroom teaching. To overcome the issue with such courses, the use of mixed and virtual reality is foreseen as tools providing students the possibility to attend laboratories virtually and, thus, broaden digital teaching of civil engineering courses. In the case of digital learning, the student evidently cannot participate in laboratory experiments, and the real laboratory experience cannot be fully replaced by a video or online translation, whereas virtual and augmented reality techniques provide excellent opportunities to replicate real laboratory experience in a virtual environment. Within the PARFORCE project – an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership 2020 for “Digital Education” project (grant no. 2020-1-DE01-KA226-HE-005783) by Ruhr University Bochum (Germany), University Aveiro (Portugal), University Osijek (Croatia), Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology (North Macedonia) and Bauhaus-University Weimar (Germany) – significant contribution to establishing virtual experimental setups (which are not a part of standard education at each university but are carried out at specialized institutes), as different laboratory equipment (shaking table, wind tunnel, and fire resistance laboratory) are brought together and used by students of all partners. The virtual experimental setups are accessible to external interested parties in order to broaden the reach of resources and foster a more inclusive and collaborative environment. The report presented herein constitutes the first in a series of three accomplished project reports: Instructional design guide – didactics of media learning environments – describing the derived methodological framework; Methods and algorithms for digital learning tools evaluation -proposing a set of guidelines for evaluation, including measures and tools for quantitative analysis; Remote-access Experiments in Structural Engineering – describing the elaboration of created virtual tours. Comparison of urban planning indicators for three residential groups in Orašje
Ovaj završni rad bavi se analizom urbanističkih uvjeta tri stambena naselja u gradu Orašju. Cilj rada bio je proučiti razvojne faze grada kroz analizu određenih zona unutar stare gradske jezgre te novonastalih naselja Jug I i Jug II, uspoređujući njihove urbanističke pokazatelje poput koeficijenta izgrađenosti, veličine parcela, veličine objekata i broja etaža te iz tih podataka izvesti zaključke o učincima urbanističkog planiranja. Za provedbu analize u radu je korištena metoda terenskih istraživanja kao i analiza važeće urbanističke dokumentacije uz izračune ključnih urbanističkih parametara. Rezultati pokazuju da stara gradska jezgra ima znatno veći stupanj izgrađenosti uz vrlo male prosječne površine parcela, što odražava višu gustoću. Nasuprot staroj gradskoj jezgri
koja je također nastala planski, stambena naselja Jug I i Jug II karakteriziraju veće prosječne parcele i niži koeficijent izgrađenosti od približno 30%. Zaključno možemo reći da je planski pristup i kontrola izgradnje obiteljskih kuća unutar novonastalih naselja omogućila Orašju kvalitetan prostorni razvoj i stvaranje prostorne cjeline koja je organizirana prostorno i funkcionalno koja odgovara suvremenim potrebama stanovništvaThis final paper deals with the analysis of urban conditions of three residential settlements in the city of Orašje.
The aim of the paper was to study the development phases of the city through the analysis of certain zones within the old city core and the newly created settlements Jug I and Jug II, comparing their urban indicators such as the development coefficient, plot size, building size and number of floors, and to draw conclusions from this data about the effects of urban planning. The analysis was carried out using the field research method as well as the analysis of valid urban planning documentation with calculations of key urban parameters. The results show that the old city core has a significantly higher degree of development with very small average plot areas, which reflects a higher density. In contrast to the old city core, which was also created according to planning, the residential settlements Jug I and Jug II are characterized by larger average plots and a lower development coefficient of approximately 30%. In conclusion, we can say that the planned approach and control of the
construction of family houses within the newly created settlements enabled Orašje to have high-quality spatial

Cilj ovog specijalističkog rada je otkriti prehrambene navike studenata, njihovo zadovoljstvo ponudom i kvalitetom studentskih restorana, a potom i istražiti potencijale uvođenja svježih i zdravih obroka u objekte prehrane studenata.
Na temelju analize trenutnog stanja u objektima prehrane studenata ali i utvrđivanja stavova, mišljenja i potreba studenata o trenutnoj ali i očekivanoj ponudi svježih i zdravih obroka kreirat će se smjernice za marketinške strategije i aktivnosti u cilju povećanja zadovoljstva studenata ponudom obroka. Definiranje osnovnih pojmova prikazat će važnost procesa marketinga pri uvođenju ponude zdravih i prilagođenih obroka u objektima prehrane studenata. Teorijskom obradom, analizom i istraživanjem, namjera je dobiti podatke za izradu marketinškog plana kao niza aktivnosti koje vode prema postavljanju i ostvarenju zadanog marketinškog cilja. Uspjeh marketinga u ponudi svježih i zdravih obroka ovisit će o dvije stvari - mogu li se prepoznati kupci zdravih obroka i o dobro osmišljenom marketinškom planu. Marketinški miks čine konkretne aktivnosti kojima se postavljaju ciljevi, a njen jedini prihodovni element je cijena. Cijena svježih, zdravih i prilagođenih obroka je nesubvencionirana, a time i viša od cijene redovnih obroka u ponudi. Rezultati ovog rada pokazuju da studenti žele promjene, privlači ih mogućnost osmišljavanja vlastitog obroka i prilagodljivi su na višu cijenu koju trebaju za njega platiti. Percepcija „zdravog obroka“ je „nezanimljiv, bezukusan, dosadan obrok“, te je važno obroku dati priču, učiniti ga jedinstvenim i na taj ga način održati u ponudi studentima. Studenti su spremni na izazove, a trendove prilagođavaju svojim prehrambenim potrebama s očekivanim tradicionalnim pripremama zdravih, organskih, prilagođenih i kreativnih obroka.The goal of this specialist paper is to explore the eating habits of students, their satisfaction with the offerings and quality of student restaurants, and to investigate the potential for introducing fresh and healthy meals in student dining facilities.
Based on the analysis of the current state in student dining facilities, as well as identifying the attitudes, opinions, and needs of students regarding the current and expected offerings of fresh and healthy meals, guidelines will be developed for marketing strategies and activities aimed at increasing student satisfaction with meal offerings. Defining basic concepts will demonstrate the importance of the marketing process in introducing healthy and customized meal offerings in student dining facilities. Through theoretical analysis, research, and investigation, the intention is to gather data for creating a marketing plan as a series of activities leading to the establishment and achievement of the set marketing goal. The success of marketing fresh and healthy meals will depend on two things: whether the customers of healthy meals can be identified, and the well-designed marketing plan. The marketing mix consists of specific activities that set goals, and its only revenue element is price. The price of fresh, healthy, and customized meals is unsubsidized, and therefore higher than the price of regular meals offered. The results of this paper show that students want changes, they are attracted by the possibility of creating their own meals, and are adaptable to paying a higher price for it. The perception of a "healthy meal" is "uninteresting, bland, boring," so it is important to give the meal a story, make it unique, and thus keep it in the offer for students. Students are ready for challenges and adapt trends to their dietary needs, with the expectation of traditional preparations of healthy, organic, customized, and creative meals
