    U ovom radu su objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi financijske matematike, a u središtu je pojam kamate koju dužnik vraća uz glavnicu. Kamate se mogu obračunati dekurzivno ili anticipativno. Ukoliko ima više obračunskih razdoblja, onda se kamate mogu obračunati jednostavnim ili složenim ukamaćivanjem. U konačnici, kamate se mogu obračunati kombinacijom spomenutih načina ukamaćivanja uz različita razdoblja obračuna. Ako se razdoblje obračuna ne podudara s razdobljem kamatnjaka, kamatnjake je potrebno preračunati. U tom se kontekstu koriste nominalni, relativni i konformni kamatnjak.This paper explains the basic concepts of financial mathematics, focusing on the concept of interest, which the borrower repays along with the principal. Interest can be calculated decursively or anticipatory. If there are multiple calculation periods, interest can be calculated using simple or compound interest methods. Ultimately, interest can be calculatedusingacombinationofthementionedmethods with different calculation periods. If the calculation period does not match the interest rate period, the interest rates need to be adjusted. In this context, nominal, relative and conformal interest rates are used

    Development of movement and rhythm in children of younger school-age

    Tema ovog diplomskog rada je razvoj pokreta i ritma kod učenika mlađe školske dobi. Kroz izvannastavne aktivnosti temeljene na pokretu i ritmu, uz podršku učitelja i roditelja, doprinosi se razvoju fizičkih, kognitivnih, društvenih i emocionalnih sposobnosti djece. Cilj rada bio je istražiti doprinos izvannastavnih aktivnosti, posebice onih temeljenih na razvoju pokreta i ritma, na motoričke i kognitivne sposobnosti učenika mlađe školske dobi. Intervjuiranjem učiteljica razredne nastave koje vode izvannastavne aktivnosti poput ritmike, prikupljena su njihova iskustva u radu s učenicima te je stečen uvid u način na koje takve aktivnosti doprinose razvoju pokreta i ritma. Istraživanje je provedeno u četiri osnovne škole u gradu Vukovaru, jednoj područnoj školi u naselju Petrovci i tri osnovne škole u Vinkovcima. Podaci su prikupljeni metodom intervjua, a istraživački instrument bio je unaprijed pripremljeni protokol s otvorenim pitanjima. Dobiveni podaci analizirani su kvalitativnom metodom. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na značajan doprinos ritmičkih, gimnastičkih i folklornih aktivnosti razvoju koordinacije, ravnoteže, emocionalnih sposobnosti i osjećaja povezanosti kod učenika. Rezultati također potvrđuju važnost izvannastavnih aktivnosti temeljenih na pokretu i ritmu u cjelovitom razvoju učenika mlađe školske dobi.The topic of this thesis is the development of movement and rhythm in students of younger school age. Extracurricular activities based on movement and rhythm, supported by teachers and parents, contribute to development of children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional abilities. The aim of this thesis was to explore the contribution of extracurricular activities, especially those focused on movement and rhythm, to the development of motor and cognitive abilities in younger school age students. By interviewing primary school teachers who lead extracurricular activities such as rhythmic activities and gymnastics, we collected their experiences and gained insight into how these activities support the development of movement and rhythm. The research was conducted in four primary schools in the city of Vukovar, one district primary school in Petrovci, and three primary schools in the area of the city of Vinkovci. The data were collected through interviews using a pre-designed protocol with open-ended questions and were analyzed using a qualitative method. The findings indicate a significant contribution of rhythmic, gymnastic and folklore activities to the development of coordination, balance, emotional skills and a sense of connection among students. They also confirmed the importance of movement- and rhythm-based extracurricular activities in the holistic development of younger school-age students

    Cilj istraživanja: Ispitati razinu znanja zdravstvenih djelatnika Opće županijske bolnice Požega koji ne rade na odjelu hemodijalize o hemodijalizi te ispitati razlike u znanju prema sociodemografskim karakteristikama, prethodnom iskustvu rada na hemodijalizi i poznavanju osobe koja se liječi na programu hemodijalize. Nacrt studije: Presječna studija. Ispitanici i metode: U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 109 zdravstvenih radnika, pretežno ženskog spola, s različitim razinama obrazovanja i radnim iskustvom. Podatci su prikupljeni anonimnim online-upitnikom koji je obuhvaćao sociodemografske podatke, pitanja o znanju o hemodijalizi te informacije o prethodnom iskustvu i poznanstvima s osobama na hemodijalizi. Za analizu podataka korištene su deskriptivne i neparametrijske statističke metode (Mann Whitney i Kruskal Wallis-test). Rezultati: Ukupna je razina znanja o hemodijalizi među ispitanicima visoka (medijan 10 od mogućih 11 točnih odgovora). Statistički značajne razlike u znanju zabilježene su prema razini obrazovanja (bolje znanje kod ispitanika s gimnazijskim obrazovanjem), zanimanju (liječnici imaju bolje znanje od medicinskih sestara / tehničara), radnom mjestu (bolje znanje na odjelima s češćim susretima s bubrežnim bolestima) i prethodnom iskustvu rada na hemodijalizi. Nije utvrđena značajna razlika u znanju u odnosu na poznavanje osobe na hemodijalizi. Zaključak: Zdravstveni djelatnici koji ne rade na hemodijalizi pokazuju zadovoljavajuću razinu znanja o hemodijalizi, a na razinu znanja najviše utječu obrazovanje, zanimanje, radno mjesto i prethodno iskustvo rada na hemodijalizi. Rezultati ukazuju na potrebu za učestalom edukacijom, osobito za zdravstvene djelatnike koji nisu svakodnevno uključeni u skrb za pacijente na hemodijalizi, kako bi se održala i unaprijedila kvaliteta zdravstvene skrbi.Research objective: The study aimed to assess the level of knowledge about hemodialysis among healthcare workers at the General County Hospital Požega who do not work in the hemodialysis department, and to examine differences in knowledge according to sociodemographic aspects, previous experience working in hemodialysis, and acquaintance with a person undergoing hemodialysis treatment. Study design: A cross-sectional study. Respondents and methods: The study included 109 healthcare workers, predominantly female, with varying levels of education and work experience. Data were collected using an anonymous online questionnaire that included sociodemographic data, questions about knowledge of hemodialysis, as well as information on previous experience and personal acquaintance with individuals undergoing hemodialysis. Descriptive and non-parametric statistical methods (Mann Whitney and Kruskal Wallis tests) were used for data analysis. Results: The level of knowledge about hemodialysis among participants was high (median 10 out of possible 11 correct answers). Statistically significant differences in knowledge were observed according to education level (higher knowledge among participants with a high school diploma), occupation (physicians scored higher than nurses/technicians), workplace (higher knowledge in departments more frequently encountering kidney diseases), and previous experience working in hemodialysis. No significant difference in knowledge was found in relation to personal acquaintance with a person on hemodialysis. Conclusion: Healthcare workers who do not work in the hemodialysis department demonstrate a satisfactory level of knowledge about hemodialysis. The most influential factors on knowledge level are education, occupation, workplace, and previous experience working in hemodialysis. The results highlight the need for continuous education, especially for healthcare workers not routinely involved in the care of hemodialysis patients, in order to maintain and improve the quality of healthcare

    Cilj istraţivanja: Cilj istraživanja jest ispitati razmišljanje zdravstvenih radnika o oboljelima od mentalnih poremećaja. Specifični su ciljevi istraživanja: ispitati postoji li na MICA upitniku tendencija distribucije rezultata u smjeru veće ili manje razine negativnih obrazaca ponašanja te ispitati postoji li statistički značajna razlika u stavovima zdravstvenih radnika o oboljelima od mentalnih poremećaja s obzirom na sociodemografske podatke: dob, spol, godine radnog staža, zanimanje, mjesto stanovanja i bračni status. Nacrt studije: Presječno istraživanje provedeno je u Specijalnoj bolnici za medicinsku rehabilitaciju Daruvarske toplice. Ispitanici i metode: Svi ispitanici potpuno su informirani o anonimnosti, postupcima, sadržaju i cilju istraživanja te su samovoljno sudjelovali u njemu. Ispitanici su ispunjavali upitnik koji se sastojao od dvaju dijelova: ljestvice za mjerenje stavova kliničara prema problemima mentalnog zdravlja (MICA-4) i skale o sociodemografskim podacima ispitanika. Rezultati: Rezultati istraživanja opovrgavaju početno postavljenu hipotezu o višoj razini negativnih stavova zdravstvenih radnika prema oboljelima od mentalnih poremećaja. Prosječan rezultat na MICA-4 upitniku za cjelokupan uzorak iznosio je 47,75 (SD = 8,23) bodova, što pokazuje da su ispitanici skloniji pozitivnijim stavovima o osobama oboljelima od mentalnih poremećaja. Dobiveni rezultati pobijaju drugu postavljenu hipotezu da postoji statistički značajna razlika u stavovima zdravstvenih radnika prema oboljelima od mentalnih poremećaja ovisno o sociodemografskim podacima. Zakljuĉak: Unatoč pretpostavci da meĎu zdravstvenim radnicima postoji visok stupanj negativnih stavova i predrasuda prema oboljelima od mentalnih poremećaja, dobiveni rezultati pokazuju tendenciju prema pozitivnijim stavovima. Analiza podataka pokazala je da ne postoji statistički značajna razlika s obzirom na sociodemografske podatke.Research objective: The aim of the research is to examine healthcare workers’ perceptions of people with mental disorders. Specific research objectives: to examine whether there is a tendency in the distribution of the MICA questionnaire results towards higher or lower levels of negative behavioural patterns, and to examine whether there is a statistically significant difference in the attitudes of healthcare workers towards people with mental disorders based on healthcare workers’ sociodemographic characteristics: age, gender, years of work experience, occupation, place of residence and marital status. Study design: A cross-sectional study conducted at the Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation Daruvar Spa. Subjects and methods: All respondents were fully informed about the anonymity, procedures, content and aim of the study and participated in the study voluntarily. The respondents completed a questionnaire consisting of two parts: a scale measuring clinicians’ attitudes towards mental health problems (MICA-4) and a scale collecting thei r sociodemographic data. Results: The results of the study refute the initial hypothesis suggesting a higher level of negative attitudes of healthcare workers towards people with mental disorders. The average score on the MICA-4 questionnaire for the entire sample was 47.75 (SD = 8.23) points, indicating a tendency among respondents to hold positive attitudes towards people with mental disorders. The results obtained refute the second hypothesis which proposed that healthcare workers attitudes towards people with mental disorders differ significantly depending on the workers’ sociodemographic data. Conclusion: Despite the assumption that there is a high level of negative attitudes and prejudice towards people with mental disorders among healthcare professionals, the results obtained show a tendency towards more positive attitudes. Data analysis showed that there is no statistically significant difference depending on sociodemographic data

    Ovaj rad istražuje ulogu glazbe i muzikoterapije kao inovativnih pristupa u očuvanju i unapređenju zdravlja starijih osoba u kontekstu aktivnog starenja. Analizom relevantne znanstvene literature prikazani su učinci glazbe na fizičko, mentalno i emocionalno zdravlje, kao i na socijalnu uključenost starijih osoba. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na utjecaj muzikoterapije na kognitivne funkcije, smanjenje depresije i anksioznosti, te rehabilitaciju kod neuroloških oboljenja. Kroz primjere iz prakse i teorijske modele, istaknute su mogućnosti integracije muzikoterapije u sustave zdravstvene i socijalne skrbi, kao i njezina važnost u prevenciji socijalne izolacije. Rad doprinosi razumijevanju muzikoterapije kao holističkog i znanstveno utemeljenog pristupa u radu sa starijom populacijom.This thesis explores the role of music and music therapy as innovative approaches to preserving and enhancing the health of older adults in the context of active aging. Through an analysis of relevant scientific literature, the paper presents the effects of music on the physical, mental, and emotional health of the elderly, as well as their social inclusion. Special attention is given to the impact of music therapy on cognitive functions, reduction of depression and anxiety, and rehabilitation in neurological disorders. Practical examples and theoretical models highlight the potential for integrating music therapy into health and social care systems, emphasizing its value in preventing social isolation. This work contributes to the understanding of music therapy as a holistic and evidence-based approach in working with the elderly population

    Poduzetnici koji tek ulaze u svijet poduzetništva, kao i oni koji se susreću s izazovima razvoja, suočeni su brojnim preprekama i nedoumicama. Njihov je razvoj važan generator novih radnih mjesta, novih proizvoda i usluga, izvoza te u konačnici rasta bruto domaćeg proizvoda. Stoga im je neophodno osigurati potporu kako bi se problemi s kojima se suočavaju što brže riješili. S druge strane, studenti koji se spremaju za ulazak na tržište rada, trebaju priliku za primjenu stečenih teorijskih znanja, ali i priliku za suočavanje s izazovima koji ih očekuju. Pravno - ekonomska klinika je platforma za eksperimentalno učenje, primjenu stečenih teorijskih znanja te mjesto na kojemu studenti imaju priliku susresti se sa stvarnim izazovima poduzetništva. Klinika je jedino mjesto koje poduzetnicima daje odgovore na pravne i ekonomske probleme, te pomaže u definiranju poslovnih ciljeva. Pravno - ekonomska klinika djeluje sukladno Zakonu o pružanju besplatne pravne pomoći, te se može promatrati i kroz prizmu poduzetničkih potpornih institucija. Besplatno savjetovanje za poduzetnike koje pružaju studenti te njihovi mentori čini i studente i poduzetnike spremnijima na različite dinamične okolnosti u poslovnom svijetu. Diplomski rad daje pregled infrastrukture poduzetničkih potpornih institucija, pojašnjava ulogu pravnih klinika, te je prikazuje primjer slučaja i rješenja (savjeta) u Pravno-ekonomskoj klinici.Entrepreneurs who are just entering the world of entrepreneurship, as well as those who are facing development challenges, are faced with numeorus obstacles and doubts. Their development is an important generator of new jobs, new products and services, exports and ultimately growth of the gross domestic product. Therefore, it is necessary to provide them with support with the aim of solving the problems they face as quickly as possible. On the other hand, students who are preparing to enter the labor market need the opportunity to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge, but also the opportunity to face challenges that await them. The Legal – Economic Clinic is a platform for experimental learning, the application of acquired theoretical knowledge and a place where students have the opportunity to meet the real challenges of entrepreneurship. The Clinic is the only place that provides entrepreneurs with answers to legal and economic problems and helps defining business goals. The Legal – Economic Clinic operates in accordance with the Law on the Provision of free legal aid and can also be viewed through the prism of entrepreneurial support institutions. Free counseling for entrepreneurs provided by students and their mentors makes both students and entrepreneurs more prepared for different dynamic circumstances in the business world. The graduation paper provides an overview of the infrastructure of entrepreneurial support institutions, explains the role of legal clinics and presents an example of a case and advice in the Legal – Economic Clinic

    Ovaj rad analizira metodičke pristupe u podučavanju gitare s fokusom na skladatelje iz Južne Amerike, naglašavajući važnost integracije tehničkih, interpretativnih i kulturnih aspekata u nastavi. Južnoamerička glazba, prožeta folklornim, popularnim i klasičnim elementima, predstavlja izazov, ali i priliku za razvoj sveobuhvatnog pedagoškog pristupa. Kroz analizu djela istaknutih skladatelja poput Heitora Villa-Lobosa, Agustina Barriosa Mangoréa i Antonia Laura, istražuju se načini na koje se tehnička i umjetnička interpretacija mogu povezati s dubljim razumijevanjem kulturnog konteksta. Zaključuje se da uspješan metodički pristup mora biti fleksibilan, individualiziran i usmjeren na razvoj emocionalne povezanosti učenika s glazbom. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na važnost očuvanja kulturnog identiteta u globaliziranom obrazovnom okruženju te na potrebu za daljnjim istraživanjem regionalnih pedagoških metoda i uvođenja suvremenih tehnologija u nastavu.This paper analyzes methodological approaches to guitar teaching with a focus on composers from South America, emphasizing the importance of integrating technical, interpretative, and cultural aspects in music education. South American music, enriched with elements of folklore, popular, and classical traditions, presents both a challenge and an opportunity for developing a comprehensive pedagogical approach. Through the analysis of works by prominent composers such as Heitor Villa-Lobos, Agustín Barrios Mangoré, and Antonio Lauro, the study explores ways in which technical and artistic interpretation can be connected with a deeper understanding of the cultural context. The conclusion highlights that a successful methodological approach must be flexible, individualized, and oriented towards fostering the student’s emotional connection to the music. Special emphasis is placed on the importance of preserving cultural identity in a globalized educational environment, as well as the need for further research into regional pedagogical methods and the incorporation of modern technologies into guitar teaching

    Sonata za gitaru (Sonata para guitarra) španjolskog skladatelja Antonija Joséa jedno je od najvažnijih i najzahtjevnijih djela repertoara za klasičnu gitaru 20. stoljeća. Nastala pod utjecajem impresionizma, neoklasicizma i španjolske folklorne tradicije, sonata predstavlja skladateljevu duboku glazbenu viziju i originalni pristup instrumentu, unatoč činjenici da sam José nije bio gitarist. Ovaj rad analizira strukturalne i harmonijske posebnosti djela te iznosi metodičke smjernice za njegovo izvođenje i poučavanje. Detaljno su proučeni tehnički i interpretacijski izazovi svakog stavka sonate, kao i primjena suvremenih metoda nastave u njihovom savladavanju. Rad se temelji na analitičkoj obradi notnog teksta, povijesnom kontekstu nastanka djela te autorovoj vlastitoj izvedbenoj i pedagoškoj praksi. Cilj rada je pružiti sustavan pregled sonate kao pedagoški vrijednog i umjetnički značajnog djela te pomoći budućim izvođačima i nastavnicima gitare u njezinu razumijevanju i interpretaciji.The Sonata para guitarra by Spanish composer Antonio José is one of the most important and challenging works in the classical guitar repertoire of the 20th century. Created under the influence of impressionism, neoclassicism and Spanish folk tradition, the sonata reflects the composer’s deep musical vision and original approach to the instrument, despite the fact that José was not a guitarist himself. This thesis analyzes the structural and harmonic features of the work and offers methodological guidelines for its performance and teaching. The technical and interpretative challenges of each movement are examined in detail, along with the application of modern teaching methods to address them. The thesis is based on an analytical study of the score, the historical context of the work’s creation, and the author’s own performance and pedagogical experience. The aim of this paper is to provide a systematic overview of the sonata as both a pedagogically valuable and artistically significant work, and to assist future performers and guitar teachers in its understanding and interpretation

    Niz Catalanovih brojeva možda nije toliko pozna kao Fibonaccijev niz, ali njihova višestruka interpretacija i mogućnost općeg zapisa u nekoliko oblika nam otkriva svu njihovu raskoš. Uvod u problematiku Catalanovih brojeva započinjemo motivacijom i problemom postavljanja zagrada u nizu od n +1 brojeva. Preko ovog problema dolazimo do rekurzivne formule za n-ti Catalanov broj koju kasnije koristimo za dobivanje eksplicitne formule preko funkcije izvodnice. Prikazane su i veze Catalanovih brojeva s Pascalovim trokutom, ali i verižni razlomak za Catalanove brojeve. Nakon toga je izneseno nekoliko interpretacija Catalanovih brojeva- triangulacija konveksnog n-terokuta, binarna stabla, Catalanove šetnje, Dyckovi planinski putovi, redoslijed množenja niza od n brojeva, problem postavljanja zagrada povezan s binarnim stablima i problem rukovanja 2n ljudi za okruglim stolom.The sequence of Catalan numbers may not be a swell-known as the Fibonacci sequence, but their multiple interpretations and the possibility of expressing them in various forms reveal their full richness. We begin the introduction to the topic of Catalan numbers with motivation and the problem of placing parentheses in a sequence of n +1 numbers. Through this problem, we arrive at a recursive formulaforthen-thCatalannumber,whichwelaterusetoderiveanexplicitformula via ageneratingfunction. Connections between Catalan numbers and Pascal’striangle are also presented, as well as a continued fraction representation for Catalan numbers. Afterthat, several interpretations of Catalan numbers are presented —triangulations of a convex n-gon, binary trees, Catalan paths, Dyck mountain paths, the order of multiplying a sequence of n numbers, the parenthesis placement problem related to binary trees, and the problem of handshakes among 2n people seated around a round table

    Seismic design of reinforced masonry

    Proveden je seizmički proračun armirane zidane zgrade. Završni rad sastoji se od dva djela, teorijskog i računskog. U teorijskom dijelu prikazane su i pojašnjenje vrste zidanih konstrukcija, povijest armiranog ziđa te mehaničke karakteristike ziđa. Računskim djelom zadatka zadana je armirana zidana zgrada koja se sastoji od 4 etaže. Pri proračunu je najprije određen osnovni period vibracija, zatim ukupna težina zgrade, te ukupna potresna sila koja djeluje na zgradu primjenom spektralne metode. Zatim je određena proračunska horizontalna nosivost armiranog ziđa u ravnini, te provedena kontrola odabrane rebraste armature.A seismic analysis of a reinforced masonry building was conducted. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical part and project assignment. The theoretical part explains the types of masonry structures, the history of reinforced masonry, and the mechanical properties of masonry. In the project assignment, the task involves a reinforced masonry building consisting of 4 floors. The analysis first determines the fundamental vibration period, followed by the total weight of the building and the total seismic force acting on the building using the spectral method. Subsequently, the horizontal in-plane strength capacity of reinforced walls was determined, and selected reinforcement was evaluated
