Management of business changes during the COVID-19 pandemic on the example of the company AMO Dizajn JJ d.o.o.
No full textS obzirom na to da je pandemija COVID-19 utjecala na ekonomiju, gospodarstvo,
zdravstvo i ljudske živote, napravljeno je istraživanje na primjeru odabranog poduzeća
AMO Dizajn JJ d.o.o. i upravljanja poslovnim promjenama tijekom pandemije
koronavirusa. Prigodnim uzorkom obuhvaćeni su zaposlenici poduzeća (N=112)
pomoću anketnog upitnika i strukturiranim intervjuom vlasnik poduzeća. Rezultati
istraživanja pokazali su s kojim se promjenama poduzeće susrelo tijekom pandemije,
poput zatvaranja maloprodajnih poslovnica, otpuštanja zaposlenika, promjene radnih
procesa, jačanja alternativnih kanala prodaje itd. Prikazan je pozitivan i negativan
utjecaj svih promjena na poslovanje poduzeća, kao i utjecaj na radne uvjete
zaposlenika. Iako odabrano poduzeće nije bilo spremno na promjene, na njih je
odgovorilo brzo i učinkovito. Uloga odjela za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima u
poduzeću tijekom provedbe poslovnih promjena bila je informativnog i regrutacijskog
karaktera. U radu je predloženo poboljšanje strategije upravljanja promjenama s ciljem
brže i bolje prilagodbe poduzeća budućim poslovnim promjenama.Considering the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on all spheres of the economy,
health and human lives, research was done on the example of the selected company
AMO Dizajn JJ d.o.o. and the management of business changes during the COVID-
19 pandemic. The convenience sample includes employees of the selected company
(N=112) using a survey questionnaire and a structured interview with the company
owner. The results of the research showed what changes the selected company faced
during the pandemic, such as closing retail branches, firing employees, changing work
processes, strengthening alternative sales channels, etc., the positive and negative
impact of all changes on the company's operations and on impact on work strength
employee conditions. Although the chosen company was not ready for the changes, it
responded quickly and efficiently regardless. During the implementation of business
changes, human resources management department in the company was informative
and recruiting service. In the further continuation of the work, a way to improve the
change management strategy was proposed for the purpose of faster and better
adaptation of the company in future business changes

No full textPorezna evazija snažan je problem u svim zemljama svijeta, a posebno u zemljama u
razvoju te predstavlja veliki problem i iziskuje djelovanje institucija. Utaja poreza može
smanjiti porezne prihode koji su dostupni vladama za upravljanje gospodarstvom i oslabiti
sposobnost vlade da promiče stabilnost financijskih sustava, dok s druge strane, porezni
obveznici koji izbjegavaju plaćanje poreza osjećaju da mogu iskoristiti utajeni porezni
novac za poboljšanje vlastitih financijskih sredstava i stabilnost. Postoji više vrsta poreznih
evazija, zakonitih i nezakonitih, o čemu se detaljnije govori u radu, a njihov učinak na
gospodarstvo je značajan. Gubitci uzrokovani utajom poreza snažan su primjer kako
nezakonite aktivnosti mogu imati velike negativne učinke na gospodarski razvoj.Tax evasion is a significant problem in all countries of the world, especially in developing
nations, and represents a pressing concern and requires the action of institutions. Tax
evasion can reduce the tax revenue available to governments to manage the economy
and can weaken their ability to ensure the stability of financial systems whilst tax evaders
use these self-same funds from evaded tax to improve their own finances and stability.
There are several types of tax evasion, both legal and illegal, which are discussed in more
detail in the paper, and their economic effects are significant. Losses caused by tax
evasion are a poweful example of how illegal activities can have sizeable negative effects
on economic development

No full textTema ovog završnog rada je utjecaj odluka Stožera civilne zaštite na organizaciju događaja u Republici Hrvatskoj tijekom trajanja pandemije COVID-19. Rad obrađuje općenito pojam organizacije događaja. Zatim se navode i analiziraju zadaće Stožera civilne zaštite u Republici Hrvatskoj te njegove osnovne djelatnosti i područja u kojima djeluje. Posebno se prikazuju relevantne odluke Stožera civilne zaštite koje su povezane s organizacijom raznih događaja i evenata a koje su donesene tijekom trajanja pandemije COVID-19. Prikazuju se brojni događaji i festivali koji su zbog pojave pandemije bili otkazani te analiziraju iskustva zaposlenih u navedenoj djelatnosti izazvanih utjecajem brojnih otkaza i pada poslovanja.The topic of this final paper is the impact of decisions of the Civil Protection Headquarters on the organization of events in the Republic of Croatia during the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper deals with the concept of event organization in general. Then the tasks of the Civil Protection Headquarters in the Republic of Croatia and its basic activities and areas in which it operates are listed and analyzed. In particular, relevant decisions of the Civil Protection Headquarters related to the organization of various events, which were made during the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic, are presented. Numerous events and festivals that were canceled due to the outbreak of the pandemic are presented, and the experiences of employees in the aforementioned industry caused by the impact of numerous layoffs and business decline are analyzed
Ugovor o zalogu u praksi i teoriji u Republici Hrvatskoj
No full textJedno od sredstava za pojačanje ugovornih odnosa je zalog. Zalog može biti nekretnina, pokretnina i imovinska prava. On može biti dobrovoljan, prisilan, sudski i javnobilježnički te zakonski. U Republici Hrvatskoj je založno pravo regulirano uredbama Zakona o vlasništvu i drugim stvarnim pravima, međutim, i drugi zakoni i zakonske odredbe, koji su na snazi u Republici Hrvatskoj, u mnogim svojim odredbama sadrže odredbe koje se odnose na založno pravo, poput Ovršnog zakona i Zakona o obveznim odnosima.
Pod založnim pravom se podrazumijeva ograničeno stvarno pravo na određenoj stvari, koja se naziva zalogom, a koje omogućava nositelju založnog prava, odnosno založnom vjerovniku, da ako njegova tražbina ne bude ispunjena na vrijeme, da se namiri iz vrijednosti zaloga. Založni dužnik, odnosno svagdašnji vlasnik, mora navedeno trpjeti, a kako je založno pravo upravo tema ovog rada, isto će biti predstavljeno u nastavku rada.One of the means of strengthening contractual relations is a pledge. Pledge can be real estate, movables and property rights. It can be voluntary, coercive, judicial and notarial, and legal. In the Republic of Croatia, the lien is regulated by the provisions of the Law on Property and Other Real Rights, however, other laws and legal provisions in force in the Republic of Croatia, in many of their provisions contain provisions relating to the lien, such as the Enforcement Act and Law on Obligations.
A lien is a limited real right to a certain thing, called a pledge, which enables the holder of the pledge right, i.e. the pledge creditor, to settle his claim from the value of the pledge if his claim is not fulfilled in time. The pledge debtor, i.e. the everyday owner, must suffer the above, and as the pledge right is precisely the topic of this paper, the same will be presented in the continuation of the paper
The influence of the COVID-19 crisis on the example of selected companies from the manufacturing industry in the Republic of Croatia
No full textCOVID-19 kriza stvorila je izazove mnogim poduzećima širom svijeta, a iako su neke industrije neizbježno podnijele financijske poteškoće, druge su ostvarile određenu stopu napretka. U slučaju prerađivačke industrije u Republici Hrvatskoj, u mnogim proizvodnim nišama vidljivo je nastavljeno nazadovanje u vrijeme krize, a što je dovelo do gubitka početne prednosti koju je ta industrija u prošlosti imala pred gospodarski najrazvijenijim zemljama u tranziciji. Naime, prerađivačka industrija iz godine u godinu doživljava pad udjela u bruto domaćem proizvodu te je vidljivo i sve veće i značajnije napuštanje proizvodnje i porast udjela ostalih sektora. Sukladno tome, postavilo se pitanje utjecaja krize na poduzeća unutar te industrije. Kao predmet diplomskog rada postavio se utjecaj COVID-19 krize na prerađivačku industriju, na primjeru odabranih poduzeća uzimajući u obzir intenzitet utjecaja na različite djelatnosti unutar te industrije, analizom njihovih financijskih izvješća s naglaskom na odabrane stavke bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka. Rad je stoga primarno prikazao djelatnost u kojima se odabrana poduzeća nalaze, a zatim su analizirani njihovi financijski izvještaji i izvedeni pokazatelji. Pri tome, kao podloga za provođenje analize financijskih izvještaja poslužili su financijski izvještaji poduzeća za razdoblje od 2018. do 2020. godine.The COVID-19 crisis has created challenges for many companies around the world, and while some industries have inevitably endured financial difficulties, others have made some progress. In the case of the manufacturing industry in the Republic of Croatia, many production niches have visibly continued to decline during the crisis, leading to the loss of the initial advantage that the industry had in the past over the most economically developed countries in transition. Namely, the manufacturing industry is experiencing a decline in the share in the gross domestic product from year to year, and an increasing and significant abandonment of production and an increase in the share of other sectors is visible. Accordingly, the question of the impact of the crisis on companies within that industry was raised. The subject of the thesis was the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the manufacturing industry, on the example of selected companies taking into account the intensity of the impact on various activities within the industry, analysis of their financial statements focusing on selected balance sheet and profit and loss accounts. The paper therefore primarily presented the activities in which the selected companies are located, and then analyzed their financial statements and derived indicators. The financial statements of the company for the period from 2018 to 2020 served as a basis for conducting the analysis of financial statements
The Potentials of Active Tourism Development in the Context of Modern Trends on the Example of Zagreb County
No full textZagrebačka županija obrubljuje Grad Zagreb pa se često naziva „zagrebačkim prstenom“. Ova županija je jedna od razvijenijih županija u čijem sklopu se nalazi 694 naselja, 25 općina i 9 gradova. Po prihodima i zaposlenosti u samom je vrhu hrvatskog gospodarstva, a kako turizam ima u gospodarstvu značajan udio, jako je važno iskoristiti sve turističke potencijale. Suvremena kretanja na turističkom tržištu povećala su interes za aktivnim turizmom kako u priobalnom tako i u kontinentalnom turizmu. U posljednje vrijeme interes za aktivnim turizmom povećava i pandemija uzorkovana virusom SARS-CoV-2, jer turisti žele što više boraviti na otvorenom. U radu je temeljem publiciranih podataka i intervjua sa zaposlenicima turističkih zajednica gradova županije analizirana turistička ponuda županije, s posebnim naglaskom na aktivni turizam. Županija zbog svog položaja obiluje izletničkim turizmom koji nije vrednovan kroz turističke rezultate, ali bitno utječe na gospodarstvo županije. U izletničkom turizmu posebno je važna zanimljiva ponuda aktivnog turizma. U radu su analizirani i dostupni turistički rezultati, glavni resursi i atrakcije županije, odnosno zasebno svakog od gradova županije. Premda je županija jedna administrativna cjelina, svaki od devet gradova ima svoje specifičnosti, odnosno resurse, koji utječu na njegove turističke proizvode, stoga se mora zasebno i analizirati. Kako bi se bolje sagledala postojeća ponuda aktivnog turizma u županiji, analizirana su obilježja aktivnog turizma u Sloveniji, Austriji i Mađarskoj kao predstavnicama zemalja koje imaju isključivo kontinentalni turizam. Analizom su dobivene spoznaje o značajkama aktivnog turizma svakog od gradova Zagrebačke županije kao i županije kao cjeline. Temeljem analize sagledani su i prikazani potencijali daljnjeg razvoja aktivnog turizma u kontekstu suvremenih trendova u Zagrebačkoj županiji. Predloženi potencijali za svaki od gradova županije mogu pridonijeti daljem razvoju aktivnog turizma u županiji.Zagreb County borders the City of Zagreb, so it is often called "Zagreb Ring". This county is one of the most developed counties and it includes 694 settlements, 25 municipalities and 9 cities. In terms of income and employment, it is at the very top of Croatian economy and since tourism has a significant share in the economy, it is very important to use all the tourist potential. Modern trends in the tourism market have increased interest in active tourism in both coastal and continental tourism. Recently, the interest in active tourism has been increased by the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus because tourists want to spend as much time outdoors as possible. Based on published data and interviews with employees of tourist boards of county towns, the tourist offer of the county was analysed in this thesis with special emphasis on active tourism. Due to its position, the county is rich in excursion tourism, which is not valued through tourist results but significantly affects the county's economy. An interesting offer of active tourism is especially important in excursion tourism. This thesis analyses and makes available the tourist results, main resources and attractions of the county, respectively each of the cities in the county. Although the county is an administrative unit, each of the nine cities has its own specifics or resources, which affect its tourism products, so it must be analysed separately. In order to better understand the existing offer of active tourism in the county, the characteristics of active tourism in Slovenia, Austria and Hungary, as representatives of countries that have exclusively continental tourism, were analysed. The analysis provided insights into the characteristics of active tourism in each of the cities of Zagreb County as well as the county itself. Based on the analysis, the potentials for further development of active tourism in the context of contemporary trends in Zagreb County are considered and presented. The proposed potentials for each of the county towns can contribute to the further development of active tourism in the county
