    Cilj istraživanja ovoga završnog rada je analiza poduzeća Aircash d.o.o. za razdoblje 2018. - 2021. godine pomoću financijskih pokazatelja kako bi se došlo do zaključka o njegovom poslovanju. Poduzeće Aircash d.o.o. je razvilo aplikaciju Aircash koja omogućava korisnicima držanje elektroničkog novca unutar Aircash aplikacije te uplatu, plaćanja i isplate novca. Podatci za financijsku analizu preuzeti su iz financijskih izvještaja koji su objavljeni na stranicama FINA-e. Analizom financijskih pokazatelja profitabilnosti, likvidnosti, ekonomičnosti, zaduženosti i aktivnosti omogućuje se ocjena njegovog poslovanja u promatranom razdoblju.The main goal of this research is the financial analysis of Aircash d.o.o. in time period from year 2018. to year 2021. using financial indicators in order to reach conclusion about it's business. The Aircash d.o.o. developed an aplication with the same name which enables it's users to keep electronic money within the Aircash application while also allowing deposits, payments and money withdrawals. The data for the financial analysis was taken from financial reports published on FINAs website. With the analysis of financial indicators of profitability, liquidity, economy, indebtness and activity, we can assess the company's operations in the observed period.     Instagram je mobilna aplikacija koja korisnicima omogućuje dijeljenje fotografija i videozapisa svojim pratiteljima. Sadržaj koji se svakodnevno nudi na Instagramu utječe na korisnike ove društvene mreže na svjesnoj i na nesvjesnoj razinite njegovo konzumiranje nekima postaje čak i način života. Broj korisnika Instagrama svakodnevno raste, nastaju novi trendovi koje nastoje promicati određene utjecajne osobe na ovoj platformi (influenceri). Shodno tome, nerijetko se korisnici uspoređuju s drugima s obzirom na tjelesnu privlačnost, stil života, materijalno stanje, prezentaciju vlastitih vrlina, ljepotu, talente, itd. Stoga je temeljna svrha istraživanja bila otkriti sklonost socijalnoj usporedbi adolescenata/ica koji koriste Instagram.Ciljevi istraživanja bili su utvrditi u kojoj se mjeri i s kojim se osobama ispitanici uspoređuju s obzirom na fizički izgled, tjelesnu privlačnost i kondiciju, prehrambene navike itd. Također se željelo istražiti u kojoj su mjeri ispitanici skloni promjeni određenih ponašanja pod utjecajem sadržaja na Instagramu te otkriti razloge objavljivanja svojih fotografija na ovoj društvenoj mreži. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom online anketnog upitnika na 59 korisnika Instagrama u dobi između 18 i 30 godina.Rezultati su pokazali kako su ispitanici u određenoj mjeri skloni usporedbi s drugima s obzirom na fizički izgled, dok ih sadržaji na Instagramu ne potiču na usvajanje zdravih prehrambenih navika.Odgovori ispitanika sugeriraju da najveći utjecaj na njih imaju influenceri i poznate osobe.Instagram is a mobile app that allows users to share their photos and videos to their followers. The content offered daily on Instagram is consciously or unconsciously absorbed by users, and for some it becomes a way of life. The number of Instagram users is growing every day, but so are the trends set by influential people on this platform. In this regard, there is often a process of comparing oneself with others, either in physical context, material possession, presentation of one's own virtues, beauty, talents, etc. All this can be of great influence for users of this social network. The purpose of the study was to discover a tendency towards social comparison of young people using Instagram. The aim of the study was to find out to what extent the subjects compare with others in terms of physical appearance, physical fitness and eating habits. The paper used a method of analyzing the contents of documents and a quantitative method of research. The survey was conducted via an online survey, and respondents gave answers to questions that were closed, and then gave answers via a five-factor scale. The survey included 59 respondents. The target group is mostly young, aged between 18 and 30. The study confirmed the hypothesis that Instagram affects appearance-related desires to some extent, since users tend to compare with other users. The survey did not show that Instagram content encourages the adoption of healthy eating habits. It is important to mention that influencers and celebrities have the greatest influence on users

    Influencer je riječ koja je u današnje vrijeme prisutna u svakom društvu pa tako i get ready with me (GRWM) videi koji su usko povezani s njima. Ovim radom se ispituje važnost get ready with me videa za odlučivanje o kupnji odjeće kod studentske populacije. Istraživački dio rada proveden je online anketiranjem studentske populacije. Na svojim profilima influenceri pratiteljima pružaju uvid u svoj život, isto tako i u svoje odjevne kombinacije te pratitelji njihove profile koriste i kao izvor modnih ideja. Istraživanjem se primijetilo kako influenceri stvaraju emocionalnu povezanost s pratiteljima čime se pridonosi osjećaju autentičnosti i povjerenja prema influencerima što dodatno utječe na njihovu percepciju i odluke o kupnji odjeće.Influencer is an omnipresent term in today’s society similarly to get ready with me (GRWM) videos, which are closely connected with influencers and their activities. This final paper deals with the importance of get ready with me videos for student population’s decision-making about clothes shopping. An online survey conducted among students has been used in the research part of the thesis. Influencers use social network profiles to share their lifestyles as well as their fashion choices, and their followers use these profiles as a source of fashion ideas. The research has shown that influencers create an emotional connection with their followers, which contributes to the feeling of authenticity and trust, and in turn impacts followers’ perception and choices related to clothes shopping

    Režija kratkometražnog dokumentarnog filma “Protiv vremena”

    Iako film Protiv vremena ima sve elemente dokumentarnog filma i prati protagonisticu u njezinim realnim situacijama, u domu, u automobilu, u vrtu, rekonstruirajući realne situacije, ipak su pojedini segmenti igranog karaktera. Riječ je o sekvencama iz emisije Vrtlarica čija je autorica protagonistica filma Kornelija Benyovsky Šoštarić. To su igrane sekvence koje su korištene kompilacijski kako bi se prikazala javna stana privatne osobe. Na sličan način realiziran je i završetak filma koji prikazuje sanjanje, odnosno fikciju, što nije karakteristično za klasičan dokumentarni postupak. No iako se ovdje radi o miješanju žanrova, spomenute sekvence kombiniraju se sa dokumentarističkim vrlo suptilno, bez gubitka realiteta. U tom smislu slijedile su i upute protagonistici, kojoj je zbog prirode njezinog posla ponašanje ispred kamere svakodnevan posao. Kako bi se naglasila razlika između voditeljice TV emisije i privatne osobe, glavni dio filma odvija se u automobilu. Na taj način protagonistica, inače naviknuta na obraćanje kameri, gleda isped sebe, fokusirana na vožnju, kao u nekoj vrsti monologa. Time je isključena svaka subjektivnost snimatelja/redatelja koji je prati na suvozačkom mjestu. O pojmu vremena iz različitih aspekata doznajemo kroz razmišljanje protagonistice ali i kroz režijske postupke, a posebno slow motion kadrovima koji naglašavaju tijek i prolaznost putovanja, ali i vremenskih situacija kao što je snježna mećava. Zvučna slika također je u funkciji isticanja emocija ili pojedinih situacija. Naglašavanjem zvukova u pojedinim sekvencama ističe se važnost pojedinih sitauacija ili emocija. Osim što nas filmovi dokumentarnog karaktera upoznaju sa događajima, osobama ili prirodnim fenomenima, mogu nositi i odoređene poruke, zaključke i ideje. Ovdje je riječ o svojevrsnom apsurdu, gdje osoba koja se bori protiv vremena u svim aspektima života uspijeva zaustaviti vrijeme tek u meditativnom snu. Time se gledatelju ostavlja prostor za promišljanje o svojevrsnoj “utrci života” u kojoj se može identificirati sa protagonisticom ali i potencijalno zaključiti kako i kada zaustaviti vrijeme u vlasitom životu.Although the film Against Time has all elements of a documentary film and follows the protagonist in her real situations, in the home, in the car, in the garden, reconstructing real situations, some segments have fictional character. These are sequences from the show Vrtlarica, whose author is the protagonist of the film Kornelija Benyovsky Šoštarić. These are acted sequences that were used in a compilation to show the difference between the public and private person. In a similar way was realised the ending of the film which shows dreaming or fiction, which is not characteristic of a classic documentary process. But even though this is a mixing of genres, the mentioned sequences are combined with the documentary elements very subtly, without losing reality. In this sense instructions for the protagonist, for whom, due to the difference between the host of a TV show and a private person, the dominant part of the film takes place in the car. In this way the protagonist, normally used to addressing the camera looks behind her, focused on driving, as in some kind of monologue. This excludes any subjectivity of the cameraman/director who follows her in the passenger seat. We learn about the concept of time from different aspects from the protagonist, but also through the director’s actions, especially the slow motion shots that emphasise the flow and transience of the journey, as well as weather situations such as a snowstorm. The sound image also has the function of highlighting emotions or certain situations. Emphasizing the sound in certain sequences highlights the importance of specific situations and emotions. In addition to the fact that documentary film introduce us to events, people or natural phenomena, they can also carry certain messages, conclusions and ideas. In this film it is a kind of absurdity, where a person who fights against time in all aspects of life manages to stop time only her her meditative dream. This leads space for the viewer to think about kind of “rice of life” in which someone can identify with the protagonist, but also potentially conclude how and when to stop time in his own life

    Karlovačka županija uskoro dobiva Strategiju razvoja apiturizma koja bi trebala pomoći predstavnicima pčelara, ali i lokalnom stanovništvu na putu ka realizaciji održivog razvoja destinacije. U spomenutom kontekstu pojava apiturizma označava novi trend u turizmu s naglaskom na važnost pčela i mnogobrojne mogućnosti koje pruža bavljenje ovim stoljetnim zanatom. Primjena pčelinjih proizvoda i apiterapije u svakodnevnom životu poznata je već od davnina, no potencijali za kreiranje inovativne turističke priče nisu u dovoljnoj mjeri iskorišteni. Namjera je ovoga istraživanja na primjeru Karlovačke županije prikazati na koji način se mogu iskoristiti potencijali razvoja u turizmu koji u novije vrijeme sve više ovise o održivim i inovativnim proizvodima i uslugama.Karlovac County will soon receive a Strategy for the Development of Apitourism, which should help representatives of beekeepers, but also the local population on the way to the realization of sustainable development of the destination. In that context, the appearance of apitourism marks a new trend in tourism with an emphasis on the importance of bees and the many opportunities offered by practicing this centuries-old craft. The use of bee products and apitherapy in everyday life has been known since ancient times, but the potential for creating an innovative tourist story has not been sufficiently exploited. The purpose of this research is to use the example of Karlovac County to show how the development potentials in tourism can be used, which in recent times are increasingly dependent on sustainable and innovative products and services
