    Tema ovog završnog rada su subjekti u prekršajnom postupku. U tom radu autor je obuhvatio pojam i osnovne karakteristike prekršaja te subjekte u prekršajnopravnom postupku. Posebnu pozornost je pridodao karakteristikama i vrstama subjekata u prekršajnopravnom postupku. Autor u radu analizira relevantne odredbe Zakona o kaznenom postupku koje se odnose na položaj subjekata i njihove uloge u kaznenom postupku, sve uzimajući u obzir recentno jačanje i brz razvitak društvenog interesa za suzbijanjem i procesuiranjem kriminaliteta. Pravičan postupak podrazumijeva postojanje učinkovitog djelovanja subjekata i tako omogućiti provođenje načela kontradiktornosti i jednakosti oružja jer se jedino na taj način djelotvorno ostvaruje pravično suđenje.Entities in misdemeanor proceedings are the main topic of this thesis. The author covered not only the term and main characteristics of misdemeanor, but entities in misdemeanor proceedings. Author especially explained characteristics and type of entities in misdemeanor proceedings and legal actions. Some relevant directives from Code of Criminal procedure, related to entities position and their role in criminal proceedings, were analyzed by author, considering strengthening and fast development of social interest for control and processing of criminality, recently. Fair trial mean existence of effective activity entities and by that enable conducting of the adversarial principle and the principle of equality of arms, because it is the only way to effectively achieve fair trail

    Etički kodeks službenika i namještenika sadrži etička načela kojih se službenici i namještenici trebaju pridržavati za vrijeme obavljanja službe. Etička načela utvrđena etičkim kodeksom su načela koja službenici i namještenici moraju usvojiti kao vlastita načela i osobni kriterij ponašanja. Službenici i namještenici primjenjuju etička načela u međusobnim odnosima, te u odnosima prema građanima, u odnosu prema radu, kao i prema tijelu jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave u kojem obavljaju svoju dužnost. Svrha etičkog kodeksa je promicanje etičkih načela, moralnih načela i vrijednosti u ponašanju službenika i namještenika u službi, s ciljem ostvarivanja zajedničkog dobra i javnog interesa, te povjerenja građana u tijelima jedinice lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave. U jedinicama samouprave etički kodeks kao akt kojim se propisuju etička načela donose čelnici tih tijela - u županiji župan, u gradu gradonačelnik, a u općini općinski načelnik. Oni također imenuju i tijela koja provode nadzor nad provedbom donesenog etičkog kodeksa i to etičko povjerenstvo i etičkog povjerenika.Code of Ehics for officials and employees encompasses the ethical principles that should be adhered to by officials and employees in the conduct of their service. The ethical principles determined by Code od Ethics are the principles which must be adopted by officials and employees as their own principles are the criterion of personal conduct. Officials and employees adhere to the ethical principles in the conduct with each other, dealing with citizens, attitude towards their duties, as well as both local and regional self-management units where they perform their duties. The purpose of Code of Ethics is to promote ethical principles, moral principles and primary values to be part od the conduct od the officials and employees carrying out their duties, with the objective of achieving common well-being and public interest, as well as the confidence the citizens have in the bodies of local and regional self-management units. As regards the self-management units, Code od Ethics as an act that defines ethical principles is promulgated by the Heads od bodies – in counties by County Heads, in town by Mayors, and in municipalities by Municipality Heads, respectively. In addition, they appoint the bodies that supervise the impllementation of the adopted Code od Ethics: Ethics Committee and Ethics Commissioner

    Possibilities of use bioelectrical impedance analysis as measuring technique in prevention of osteoporosis

    Background and Purpose: Bioelectrical impendance analysis (BIA) and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) are the two most common methods used for body composition analysis. The aim of this study was to investigate if there is a correlation between results of body analysis by BIA and results of DXA measurements at usual sites for diagnosis of osteoporosis. If the correlation is found than it could mean that BIA might be used to point the need for extra DXA measurements, and earlier diagnosis of osteoporosis. Material and Methods: 27 young adults (11 males and 16 females) aged 19-23 years were measured by BIA instrument for body composition analysis, and by DXA instrument for BMD and BMC at the L1-L4 vertebrae of the lumbar spine postanteriorly and the proximal femur („hip”). Correlation coefficients were calculated to examine linear relationship of results of two methods. Results: Mineral content obtained by BIA correlates with BMC (result of DXA) at all three measured sites. When analyzed by sex, correlation was found only among female subjects, while in males there was no correlation. Correlation of other results of BIA and BMD or BMC (DXA) showed similar situation. T-scores correlated positively with results of BIA within the female subgroup of the sample. Conclusions: According to obtained results we cannot conclude that results of BIA body composition analysis could be indicative for problems in bone metabolism, or state of bone density and bone mineral content, although some correlations are present

    Danas je kompletno društvo pod snažnim utjecajem globalizacije i zbog toga je zahvaćeno globalnom ekonomskom krizom i usporavanjem privredne aktivnosti. Globalna ekonomska kriza manifestirala se i u Hrvatskoj, zaustavljanjem gospodarskog rasta i značajnim smanjenjem proizvodnje i potrošnje te padom bruto društvenog proizvoda. Razvijene poduzetničke kompetencije pojedinca i društva u cjelini, a u uvjetima globalne ekonomske krize predstavlja temeljnu pretpostavku za uspješan rast i razvoj. Upravo sektor malog i srednjeg poduzetništva ima ključnu ulogu u rastu i razvoju gospodarstva sa svrhom konkurentnosti na tržištu zemalja regije i Europske unije. U radu ćemo prikazati da je glavni pokretač razvoja svakog modernog gospodarstva upravo MSP sektor te da se ekonomska kriza može prevladati razvojem i ulaganjem u malo i srednje poduzetništvo.Today is an entire society strongly influenced by globalization, and therefore affected by the global economic crisis and a slowdown in economic activity. The global economic crisis has manifested itself also in Croatia, stopping economic growth and a significant reduction in production and consumption, and the drop in gross domestic product. Developed entrepreneurial competencies of individuals and society as a whole, and in light of the global economic crisis is a fundamental precondition for the successful growth and development. The sector of Small and Medium Entrepreneurship play a key role in the growth and development of the economy, with the purpose of market competitiveness, the region and the European Union. In this paper we show that the main engine of growth of any modern economy’s SME sector, and that the economic crisis can be overcome development and investment in the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship
