ISeVO i projekt e-Sveučilišta
No full textTijekom 2022. godine pokrenut je projekt e-Sveučilišta s ciljem unapređenja kvalitete i dostupnosti sustava visokog obrazovanja s fokusom na poticanje digitalne preobrazbe ustanova visokog obrazovanja u Republici Hrvatskoj. U sklopu projekta planiraju se ulaganja u mrežnu i računalnu infrastrukturu, opremu za izradu i produkciju audio/video sadržaja te povezane servise (aplikacije, licencije i alate podrške), kao i aktivnosti kibernetičke sigurnosti. U sklopu projekta radi se i na unaprjeđenju postojećih informacijskih sustava u VO-u i izgradnji središnjeg informacijskog sustava za evidencije u visokom obrazovanju (ISeVO). ISeVO će postati jedinstvena platforma koja će sadržavati pravovremene i relevantne informacije za izradu izvješća i analiza te sustavno praćenje, evaluaciju i ostvarivanje ciljeva programskog financiranja ustanova visokog obrazovanja

Building an Information System for a Higher Education Register in Croatia
No full textHigher education in Croatia has a long tradition; there are many strong HEIs with a large student population, and higher education is recognised as essential for the country's development. Public HEIs are developed based on program financing and contracting between HEIs and the Ministry of Science and Education to support economic needs by educating needed professionals. However, reporting and measuring key performance indicators and, finally, recognition or lack of concrete results are missing in this process. One of the primary reasons for that is a lack of a register of students, teachers and diplomas that would enable accurate and easy reporting, data analysis and tracking of developments and trends. The register should also enable other informed decision- making and the creation of policies and measures based on the evidence.
Building an Information System for Higher Education Register in Croatia started in the middle of 2022 and should last for three and a half years. In this paper, we describe the objectives that drive the project, list major information systems recognised as the primary data sources for the Register, and provide basic concepts covered during the system design. Also, we present, in short, a development approach that will drive the project of building the information system for the HE Register. Current status and plans are provided briefly in conclusion
Creating JATS XML from DOCX
No full textCreating JATS XML requires a lot of time if the editor writes XML from scratch or significant financial resources that need to be invested in purchasing professional tools or outsourcing this work. There are almost no free and effective tools for creating complete and correct JATS XML. The team from SRCE – University of Zagreb, University Computing Centre behind the HRČAK portal decided to adapt the universal document converter called Pandoc primarily for editors and publishers in HRČAK, but with the intention that in the future it can also be used by the wider scientific and professional community. At this workshop, we introduced the process of creating JATS XML as part of HRČAK which allows journal editors and publishers to create JATS XML more easily. The goal of is to allow users to create complete and correct JATS XML files for their journals through a simple interface without any prior knowledge of XML

No full textNa webinaru „Sve što ste ikad htjeli znati o alatu H5P“ predstavljen je novi online tečaj Centra za učenje Srca naziva „Izrada i implementacija interaktivnog sadržaja H5P u sustav Moodle“.
Tečaj je izrađen s ciljem pružanja uvida nastavnicima u različite vrste H5P interaktivnih sadržaja te na koji ih način integrirati u vlastiti e-kolegij na sustavu Moodle.
Tijekom webinara predstavljena su pojedina poglavlja online tečaja te je ukratko prikazana izrada H5P sadržaja i načini umetanja izrađenih sadržaja unutar e-kolegija, a prikazani su i praktični savjeti i preporuke na koje nastavnici trebaju obratiti pozornost prilikom izrade i korištenja H5P sadržaja u svojim e-kolegijima

• cjelokupan postupak uvođenja potvrda s elektroničkim pečatom na visoko učilište
• karakteristike i prednosti e-potvrda
• preduvjeti i konfiguracija sustava ISVU
• instalacija modula za generiranje e-potvrda
• pregled i evidencija zahtjeva za izdavanje e-potvrda kroz samostojeće aplikacije i Studomat
• provjera vjerodostojnosti izdanih e-potvrda
