    Majka je prva osoba koja djetetu daruje život i ljubav te je njezina uloga u razvoju djeteta od neizmjerne važnosti. Zbog ovisnosti djeteta, najviše u prve tri godine života, ličnost majke te njezini postupci najviše uvjetuju buduće ponašanje i psihički razvoj djeteta. Suvremeni način života i promijenjena slika djeteta i djetinjstva, promijenila je ulogu majke u životu djeteta te su njezine zadaće postale brojnije i složenije. Istovremeno im se nameće želja za profesionalnim razvojem,ali i da održe kvalitetan odnos s djetetom. Iz tog se razloga, radom želi opisati obilježja kvalitete zajedničkog vremena majke i djeteta rane i predškolske dobi, važnost te čimbenike doprinosa zajednički provedenog vremena za dobrobit djeteta.Mother is the first person that gives life and love to the child and her role in child’s development is irremediable. Due to the dependence of the child, mostly in the early and preschool age, the mother’s personality and her actions affect on the future behavior and mental child development. Modern life and altered image of the child and childhood changed the role of the mother in a child's life and her duties are now more complex. At the same time, mothers are confronted with the desire for professional development and with the desire to maintain a quality relationship with the child. For this reason, this examination paper aims to describe the characteristics of quality common mother-child time in early and preschool age, the importance and contribution of the joint mother-child time for the welfare of the child

    Ovaj završni rad sastoji se od dva glavna dijela, a to su teorijski dio i akcijsko istraživanje. U teorijskom dijelu pojašnjavaju se pojmovi antropološka obilježja, motoričke sposobnosti i motorička znanja te se razrađuje tema prometne kulture s naglaskom na važnost njenog usvajanja u predškolskoj dobi. Rad sadrži i prijedloge sadržaja rada za razvoj motoričke sposobnosti ravnoteže i koordinacije. U drugom dijelu je opisano i tabelarno prikazano istraživanje provedeno u skupini „Mornari“, a prikupljeni podaci obrađeni su analizom i raspravom. U rad je uključen i osvrt na provedbu istraživačkog dijela u kojem su iskazane namjere ispitivača u sklopu provedbe istraživanja kao i ponašanje i reakcije same djece.This paper consists of two main parts; the theoretical part and action research. In the theoretical part the terms such as anthropological features, motor skills and knowledge are tackled as well as the theme of traffic culture with an emphasis on the importance of its acquirement at pre-school age. The paper also provides several suggestions for the contents of work aimed at the development of motor skills for balance and coordination. In the second part, research conducted in a group “Mornari” was described and presented in a tabular manner which is concluded with the analysis and discussion about the collected data. The paper also contains a review on implementation of the research part in which the intentions of the examiner are presented as well as children’s behavior and reactions

    Još od rane povijesti, zapadna civilizacija je imala potrebu za dramskim izražavanjem, a drama se nastavlja razvijati i danas. Dramski odgoj ima mnoge prednosti, od poticanja učenika na izražavanje osjećaja i stavova, razvoja kritičkog mišljenja, jačanja samopouzdanja, suradnje i tolerancije, do stjecanja niza sposobnosti i vještina, kako kognitivnih tako i afektivnih i psihomotoričkih. Učenici ovim oblikom rada stječu znanja, vještine i kompetencije na zabavan i aktivan način te im se tako učenje uvelike olakšava. Dramski odgoj je snažan i svestran način rada s djecom te bi zbog toga trebao biti više zastupljen u nastavi svih nastavnih predmeta.Since early history, western civilization had a need for dramatic expression, and drama has continued to develop even today. Drama in education has many advantages - from encouraging students to express their feelings and attitudes, development of student's critical thinking, self-confidence, cooperation and tolerance, to gaining many abilities and skills - cognitive as well as afective and psychomotor. With this form of learning, students gain knowledge, skills and competences in a fun and involved way, and therefore their learning process is easier. Drama education is a powerfull and versatile way of teaching children and should be included more in teaching of all subjects

    Anomie of Croatian society and trust in institutions

    Anomija podrazumijeva destabilizaciju društvenih vrijednosti koja uzrokuje nestabilnost društvenih obrazaca. Najčešće se manifestira porastom stupnja nepovjerenja građana prema određenim društvenim elementima zbog čega slabi društvena efikasnost. Ovim radom provjerilismo stupanj institucionalnog (ne)povjerenja među ciljanom skupinom studenata Sveučilišta u Rijeci; pod pretpostavkom da nizak stupanj institucionalnog povjerenja inicira prisutnost anomije u društvu. Osim upita o stupnju (ne)povjerenja u institucije, analizirali smo osobno povjerenje, religioznost, političnost i sociodemografske karakteristike ispitanika koje su poslužile kao mjerni instrumenti pri određivanju korelacije između povezanih varijabli u šest navedenih hipoteza. Zaključujemo kako stupanj (ne)povjerenja varira od institucije do institucije, dok ispitanici pokazuju sklonost prema neutralnom iskazivanju povjerenja (3=niti imam niti nemam povjerenje), što ukazuje na prisutnost anomije u društvu. U istraživanju smo potvrdili tri od ukupno šest postavljenih hipoteza te pokazali utjecaj razlika u religioznosti, političnosti i osobnim karakteristikama ispitanika na iskazivanje (ne)povjerenja specifičnim institucijama. Kod razlika u sociodemografskim karakteristikamanije bilo zabilježene korelacije. KljučneAnomie means destabilization of social values which causes instability of social patterns. It is mainly manifested as an increase of the degree of public mistrust towards certain social elements which weakens social efficiency.The goal of this study was to check the degree of institutional (mis)trust among target group of students of the University of Rijeka. The assumption was that low degree of institutional trust initiates the presence of anomie in the society. Besides the questioning about the degree of (mis)trust in institutions, we analyzed personal trust, religiosity, politicalness and sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents, which served as measuring instruments in a process of finding correlation among related variables in six formed hypothesis about influence of specific characteristics on expression of institutional (mis)trust. In conclusion, the degree of (mis)trust varies from institution to institution while respondents show the preference for neutral expression of trust (3=I neither have nor have the trust in institutions) which initiates presence of anomie in the society. In this research we have proved three from total six hypothesis as well as showed the influence of differences in religiosity, politicalness and personal characteristics of respondents on expression of (mis)trust in specific institutions. There was no significant correlation found in the differences in sociodemographic characteristics

    Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment of Pupils in Croatian and Finnish Educational Systems

    Načini i postupci praćenja, ocjenjivanja i vrednovanja učenika značajni su segmenti odgojno-obrazovnih sustava i predstavljaju odgovoran i osjetljiv zadatak kojeg obavlja učitelj. U promišljanju o dokimološkim spoznajama izvan nacionalnih okvira relevantno je orijentirati se na finski odgojno-obrazovni sustav s obzirom da učenici iz Finske postižu visoke rezultate u PISA testiranjima. Uz teorijski prikaz suvremenih dokimoloških spoznaja, dokimologije kao znanstvene discipline, kurikuluma, ključnih elemenata obrazovanja u Hrvatskoj i Finskoj, studijem dokumentacije učinjena je komparativna analiza kojom su prikazane sličnosti, razlike i posebnosti praćenja, ocjenjivanja i vrednovanja učenika u hrvatskom i finskom obrazovnom sustavu. Istraživanje je ukazalo na ključnu razliku kao polazište za daljnje usporedbe koje se ogleda u cilju i svrsi školovanja. Dok su u Finskoj glavni segmenti praćenje učenika: uočavanje njihovih pozitivnih karakteristika, rast učenika u humane i odgovorne osobe, poticanje samoocjenjivanja i samovrednovanja, u Hrvatskoj je naglasak i prioritet na stjecanju znanja, vještina, usvajanju pojmova te ocjenjivanju kao krajnjem ishodu. Spoznaje do kojih se došlo predstavljaju temelj za osvještavanje i moguće uvođenje novih elemenata i pristupa u praćenje, ocjenjivanje i vrednovanje.Manners and methods of monitoring, assessment and evaluation of pupils are significant segments of educational system and they present responsible and particular task performed by a teacher. When considering docimalogical conseption out of the national context, it is relevant to concentrate on the Finnish educational system since the Finnish pupils gain high results in PISA testing. Theoretical review of contemporary docimological conception, docimology as a scientific branch, curriculum, key educational elements in Croatia and Finland and study of documents have been used to make a comparative analysis which shows similarities, differences and particularity of monitoring, assessment and evaluation of pupils in the Croatian and Finnish educational system. Researches have pointed out the aim and the purpose of education as the main difference which could be a starting point for futher comparison. In Finland the main segments of monitoring pupils are noticing their positive caratheristics turning them into humane and responsible people, supporting selfevaluation while in Croatia the main priority is getting knowledge and skills, learning facts and assessment as the final aim. Insight that has been abtained presents the basis for consciousness and possible introducing new elements and approaches in monitoring, assessment and evaluation

    Music - Stimulation for Children's Sensibility

    Glazba i glazbene aktivnosti obogaćuju i oplemenjuju život u predškolskoj ustanovi. Umjetničkim sadržajima odgojitelj prenosi djeci svoja glazbena znanja, iskustva i vještine. Obogaćuje i proširuje kulturu predškolske djece te potiče različite aspekte razvoja – fiziološke, intelektualne, socio-emocionalne i druge. Na temelju svih ovih saznanja definiran je cilj istraživanja za potrebe ovoga rada, a to je empirijski utvrditi kako glazba utječe na dječju osjetljivost. Sustavnim odgojiteljevim opažanjem djece od 3 do 7 godina ispitane su sljedeće hipoteze – hipoteza 1: „Klasična glazba je snažan pokretač dječje osjetljivosti.“; hipoteza 2: „ Djeca glazbu povezuju s plesom, sviranjem i pjevanjem.“ te hipoteza 3: „Slušanje glazbe kod djece izaziva motoričku aktivnost.“.Music and musical acitivities cultivate and enrich the life of a preschool institution. A preschool educator by using different art forms transfers to the children his or hers musical knowledge, experience and skills. An educator enriches and expandes the culture of the preschool children and encourages different aspects of development – physiological, intellectual, social, emotional and others. The goal of this research paper is based upon all these findings, and that is to empirically determinate how music affects children’s sensitivity. By educator’s systematic observation of children at the age of 3 to 7, different hypothesis have been questioned. Hypothesis 1 was: “Classical music is a strong emotional promoter of children’s sensitivity.”.     Mato Lovrak hrvatski je dječji književnik koji je svojim romanima uvelike doprinio žanrovskoj kanonizaciji modernog hrvatskog dječjeg romana. Pri tom je osobito došla do izražaja književnikova socijalna osjetljivost prema pripadnicima siromašnih slojeva društva, posebice prema djeci. Književnoteorijskom analizom cilj je istražiti socijalni aspekt u Lovrakovim dječjim romanima kao što su Družba Pere Kvržice, Vlak u snijegu, Neprijatelj broj jedan i Anka Brazilijanka. Mato Lovrak je bio učitelj koji je kroz svoja djela odlučio ostaviti sliku svog vremena, ali također podučiti nove generacije o socijalnoj osjetljivosti. Možemo zaključiti da su problemi o kojima je Lovrak pisao aktualni i danas pa su stoga njegova djela zanimljiva i učenicima današnjice.Mato Lovrak was a Croatian children's writer who greatly contributed to genre canonization of modern Croatian children's novel. While writing particularly to the fore came writer's social sensitivity towards the members of the lower classes of society, especially towards children. The goal of literary-theoretical analysis is to explore the social aspect in Lovrak children's novels such as The company of Pero Kvrzica, Train in the Snow, Enemy number one and Anka Brazilijanka. Mato Lovrak was a teacher who through their works decided to leave a picture of their time, but also to teach a new generation of social sensitivity. We can conclude that the problems which Lovrak describes are ongoing today and therefore his work interesting today's children

    Encouraging Pupils' Artistic Development with Comics

    Ovim radom se ukazuje na moguće nove metode u razrednoj nastavi. Medij stripa može utjecati na razvoj učenika i njegov školski uspjeh. Stripovima se može utjecati na učenikove kompetencije poput komunikacije na materinskom jeziku. Ona se odnosi na sposobnost izražavanja pojmova, misli, osjećaja, činjenica i mišljenja u govornom i pisanom obliku, te odgovarajuće i kreativne jezične interakcije. Ovaj rad je koncipiran u nekoliko cjelina. U uvodu je kratko opisana trenutna situacija likovne kulture u školstvu te kakvu kvalitetu mogu pridonijeti nove metode u nastavi. U drugoj i trećoj cjelini govori se općenito o stripu. Koja je njegova svrha, povijest i koji su najznačajniji autori stripova u Hrvatskoj, dok četvrta cjelina obuhvaća razvoj učenika. Od pete cjeline pa do kraja rada, naglasak je na tome koji su rezultati i ishodi kod učenika koji su radili i učili s medijem stripa sa svojim učiteljima. Na kraju je zaključak sa osvrtom na diplomski rad u cjelini.This paper suggests possible new methods in teaching. The medium of comics can affect the development of students and their academic achievement. Comics can affect the student's competencies such as communication in the mother tongue. It refers to the ability to express concepts, thoughts, feelings, facts and opinions in speech and writing, as well as appropriate and creative language interaction. This work is divided into several sections. The introduction briefly explains the current situation of art education in schools and what kind of quality can contribute to new methods of teaching. In the second and third overall speaking generally about the comic book. What is its purpose, history, and that the most significant authors of comics in Croatia, while the fourth unit covers the development of students. From the fifth to the end of the whole work, the emphasis is on what are the results and outcomes of students who have worked and studied with the medium of comics with their teachers. At the end of the conclusion with regard to the thesis as a whole
