Svoje poslovanje započeli su 1963. godine, kao mali obiteljski obrt u radionici za izradu ženske odjeće. Prvi brend Inditexa, bila je Zara, čiji je uspjeh pratila međunarodna ekspanzija krajem 1980-ih i uzastopno lansiranje novih brendova, koji sada imaju integrirani model fizičkih i online trgovina. Grupacija trenutno broji sedam brendova, koji posluju u preko 6 000 fizičkih trgovina na 95 tržišta diljem svijeta i na 215 tržišta putem svoje online platforme. Ti brendovi su: Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho i Zara Home. Brendovi Inditexa prvenstveno su fokusirani na potrošača, kojemu nastoje osigurati kvalitetne proizvode po pristupačnim cijenama. Specifičnim načinom gradili su i unaprijedili svoju prodaju, o čemu ćemo više govoriti kroz ovaj završni rad.Inditex is one of the world's largest fashion distribution groups. They started their business in 1963, as a small family business in a workshop for making women's clothing. The first Inditex brand was Zara, whose success was followed by international expansion in the late 1980s and the successive launch of new brands, which now have an integrated model of physical and online stores. The group currently has seven brands, which operate in over 6 000 physical stores in 95 markets worldwide and in 215 markets through its online platform. These brands are: Zara, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home. Inditex brands are primarily focused on the customer, to whom they strive to provide quality products at affordable prices. QUALITY OF WORK AND BEER WITH UNMALTED ADJUNCTS PRODUCED USING DIFFERENT MULTI STEP INFUSION MASHES
No full textU eksperimentu je proizveden „oatmeal stout“, koji kao neslađenu sirovinu sadrži zobene pahuljice, čija je specifičnost povećani udio proteina te β-glukana. Cilj je rada bio istražiti razlike u kvaliteti proizvedenoga piva, hmeljene sladovine i sladovine proizvedene ukomljavanjima sa različitim temperaturnim stankama. Provedena su 3 različita ukomljavanja: Sa 1 stankom (66.5 °C), 2 stanke (62 i 72 °C) te 4 stanke (45, 50, 62, 72 °C) tijekom sva tri navedena postupka bila je uzorkovana sladovina, hmeljena sladovina te pivo, a na spomenutim je uzorcima mjereno više parametara, kao što su: pH, koncentracija ekstrakta, koncentracija cjelokupnog, visokomolekularnog, srednjemolekularnog, niskomolekularnog te slobodnog amino dušika, boja, gorčina, udio alkohola i viskoznostDuring The experiment "oatmeal stout" was produced which contains oatmeal as an unmalted adjunct, the specificity of which is increased content of protein and β-glucan. The aim of this study was to determine the differences in the quality of beer, hopped wort and wort produced by mashing with different temperature breaks. 3 different mashing profiles were performed: With 1 break (66.5°C), 2 breaks (62 and 72°C) and 4 breaks (45, 50, 62, 72 C). No full textProbiotici su živi mikroorganizmi koji pružaju zdravstvenu dobrobit za domaćina bilo da dolaze u fermentiranoj hrani ili osušeni u obliku kapsula. Oni pripadaju bakterijama iz rodova Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium ili Bacillus. Osim bakterija probiotike nalazimo i među kvascima iz roda Saccharomyces. Saccharommyces boulardii je kvasac koji se intenzivno istražuje u pogledu probiotičkih svojstava, a prema najnovijim molekularnim istraživanjima taksonomsi se svrstava vrsti Saccharomyces cerevisiae, iako su po svojstvima potpuno različiti. Prema nekim autorima, radi se o varijetetu navedene vrste. Saccharommyces boulardii pokazuje terapeutska svojstva kod dijareja izazvanih djelovanjem antibiotika, prisustvom Clostridium dificile, pojave iritabilnog kolona, kod osoba oboljelih od AIDS-a i sl. Osim toga ovaj kvasac ima potencijal za prehrambenu industriju, proizvodnju mliječnih proizvoda, bezalkoholnik i alkoholnih pića (posebice piva i vina), a može se koristiti i kao zaštitna kultura kako bi se spriječilo kvarenje hrane uzrokovano plijesnima.Probiotics are live microorganisms that provide health benefits to the host whether they come in fermented food or dried in capsule form. They belong to bacteria from the genera Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium or Bacillus. In addition to bacteria, probiotics are also found among yeasts from the genus Saccharomyces. Saccharommyces boulardii is a yeast that is intensively researched in terms of probiotic properties, and according to the latest molecular research, taxonomists classify it as Saccharomyces cerevisiae, although their properties are completely different. According to some authors, it is a variety of the mentioned species. Saccharommyces boulardii shows therapeutic properties in diarrhea caused by the action of antibiotics, the presence of Clostridium difficile, the appearance of irritable colon, in people suffering from AIDS, etc. In addition, this yeast has potential for the food industry, the production of dairy products, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (especially beer and wines), and can also be used as a protective culture to prevent food spoilage caused by molds
ANALYSIS OF WINTER SPORTS TOURISM IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
No full textKroz rad naglasak je stavljen na prikaz sportskog turizma s fokusom na zimski sportski turizam u Republici Hrvatskoj. Može se reći da promatranje ili pak sudjelovanje odnose na kljuĉna obilježja sportskog turizma. U Republici Hrvatskoj je ova grana turizma dovoljno široka i razvijena, ali veći naglasak je stavljen na obalno podruĉje, dok zimski sportski turizam nije razvijen u tolikoj mjeri. Stoga je predmet ovog rada prikazati zimski sportski turizam RH te putem anketnog upitnika istražiti stavove i mišljenja javnosti o važnosti, trenutnom razvoju te razvoj u budućnosti sportskog turizma RH s fokusom na zimski turizam, konkretno sport skijanja.Throughout the final thesis, emphasis is placed on the presentation of sports tourism with a focus on winter sports tourism in the Republic of Croatia. It can be said that observation or participation refer to the key features of sports tourism. In the Republic of Croatia, this branch of tourism is sufficiently broad and developed, but greater emphasis is placed on the coastal area, while winter sports tourism is not developed to such an extent. Therefore, the subject of this paper is to present the winter sports tourism of the Republic of Croatia and, through a questionnaire, to investigate the views and opinions of the public on the importance, current development and future development of sports tourism in the Republic of Croatia with a focus on winter tourism, specifically the sport of skiing

No full textPredmet ovog završnog rada je usporedna analiza financijskih izvještaja pomoću financijskih pokazatelja poduzeća Ilirija d.d. i Liburnia Riviera Hoteli d.d. Kao podloga za izračun financijskih pokazatelja korišteni su financijski izvještaji dostupni na internetskim stranicama poduzeća, te podaci objavljeni na stranici Zagrebačke burze. Usporedna analiza dvaju navedenih poduzeća napravljena je na temelju izračuna pokazatelja likvidnosti, zaduženosti, aktivnosti, ekonomičnosti, profitabilnosti i pokazatelja investiranja, te je analizirano pet uzastopnih godina, od 2017. do 2021. godine.The subject of this final work is comparative analysis of financial statements using financial indicators of the companies Ilirija d.d. and Liburnia Riviera Hotels d.d. The base for the calculation of indicators are financial statements that are available on the company's website, and data published on the website „Zagrebačka burza“. The comparative analysis of the two companies was made based on the calculation of indicators of liquidity, indebtedness, activity, economy, profitability and investment indicators, and was analyzed for five consecutive years, from 2017 to 2021

No full textPrisutnost žena u terorizmu povećana je djelovanjem niza individualnih, organizacijskih i strateških čimbenika. Strah, nestabilnost, ratno okruženje i nesigurnost doveli su do generalizacije ideje osvete koja postaje opravdanje za terorističke akcije. Nakon 1997. godine na području Čečenije žene zauzimaju sve važnije uloge u terorizmu, a u medijima ih nazivaju Crne udovice. Sam naziv smatra se opravdanim jer su bile prethodno pogođene gubitkom bliskih članova obitelji, što se smatra motivacijom za ovaj čin. Čečenska povezanost i odanost obitelji poznata je, a osveta u slučaju smrti člana obitelji smatra se tradicionalnim činom. Čečenske žene koje se povezuju sa samoubilačkim napadima odlučne su, okrutne, osvetoljubive i spremne umrijeti za vlastita uvjerenja i s ciljem osvete. Odrastanjem u ratnom okruženju, u prisutnosti samovolje, kontinuiranih sukoba i ubojstava koje nitko ne kažnjava, način je života i ideologija s kojom ove žene odrastaju, stoga se smatra da kroz terorizam pokušavaju ostvariti socijalnu pravdu.III The presence of women in terrorism has been increased by a number of individual, organizational and strategic factors. Fear, instability, war environment and insecurity have led to the generalization of the idea of revenge which becomes a justification for terrorist actions. After 1997, women played increasingly important roles in terrorism in Chechnya, and were called Black Widows in the media. The name itself is considered justified because they were previously affected by the loss of close family members, which is considered the motivation for this act. Chechen connection and family loyalty are known, and revenge in the event of the death of a family member is considered a traditional act. Chechen women associated with suicide attacks are determined, cruel, vindictive, and willing to die for their own beliefs and with the goal of revenge. Growing up in a war environment, in the presence of arbitrariness, continuous conflicts and murders that no one punishes, is the way of life and ideology with which these women grow up, therefore it is considered that through terrorism they try to achieve social justice
ALTERNATIVNE SYSTEMS FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT
No full textOvaj završni rad daje literaturni pregled alternativnih sustava koji se primjenjuju sa svrhom pročišćavanja otpadnih voda. Otpadne vode su velik problem u svijetu, no imaju potencijal postati resursom i izvorom energije, vode, hranjivih tvari i sl. Klasični sustavi pročišćavanja otpadnih voda nisu ekološki prihvatljivi i djelotvorni kao neki novi suvremeni sustavi kojima se na prirodan način i uz manja ulaganja postižu bolji rezultati u pročišćavanju i iskorištavanju otpadnih voda. S time na umu, ovaj rad istražuje vrste procesuiranja i pročišćavanja otpadnih voda te analizira zaključke izvedene iz teorijskog pregleda teme. Alternativni sustavi pročišćavanja otpadnih voda, kao što su na primjer biljni uređaji za pročišćavanje i biolagune, predstavljaju velik napredak u održivom i ekološkom upravljanju otpadnim vodama. U vidu toga, ova tema izabrana je u svrhu istraživanja alternativnih načina za poboljšanje života svih živih bića i same planete.This bachelor's thesis gives a theoretical overview of literature on the topic of alternative systems being applied to wastewater. Although wastewater presents a major problem in the world, it has the potential to become a valuable resource and source of energy, water, nutrients, etc. Classical wastewater treatment systems are neither as environmentally friendly nor as efficient as some modern systems achieving better results in wastewater treatment and utilization, and with less investment. Keeping those facts in mind, this thesis investigates the types of wastewater treatment and purification procedures, as well as analyzing the conclusions drawn from the theoretical overview of the topic. Alternative systems of wastewater treatment, such as herbal purifiers and bio-lagoons, present a major advancement in sustainable and eco-friendly wastewater management. Therefore, this topic has been chosen in order to investigate alternative measures of improving the quality of life for all living beings, as well as the planet itself
HYDRAULIC CALCULATION AND DESIGN OF PUMPING STATION
No full textTema ovog završnog rada je izrada crpne stanice u skladu s zadanim parametrima projekta koristeći norme Republike Hrvatske. U teorijskom dijelu opisane su osnovne stavke crpne stanice, trenutno stanje kanalizacijskog sustava, lokacija crpne stanice i opis rješenja radi poboljšavanja cjelokupnom sustava da bi se u budućnosti otpadne vode mogle pročistiti. U eksperimentalnom dijelu kao prvi korak imamo izradu hidrauličkog proračuna iz kojega smo dobili potrebne parametre za izbor pumpnog agregata. Nakon toga slijedi projektiranje crpne stanice u skladu sa zadanim podacima.The topic of this final paper is the construction of a pumping station in accordance with the given project parameters using the norms of the Republic of Croatia. The theoretical part describes the basic items of the pumping station, the current state of the sewage system, the location of the pumping station and the solutions to improve the entire system so that wastewater can be purified in the future. In the experimental part, the first step is hydraulic calculation, from which we obtained the necessary parameters for the selection of the pump unit. This is followed by the design of the pumping station in accordance with the given data
APPLICATION OF CAD TECHNOLOGY IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF HYDRO TURBINE PIPELINE ELBOWS
No full textRad će pratiti proizvodnju dijela hidroturbine, od dobivanja narudžbene dokumentacije, odnosno nacrta, kroz razne procese proizvodnje, potpomognute CAD tehnologijom. U prvom dijelu se ukratko upoznajemo sa osnovnim informacijama o hidro turbinama, te njihovoj podjeli. Nakon toga imenuju se programska podrška i alatni strojevi koji se koriste tokom proizvodnje, sa osnovnim podacima o svakome. Drugi dio je praktični dio, gdje krećemo od izrade specifikacije materijala u AutoCADu, slanje upita te naručivanje materijala, izrada planova za CNC rezalicu. Nakon što su komponente izrezane, izrađujemo radioničku dokumentaciju, odnosno pomoćne nacrte koji se koriste u raznim fazama proizvodnje, uz glavnu narudžbenu dokumentaciju. Linije savijanja za apkant prešu, nacrti predobrade pozicija, izrada koordinata za bušenje provrta. Na kraju izrađujemo nacrte farbanja za gotovi proizvod, te uz pomoć AutoCAD-a, naručujemo odgovarajući transport komponenti do krajnjeg kupca.The work will follow the production of a part of the hydro turbine, from obtaining the order documentation, i.e. the draft, through various production processes, supported by CAD technology. In the first part, we briefly get acquainted with the basic information about hydro turbines and their division. After that, the software and machine tools used during production are named, with basic information about each. The second part is the practical part, where we start from making the material specification in AutoCAD, sending inquiries and ordering materials, making plans for the CNC cutter. After the components are cut, we make workshop documentation, i.e. auxiliary drawings that are used in various stages of production, along with the main order documentation. Bending lines for hydraulic press, position pre machining drawings, making coordinates for drilling holes. Finally, we make painting plans for the finished product, and with the help of AutoCAD, we order the appropriate transport of components to the end customer
