THE EFFECT OF THE WORKPLACE ON THE PSYHOSOCIAL STATE OF PERSON
Rad se bavi psihosocijalnim stanjem osobe, njegovo značenje, izloženost, posljedice te mjere i
prevencije zaštite dobrobiti čovjeka. Cilj rada je izložiti što su to psihosocijalni rizici i kako utječu
na čovjeka te metode mjera i prevencija psihosocijalnih rizika. Jedan od najznačajnijih problema
u području zaštite na radu s kojim se suočavaju organizacije diljem svijeta su psihosocijalni rizici
i stres na radu. Negativno utjecanje stresa u organizacijama na sve sudionike ima značajan
doprinos negativnim zdravstvenim i gospodarskim ishodima. Upravljanje stresom na radu
ostvaruju se dobiti na svim razinama. Kod radnika je to očuvano zdravlje, subjektivna dobrobit i
zadovoljstvo poslom. Kod rukovoditelja su zdravi, motivirani, produktivni radnici. Kod
organizacije je poboljšana ukupna učinkovitost, veća uključenost radnika. Te u društvu i
nacionalnom gospodarstvu smanjeni troškovi zdravstvene zaštite i mirovinskog sustava. Proces
smanjivanja i uklanjanja psihosocijalnih rizika sastoji se od primarne, sekundarne i tercijarne
prevencije. Spremnost za promjene jedan je od najbitniji preduvjeta učinkovitosti upravljanja
stresom na radu. Zdravo radno mjesto stvara radno okruženje koje podržava zdravlje, sigurnost i
dobrobit radnika te doprinosi povećanju produktivnosti i uspješnosti organizacije. Na kraju rada u
eksperimentalnom dijelu analizirat će se prikupljeni podaci iz vlastite ankete o psihosocijalnim
rizicima.This work deals with the psychosocial state of a person, its meaning, exposure, consequences, and
measures and preventions for the protection of human well-being. The aim of the work is to explain
what psychosocial risks are and how they affect people, as well as methods of measures and
prevention of psychosocial risks. One of the most significant problems in the field of occupational
safety faced by organizations around the world are psychosocial risks and stress at work. The
negative impact of stress in organizations on all participants has a significant contribution to
negative health and economic outcomes. Managing stress at work has benefits at all levels.
Preserved health, subjective well-being and job satisfaction for managers, healthy, motivated,
productive workers, improved overall efficiency in the organization, greater involvement of
workers, and reduced health care and pension system costs in society and the national economy.
The process of reducing and eliminating psychosocial risks consists of primary, secondary and
tertiary prevention. Readiness for changes is one of the most important prerequisites for effective
stress management at work. A healthy workplace creates a work environment that supports the
health, safety and well-being of workers and contributes to increased productivity and
organizational performance. At the end of the paper, the experimental part will be analyzed with
the collected data from the own survey on psychosocial risks
GOALS AND EFFECTS ON THE CUSTOMS SYSTEM IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
Carina je jedan od prihoda državnog proračuna. Osim što ima vrlo jasnu prihodovnu funkciju,
štiti domaću proizvodnju i službene granice pojedine države.
Carinska uprava ima više funkcija u uređenom državnom sustavu, a neke od najvažnijih su
osiguravanje zaštite financijskih interesa, provođenje postupaka carinjenja i svih pratećih
poslova te omogućavanje suradnje sa ostalih tijelima javne uprave. Također, vrlo je važna uloga
u međunarodnim odnosima i suradnjama. Organizaciju je potrebno kontinuirano unaprjeđivati
i poboljšavati njenu funkcionalnost kroz nova IT rješenja u domeni sigurnosti podataka, ali i
kroz klasične postupke carinjenja. Oprema i infrastruktura također moraju pratiti sve aspekte
razvoja što je posebno imalo na važnosti u periodu prilagodbe sustava regulativi Europske
Unije.Customs is one of the revenues of the state budget. In addition to having a very clear revenue
function, it protects domestic production and the official borders of individual states.
The customs administration has several functions in the organized state system, some of the
most important of which are ensuring the protection of financial interests, carrying out customs
clearance procedures and all related tasks, and enabling cooperation with other public
administration bodies. It also plays a very important role in international relations and
cooperation. It is necessary to continuously improve the organization and improve its
functionality through new IT solutions in the domain of data security, but also through classic
customs clearance procedures. Equipment and infrastructure must also follow all aspects of
development, which was especially important during the period of system adaptation to
European Union regulations
DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF A GO-KART WITH A GASOLINE FOUR-STROKE ENGINE
Go-kart opisan je kao vrsta automobila koji se može koristiti u različite svrhe. Projektiranje
Go-karta ovisi o tome u kojoj namjeni će se koristiti. Mogu se pronaći u izvedbama s vrlo
jednostavnom konstrukcijom i izvedbom, sa slabijim motorom ili bez motora, ali također
isto tako postoje trkački kartovi visokih performansi sa vrlo kompleksnom i složenim
šasijom.
Projektiranje i izrada karta u ovom radu obavlja se s ciljem da se kart može kretati po
cesti i okolnim putevima. Dizajniran je na način kako bi bio primjenjem različitim uzrastima
te različitim proporcijama vozača. Kao pogonski element izabran je četverotakti benzinski
motor prema kojemu je izračunata maksimalna brzina i okretni moment. Također
proračunate su sile koje djeluju na osovinu zbog zadovoljavanja uvjeta savijanja.
Projektiranje šasije prilagođeno je svim odabranim elementima. Geometrija skretanja
kotača karta ostvarena je pomoću Ackermannove geometrije skretanja kako ne bi došlo
do proklizavanja prednjih kotača tokom skretanja. Pored mehaničkog dijela Go-karta,
ukomponiran je i elektronički dio. Elektronički dio obuhvaća izradu inovativnog sustava
za mjerenje brzine vozila pomoću mikrokontrolera Arduino UNO.A go-kart is described as a type of car that can be used for a variety of purposes. The
design of Go-karts depends on the purpose for which they will be used. They can be
found in versions with a very simple construction and performance, with a weaker engine
or without an engine, but there are also high-performance racing karts with a very
complex and complex chassis.
The design and creation of the maps in this work is done with the goal that the map can
move on the road and surrounding roads. It is designed in such a way that it can be used
by different ages and different proportions of drivers. A four-stroke gasoline engine was
chosen as the driving element, according to which the maximum speed and torque were
calculated. The forces acting on the shaft due to meeting the bending conditions were
also calculated. The design of the chassis is adapted to all the selected elements. The
steering geometry of the kart wheels is realized using the Ackermann steering geometry
in order to prevent the front wheels from slipping during the turn. In addition to the
mechanical part of the Go-kart, an electronic part is also incorporated. The electronic part
includes the creation of an innovative system for measuring vehicle speed using the

BUILDING A WEATHER MOBILE iOS APPLICATION
Ovaj diplomski rad fokusira se na razvoj iOS mobilne aplikacije za vremensku
prognozu koristeći openweathermap.org API. Aplikacija će omogućiti korisnicima
da prate vremenske prognoze za različite gradove do 7 dana unaprijed.
Implementirat će se grafičko korisničko sučelje (GUI) koje će omogućiti odabir
grada i prikaz trenutnih vremenskih prilika putem animacija. Kroz ovaj rad,
analizirat će se sučelje za programiranje aplikacija (API), dizajniranje GUI-a te
protokol dobivanja informacija putem openweathermap.org API-a.This master's thesis focuses on the development of an iOS mobile application for
weather forecasting using the openweathermap.org API. The application will
enable users to track weather forecasts for different cities up to 7 days in
advance. A graphical user interface (GUI) will be implemented, allowing city
selection and display of current weather conditions through animations.
Throughout this thesis, the application programming interface (API) will be
analyzed, GUI design will be addressed, and the protocol for retrieving
information via the openweathermap.org API will be discussed
TAKING MEASUREMENTS WITH AN OSCILLOSCOPE
U ovom radu bit će prikazano kako se koristi osciloskop te princip rada analognog ali i
digitalnog osciloskopa. Isto tako i princip mjerenja za oba osciloskopa. Za mjerenje
signala koristit će se digitalni osciloskop i analogni osciloskop. Isto tako usporediti će se
signali na analognom i digitalnom osciloskopu i donijeti zaključak na temelju mjerenih
signala.In this paper, it wll be shown how to use an oscilloscope and the principle of operation
of analog and digital oscilloscopes. Likewise the measurment principle for both
oscilloscopes. A digital and an analog oscilloscope will be used to mesure the signals.
We will also compare the signals on the analog and digital oscilloscope and make a
conclusion based on the measured signals
ESTABLISHMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IN THE CITY OF DUBROVNIK BASIS ON THE GSTC CRITERIA
Nekontroliran i loše upravljan razvoj turizma u priobalnim turističkim destinacijama za
sobom povlači brojne negativne posljedice, a jedna od njih jeste i gubitak
konkurentnosti i međunarodne tržišne pozicije. Istaknuti problem održivog razvoja
turizma u priobalnim, turističkim destinacijama svakako je kako postojeći razvoj
masovnog i sezonskog turizma učiniti što je više moguće održivim. Grad Dubrovnik je
jedno od najistaknutijih turističkih odredišta na Mediteranu. Prema Državnom zavodu
za statistiku Grad Dubrovnik je 2019.g. posjetilo 1 439 531 turista i ostvarili su 4 156
680 noćenja, od travnja do listopada, ostvareno je 88% svih turističkih dolazaka u
2019. godini što ukazuje na razvoj neodrživog odnosno prekomjernog turizma. Izrazita
sezonalnost i masovnost, karakteristična je za turizam grada Dubrovnika.
Predmet ovog rada je uspostava održivog razvoja turizma u gradu Dubrovniku na
temelju GSTC kriterija, a u području kriterija A2 – organizacija upravljanja odredištem.
Dubrovnik, kao jedan od rastućih svjetskih destinacija, svoju kulturnu i prirodnu idilu
mora nastojati zaštititi od mogućih negativnih utjecaja i rasta masovnog turizma u
gradu. Grad Dubrovnik ima visoko razvijenu svijest o negativnim utjecajima razvoja
masovnog i sezonskog turizma te je posegnuo za implementaciju načela održivog
razvoja turizma putem GSTC kriterija. Turistički promet u Gradu Dubrovniku je u
stalnom porastu te je ostvarenje uravnoteženog i održivog razvoja turizma pravi izazov
za Grad Dubrovnik.Uncontrolled and poorly managed development of tourism in coastal tourist
destinations entails numerous negative consequences, one of which is the loss of
competitiveness and international market position. The prominent problem of the
sustainable development of tourism in coastal tourist destinations is certainly how to
make the existing development of mass and seasonal tourism as sustainable as possible.
The city of Dubrovnik is one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the
Mediterranean. According to the State Bureau of Statistics, the City of Dubrovnik in
2019 1,439,531 tourists visited and 4,156,680 overnight stays, from April to October,
accounted for 88% of all tourist arrivals in 2019, which indicates the development of
unsustainable or excessive tourism. Distinct seasonality and massiveness are
characteristic of tourism in the city of Dubrovnik.
The subject of this paper is the establishment of sustainable development of tourism in
the city of Dubrovnik based on GSTC criteria, and in the area of criteria A2 – destination
management organization. Dubrovnik, as one of the growing world destinations, must
strive to protect its cultural and natural idyll from possible negative impacts and the
growth of mass tourism in the city. The city of Dubrovnik has a highly developed
awareness of the negative impacts of the development of mass and seasonal tourism
and has resorted to implementing the principles of sustainable tourism development
through the GSTC criteria. Tourist traffic in the City of Dubrovnik is constantly
increasing, and achieving a balanced and sustainable development of tourism is a real
challenge for the City of Dubrovnik
TYPES OF CHARGING STATIONS FOR ELECTRIC
Tema ovog rada su različite vrste punionica za električne automobile. U današnje
vrijeme sa trendom globalizacije i rasta populacije te užurbanog načina života sve više
pažnje se usmjerava na uređaje u svakodnevnom životu koji nam omogućuju uštedu
vremena. Osim uštede vremena, današnji trendovi su i očuvanje okoliša te se sve više
pristupa obnovljivim izvorima energije. Kroz ovaj rad će se prikazati kako funkcionira
tehnologija korištenja obnovljivih izvora energije pri uporabi električnih automobile te
kakve vrste punionica postoje. Vrste punionica za električne automobile razlikujemo
po njihovoj brzini punjenja, te po vrsti napajanja punionice, odnosno da li je ona
spojena na strujnu mrežu ili se koristi sunčeva energije pomoću solarnih panela. U
radu su navedeni i hibridni automobili koji su primjer korištenja različitih vrsta pogona
za pokretanje.The topic of this paper is different types of charging stations for electric cars.
Nowadays, with the trend of globalization and population growth, as well as a busy
lifestyle, more and more attention is focused on devices in everyday life that allow us
to save time. In addition to saving time, today's trends are environmental protection
and renewable energy sources are increasingly being approached. Through this paper,
it will be shown how the technology of using renewable energy sources works when
using electric cars and what types of charging stations exist. We distinguish the types
of charging stations for electric cars by their fast charging, and by the type of power
supply of the charging station, whether it is connected to the mains or uses solar
energy using solar panels. Hybrid cars are also listed in the paper, which are an
example of the use of different types of drives for starting
LIQUIDITY ANALYSIS OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN THE CITY OF ZAGREB
Ovaj diplomski rad fokusira se na istraživanje ključnog sektora gospodarstva Republike
Hrvatske - malih i srednjih poduzeća (MSP). Rad analizira definiciju i kategorizaciju MSP-ova,
istražuje poslovno okruženje za MSP-ove u Hrvatskoj uključujući pravni i regulativni okvir te
programe poticanja rasta. Također, istražuju se različiti financijski izvori za MSP-ove te se
analizira likvidnost odabranih poduzeća u gradu Zagrebu. Osim toga, rad istražuje
makroekonomske i mikroekonomske čimbenike koji utječu na razvoj sektora MSP-ova u
Europi te različite pristupe financiranju za ta područja.This master's thesis focuses on researching a key sector of the economy of the Republic of
Croatia - small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The thesis analyzes the definition and
categorization of SMEs, investigates the business environment for SMEs in Croatia, including
the legal and regulatory framework and incentive programs for growth. Additionally, it explores
various financial sources for SMEs and analyzes the liquidity of selected companies in the city
of Zagreb. Furthermore, the thesis examines macroeconomic and microeconomic factors
influencing the development of the SME sector in Europe, as well as different approaches to
financing for these areas
SUSTAINABLE TOURIST DEVELOPMENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ST.FILIP I JAKOV WITH REFERENCE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PORT OPEN FOR PUBLIC TRAFFIC
Upravljanje održivim razvojem turizma u priobalnim turističkim destinacijama predstavlja danas
posebno veliki izazov i to uslijed izrazito masovnog i sezonskog karaktera turizma koji se odvija na
uskom priobalnom pojasu.
U općini Sv.Filip i Jakov trenutno je u tijeku izgradnja luke s javnom namjenom, koja bi trebala
doprinijeti intenzivnijem gospodarskom rastu i razvoju općine Sv. Filip i Jakov. Poznata je činjenica
da turizam traži kvalitetan i atraktivan prostor, najčešće je to u priobalnim turističkim destinacijama,
uski priobalni pojas, gdje se javlja velika koncentracija ljudi i aktivnosti u kratkom vremenskom
razdoblju.
U ovom završnom radu istražit će se upravljanje razvojem turizma općine Sv. Filip i Jakov,
temeljenog na načelima i kriterijima održivog razvoja, i to u kontekstu izgradnje luke s javnom
namjenom, te će se analizirati i dati kritički osvrt na rast i razvoj turizma Općine uslijed aktualnih
investicija.Managing the sustainable development of tourism in coastal tourist destinations is a particularly big
challenge today due to the extremely massive and seasonal nature of tourism that takes place on a
narrow coastal strip.
In the municipality of Sv.Filip and Jakov, the construction of a public port is currently underway,
which should contribute to more intensive economic growth and development of the municipality of
Sv. Filip and Jakov. It is a well-known fact that tourism is looking for a quality and attractive area,
most often it is in coastal tourist destinations, a narrow coastal strip, where there is a large
concentration of people and activities in a short period of time.
In this final paper, the management of the development of tourism in the municipality of Sv. Filip
and Jakov, based on the principles and criteria of sustainable development, will be investigated, in
the context of the construction of a port with a public purpose, and it will be analyzed and give a
critical review of the growth and development of tourism in the municipality of Sv. . Filip and Jakov
due to current investments
