MANAGEMENT OF VISITORS IN PROTECTED AREAS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO THE LONJSKO POLJE NATURE PARK
No full textNacionalni parkovi i drugi oblici zaštićenih područja osnivaju se u većoj ili manjoj mjeri u zemljama diljem svijeta kako bi osigurali dugoročno očuvanje prirodnih bogatstava i pridonijeli naporima za očuvanje biološke raznolikosti u cijelom svijetu, tako i u Republici Hrvatskoj. Primjenom koncepta održivog razvoja moguće je dalje razvijati nove turističke proizvode i unaprijediti postojeće turističke proizvode. Područje Parka prirode Lonjsko polje ima iznimnu važnost i priznatu međunarodnu zaštitu kroz Ramsarsku konvenciju koja se odnosi na zaštitu vlažnih područja od međunarodnog značaja, posebno kao staništa za ptice močvarice. Natura 2000 je ekološka mreža Europske unije koja obuhvaća područja važna za očuvanje određenih vrsta i staništa. Park prirode Lonjsko polje je dio ove mreže, što znači da su određene vrste ptica, biljaka i staništa unutar parka prepoznati kao važni za očuvanje na razini EU. Ova mreža promiče održivo korištenje prirodnih resursa i zaštitu biološke raznolikosti kroz integrirani pristup upravljanju. Upravljanje Parkom prirode Lonjsko polje u skladu s međunarodnom inicijativama osigurava da se turizam, gospodarske aktivnosti i svakodnevni život lokalnog stanovništva usklađuju s ciljevima očuvanja prirode na dugoročno održiv način.Protected areas, including national parks, are established worldwide to safeguard natural resources and biodiversity. In Croatia, Lonjsko Polje Nature Park holds international recognition and protection under the Ramsar Convention, emphasizing its role as a crucial wetland habitat for waterfowl. Moreover, it is integrated into the Natura 2000 network, an ecological initiative of the European Union aimed at conserving important species and habitats. This network operates with the goal of ensuring sustainable utilization of natural resources while prioritizing biodiversity conservation. The management of Lonjsko Polje Nature Park adheres to international standards, aiming to balance tourism, local economic activities, and the daily lives of residents with the objectives of nature preservation over the long term. No full textBukva predstavlja jednu od najvažnijih vrsta drveća u Hrvatskoj. Nalazimo je u svim vegetacijskim pojasima kontinentalne Hrvatske u rasponu nadmorskih visina od 100 do 1500 m. Zbog samog značaja u drvnoj industriji i arealu njezine zastupljenosti, potrebno je praćenje zdrvstvenog stanja bukovih sastojina i poduzimanje preventivnih i drugih mjera kako bi se poboljšalo i očuvalo njihovo zdravstveno stanje. U okviru istraživanja utvrđena je prisutnost bukove skočipipe na izabranim lokacijama grada Karlovca. Izabrane su tri lokacije u gradu gdje se analizirala prisutnost Rhynchaenus fagi i općeg stanja svakog drveta.Beech is one of the most important tree species in Croatia. It can be found in all vegetation zones of continental Croatia in the range of altitudes from 100 to 1500 m. Due to its importance in the wood industry and the area of its representation, it is necessary to monitor the health status of beech stands and take preventive and other measures to improve and preserve their health. As part of the research, the presence of the beech jumppipe was determined at selected locations in the city of Karlovac. No full textOvaj završni rad opisuje teorijske osnove jednog od poluvodiča, diode, te pobliže objašnjava njenu funkciju, građu, kako radi, njenu primjenu i važnost u današnjem svijetu tehnologije. Uvod daje kratak opis o povijesti razvoja dioda. Drugo poglavlje navodi osnove o diodama, spominje razne vrste dioda koje se danas koriste te objašnjava princip rada P- N diode, Zener diode te fotodiode. Treće poglavlje opisuje rad diode u načinu ispravljanja (ispravljač) te načinu ograničavanja (ograničavač), dok četvrto poglavlje navodi i opisuje stvarnu primjenu dioda.This final paper describes the theoretical basics of one of the semiconductors, the diode, and closely explains its function, strucure, the way it operates, its application and importance in today's world of technology. The introduction gives a short portrayal of the history of the development of diodes. The second chapter states the basics of diodes, mentions multiple types of diodes that are used today and explains the principle of how a P-N diode, Zener diode and photodiode work. The third chapter describes the operation of a diode in a mode of rectifiying (rectifier) and a mode of limiting (limiter/clipper), while the fourth chapter states and describes the real application of diodes

No full textTema završnog rada je analiza i primjena PC ventilatora. U ovom radu istražit će se karakteristike, princip rada te primjena ventilatora u modernim računalima, kao i optimizacija zračnog protoka unutar kućišta. Biti će postavljeno devet različitih konfiguracija ventilatora u sustavu, nakon čega će se softverskim stres testiranjem računalnih komponenti mjeriti i bilježiti ključne karakteristike kao što su maksimalna i prosječna temperatura procesora i grafičke kartice, stabilnost temperature procesora i grafičke kartice, te maksimalno opterećenje grafičke kartice, itd. Nakon toga će se podaci analizirati i usporediti. Cilj rada je optimizirati upravljanje toplinom unutar kućišta radi osiguranja najefikasnijeg protoka zraka i najefektivnijeg rada računala prilagođenog specifičnom sustavu.The topic of the thesis is the analysis and application of PC fans. This study will explore the characteristics, operating principles, and applications of fans in modern computers, as well as the optimization of airflow within the case. Nine different fan configurations will be set up in the system, followed by software stress testing of computer components to measure and record key features such as maximum and average temperatures of the processor and graphics card, temperature stability of the processor and graphics card, and maximum graphics card load, among others. Subsequently, the data will be analyzed and compared. The aim of the study is to optimize thermal management within the case to ensure the most efficient airflow and effective operation of the computer tailored to the specific system

No full textUltraljubičaste (engl. Ultraviolet – UV) svjetleće diode (engl. Light-emitting diodes – LED) posljednjih su godina privukle značajnu pozornost u industriji zbog svojih jedinstvenih svojstava i jednostavnosti primjene. Najpoznatiji primjer korištenja UV LED dioda je u medicini kao dezinficijens za bakterije koje su osjetljive na ultraljubičasto svjetlo. Također koriste se u salonima lijepite gdje se koriste kao izvor svjetlosti za stvrdnjavanje raznih gelova i ljepila. U konačnici primjena im je svestrana, te ću u prezentiranom radu objasniti povijest LED dioda, njihove karakteristike i primjene kao i primjenu UV LED dioda u industrijskoj elektronici za izradu tiskanih pločica. Cilj prezentiranog završnog rada je izraditi prototip uređaja za foto oslojavanje tiskanih pločica s pomoću ultraljubičastih svjetlećih dioda. U radu će biti objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi svjetlosne tehnike, princip rada UV LED dioda, funkcijska struktura prototipa i programska podrška Arduino IDE.Ultraviolet (UV) light-emitting diodes (LED) have attracted considerable attention in the industry in recent years due to their unique properties and ease of application. The best known example of the use of UV LEDs is in medicine as a disinfectant for bacteria that are sensitive to ultraviolet light. They are also used in beauty salons where they are used as a light source to harden various gels and glues. Ultimately, their application is versitale and in the presented final paper I will explain the history of LED diodes, their characteristics and applications, as well as the use of UV LEDs in industrial electronics for the production of printed circuit boards.The goal of presented final paper is to create a prototype device for photo layering of printed circuit boards using UV LED diodes. The final paper will explain the basic principals of lighting technology, the working principle of UV LED diodes, functional structure of the prototype and the Arduino IDE program support
CHANGES IN THE TAXATION OF INCOME FROM SELF-EMPLOYMENT IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA IN THE PERIOD 2013 TO 2024
No full textPorez na dohodak je vrsta poreza kojim se oporezuje dohodak fizičkih i pravnih osoba. Njime se oporezuje ukupni dohodak građana. Dohotkom od nesamostalne djelatnosti smatra se nepostojanje nikakvog poslovnog rizika za zaposlenika, zaposlenik ulaže u poslovni proces samo svoj rad (fizički ili umni), poslodavac u pravilu određuje vrstu, mjesto i vrijeme rada, zaposlenik je obvezan raditi s određenim učinkom ali ne i određenim uspjehom i unaprijed se utvrđuje visina plaće koja je u pravilu vezana za radno vrijeme. U radu se nalazi analiza oporezivanja dohotka od nesamostalnog rada u razdoblju od 2013. do 2024. godine. Kao primjer obračuna je uzet grad Zagreb i uzeti su primjeri plaće radnika koji nema uzdržavanog člana obitelji i radnika koji uzdržava jedno dijete i jednog uzdržavanog člana. S obzirom na obilježja nesamostalnog rada može se zaključiti da su se porezne stope kroz godine mijenjale kao i osobni odbitci te su imali veliki utjecaj na promjenu neto plaće, posebno kada je uvedena nova službena valuta u RH od 1. siječnja 2023. godine, euro.Income tax is a type of tax that taxes the income of private and legal persons. It taxes the total income of citizens. Income from non-independent activity is considered to be the absence of any business risk for the employee, the employee invests in the business process only his work (physical or mental), the employer usually determines the type, place and time of work, the employee is obliged to work with a certain effect but not with a certain success and the amount of salary is determined in advance, which is usually related to working hours. The paper contains an analysis of income from self-employment in the period from 2013 to 2024. As an example of the calculation, the city of Zagreb was taken and examples were taken of the salary of a worker who does not have a dependent family member and a worker who supports one child and one dependent member. Considering the characteristics of self- employment, it can be concluded that tax rates have changed over the years, as have personal deductions, and had a major impact on the change in net salary, especially when the new official currency in the Republic of Croatia, the euro, was introduced on January 1, 2023
MANUFACTURING OF ELECTIC GUITAR ON A CNC MACHINE
No full textU ovom radu opisan je postupak izrade gitare korištenjem CNC (Computer Numerical Control) tehnologije. U početku je prikazano programiranje CNC stroja za izradu tijela gitare, što uključuje stvaranje CAD (Computer-Aided Design) modela, odabir alata za obradu i generiranje G-koda putem CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) softvera. Slijedi opis rezanja dijelova na CNC stroju, izbor i opis alata, završna obrada i postupak lakiranja tijela gitare. Na kraju je detaljno opisano sastavljanje komponenata gitare, postavljanje senzora i elektronike, postavljanje vratnih pragova i mosta te završni pregled gotovog instrumenta.This paper describes the process of constructing a guitar using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology. It begins with programming the CNC machine to create the guitar body, which involves developing a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) model, selecting appropriate machining tools, and generating G-code through CAM (Computer- Aided Manufacturing) software. Following this, the cutting of parts on the CNC machine is described, including tool selection and description, finishing processes, and the painting of the guitar body. Finally, the assembly of the guitar components is explained, installation of sensors and electronics, setting the frets and bridge, and the final inspection of the completed instrument
DESING AND MANUFACTURE OF WOOD SPLITTER
No full textU ovom radu kreće se od pripreme nacrta, materijala i svih komponenti potrebnih za izradu te siguran rad cjepača za drva. Navesti će se razlog odabira određenih dijelova, usporediti s drugim mogućim opcijama i detaljno opisati sve opcije. Bit će predstavljeni proračuni kojima će se opisati mehanički rad i predvidjeti moguća naprezanja do kojih bi moglo doći za vrijeme rada cjepača. Napravit će se simulacija rada hidrauličkog sustava kako bi spriječili moguća oštećenja. Pogon pumpe cjepača bit će preko kardanskog prijenosa koji će pokretati traktor. U ovom radu će također biti predstavljeni određeni hidraulički elementi te detaljno opisan njihov izgled i princip rada. Kroz ovaj rad će se navesti efikasnost rada cjepača te njegove prednosti i nedostatci. U zaključku razmatra se kvaliteta izrađenog stroja te usporedba s komercijalnim cjepačima.This article starts with the preparation of blueprints, materials and all components necessary for the production and safe operation of the wood splitter. It will state the reason for choosing certain parts, compare them with other possible options, and describe all options in detail. Calculations will be presented that will describe the mechanical work and predict the possible stresses that could occur during the operation of the splitter. A simulation of the operation of the hydraulic system will be made to prevent possible damage. The drive of the splitter pump will be through the cardan transmission that will drive the tractor. In this paper, certain hydraulic elements will also be presented and their appearance and principle of operation will be described in detail. Through this work, the efficiency of the splitter and its advantages and disadvantages will be stated. In the conclusion, the quality of the manufactured machine and the comparison with the electric splitter are considered
HERITAGE HOTELS BASED ON CROATIAN CULTURAL AND HISTORICAL INHERITANCE HOTEL PALACE ZAGREB AND HOTEL VESTIBUL PALACE SPLIT
No full textU ovom se radu analiziraju specifičnosti i temeljna obilježja hotela baština u Republici Hrvatskoj. Hoteli baština u Republici Hrvatskoj predstavljaju golemo bogatstvo, temelje se na propisanim standardima, a sve u cilju da se zaštiti njihova jedinstvenost i unikatnost. Za potrebe izrade završnog rada, odabrana su dva primjera hotela baština u Republici Hrvatskoj – hotel Palace Zagreb i hotel Vestibul Palace Split kako bi se prikazala sinergija kulture i turizma. Kulturni turizam privlači značajan broj turista koji žele doživjeti jedinstveni odmor, a hoteli baština predstavljaju primjer dobre prakse u kojem se spaja tradicionalno i suvremeno.This paper analyzes the specifics and fundamental characteristics of heritage hotels in the Republic of Croatia. Heritage hotels in the Republic of Croatia represent huge wealth, they are based on prescribed standards, with one goal and that’s protecting their uniqueness. Accordingly to that, here are selected two examples of heritage hotels in the Republic of Croatia – the Palace Hotel Zagreb and the Vestibul Palace Hotel Split for illustrating the synergy between culture and tourism. Cultural tourism is attracting an increasing number of tourists who want to experience a unique vacation, and heritage hotels represent an example of a new direction that combines traditional and contemporary elements
