    U ovom završnom radu govori se o poduzeću Beiersdorf d.o.o., odnosno o marketingu u poduzeću. Cilj rada je prikazati što točno znači upravljati marketingom, analizirati svaki element marketing miksa, te prikazati teorijski dio na praktičnom primjeru. Upravljanje marketingom je od izuzetne važnosti za svako poduzeće koje želi biti prepoznato. Ciljevi koje neki poslovni subjekt ima mogu se ispuniti samo kvalitetnim upravljanjem strategijom koja se provodi. Sva poduzeća koja imaju dobar marketing, nemaju ga slučajno. Iza svakog dobrog marketinga stoji vrhunsko upravljanje svim dijelovima marketinga i uspješno definiran, napisan i proveden marketinški plan.This final paper discusses marketing at Beiersdorf d.o.o. The aim of the paper is to show what exactly it means to manage marketing, to analyze each element of the marketing mix, and to present the theoretical part in a practical example. Marketing management is of the utmost importance for any business that wants to be recognized. The objectives of a business entity can be met only with quality management strategy that is implemented. All companies that have good marketing, do not have it by accident.     U radu je analizirano poslovno pregovaranje u Republici Hrvatskoj i zemljama Europske unije kao složeni pregovarački proces o kojem u modernom poslovanju, koje sve više karakterizira poslovna suradnja s partnerima iz drugih zemalja, u sve većoj mjeri ovisi poslovni uspjeh i stjecanje konkurentske prednosti na tržištu. Poslovno pregovaranje s inozemnim partnerima je složeniji proces od poslovnog pregovaranja s domaćim poslovnim partnerima. Teorijska analiza je pokazala kako je proces poslovnih pregovora s inozemstvom pod utjecajem je velikog broja čimbenika socijalne i kulturološke pozadine poput ciljeva pregovaranja, stava i stila pregovaranja, verbalne i neverbalne komunikacije, vremenske dimenzije pregovaranja, oblika ugovora, izražavanja ili ne izražavanja emocija i slično. Eksperimentalnim je putem, na primjeru poduzeća IDS-Šibenik d.o.o. utvrđeno kako uspjeh poslovnog pregovaranja s domaćim i stranim partnerima u velikoj mjeri ovisi o poznavanju društvenih i kulturoloških razlika što ukazuje na to kako pregovarači i pregovarački timovi upravo tim razlikama trebaju posvetiti dodatnu pažnju i poznavati ih kako bi ostvarili ciljeve pregovora.The paper analyzes business negotiation in the Republic of Croatia and EU countries as a complex negotiation process, which in modern business, increasingly characterized by business cooperation with partners from other countries, is increasingly dependent on business success and gaining competitive advantage in the market. Business negotiation with foreign partners is a more complex process than business negotiations with domestic business partners. Theoretical analysis has shown that the process of international business negotiations is influenced by many factors of social and cultural background such as bargaining goals, attitude and style of negotiation, verbal and non-verbal communication, time dimension of negotiation, form of contract, expression or non-expression of emotions and the like. Experimentally, on the example of the company IDS-Šibenik, d.o.o. found that the success of business negotiations with domestic and foreign partners depends to a large extent on knowledge of social and cultural differences, indicating that negotiators and negotiation teams need to pay special attention to these differences and know them in order to achieve the goals of the negotiations

    U radu se analizira proces globalizacije, uloga globalizacije na promjenu u načinu poslovanja, izazov upravljanja globalizacijom u malim zemljama i njezin utjecaj na konkurentnost Republike Hrvatske. Globalizacija predstavlja proces koji omogućuje slobodno kretanje ljudi, roba i informacija uz smanjenje i ukidanje prepreka u međunarodnoj razmjeni. Analizirajući pozitivne i negativne učinke, globalizacija s jedne strane donosi tehnološki napredak i povećanje dohotka, a s druge strane dovodi do siromaštva i isključivanja. Globalna konkurencija naglašava potrebu među poduzećima da svoje poslovne strategije prilagode uvjetima i opstanku na međunarodnom tržištu. Iako globalizacija može predstavljati problem za male zemlje i poteškoće u brzini prilagođavanja, ona može predstavljati i priliku da male zemlje postanu ekonomski velike.The paper analyzes the process of globalization, the role of globalization on change in business, the challenge of managing globalization in small countries and its impact on the competitiveness of the Republic of Croatia. Globalization is a process that enables the free movement of people, goods and information while reducing and overcoming the barriers to international trade. By analyzing the positives and negatives, globalization on one side brings technological advances and increased incomes, and on the other, leads to poverty and exclusion. Global competition highlights the need for companies to adapt their business strategies to the conditions and survival on the international market. Although globalization can be a problem for a small country and take advantage of speed in adaptation, it can also present an opportunity for small countries to become economically large

    Svrha ovog rada je prikazati važnost komunikacije, kako verbalne, tako i neverbalne u menadžmentu i životu. Komunikacija je proces dijeljenja informacija i može se reći da bez nje menadžment ne postoji. Menadžer kroz komunikaciju kao najvažniju aktivnost u organizaciji usmjerava, kontrolira, koordinira, razvija suradnju, timski rad, partnerstvo te zajednicu sa zaposlenima radi ostvarenja cilja na određenom zadatku. Krajnji rezultat pokazuje koliko je sama komunikacija uspješno provedena. Navedeni su različiti oblici komunikacije te ističe se važnost komunikacije u organizacijama, tj. poslovnom životu. Komunikacija u organizaciji je složen proces jer svaki zaposlenik mora aktivno sudjelovati kako bi se uspješno i na vrijeme ostvarili zadatci i ciljevi. Ako se ne doprinosi aktivno i prenesene informacije nisu razumljive, dolazi do problema i sukoba u komunikacijskom procesu. Jedan od načina kako riješiti problem i sukob je pregovaranje. Bitno je naći kompromis sa sugovornikom, slušati pažljivo, imati motivaciju, poštovati drugoga kako bi se ostvarili dugoročni odnosi. Uspješnim povezivanjem svih funkcija menadžmenta u jednu skladnu cjelinu dolazi do uspješne komunikacije.The purpose of this paper is to show the importance of communication, both verbal and non-verbal in management and life. Communication is a process of information sharing and it can be said that without it management does not exist. The manager, through communication, as the most important activity in the organization, directs, controls, coordinates, develops cooperation, teamwork, partnerships and community with employees to achieve a specific task. The result shows how well communication has been successfully implemented. Different forms of communication are mentioned and the importance of communication in organizations, i.e. business life, is emphasized. Communication within the organization is a complex process because every employee must actively participate to accomplish tasks and goals successfully and on time. If there is no active contribution and transmitted information are not clear, it can lead to problems in the communication process. One way to resolve problems and conflicts is to negotiate. It is important to find a compromise with the interlocutor, to listen carefully, to be motivated, to respect the other to achieve long-term relationships. Successful integration of all management functions into one harmonious unit results in successful communication

Upravo se znanjem i kreativnošću stvaraju inovacije i provode inovacijski procesi, koji su osnova za postizanje konkurentske prednosti. Samim poticanjem i podrškom organizacija u kreiranju inovativnih proizvoda svaka zemlja može postići veći ekonomski rast i razvoj, a time ostvariti bolju konkurentsku poziciju u odnosu na konkurente. Međutim, pri tome je potrebno i dalje razvijati svijest o potrebi poticanja i davanja podrške inovacijama te njihovoj primjeni u gospodarstvu, kako bi se doprinijelo razvoju konkurentnosti. Najkonkurentnija gospodarstva su ujedno i najinovativnija, što ide u prilog povezanosti inovativnosti i konkurentnosti.Today, the role of knowledge is increasing, especially when it comes to achieving competitive advantage in an increasingly challenging and dynamic market. It is through knowledge and creativity that innovation is created and innovation processes are implemented, which are the basis for achieving competitive advantage. By stimulating and supporting organizations in the creation of innovative products, each country can achieve greater economic growth and development, thereby achieving a better competitive position than its competitors. However, there is a need to continue to develop awareness of the need to stimulate and support innovation and its application in the economy, in order to contribute to the development of competitiveness. The most competitive economies are also the most innovative, which supports the link between innovation and competitiveness

    U radu je analizirano hrvatsko gospodarstvo te koji faktori utječu na njega. Između ostalog, na gospodarstvo države utječe i robna razmjena. Prema dosadašnjim podacima, koja su provedena na godišnjim razinama, pokazalo se da pristupanje Europskoj uniji pozitivno utječe na robnu razmjenu Republike Hrvatske. U radu su navedene vrijednosti izvoza, uvoza, stope rasta, saldo robne razmjene i pokrivenost uvoza izvozom za period prije i poslije ulaska u Europsku uniju. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su da je pristupanjem Europskoj uniji Republika Hrvatska doživjela pozitivne, ali manje promjene, te da je potrebno uvesti promjene koje bi potaknule izvoz, odnosno potražnju za hrvatskim proizvodima na stranom tržištu.The paper analyzes the Croatian economy and the factors that influence it. Among other things, the economy of the country is also impacted by exchanging commodities. According to current data, which are conducted on an annual basis, it has been shown that joining the European Union has a positive impact on the trade in Croatia. The paper outlines the values of exports, imports, growth rates, trade balance and the coverage of imports by exporting for a period before and after entering the European Union. The research has shown that after becoming a member of the European Union, the Republic of Croatia has undergone positive, but minor changes, and that it is necessary to introduce changes that would stimulate exporting and increase the demand for Croatian products on the foreign market

    Ljudski potencijali ključan su dio poslovanja svakog poduzeća. Upravo se stoga u ovom radu prikazuju faze od samog pribavljanja, selekcije i usavršavanja sve do praćenja zaposlenika. Svaka faza je podjednako bitna kako bi se u konačnici došlo do efikasnog poslovanja i obostranog zadovoljstva. Prikazuju se različitosti koje se mogu susresti u poslovanju, ali i koje mogu biti u korist samog poduzeća. Navedene su važnosti kvalitetne selekcije, ali i praćenja te motiviranja zaposlenih. Iako su zaposleni ključan segment poslovanja, njihova vrijednost ne dolazi do izražaja ako je kvaliteta organizacijske strukture upitna. Zadatak organizacijske strukture jest ujediniti poslovne procese i ljude u cjelinu kako bi postizali ciljeve poduzeća. Oblik organizacijske strukture prikazuje tko će što obavljati i tko je odgovoran za rezultate. Uz teorijski dio, suvremenu organizacijsku strukturu potkrijepila sam i primjerom. Za primjer uzela sam veliko poduzeća, točnije lanac hotela rasprostranjen cijelim Jadranom, a riječ je o Valamar Rivieri. Korporacija koja odiše suvremenošću, kako u pružanju usluga tako i u upravljanju organizacijom.Human resources are key part of the business in every company. Therefore in this final assignment phases are presented from supplying, selection, perfecting to monitoring workers. Each phase is equally important so in the end it would come to efficient business and pleasure from both sides. It shows differences we can encounter in business , but which can also benefit the company. Importance of quality selection is listed, and also monitoring and motivating workers. Although workers are key segment of the business, their values don’t come up if quality of organizational structure is questionable. Task of organizational structure is to unite business process and people in one to achieve company goals. Form of organizational structure is showing what will each of them do and who is responsible for the same actions. Along with the theoretical part, I corroborated modern organizational structure with an example. For example I chose a big company, in fact it is a chain of hotels widespread all over the Adriatic coast ,and it is called “Valamar Riviera”.     Ključ uspjeha svake organizacije ogleda se u brojnim teorijama i načinima motiviranja zaposlenika. U organizacijama ljudi djeluju zajedno kako bi se postigli zajednički ciljevi, i oni su glavni element za funkcioniranje sustava, a strategija razvoja ljudskih potencijala ima glavni cilj planiranja aktivnosti koje će organizaciji omogućiti da ima prave ljude i na pravom mjestu. Motivacija je proces koji nas potiče na određene aktivnosti i djeluje na naše ponašanje, pa upravo je to najveći razlog zbog kojeg na motivaciju zaposlenika u organizacijama treba posebno obratiti pozornost. Što su učinkovitije aktivnosti upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima to će rezultati poduzeća biti pozitivniji. Svaki dobar menadžer bi trebao poznavati potrebe i želje svojih zaposlenika kako bi u pravo vrijeme mogao ostvariti njihovo zadovoljenje i ostvariti maksimalnu razinu motivacije za posao. Upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima zapravo ne uključuje samo motiviranost zaposlenika nego i komunikacija, metode nagrađivanja za kvalitetno odrađen posao, veća angažiranost i posvećenost zaposlenicima te suradnja koja dovodi do ostvarenja organizacijskih ciljeva.The key to each organization's success is reflected in it“s numerous theories and ways of motivating employees. In organizations, people work together to achieve common goals, and they are the main element for the functioning of the system, and the human resources development strategy has the main goal of planning activities that will allow the organization to have the right people and in the right place. Motivation is a process that encourages us to do certain activities and influence our behavior, which is why it is the biggest reason why employees in organizations need to pay special attention to motivation. The more efficient human resource management activities are, the more positive the company's results will be. Every good manager should know the needs and desires of their employees so that they can achieve their satisfaction at the right time and achieve the maximum level of motivation for the job. Human resource management actually involves not only employee motivation but also communication, rewarding methods for quality work done, increased employee engagement and commitment, and collaboration that leads to the achievement of organizational goals

    U radu se analizira zdravstveni turizam u Hrvatskoj kroz nekoliko poglavlja. Područje istraživanja za potrebe rada je Republika Hrvatska kada se govori o općem pojmu turizma, te specifične lokacije kada se govori o dentalnom turizmu i estetskoj kirurgiji. Cilj ovog završnog rada je istražiti hrvatski zdravstveni turizam, te analizirati u kojem smjeru i na koji način se on razvija. Teoretska analiza pokazuje da Hrvatska svakako ima perspektivu za ostvariti veliki uspjeh u zdravstvenom turizmu. Puno stvari po pitanju istoga je već napravljeno, ali ne dovoljno. Kapacitet za razvoj je velik, no kako bi ga se iskoristilo potrebno je na prava mjesta postaviti sposobne i obrazovane ljude, one koji će znati iskoristiti svoja znanja i vještine kako bi se kapaciteti ispunili.The paper analyzes health tourism in Croatia through several chapters. The area of research for work needs is the Republic of Croatia when it comes to the general concept of tourism, and specific locations when it comes to dental tourism and cosmetic surgery. The aim of this final paper is to investigate Croatian health tourism, and to analyze in what direction and in what way it is developing. Theoretical analysis shows that Croatia certainly has the prospect of achieving great success in health tourism. A lot of things have already been done, but not enough. The capacity for development is great, but in order to use it, it is necessary to put capable and educated people in right position, those who will know how to use their knowledge and skills to fulfilled

    Tema ovoga rada je analiza, odnosno istraživanje i usporedba uvjeta stambenih kredita za stanovništvo kod sljedećih promatranih banaka u RH: Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Sberbank d.d., Zagrebačka banka d.d.. Stambeni krediti su jedan od najčešćih načina ostvarivanja stambenog pitanja, odnosno mogućnosti kupnje vlastitog stana ili kuće. Samo značenje kredita predstavlja zajam ili posudbu korisnika na dugi niz godina, stoga imaju posebnu važnost u ekonomskom i egzistencijalnom životu građana (korisnika kredita), a također i banaka koje ih plasiraju na tržište. To je i jedan od razloga njihovog porasta u društvu u zadnjih 20-ak godina. Uzrok pozitivnog rasta stambenih kredita u Hrvatskim bankama su i sve povoljniji uvjeti kreditiranja i pad kamatnih stopa. Istraživanje pokazuje da je u srpnju 2019. fiksna kamatna stopa pala na 2,91 % što je znatno smanjeno u odnosu na kraj prošle godine. Kako bi građani pronašli pristupačno rješenje za stambeno financiranje, banke su stvorile različite preduvjete za rješavanje stambenog pitanja. Upravo zbog toga je provedena komparativna analiza i vrednovanje uvjeta kreditiranja u odabranim bankama, te na temelju rezultata upućuje se na rješenja kojima bi se moglo unaprijediti postojeće stanje stambenog financiranja te razvijati konkurentnost na tržištu stambenog financiranja banaka.The main topic of this work is the analysis, that is, the research and comparison of the conditions of housing loans for households with the following observed banks in the Republic of Croatia: Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d., Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Sberbank d.d., Zagrebačka banka d.d. Housing loans are one of the most common ways of realizing a housing issue, that is, the ability to buy your own apartment or house. The very meaning of a credit represents a loan, so they are of particular importance in the economy and existential life of citizens (loan beneficiaries) and also of the banks that place them on the market. This is also one of the reasons for their growth in society over the last 20 years. The reason for the positive growth of housing loans in Croatian banks are also the increasingly favorable credit conditions and the fall in interest rates. The sresurch shows that in July 2019, the fixed interest rate dropped to 2.91%, which is a significant decrease compared to the end of last year. Banks have created different prerequisites of housing loans for citizens, so they can find affordable housing financing solutions. For this reason, a comparative analysis and evaluation of lending conditions in selected banks was carried out, and based on the results, we referred to solutions that could improve the existing state of housing financing and develop competitiveness in the housing finance market for banks
