Adaptivno numeričko modeliranje inženjerskih problema koristeći hijerarhijske Fup bazne funkcije i Izogeometrijsku analizu kontrolnih volumena : disertacija
The main objective of this thesis is to utilize the powerful approximation properties of Fup basis functions for numerical solutions of engineering problems with highly localized steep gradients while controlling spurious numerical oscillations and describing different spatial scales. The concept of isogeometric analysis (IGA) is presented as a unified framework for multiscale representation of the geometry and solution. This fundamentally high-order approach enables the description of all fields as continuous and smooth functions by using a linear combination of spline basis functions. Classical IGA usually employs Galerkin or collocation approach using B-splines or NURBS as basis functions. However, in this thesis, a third concept in the form of control volume isogeometric analysis (CV-IGA) is used with Fup basis functions which represent infinitely smooth splines. Novel hierarchical Fup (HF) basis functions is constructed, enabling a local hp-refinement such that they can replace certain basis functions at one resolution level with new basis functions at the next resolution level that have a smaller length of the compact support (h-refinement), but also higher order (p-refinement). This hp-refinement property enables spectral convergence which is significant improvement in comparison to the hierarchical truncated B-splines which enable h-refinement and polynomial convergence. Thus, in domain zones with larger gradients, the algorithm uses smaller local spatial scales, while in other region, larger spatial scales are used, controlling the numerical error by the prescribed accuracy. The efficiency and accuracy of the adaptive algorithm is verified with some classic 1D and 2D benchmark test cases with application to the engineering problems with highly localized steep gradients and advection-dominated problems.Glavni cilj ove teze je iskoristiti moćna aproksimacijska svojstva Fup baznih funkcija za numeričko modeliranje inženjerskih problema s izrazito lokaliziranim gradijentima uz kontrolu numeričkih oscilacija. Predstavljen je koncept izogeometrijske analize (IGA) kao cjeloviti pristup za višerezolucijsko modeliranje geometrije i rješenja. Pristup fundamentalno višeg reda omogućuje opis različitih polja kao kontinuiranih i glatkih funkcija koristeći linearnu kombinaciju spline baznih funkcija. Klasična IGA obično koristi Galerkinov ili kolokacijski pristup koristeći B-spline ili NURBS kao bazne funkcije. Međutim, u ovoj tezi se koristi treći koncept u obliku izogeometrijske analize kontrolnih volumena (CV-IGA) uz primjenu Fup baznih funkcija koje predstavljaju beskonačno glatke spline funkcije. Konstruirane su nove hijerarhijske Fup (HF) bazne funkcije koje omogućuju lokalno hp-poboljšanje tako da zamjenjuju određene bazne funkcije na jednom nivou novim baznim funkcijama na višem nivou gdje imaju manju duljinu kompaktnog nosača (h-poboljšanje), ali i viši red (p-poboljšanje). Svojstvo hp-poboljšanja je da omogućuje spektralnu konvergenciju što predstavlja značajan doprinos u odnosu na modificirane hijerarhijske B-splineove koji omogućavaju h-poboljšanje i polinomsku konvergenciju. Dakle, u dijelovima domene gdje su rješenja najzahtjevnija, algoritam koristi bazne funkcije višeg reda s manjim kompaktnim nosačem, dok u ostalim dijelovima koristi rjeđi raspored baznih funkcija nižeg reda kontrolirajući numeričku pogrešku s definiranom točnošću. Učinkovitost i točnost adaptivnog algoritma provjerena je na nekim od klasičnih 1D i 2D referentnih numeričkih testova

Main Design of the Residential Building in Settlement Vitrenjak, Zadar, Building 2 : Master's Thesis
U radu je prikazan glavni projekt jedne od pet stambenih zgrada koje se nalaze u naselju Vitrenjak u Zadru. Glavni projekt redmetne građevine predviđen je na građevinskoj čestici k.č. 1196/2, koja pripada katarstarskoj općini Zadar. Predmetna građevina sastoji se od pet dijelova (zgrada), ukupne katnosti od pet katova nad zemljom te ukopanom garažom koja se nalazi ispod njih, ukupne katnosti od jednog kata. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano betonskim zidovima, stupovima i armirano betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.Main design of the complex of residential buildings, which are positioned in place Vitrenjak near Omiš, is presented in this work. Main design of subject building is planned on the construction particle 1196/2, which belongs to cadaster municipality Zadar. Subject building is consist of five parts (buildings), with total number of five storeys above ground, and underground garage that is located under them, with total number of one storey. Building is made of reinforced concrete elements: walls, columns and ceiling slabs, all casting in site. The work includes technical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, control plan and quality assurance plan, calculation of the main structural elements as well as characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans

U radu je prikazan glavni projekt stambene zgrade u naselju Vitrenjak u Zadru. Predmetna građevina se sastoji od ukopane garaže, prizemlja i 3 kata te je predviđena na k.č. 1196/2, k.o. Zadar. Osnovnu nosivu konstrukciju čine armiranobetonski elementi: temeljne trake, zidovi, stupovi, visokostijeni nosači, međukatne ploče, krovne ploče te gredni nosači. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte.Main design of the residential building in settlement Vitrenjak, Zadar is represented in this work. Zadatak diplomskog rada je proračun stambeno-poslovne zidane zgrade.Provedeni su jednostavni proračuni za zgradu i klasični proračuni s obzirom da zgrada ne zadovoljava sve uvjete za jednostavan proračun. Promatraju se dilatacije i njihovo ponašanje na potresno djelovanje u odnosu na cijeli model. Napravljen je model u kojem se pratio nelinearni odgovor ploča ovisno o promjeni armature.The thesis of this graduate work is calculation of the residential–office building made of confined masonry walls. Simplified calculation and classic calculation were made for building because construction does not have all the conditions for a simplified calculation. Prema sadašnjoj verziji Eurokodova, analiza požara AB konstrukcija može se izvesti na nekoliko različitih načina koji mogu imati različite razine preciznosti i točnosti. Jedna od najprimjenjivanijih i najjednostavnijih načina su tzv. metode analize zasebnih elemenata. Metode analize zasebnih elemenata obično se odnose na metode kod kojih se razmatra samo njezin pojedinačni konstruktivni element, npr. AB stup. U ovom radu prikazan je utjecaj krutosti većeg dijela konstrukcije na varijabilno aksijalno opterećenje stupova u realnim konstrukcijama.According to the present version of Eurocodes, fire analysis of RC structures can be performed in several different ways which can have different levels of accuracy. One of the most applied and the simplest ways are the so-called member-analysis methods. Member-analysis methods usually refer to methods where, instead of the structure as a whole, we only consider its individual structural element, e.g. RC column. U okviru diplomskog rada provjerena je funkcionalnost prethodno projektiranog podmorskog isputa uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda, na različite varijante i veličine dotoka otpadne vode. Zadatak je riješen uporabom programa koji je izrađen programskim jezikom FORTRAN 95. Rezultati proračuna prikazani su grafičkim putem uz pomoć Microsoft Excela.Within the framework of the thesis, the functionality of the previously designed submarine outlet of the waste water treatment device was checked, for different variants and sizes of the waste water inflow. The task was solved using a program created in the FORTRAN 95 programming language. The calculation results were presented graphically with the help of Microsoft Excel
