    Ideja o projektu Jedriličarskog kluba istasala je s ciljem promicanja jedrenja kao sporta i načina života koji bi pružao vrhunske uvjete za treninge i natjecanja te poticao tako razvoj mladih jedriličara. Klub bi pretendirao postati sinonim za kvalitetu, sportski duh i inovaciju, predstavljajući Korčulu kao značajnu destinaciju u svijetu jedrenja. Projekt donosi shemu koja može stvoriti niz bogatih i raznolikih scenarija od interesa za jedriličarski klub, grad i krajolik. Čelična konstrukcija omogućava oblikovanje prostora namijenjenog programu, a istovremeno stvara sustav koji podržava proširenje i budući razvoj. Polazeći od natkrivenog prizemlja i njegove višestruke namjene, s prostorima programa na katovima, povezani su negrijani prostori dvostruke visine s nedodijeljenim funkcijama, čije translucentne pomične fasade puštaju ili ograničavaju sunčeve zrake i osiguravaju unutarnju klimu. Na inicijativu korisnika kluba ili posjetitelja,The idea for the Sailing Club project emerged with the aim of promoting sailing as a sport and a way of life that would provide top-notch conditions for training and competitions, thus encouraging the development of young sailors. The club would aspire to become synonymous with quality, sportsmanship, and innovation, presenting Korčula as a significant destination in the world of sailing. The project brings a scheme that can create a series of rich and diverse scenarios of interest for the sailing club, the city, and the landscape. The steel structure enables the design of the space intended for the program, while at the same time creating a system that supports expansion and future development. Starting from the covered ground floor and its multiple purposes, the program spaces on the other floors are connected by unheated double-height spaces with unassigned functions, whose translucent movable facades let in or limit the sun's rays and ensure the indoor climate. At the initiative of the club users or visitors, these spaces become a place of possible appropriations and events. The club can be adapted to new requirements and its repurposing at any time

    Seismic Analysis and Assessment of the Structural Load-bearing Capacity of the Northwestern Tower of Diocletian's Palace : Master's Thesis

    U ovom radu prikazana je seizmička analiza sjeverozapadne kule Dioklecijanove palače u Splitu. U analizi su korišteni zapisi ubrzanja tri povijesna razorna potresa: Petrovac 1979., Campano Lucano 1980. i South Island 2000. Za proračun konstrukcije primjenjen je Y2D numerički model temeljen na kombiniranoj metodi konačnih i diskretnih elemenata FEM/DEM. Rezultati provedenih analiza prikazuju dinamički odgovor konstrukcije u vremenu iz kojeg je vidljiv način pojave razvoja pukotina sve do sloma konstrukcije.This study presents a seismic analysis of the northwestern tower of Diocletian's Palace in Split. The acceleration records of three historical devastating earthquakes were used in the analysis: Petrovac 1979, Campano Lucano 1980 and South Island 2000. The Y2D numerical model based on the combined finite and discrete element method FEM/DEM was applied for the structural analysis. The results of the performed analyses show the dynamic response of the structure over time, from which the mode of crack development up to the structural failure is visible

    U radu je prikazan glavni projekt stambene građevine koja se nalazi u Splitu, predio Žnjan. Predmetna građevina je stambena građevina sa 7 stambenih jedinica na 4 nadzemne etaže, kao i garažom u podzemnoj etaži. Građevina je izvedena u armiranom betonu, sve monolitne izvedbe s armirano betonskim zidovima, stupovima i armirano betonskim pločama kao međukatnom konstrukcijom. Projekt sadrži: tehnički opis konstrukcije, opće i posebne tehničke uvjete, plan kontrole i osiguranja kvalitete, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata i karakteristične građevinske nacrte i armaturne planove.This thesis presents the main design of a residential building which is located in Split, Žnjan. The subject building is a residential building with 7 residential units on 4 above-ground floors and a garage on the underground floor. The building is made of reinforced concrete, all monolithic designs with reinforced concrete walls, columns, and slabs as a mezzanine structure. The project contains a technical description of the structure, general and particular conditions of civil engineering works, a control plan and quality assurance plan, calculations of the main structural elements, and characteristic structural plans and reinforcement plans

    Konopljin beton je relativno nov pojam u svijetu građevinarstva. Ovaj biokompozit je oblikovan od drvenog dijela stabljike konoplje (eng. Shiv) i vapna kao veziva u kombinaciji s vodom. Koristi se industrijska konoplja koja ne sadrži nedozvoljene supstance i velika odlika joj je održiva gradnja, prisutna je (pored građevinarstva) u industriji automobila, tekstila, prehrambenih namjernica, industriji biogoriva... Materijal je odlična alternativa za betonske i glinene elemente. Jednostavnog sastava, prirodan, lagan, odličan izolator (toplinski i akustični) pravi je primjer poticanja održivog razvoja. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti i najmanje pojedinosti koje se vežu uz ovaj materijal.Hempcrete is a relatively new concept in the world of construction. This biocomposite is formed from the wooden part of the hemp stem (eng. Shiv) and lime as a binder in combination with water. Industrial hemp is used, which doesn't contain illegal substances and its main feature is sustainable construction, it is present (in addition to construction) in the automotive, textile, food industry, biofuel industry... The material is an excellent alternative to concrete and clay elements. The simple composition, natural, lightweight, excellent insulator (thermal and acoustic) is a true example of encouraging sustainable development. The purpose of this paper is to investigate even the smallest details related to this material

    U ovom završnom radu proučava se način postizanja energetske učinkovitosti u zgradarstvu, što je jedno od najznačajnijih potrošača energije. Traže se različiti načini kako slijediti princip održivog razvoja i riješiti krizu energetske nestašice i zagađenja okoliša. Uz primjenu održive (zelene) gradnje i ispunjavanjem zahtjeva koji su propisani Tehničkim propisom o racionalnoj uporabi energije i toplinskoj zaštiti u zgradama, zgrade gotovo nulte energije jesu primjer pogodnog iskorištavanja pojedinih oblika energije i postojanja ekološke svijesti. Proizvodnja građevinskog materijala koja ne opterećuje okoliš, energetska učinkovitost, racionalno trošenje energenata te racionalno gospodarenje otpadom samo su neke od prednosti primjenjivanja održive gradnje. Što se tiče uvjeta za projektiranje nZEB, potrebno je držati se pravila poput pravilne orijentacije, dobre izoliranosti vanjske ovojnice, iskorištavanja i zaštite od sunca te korištenja energetski učinkovitih sustava grijanja, hlađenja i ventilacije u kombinaciji s obnovljivim izvorima energije, čime se ovaj rad i bavi.This final paper examines the way in which energy efficiency can be achieved in buildings, which are among the most important energy consumers. Different ways are sought to follow the principle of sustainable development and solve the crisis of energy scarcity and pollution. With the use of sustainable (green) construction and implementation of the requirements imposed by the Technical Regulation on the rational use of energy and thermal protection in buildings, nearly zero-energy buildings are an example of proper use of certain forms of energy and the existence of environmental awareness. The production of environmentally friendly building materials, energy efficiency, rational energy consumption and waste management are just some of the benfits of applying sustainable construction. With regard to the conditions for the design of nZEB, it is necessary to take into provisions such as correct orientation, good insulation of the outer shell, use and protection from the sun and the use of energy-efficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems in combination with renewable energy sources
