No full textNa padinama iznad doline, 2 km od obale, nalazi se jedno od dvanaest najstarijih sela otoka Brača, Dol – mjesto koje karakteriziraju kamen hrapoćuša, vino i masline. Nekoć živahno mjesto, danas broji svega 130 ljudi koji ponosno čuvaju stare zanate i tradiciju. Veliki nedostatak Dola je manjak građevina javnog karaktera te njihova prostorna nepovezanost. Stoga je cilj ovog projekta povezati kuće javne namjene – Zadrugu, Školu, Kuću Hrapoćuše i Ložu. Škola iz 19. stoljeća obnavlja se u ugostiteljski objekt te se uz nju gradi vinarija. Kuća Hrapoćuše naslanja se na interpretacijski centar koji povezuje najnižu kotu sela, odnosno ulicu Uz Potok, sa srednjovjekovnom ulicom Uz Spile. Takvim intervencijama formira se jedinstveno središte sela – kuća za 130 ljudi.On the slopes above the valley, 2 km from the coast, there is one of the twelve oldest villages on the island of Brač, Dol - a place characterized by kharapoću stone, wine, and olives. Once a lively place, today there are only 130 people who proudly preserve old crafts and traditions. A major disadvantage of Dol is the lack of public buildings and their spatial disconnection. Therefore, the goal of this project is to connect the houses of public use - the Cooperative, the School, the House of Hrapoćuše, and the Lodge. The school from the 19th century is being renovated into a restaurant and a winery is being built next to it. Hrapoćuše House adjoins the interpretation center that connects the lowest elevation of the village, Uz Potok Street, with the medieval Uz Spile Street. With such interventions, a unique center of the village is formed - a house for 130 people
