U radu je prikazan statički proračun poslovne zgrade. Poslovna zgrada sastoji se od prizemlja, četiri etaže i ravnog krova. Nosiva konstrukcija građevine izvedena je od armiranog betona. Projekt sadrži tehnički opis, proračun nosivih konstrukcijskih elemenata te karakteristične građevinske nacrte.The static design of business building is presented in this work. U ovom radu analizirano je ponašanje suho zidane konstrukcije izložene seizmičkom djelovanju primjenom numeričkog modela Y2D koji se temelji na Kombiniranoj metodi konačno-diskretnih elemenata. Kao pobuda korišten je zapis potresa u Petrovcu (Crna Gora) iz 1979. godine. Analiziran je utjecaj veličine blokova te način oslanjanja suho zidanog tornja na seizmički odgovor konstrukcije.In this study, dry-stone construction behavior when exposed to seismic activity has been analyzed. Analysis has been done using Y2D code based on the Combined finite-discrete element method. A record of the Petrovac (Montenegro) 1979 earthquake has been used as input. Block size and type of support of dry-stone constructed tower with respect to the seismic response of construction have been analyzed
Pervious Concrete Reinforced with Recycled Textile Fibers : Master's Thesis
Glavna uloga propusnih betona je propuštanje vode s betonske površine u donje slojeve, sprečavanje površinskog otjecanja i efikasnije dimenzioniranje sustava odvodnje oborina. Glavni cilj ovog istraživanja je pronaći mješavinu propusnog betona koja ima zadovoljavajuću propusnost ali i čvrstoću, te ispitati utjecaj dodavanja recikliranih pamučnih vlakana na svojstva betona. Napravljeno je osam različitih mješavina koje su se međusobno razlikovale po sadržaja pojedine frakcije agregata, te prisutnosti tekstilnih vlakana. Sve mješavine su se ugrađivale na jednak način. Svojstva mješavina su ispitana u svježem stanju metodom oblikovanja kuglice i metodom slijeganja. Svojstva mješavina u očvrslom stanju ispitana su na tlačnu čvrstoću, savojnu čvrstoću, poroznost i propusnost.The main role of pervious concrete is the leakage of water from the concrete surface into the lower layers, prevention of surface run-off and more efficient sizing of the precipitation drainage system. The main goal of this research is to find a mixture of pervious concrete that has satisfactory permeability but also strength, and to examine the impact of adding recycled cotton fibers on the properties of concrete. Eight different mixtures were made, which differed in the content of each aggregate fraction and the presence of textile fibers. All mixtures were compacted in the same way. The properties of the mixtures were tested in the fresh state by the stable ball forming method and the slump test. The properties of mixtures in the hardened state were tested for compressive strength, flexural strength, porosity and permeability

Za obrambeni suho zidani toranj Arquà koji se nalazi u pokrajini Rovigo, izvršene su analize ponašanja konstrukcije pod utjecajem seizmičkih sila. Za analizu je korišten numerički model Y2D, temeljen na kombiniranoj metodi konačno-diskretnih elemenata. Podloga seizmičkih zapisa uzeta je na temelju stvarnog potresnog događaja u Petrovcu 1979. godine. U radu je prikazano kako veličina blokova i način oslanjanja zidanog tornja utječu na ponašanje konstrukcije pod seizmičkim djelovanjem.For the defensive dry-stone tower of Arquà, located in the province of Rovigo, analyses of the structure's behavior under seismic forces were conducted. The analyses utilized the numerical model Y2D, based on the combined method of finite-discrete elements. The seismic data foundation was obtained from an actual seismic event in Petrovac in 1979. The study demonstrates how the size of blocks and the manner in which the stone tower is supported influence the structure's response to seismic actions

U ovom radu prikazana je primjena razvijenog numeričkog modela s ciljem analize ponašanja građevinske konstrukcije pod djelovanjem potresa. Za potrebe istraživanja uzet je u obzir značajan potresni događaj koji se desio 1979. godine u mjestu Petrovac, smještenom u Crnoj Gori. Istraživanje je usmjereno na temeljitu analizu suhozidane konstrukcije. Analitički proračuni temelje se na primjeni kombinirane metode konačno-diskretnih elemenata. Kroz provedeno istraživanje dobiveni su rezultati koji prikazuju krajnja stanja konstrukcije, uključujući fazu potpunog kolapsa.This study presents the application of a developed numerical model aimed at analyzing the behavior of a building structure under the influence of an earthquake. For the purpose of this research, a significant seismic event that occurred in 1979 in Petrovac, located in Montenegro, has been taken into consideration. The research is focused on an in-depth analysis of dry-stone masonry construction. Analytical calculations are based on the application of a combined finite-discrete element method. Through the conducted research, results have been obtained that depict the ultimate states of the construction, including the phase of complete collapse

Structural Analysis of Earthquake-resistant Structures According to the Second Generation of the Eurocode and Comparison with the Existing EN 1998-1: 2004 with Application to RC Frame Building : Master's Thesis
Na primjeru armiranobetonske okvirne zgrade sagledane su osnovne razlike u proračunu potresno otpornih konstrukcija prema drugoj generaciji Eurokoda 8 u odnosu na postojeću normu EN 1998-1: 2004. Provedena je komparativna studija u skladu s postojećim i budućim normama kako bi se analiziralo sve karakteristike proračuna i dobivenih rezultata. Konačni rezultati su izraženi kroz usporedni odnos u postotcima. Rad je napisan kako bi se pred izlazak nove generacije normi uputilo na sve razlike, stvorila mogućnost detektiranja mogućih manjkavosti i stekao uvid u proračunske sile i potrebne količine armature prema novim normama u odnosu na trenutno važeće.In the example of a reinforced concrete frame building, the basic differences in the calculation of earthquake-resistant structures according to the second generation of Eurocode 8 compared to the existing norm EN 1998-1: 2004 were reviewed. A comparative study was conducted in accordance with the existing and future norms in order to analyze all the characteristics of the calculation and obtain results. The final results are expressed through a comparative ratio in percentages. The paper was written in order to point out all the differences before the release of the new generation of norms, to create the possibility of detecting possible deficiencies, and to gain insight into the calculated forces and required reinforcement according to the new norms compared to the currently valid ones
