    Zračni promet kao prometna grana bilježi sve veći rast broja putnika što je rezultiralo velikim tehnološkim i tehničkim razvojem. Zračni prijevoznici kako bi što više zarađivali te bili konkurentni na tržištu ulažu velike svote novca radi unapređenja poslovanja. Ulaganje zračnih prijevoznika zahtjeva dobro promišljanje zbog kompleksnosti zračnog prometa te je bitno pogoditi balans između profita i sigurnosti. ICAO kao organizacija regulacije zračnog prometa na globalnoj razini, prepoznala je sigurnost kao esencijalnu stavku u provedbi zrakoplovnih operacija te je izdala Aneks 19 pod nazivom Upravljanje sigurnošću. Promocija sigurnosti igra najvažniju ulogu koja ima zadatak buđenja svijesti o sigurnosti koja će navesti sudionike zračnog prometa da sigurnost postane najučinkovitiji i najprofitabilniji način poslovanja.Air traffic as a transport branch has seen an increase in passenger numbers, resulting in major technological and technical developments. Airlines invest large sums of money to improve their business in order to make as much money as possible and to be competitive in the market. Airline investment requires good deliberation due to air traffic complexity and it is important to find the right balance between profit and safety. ICAO, as an organization of air traffic regulation globally, recognized safety as an essential in the implementation of aviation operations and issued Annex 19 called Safety Management. The promotion of safety haves most important role which has the task of awakening safety awareness that will lead air traffic participants to make safety the most efficient and profitable way to do business

    Analizom prometnih nesreća u Republici Hrvatskoj, uočen je velik udio prometnih nesreća s teškim i fatalnim posljedicama, a koje su se dogodile u oštrim zavojima. Iz tog razloga potrebno je podignuti njihovu razinu sigurnosti, a jedno od učinkovitijih i troškovno najprihvatljivijih rješenja za podizanje razine sigurnosti je primjena odgovarajuće prometne signalizacije i opreme. Za potrebe izrade ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje na Zavodu za prometnu signalizaciju, Fakulteta prometnih znanosti Sveučilišta u Zagrebu kojim se ispitivao utjecaj boje na pločama za označavanje oštrih zavoja, u cilju pronalaska optimalnog dizajna tih ploča. Ispitano je pet različitih kombinacija boja, sa ukupno 60 ispitanika, te su prikupljeni podaci o brzini vožnje i lateralnom pomaku kroz četiri mjerne točke. Statističkom analizom pomoću ANOVA -e ponovljenih mjerenja utvrđeno je da dizajn znaka ima statistički značajan utjecaj na smanjenje brzine vožnje, gdje su brzina i lateralni pomak u zavojima označenim kombinacijom fluorescentna podloga – crvena strelica bila najmanji.The analysis of traffic accidents in the Republic of Croatia showed a large proportion of traffic accidents with severe and fatal consequences, which occurred in sharp curves . For this reason, it is necessary to raise their level of safety, and one of the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for raising the level of safety is the use of appropriate traffic signals and equipment. For the purposes of this paper, a study was conducted at the Department of Traffic Signalization, Faculty of Traffic Sciences, University of Zagreb, which examined the influence of color on chevron road signs, in order to find the optimal design of these signs. Five different color combinations were examined, with a total of 60 subjects, and data on driving speed and lateral displacement through four measuring points were collected. Statistical analysis using repeated measures ANOVA showed that the sign design had a statistically significant effect on the reduction of driving speed, where the speed and lateral displacement in sharp curves marked by a combination of fluorescent background - red arrow was the smallest

    U radu je analiziran utjecaj informatičkih tehnologija u otpremi putnika u zračnom prometu. Poseban naglasak je na primjeni i primjerima informatičkih tehnologija prilikom otpreme putnika u zračnom prometu. Osim toga, navedene su i podrške IATA-e u standardizaciji primjene IT tehnologija. Obrađene su također mogućnosti i izazovi primjene informatičkih tehnologija u zračnom prometu. Navedene su i općenite značajke otpreme putnika i prtljage u zračnom prometu.This paper analyzes the influence of the use of information technologies during the process of boarding an aircraft. Special emphasis was placed on the application and examples of IT technologies when handling air passengers. In addition, IATA's support in standardizing the use of IT technology is also listed. The possibilities and challenges of the use of IT technologies in air transport have also been addressed. General features of air passenger and baggage handling departure procedures are also listed

    Traditional Airlines' Stopover Programs

    Ovim završnim radom opisani su stopover programi tradicionalnih zračnih prijevoznika. Zračni promet uveliko je imao utjecaj na razvoj turizma, kao što je i turizam imao značajan utjecaj na razvoj cjelokupnog zračnog prometa. Pojedini tradicionalni zračni prijevoznici uvođenjem stopover programa, kako bi povećali broj prevezenih putnika i time povećali vlastiti doprinos, željeli su omogućiti putnicima da za istu ili manju cijenu karte do odredišne zračne luke, posjete i neku od stopover destinacija koja se može naći u ponudi. Jedna od prvih zrakoplovnih kompanija koja je pokrenula stopover program je Icelandair, koja ujedno nudi besplatan stopover program, što je dovelo do zainteresiranosti velikog broja ljudi. U radu je opisano i istraživanje koje se odnosi na tri obilježja privlačnosti međudestinacija, kao i najtraženiji stopover programi tradicionalnih zračnih prijevoznika.Final paper is describing traditional airlines’ stopover programs. Air transport has greatly influenced on the development of tourism, just as tourism has had a significant impact on the development of overall air transport. Some traditional airlines, by introducing a stopover program, in order to increase the number of transported passengers and thus increase their own contribution, wanted to allow passengers to visit one of the offered stopover destinations for the same or lower tickets price. One of the first airlines to launch a stopper program is Icelandair, which also offers a free stopover program, which has led to the interest of a large number of people. Further, reasearch relating to three characteristics of stopover destination attractiveness as well as the most wanted traditional airlines’ stopover programs are given

    Analysis of Vehicle - Pedestrian collisions in the City of Zagreb

    Nesreće se u prometnom sustavu događaju svakodnevno, porastom stupnja motorizacije raste i rizik od nastanka prometnih nesreća. U urbanim sredinama gdje je velik protok cestovnih vozila, pješaka, biciklista, tramvaja i drugih prijevoznih sredstava, postoji velika mogućnost nastanka prometne nesreće. Kako bi se identificirala opasna mjesta u Gradu Zagrebu korišteni su podaci o prometnim nesrećama naleta na pješaka koji su prikupljeni od strane Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske. Opasna mjesta identificirana su obradom podataka o prometnim nesrećama pomoću programskih alata QGIS i Microsoft Excell te su izneseni prijedlozi mjera poboljšanja stanja sigurnosti pješačkog prometa.Accidents in the traffic system occur on a daily basis, and as the degree of motorization increases, so does the risk of accidents. In urban areas where there is a large flow of road vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, trams and other means of transport, there is a high possibility of a traffic accident. In order to identify dangerous places in the City of Zagreb, data of traffic accidents with pedestrian collisions collected by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia were used. Dangerous places were identified by processing data of traffic accidents using the software tools QGIS and Microsoft Excell, and proposals for measures to improve the safety of pedestrian traffic were presented

    Održavanje vozila osnovni je preduvjet redovnom izvršenju radnih zadaća svakog voznog parka, naime adekvatnim održavanjem vozila raspoloživost vozila se održava na razini koja zadovoljava potrebe izlaza vozila na dnevne zadaće i samim time osigurava kako tehničku, tako i ekenomsku funkcionalnost prijevozničke tvrtke. U ovom radu obrađeni su pokazatelji pouzdanosti tehničkih sredstava, te koncepcije i modeli održavanja, s naglaskom na održavanje voznih parkova teretnih vozila.u poslijednjem poglavlju prikazana je studija slučaja na primjeru prijevozničke tvrtke Maritim Bašić d.o.o. iz imotskog, specijalizirane za izvanredne prijevoze roba.Vehicle maintenance is a basic prerequisite for regular performance of work tasks of each fleet, namely adequate vehicle maintenance maintains vehicle availability at a level that meets the needs of the vehicle to daily tasks and thus ensures both technical and economic functionality of the transport company.     Risk Assessment for Traffic Incident Management Systems

    Tema ovog diplomskog rada je Procjena rizika za sustave upravljanja incidentnim situacijama u prometu. Analiza troškova i koristi je metodološki postupak koji je uključen u svaki projekt, a jedan od temeljnih djelova koji treba biti uključen u analizu troškova i koristi je procjena rizika. U diplomskom radu biti će razrađena i definirana procjena rizika, te njezin prilagođen metodološki postupak na koji način se provodi. Procjenu rizika biti će prikazana i na primjerima, te opisana kroz preporučene korake koji su potrebni za procjenu rizika. Također će biti izrađena analiza slučaja procjene rizika za sustav upravljanja incidentnim situacijama u prometu. Rezultati istraživanja dati će opće pisanu metodologiju procjene rizika, te će se pobliže objasniti prijedlog prilagođene metodologije sustava upravljanja incidentnim situacijama u prometu.The theme of this graduate thesis is Risk Assessment for Traffic Incident Management Systems. Cost-benefit analysis is a methodological process involved in each project, and one of the fundamental parts to be included in a cost-benefit analysis is risk assessment. In the diploma thesis, the risk assessment will be elaborated and defined, as well as its adapted methodological procedure in the way it is carried out. The risk assessment will also be presented on examples, and described through the recommended steps required for risk asseswsment. A case analysis of the risk assessment for the traffic incident management system will also be made. The results of the research will provide a generally written methodology for risk assessment, and a proposal for an adapted methodology for traffic incident management systems will be explained in more detail

    Microscopic Traffic Model Calibration Using the Genetic Algorithm

    Primjena prometnih modela u današnje vrijeme je postala učestala praksa, a sve češće i poželjna prije bilo kakve implementacije novog prometnog rješenja na terenu, te naknadnog testiranja. Izgradnja dodatne prometne infrastrukture ili bilo kojeg skupog infrastrukturnog zahvata, bez prethodne simulacije budućeg prometnog rješenja može se smatrati arhaičnim i neefikasnim pristupom. Uzimajući u obzir konstantno povećanje zahtjeva cestovnog prometa i nemogućnost predvidanja optimalnog iskorištavanja trenutačnih i budućih kapaciteta. Uz pomoć inteligentnih transportnih sustava se prikupljaju vrijednosti parametara s terena, koji se koriste za umjeravanje prometnog modela. Razvoj računalnih tehnologija i aplikacija su omogućili upotrebu složenih alogritama, poput genetskog algoritma, koji je korišten u ovom radu, prilikom umjeravanja prometnih simulacijskih modela. Točnije, genetski algoritam je korišten za umjeravanje prometnog toka svakog pojedinog privoza unutar raskrižja, a za to je korišten PTV VISSIM simulacijski program unutar kojeg se vršila simulacija, povezana s programskim jezikom Python putem COM veze. Umjeravanje je uspjelo po ciklusu od jednog sata optimizirati prometni tok, ovisno koliko se razlikuju ulazne vrijednosti od izlaznih prometnih tokova odabranog izoliranog raskrižja, koje bi trebale biti približno iste ili iste. Kod umjeravanja modela u ciklusu od 24 sata, umjeravanje simulacije je ovisilo o omjeru ulaznih i izlaznih vrijednosti vozila za svaki pojedini sat. Strojno učenje koristeći genetski algoritam je trajalo u periodu od par sati za jedan sat, do četiri dana za period od 24 sata. Kod perioda od 24 sata, svaki veći omjer broja vozila za pojedini sat, za svaki privoz može rezultirati neprihvatljivim vrijednostima funkcije dobrote, što na kraju generira lošija rješenja. Prilikom manjeg volumena prometnog toka po privozu i kraćih ciklusa, poput jednog sata, modul genetskog algoritma generira optimalna rješenja za taj ciklus, u odnosu za period od cijelog dana, gdje koeficijenti privoza odstupaju izvan granica prihvatljivih okvira.Application of traffic models nowadays has become a common practice, and is preferable before any implementation of new traffic solutions on the field, and subsequent testing. The construction of additional transport infrastructure or any expensive infrastructure intervention, without prior simulation of a future transport solution can be considered and archaic and inefficient approach. Taking into account the constant increase of road traffic demands, the impossibility of predicting the optimal use of current and future capacities. With the help of intelligent transport systems, the values of parameters from the terrain are collected, which are then used to calibrate the traffic model. The development of computer technologies and applications has enabled the use of complex algorithms while calibrating traffic simulation models. Genetic algorithm is used in this master’s thesis to calibrate the traffic flow of each individual approach within the intersection, and for this, PTV VISSIM simulation program was used. Within VISSIM the simulation was performed, associated with Python programming language via COM connection. The calibration was able to optimize the traffic flow in one hour interval, depending on how different the input values are from the output traffic flows of the selected isolated intersection, which should be approximately the same. When calibrating the model in a 24-hour cycle, the calibration of the simulation depended on the ratio of vehicle input and output values, for each individual hour. Initiated machine learning using a genetic algorithm lasted for a couple of hours, for an one hour simulation, to four days for an 24-hour simulation. Within a period of 24 hours, any higher ratio of vehicle numbers per hour, for each approach can result in a unacceptable values for the fitness function, which ultimately generated poorer solutions. With a smaller volume of traffic flow per approach and shorter cycles, such as one hour, the genetic algorithm module generates optimal solutions, compared to the period for the the whole day, where the coefficients for every approach deviated beyond acceptable limits

    SalesForce as a Development Platform in e-Business Environment

    Salesforce platforma omogućava korisnicima efikasnije izvođenje poslovnih procesa, ponajviše u području Customer Relationship Management-a. Kao jedan od ključnih dijelova elektroničkog poslovanja, može biti korištena u raznim modelima poslovanja. Za potrebe ovog rada, analizirane su mogućnosti Salesforce platforme u svrhu definiranja prijedloga elektroničkog poslovanja temeljenog na navedenoj platformi. Razrađeni su standardni i prilagođeni objekti te načini na koji se oni povezuju u svrhu što bolje prezentacije informacija krajnjim korisnicima. S aspekta sigurnosti informacija na Salesforce platformi, analizirana je svrha profila i uloga. Detaljno su opisani automatizirani procesi koji osiguravaju efikasnost poslovanja te smanjenje ljudske pogreške. Na temelju obrađenih informacija, predložen je Business to Customer model elektroničkog poslovanja koji se temelji na Salesforce platformi. Istraženi su budući trendovi koje Salesforce donosi zajedno s elektroničkom trgovinom. :The Salesforce platform enables users to perform business processes more efficiently, especially in the area of Customer Relationship Management. As one of the key parts of e-Business it can be used in various business models. For the purpose of this paper, the capabilities of the Salesforce platform are analyzed in order to define e-Business proposal based on the Salesforce platform. Standard and custom objects and their possible relationships are investigated in order to better present the information to end users. From the aspect of data security on Salesforce, the purpose of profile and roles have been analyzed. Automated processes that ensure the business efficiency and reduce the human error are described in detail. Based on the processed data, a proposition of Business to Customer model based on Salesforce platform was proposed. The future trends that Salesforce brings ogether with e-Commerce have been explored

    The Impact of Air Traffic Control on the Completion of Scheduled Training Flight

    Trenažni rutni letovi VFR zrakoplova obavljaju se u zračnom prostoru koji je pod nadzorom kontrole leta. Prioritet svakog kontrolora je sigurnost i neometan tok zrakoplova za koje je zadužen. Za osiguranje tih prioriteta, kontrolor koristi odobrenja i upute koje mogu utjecati na provedbu trenažnih letova zrakoplova. To dovodi do mogućih promjena na ruti, udaljenosti i vremenu trajanja leta. Provedeno je istraživanje kako bi se odredila količina, razlozi i načini utjecaja kontrole leta na pokazatelje učinkovitosti leta. Podaci su analizirani i predstavljeni kako bi se odredio utjecaj kontrole leta na provedbu trenažnog leta zrakoplova.VFR training flights are conducted in controlled airspace. Every controllers´ priority is safe and orderly flow of traffic which he works with. To ensure those priorities, controller uses clearances and orders which can impact completion of training flights. It leads to possible changes on route of flight, distance flown and flight time. A survey was conducted to determine the amount, reasons and manner of air traffic control impact on the flight efficiency indicators. Data was analized and shown to determine overall impact of air traffic control on completion of scheduled training flight
