    Korištenje mobilnih aplikacija postala je rutina i neophodna potreba svakog korisnika te razvoj i rast aplikacija se iz dana u dan povećava. Svrha ovog rada je osvijestiti korisnike da obrate pozornost na uvjete korištenja aplikacija prilikom same instalacije. Rad se temelji na statističkim podacima koji prikazuju porast broja korisnika na globalnoj razini najkorištenijih društvenih mreža. Korisnici većinu svog vremena provode na društvenim mrežama i tako odaju više informacija o sebi. Neke tvrtke, poput Facebooka, posjeduju više aplikacija i kako bi pružili što bolji sadržaj, svi podaci se dijele međusobno. Osim što koriste podatke u vlastite svrhe, također aplikacije dijele osobne podatke sa trećim stranama. Većina država ima propisane zakone koji postavljaju uvjete koje podatke aplikacije mogu prikupljati te zajedno sa zaštitom operativnog sustava, korisnici su barem jednim dijelom zaštićeni. Prije instaliranja aplikacija, korisnici trebaju obratiti pozornost na aplikacije koje instaliraju i koje podatke uzimaju od njih.The use of mobile applications has become a routine and a necessary need of every user, and the development and growth of applications is increasing day by day. The purpose of this thesis is to make users aware of the conditions of use of applications during installation. The thesis is based on statistical data showing the increase in the number of users globally of the most used social networks. Users spend most of their time on social media and, on that way, reveal more informations about themselves. Some companies, like Facebook, own multiple applications and in order to provide the best possible content, all the data is shared mutually. In addition to using the data for their own purposes, the applications also share personal data with third parties. Most states have prescribed laws that set the conditions about which data applications can collect, and thus, along with operating system protection, users are at least partially protected. Before installing applications, users should pay attention to the applications they install and what data they take from them

    S obzirom da računalstvo u oblaku predstavlja novu tehnologiju u nastajanju koja će značajno promijeniti područje informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija i voditi ga u sljedećim desetljećima, cilj ovog završnog rada je pregled pružatelja usluga računalstva u oblaku primjenjivih za obradu prometnih podataka. U svijetu je trenutno dostupno više od 33 tisuće pružatelja raznih usluga računalstva u oblaku stoga je odabir platforme koja će kvalitetno zadovoljiti zahtjeve klijenata od velike važnosti, a svodi se i ovisi o pojedinačnim preferencijama ili potrebama klijenata. Nakon detaljnog prikaza platformi, koje nude usluge računalstva u oblaku, u ovom završnom radu prikazan je primjer primjene i obrade prometnih podataka koristeći program Power BI platforme Microsoft Azure koja se pokazala itekako prikladnom za grupiranje i vizualizaciju istih.Given that cloud computing is a new emerging technology that will significantly change the field of information-communication technologies and guide it in the coming decades, the aim of this thesis is to review cloud computing service providers applicable to traffic data processing. There are currently more than 33,000 providers of various cloud computing services available worldwide, thus, choosing a platform that will meet customer requirements is of significant importance, and it comes down to individual preferences or customer needs. After a detailed overview of platforms offering cloud computing services, this thesis presents an example of the application and processing of traffic data using the Power BI program of the Microsoft Azure platform, which proved to be very suitable for grouping and visualizing traffic data

    Prometne nesreće i njihove posljedice su osnovni pokazatelji kod analize sigurnosti cestovnog prometa. Za grad Glinu provedena je analiza prometnih nesreća na temelju prikupljenih podataka od strane Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova. Analizom je utvrđeno da postoje dva raskrižja s većim brojem prometnim nesrećama. Uz dva navedena raskrižja u analizi postojećeg stanja analizirano je još jedno raskrižje kod kojeg nema prometnih nesreća ali je na njemu uveliko smanjena sigurnost. Na temelju analize predložena su idejana prometna rješenja za karakteristična raskrižja koja bi povećala sigurnost odvijanja cestovnog prometa u gradu Glini.Traffic accidents and their consequences are basic indicators in the analysis of road safety. For the city of Glina, an analysis of traffic accidents was conducted based on data collected by the Ministry of the Interior presented in the software tool Microsoft Office Excel. The analysis determined that there are two intersections with a larger number of traffic accidents. In addition to the two intersections mentioned in the analysis of the current situation, another intersection was analyzed where there are no traffic accidents, but safety is greatly reduced. Based on the analysis, conceptual traffic solutions for characteristic intersections have been proposed that would increase the safety of road traffic in the town of Glina

    Intermodalni prijevoz robe označuje kretanje robe nizom različitih načina prijevoza bez rukovanja teretom kad se mijenjaju načini prijevoza. Intermodalni način prijevoza robe praktičniji je zbog sve većeg obujma trgovine te je jeftiniji i ekološki prihvatljiviji. U ovom radu prikazani su općeniti poslovi špeditera, prednosti i nedostatci intermodalnog prijevoza, uloga špeditera u organizaciji takvog prijevoza te praktični prikaz organizacije intermodalnog prijevoza robe.Intermodal transport of goods means the movement of goods through a series of different modes of transport without handling cargo when modes of transport change. The intermodal mode of transport of goods is more practical due to the increasing volume of trade and is cheaper and more environmentally friendly. This paper presents the general business of freight forwarders, the advantages and disadvantages of intermodal transport, the role of freight forwarders in the organization of such transport and a practical presentation of the organization of intermodal transport of goods

    U radu se analiziraju razlike između mjesnog i centraliziranog načina upravljanja željezničkim prometom i njihov utjecaj na njegovu učinkovitosti. Provedena je analiza postojećeg stanja sustava za osiguranje i reguliranje željezničkog prometa u kolodvorima i na međukolodvorskim odsjecima na dionici pruge Zagreb Klara – Sisak te su utvrđeni nedostaci takvog upravljanja prometom. Na temelju rezultata analize, predložene su mjere koje bi trebale omogućiti kvalitetnije uvođenje centraliziranog upravljanja prometom na promatranoj pružnoj dionici.The work analyses the differences between a station based local and centralized method of railway traffic control and their impact on its efficiency. An analysis of the system for train and traffic control in stations and at inter-station sections on the railway line section Zagreb Klara - Sisak was performed and shortcomings of such traffic control method where identified. Based on the results of the analysis, measures that should enable a better introduction of centralized traffic control on the observed railway section have been proposed

    Na temelju terenskog istraživanja analizirano je postojeće stanje organizacije i regulacije prometnih tokova na području Gornjeg Grada. Navedene su osnovne smjernice iz generalnog urbanističkog plana Grada Zagreba, a koje se odnose na područje Gornjeg Grada. Analizom odvijanja prometnih tokova kroz područje obuhvata utvrđen je način organizacije i regulacije za čitavo područje, a samim time i osnovni nedostaci postojećeg stanja. Prijedlogom poboljšanja se upravo ti nedostaci uz ispunjenje drugih zahtjeva koje područje Gornjeg Grada pruža teže optimizirati. Simulacijom uz pomoć simulacijskog alata PTV Vissim prikazan je odnos odvijanja prometnih tokova između postojećeg stanja i prijedloga poboljšanja odnosno što se događa s odvijanjem prometnih tokova u cestovnoj mreži Gornjeg Grada implementacijom prijedloga poboljšanja.On the basis of field research, the existing state of organization and regulation of traffic flows in the Gornji Grad area has been analysed. Basic guidelines from the General Urban Plan of the City of Zagreb, which relate to the Gornji Grad area, are presented. With the analysis of the traffic flows through the coverage area, the method of organisation and regulation for the whole area has been determined, and therefore the basic deficiencies of the existing situation. The proposal for improvement strive to optimise that deficiencies with fulfillment other requirements that the Gornji Grad area provides. Simulation with PTV Vissim simulation tool shows the relation in developments of traffic flows between the existing situation and improvement proposals, i.e. what happens to traffic flows in the Gornji Grad road network through implementation of improvement proposals

    Jedan od primarnih problema prometa u gradskim naseljima je parkiranje vozila u mirovanju, s obzirom na to da broj osobnih vozila konstantno raste. Prijašnja istraživanja utvrdila su da se osobno vozilo dnevno koristi jedan do dva sata, odnosno 22 sata vozilo provodi u mirovanju. Iz navedenog je uočljivo zašto je od velike važnosti kvalitetno riješiti problem smještanja vozila kada se ona ne koriste. Završnim radom je analizirana ponuda i potražnja parkirališnih mjesta unutar naselja Vrbik u Zagrebu. Za dobivanje korisnih podataka koristile su se analiza popunjenosti parkirališnih kapaciteta tijekom dana i analiza koeficijenata izmjene parkirališnih površina tijekom dana. Na bazi dobivenih podataka dati su prijedlozi mjera poboljšanja sustava parkiranja u zoni obuhvata.One of the primary traffic problems in urban areas is parking of vehicles that are not in use, given that the number of personal vehicles is constantly growing. Previous research has found that a personal vehicle is used one to two hours a day, which means that it's spending 22 hours at rest. It is obvious why it is of great importance to solve the problem of parking the vehicles when they are not in use. The final study analyzes the supply and demand of parking spaces within the settlement of Vrbik in Zagreb. To obtain useful data, the analysis of the occupancy of parking capacities during the day and the analysis of the coefficients of change of parking areas during the day were used. Based on the obtained data, proposals for measures to improve the parking system in the coverage area are given

    The Effect of Covid-19 Pandemic on the Noise Exposure of Population in the Vicinity of Split Airport

    Rastom svjetske populacije i prihoda povećava se potražnja za zračnim prijevozom što u konačnici rezultira povećanjem zrakoplovnih emisija. Glavni utjecaji na okoliš u zrakoplovstvu su: buka zrakoplova, emisija plinova zrakoplovnih motora te onečišćenje zemlje i vode u zračnim lukama. Donošenjem propisa i regulativa nastoji se smanjiti negativan utjecaj buke zrakoplova na okoliš i na stanovništvo. S obzirom da se 2020. godine pojavila pandemija COVID-19, zračni promet doživio je veliki krah. Izradom karata buke za vršni dan 2019. i 2020. godine prikazuje se pad zračnog prometa što u konačnici rezultira manjom emisijom buke zrakoplova. U ovom diplomskom radu analiziran je učinak pandemije COVID-19 na izloženost stanovništva buci u okolici Zračne luke Split. Broj jako ugroženih stanovnika tijekom dana za vršni dan 2020. godine smanjio se za 14,7%, dok se broj jako ugroženih stanovnika tijekom noći smanjio za 62,3% u odnosu na vršni dan 2019. godine.World population growth and revenues are increasing with the demand for air transport which ultimately results in an increase in air emissions. The main environmental impacts in aviation are: aircraft noise, aircraft engine emissions, and soil and water pollution at airports. The adoption of rules and regulations seeks to reduce the negative impact of aircraft noise on the environment and the population. Since the COVID-19 pandemic broke out in 2020, air traffic has experienced a major crash. The development of noise maps for the peak day in 2019 and 2020 shows the decline in air traffic, which ultimately results in lower noise emissions from aircraft. In this thesis, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the exposure of the population to aircraft noise in the vicinity of Split Airport is analyzed. The number of highly annoyed people during the peak day in 2020 decreased by 14.7%, while the number of highly sleep-disturbed people decreased by 62.3% compared to the peak day in 2019

    Zračne luke od velike su socijalne i ekonomske važnosti za svaku državu, no porastom zračnog prometa njihov negativan utjecaj na okoliš i stanovništvo sve više raste. Upravo zbog toga, zračne luke sve češće postaju predmet konflikata između korisnika zračnog prostora, operatora aerodroma te gradova i ljudi u okolici zračnih luka. Jedan od problema s kojim se avijacija danas susreće je buka zrakoplova. Organizacije rade na različitim regulacijama, tehničkim ograničenjima i operativnim procedurama kako bi se negativan utjecaj buke smanjio. U ovom radu modelirana je buka zrakoplova oko zračne luke Split, te je kao jedan od načina smanjenja buke analiziran utjecaj primjene procedura za smanjenje buke. Rezultati su pokazali da se primjenom procedura za smanjenje buke površina karte buke poveća za 5% do 6% dok se broj stanovnika veoma ugrožen bukom smanji za 13,6% do 15%.Airports are of crucial social and economic importance for every country, but with the increase in air traffic the negative impact on the environment and population is growing. Precisely because of this, airports are increasingly becoming the subject of conflicts between airspace users, airport operators, cities, and people in the vicinity of airports. One of the problems that aviation still faces today is aircraft noise. Organizations work on various regulations, technical constraints and operational procedures to reduce this impact. In this thesis, aircraft noise around Split Airport was modeled, and as one of the ways to reduce noise, the impact of the noise abatement procedures implementation was analyzed. The results have shown that by implementing noise abatement procedures, noise contours are increased by 5% to 6%, while population highly annoyed by noise is decreased by 13,6% to 15%

    Distribution of the charging stations for electric vehicles in the Republic of Croatia

    Posljednjih godina električna vozila su sve zastupljenija u svijetu. Razlog tome su razne inicijative za očuvanje okoliša i smanjenjem emisije stakleničkih plinova koje su usmjerene k održivoj mobilnosti. U tom smjeru je izrađen Plan održive mobilnosti. Zahvaljujući inicijativi nulte emisije štetnih plinova formalizirane kroz Plan Održive Urbane Mobilnosti (POUM). POUM se temelji na promociji korištenja električnih vozila u svrhu ostvarivanja sljedećih ciljeva: smanjenje emisije stakleničkih plinova, korištenje javnog gradskog prijevoza, promoviranje zdravijeg načina života, primjena novih tehnologija u cilju povećanja sigurnosti u održivim gradovima i njihovoj prometnoj mreži. Električna vozila zahtijevaju odgovarajuću infrastrukturu, odnosno punionice za električna vozila. U RH je trenutno 310 punionica za električna vozila koje su dostupna za sve korisnike električnih vozila. Njihova ravnomjerna rasprostranjenost po teritoriju države je jako važna kako bi se ostvarilo zadovoljstvo korisnika električnih vozila i povećao njihov udio na razini države. Istraživanje predstavljeno u radu analizira udio i rasprostranjenost punionica za električna vozila na razini područja i važnih dionica u RH. Također, u analizi su korištene metode za analizu podataka: varijanca i klasterizacija. Pomoću ovih metoda dobit će se uvid u koncentraciju i rasprostranjenost punionica na razini države te u kojima su područjima nedovoljno zastupljena. Informacije o lokacijama i ključnim karakteristikama dobiveni su putem internet stranica pružatelja usluge: puni.hr i hep.hr.In recent years, electric vehicles have become more common in the world. Reasons are various initiatives to preserve the environment and reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions that are aimed at sustainable mobility. Because of that EU made Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan (SUMP). Thanks to the zero-emission initiative formalized through the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan. SUMP is based on the promotion of the use of electric vehicles to achieve the following goals: reducing greenhouse gas emissions, using public transport, promoting healthier lifestyles, applying new technologies to increase safety in sustainable cities and their transport network. Electric vehicles require appropriate infrastructure, which are charging stations for electric vehicles. There are currently 310 charging stations for electric vehicles in the Republic of Croatia, which are available to all users of electric vehicles. Their even distribution throughout the country is very important to achieve the satisfaction of electric vehicle users and increase their share at the state level. The research presented in this paper analyzes the share and distribution of charging stations for electric vehicles in regions and important cities in the Republic of Croatia. Also, methods for data analysis were used in the analysis: variance and clustering. These methods will provide insight into the concentration and distribution of charging stations at the state level and in which areas they are underrepresented. Information on locations and key characteristics was obtained through the website of the service provider: puni.hr and hep.hr
