No full textU današnjem svijetu Internet je neizostavni dio modernog života. Dobro je poznata činjenica da je optičko vlakno prijenosni medij boljih performansi od bakrenog medija, jer se za prijenos podataka koristi svjetlost umjesto električne energije. Fiber to the home (FTTH) čini jednu od glavnih tehnologija u ovom području. Primjena FTTH u Europi i svijetu ubrzano raste. Trenutna infrastruktura u većini svijeta temelji se na bakrenim žicama. Ovakva infrastruktura je ograničavajući čimbenik u postizanju ciljeva i u isporuci multimedijskih usluga. Stoga, tvrtke uključene u pružanju telekomunikacijskih usluga ulažu napore u provedbi strategije tehnološkog razvoja koja podrazumijeva primjenu FTTH tehnologije kako bi se pružile razne multimedijske usluge korisnicima. Cilj ovog rada je objasniti širokopojasni pristup primjenom FTTH infrastrukture.In today's world, the Internet is an indispensable part of modern life. It is a well-known fact that optical fiber is a transmission medium with better performance characteristics than copper wire because- light is used instead of electriciical energy to transmit data. Fiber To The Home (FTTH) is one of the main technologies in this sector. The application of FTTH in Europe and the world is growing rapidly. The current infrastructure in most of the world is based on copper wires. Such infrastructure is a limiting factor in achieving goals and in delivering multimedia services. Therefore, companies involved in the provision of telecommunications services are making efforts to implement a technology development strategy that involves the application of FTTH technology to provide a variety of multimedia services to customers. Landing Gear Systems and Their Influence on the Construction, Functionality and Safety of Military Aircraft
No full textU radu su objašnjene različite ideje izrade podvozja počevši od jednostavnijih prema složenijim. Navedene su njihove prednosti i mane i kako je podvozje određeno namjenom zrakoplova. Kako se konstrukcija podvozja usložnjavala, tako su se i sustavi u sklopu podvozja razvijali u svrhu što sigurnijeg izvođenja operacija. Takvi su sustavi također opisani u radu. Svrha ovog završnog rada bila je analiza podvozja vojnog zrakoplova i upoznavanje s njegovim utjecajem na zrakoplov u cjelini. Kroz analizu su u obzir uzeti zrakoplovi koje Hrvatsko Ratno Zrakoplovstvo (HRZ) koristi za obuku budućih pilota. Analizirane su njihove tehnološke značajke, sigurnosni aspekt, tip konstrukcije, raspoloživi sustavi i mogućnosti samih zrakoplova u praksi.The thesis explains different ideas of undercarriage construction, starting from simpler to more complex. Their advantages and disadvantages are stated and how the landing gear is determined by the purpose of the aircraft. As the construction of the landing gear became more complex, so did the systems within the landing gear develop in order to perform operations as safely as possible. Such systems are also described in the thesis. The purpose of this thesis was to analyze the undercarriage of a military aircraft and to analyze its impact on the whole aircraft. The analysis took into account the aircraft used by the Croatian Air Force for the pilot training. Their technological characteristics, safety aspect, type of construction, available systems and capabilities of the aircraft in practice were analyzed
Private Car as a Factor in Transport Demand in Sveta Nedelja and Samobor
No full textU ovome je radu prikazan detaljan opis prometne potražnje, dosadašnja istraživanja i modeli prometne potražnje na području gradova Samobora i Svete Nedelje. Prikazana su demografska obilježja populacije gradova i njihovih naselja kao pokretača prijevoznih potreba stanovništva. Analiziran je učinak osobnog automobila kao čimbenika prijevozne potražnje stanovništva i njegove karakteristike. Glavni je cilj rada provesti anketu među korisnicima prijevoza na području gradova Samobora i Svete Nedelje i vidjeti njihova obilježja kao korisnika prijevoza te njihov utjecaj na prometnu potražnju. Anketa je provedena na 100 ispitanika, od kojih je 50 ispitano na području grada Samobora, a drugih 50 na području grada Svete Nedelje. Anketa je trajala od 1. srpnja do 1. kolovoza 2021. godine.In this article is presented a detailed description of traffic demand in the cities of Samobor and Sveta Nedelja. Moreover is presented previous researches and models of transport demand. Displayed demographic characteristics of population in the cities Samobor and Sveta Nedelja as drivers of population transportation need. We analyzed the effect of a car as a factor in the transport demands of the population and its characteristics. The main objective of the work is carried out a survey among users of transport in cities Samobor and Sveta Nedelja and see their features of transport and their impact on traffic demands. They survey was conducted on 100 people all together. 50 people are questioned in Samobor and 50 more in Sveta Nedelja and lasted from 1 July 2021 to 1 August 2021

No full textTemelj javnog gradskog prijevoza je dostupnost prijevoza svakom građaninu koji zadovoljava zadane uvjete prijevoza te sigurnost i učinkovitost kod pružanja usluge. Vanjski utjecaji i nedostaci u gradskoj prometnoj mreži određuju problematiku prijevoza putnika. Rad analizira prijevozni proces na liniji 213 Dubrava - Jalševec u Zagrebu. Cilj rada je utvrditi iskorištenost ponuđenog kapaciteta linije, predočiti stanje brzina i vremena u prijevoznom procesu linije na temelju prikupljenih podataka o izmjeni putnika i popunjenosti vozila te ponuditi rješenje za poboljšanje prijevoznog procesa.The basis of urban public transport is the availability of transport to every citizen meeting given transport conditions, safety and efficiency in providing the service. External factors and unreliable transport network determine poor passenger transport. This undergraduate thesis analyzes transport process on bus line 213 Dubrava - Jalševec in Zagreb. The goal is to determine the utilization of the offered line capacity, provide insight into the times and speeds based on the collected passenger exchange and occupancy data, and to offer a solution to improve utilization

Optimizing the Road Vehicle Fleet Management in Cold Chain
No full textHladni lanac podrazumijeva put temperaturno osjetljive (lakokvarljive) robe koja zahtijeva kontrolirani temperaturni režim u svrhu očuvanja kvalitete i sigurnosti. Upravljanje voznim parkom cestovnih vozila u hladnom lancu kompleksan je proces koji uz standardne segmente poslovanja, kao što su disponiranje, komunikacija, navigacija, računovodstvo, praćenje i nadzor vozila, mora uključivati i brzinu, tehnologiju, opremu, poseban način pripreme robe te posebna vozila. Da bi se takvo upravljanje moglo provesti, nužna je implementacija sustava za upravljanje voznim parkom koji omogućuju automatizaciju i optimizaciju poslovnih procesa. S tim u svezi, provedena je analiza upravljanja voznim parkom unutar hladnog lanca na primjeru tvrtke Debeljuh frigo u obliku studije slučaja gdje je opisan način trenutne primjene Raptor fleet i TrailerConnect sustava za upravljanje voznim parkom. Temeljem rezultata provedene analize, formulirani su prijedlozi elemenata optimiranja upravljanja voznim parkom te očekivani učinci njihove primjene.Cold chain implies the path of temperature-sensitive (perishable) goods that require a controlled temperature regime in order to preserve quality and safety. The road vehicle fleet management in cold chain is a complex process that, in addition to standard business segments, such as disposition, communication, navigation, accounting, vehicle tracking and monitoring, must include speed, technology, equipment, special preparation of goods and special vehicles. In order for such management to be implemented, it is necessary to implement fleet management systems that enable automation and optimization of business processes. Related to that, an analysis of fleet management within the cold chain was conducted on the example of Debeljuh frigo in the form of a case study describing the current application of Raptor fleet and TrailerConnect fleet management systems. Based on the results of the conducted analysis, proposals for elements of vehicle fleet management optimization and the expected effects of their application were formulated
Applying Simulation Modeling in Analysis of the Warehouse Expediting Process
No full textRazvoj računala te simulacijskog modeliranja je doveo do mogućnosti analiziranja realnih sustava te između ostalog i logističkih sustava i procesa u njima. Danas postoji niz simulacijskih alata koji omogućuju detaljnu provedbu simulacije svih vrsta sustava i procesa. Preciznim ulaznim podatcima simulacija ostvaruje i realističnije rezultate te daje na uvid količinu potrebnih resursa, transportnih sredstava, količine potrebnog materijala i sl. Uzimajući podatke iz stvarnog skladišnog procesa napravljena je simulacija procesa otpreme robe koji spada u jedne od najbitnijih skladišnih procesa te je povezan i ovisan o procesima koji mu prethode. Provedena je analiza rezultata te predložena moguća nova rješenja ili promjene. Također su opisani i ostali skladišni procesi iz stvarnog logističkog sustava.The development of computers and simulation modeling has led to the possibility of analyzing real systems and logistics systems and processes in them. Today, there are a number of simulation tools that allow detailed implementation of simulations of all types of systems and processes. With precise input data, the simulation achieves more realistic results and provides insight into the amount of required resources, means of transport, quantities of required materials, etc. Taking data from the actual warehousing process, a simulation of the expediting process was made. Expediting process belongs to one of the most important warehousing processes and its connected and dependent on the processes that precede it. An analysis of the results was carried out and possible new solutions or changes were proposed. Other warehousing processes from the actual logistics system are also described

No full textProstorno – geografske značajke jesu čimbenici koji vrlo snažno utječu na rast i razvoj nekog robno-transportnog centra, regije u kojoj se nalazi, ali i na cjelokupno gospodarstvo jedne države. Ne može ih se lako mijenjati, već treba djelovati u skladu s njima i uz iskorištenje istih na najbolji mogući način. Ovim radom analizirat će se prostorno – geografske značajke Kraljevine Nizozemske i Republike Hrvatske čime se žele jasno prikazati razlike, ali i sličnosti tih dviju europskih zemalja. Sagledat će se i svi bitni faktori i kriteriji za određivanje gravitacijskog područja koje je od izuzetne važnosti pri planiranju i samoj izgradnji jednog robno-transportnog centra. Isto tako, dati će se i sažeti prikaz investicijske klime za obje države kako bi se sagledalo u kojim to segmentima Republika Hrvatska zaostaje za razvijenijom Kraljevinom Nizozemskom i na koji način treba u budućnosti reagirati na promjene na globalnom tržištu kako bi ostala u korak s njima.Spatial-geographical features are factors which strongly influence on growth and development of a cargo-transport center, the region in which is located, but also the entire economy of a country. They cannot be easily changed, so it should act accordant to them and use them in the best possible way. This paper will analyse spatial-geographical features of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Republic of Croatia, which aims to clearly show differences and similarities between the two European countries. Furthermore, all factors and criteria for determining gravitational area, which is extremely important in the planning and construction of a cargo-transport center, will be ascertain. Also, there will be an abstract of the investment climate for both countries in order to show in which segments the Republic of Croatia lags behind the more developed Kingdom of the Netherlands and how Croatia should react on changes in the global market in the future to keep up with them

Ljudskom faktoru u novije vrijeme se daje veliki značaj i nizom istraživanja dokazuje se povezanost gospodarske uspješnosti i obrazovanja djelatnika. Cilj svake tvrtke je ostvarenje profita što uključuje povećanje produktivnosti, sniženje proizvodnih troškova, povećanje konkurentnosti i učinkovitosti djelatnika. If the company or management is not able to motivate employees to achieve the set goals together, the company reduces its competitiveness in the market, and thus the value of the company is lower. Effect of the Atmospheric Conditions on the Aircraft Performance
No full textZavršni rad obuhvada ključne pojmove vezane za atmosferu kao što su tlak, gustoda i temperatura zraka. Ove tri fizičke karakteristike zraka bitno utječu na stanje atmosfere, a samim time i na performanse zrakoplova. U radu su objašnjeni pojmovi vezani za utjecaj promjene tlaka zraka, temperature i gustode zraka, te su prikazane formule kojima se dolazi do izračuna određenih podataka vezanih za stanje atmosfere, a samim time vezanim uz letna svojstva zrakoplova u različitim fazama leta. Između ostalog promjenom fizičkih karakteristika atmosfere dolazi i do meteoroloških promjena poput kiše, vjetra, leda ili susnježice koje pilotu zrakoplova predstavljaju određene probleme kod upravljanja zrakoplovom. Načini suočavanja s tim pojava uglavnom se svode na posebne procedure ili implementaciju tehničkih sustava na zrakoplovu.The final paper includes keywords related to the atmosphere such as air pressure, density and air temperature. These three physical characteristics of the air significantly affect the state of the atmosphere, and thus the performance of the aircraft. The paper explains the concepts related to the flight properties of aircraft in different phases of flight. Among other things, changes in the physical characteristics of the atmosphere lead to meteorological changes such as rain, wind ice or snow, which pose certain problems to the pilot of the aircraft. Ways to deal with these phenomena mainly come down to special procedures or the implementation of technical systems on the aircraft
