    The Importance of Dubrovnik Airport for the Tourism Development in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County

    Zračna luka Dubrovnik iznimno je važna za razvoj turizma na dubrovačkom području. Ostvaruje oko 90% prometa u sezonskim mjesecima, dok van sezonskih mjeseci bilježi znatno manji broj letova. Unatoč tome iz godine u godinu brojke na Zračnoj luci Dubrovnik rastu, a ulaganjima i rekonstrukcijom pojedinih dijelova zračne luke se podiže ljestvica razine usluge. Većina posjetitelja u Dubrovnik dolazi zračnim prometom pa je zračna luka i razina usluge na njoj od iznimne važnosti. Cestovno je loše povezana. S gradom Dubrovnikom je povezuje Državna cesta D8 (Jadranska magistrala) koju sezonom obilježavaju česte gužve i nesreće. Zbog geografskog položaja Dubrovnika i samo jedne cestovne poveznice s ostatkom Republike Hrvatske i ostatka Europe, Zračna luka Dubrovnik ima veliki utjecaj na turizam cijelog dubrovačkog područja. Na temelju podataka o putnicima i turistima izračunata je korelacija između broja i nacionalnosti putnika u zračnoj luci i turista u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji.Dubrovnik Airport is extremely important for the development of tourism in the Dubrovnik area. It achieves about 90% of its traffic in the seasonal months, while outside the seasonal months it records a significantly lower number of flights. Despite this, the numbers at Dubrovnik Airport are growing year after year, and investments and reconstruction of certain parts of the airport are raising the level of service. The majority of visitors to Dubrovnik come by air, so the airport and the level of service are extremely important. It is poorly connected by road. It is connected with the city of Dubrovnik by the State Road D8 (Adriatic Highway), which is marked by frequent traffic jams and accidents in the season. Due to Dubrovnik's geographical location and only one road connection with the rest of the Republic of Croatia and the rest of Europe, Dubrovnik Airport has a great influence on tourism in the entire Dubrovnik area. Based on data on passengers and tourists, the correlation between the number and nationality of passengers at the airport and tourists in Dubrovnik-Neretva County was calculated

    Proces prihvata i otpreme zrakoplova predstavlja složen proces koji obuhvaća veliki broja aktivnosti koje je potrebno vremenski i prostorno koordinirati. Aktivnosti su vezane za ukrcaj i iskrcaj putnika, utovar odnosno istovar tereta, prtljage, robe i pošte, te servisne aktivnosti koje se obavljaju na zrakoplovu. Rad je fokusiran na primjenu inovativnih tehnologija unutar navedenih aktivnosti, čime se utječe na održivi razvoj zračnih luka. Njihovom primjenom omogućeno je smanjenje emisije štetnih plinova te smanjenje buke koja utječe na stanovništvo koje živi u okolici zračne luke. Jedan od najvećih štetnih utjecaja na okoliš, s aspekta zračne luke, je korištenje opreme za prihvat i otpremu zrakoplova s dizelskim i benzinskim motorima. Glavni cilj je da se oprema za prihvat i otpremu zrakoplova s motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem zamijeni s električnom opremom ili ostalim ekološki prihvatljivim oblicima goriva. Osim smanjenja štetnog utjecaja na okoliš, uporaba električnog pogona je i od ekonomskog značaja. Smanjenjem potrebnog vremena za određene aktivnosti doprinosi direktnom ekonomskog benefitu zračnom prijevozniku. Također povećana je razina sigurnosti za zrakoplove, opremu, okolne objekte i osoblje s obzirom da većina inovativnih sustava i opreme posjeduje odgovarajuće sustave i senzore koji sprječavaju mogućnost stvaranja bilo kakve opasnosti.The ground handling process is a complex process that includes a large number of acitivities that need to be coordinated in time and space. Activities are related to boarding and departure of passengers, loading and unloading of cargo, luggage, goods and mail and service activities performed on the aircraft. This analysis focuses on the appliance of innovative technologies within these activities, thereby affecting the sustainable development of the airport. The appliance of innovative technologies has enabled the reduction of harmful gas emissions and the reduction of noise that affects the population living in the area surrounding the airport. One of the biggest adverse environmental impacts, from the airport aspect, is the use of equipment with diesel and petrol engines. The main goal is to replace standard ground handling with electrically powered equipment. In addition to reducing the harmful impact on the environment, the use of electric equipment is also of economic importance. By reducing the time required for certain activities, it contributes to the direct economic benefit of the airlines. The level of safety for aircraft, equipment, surrounding facilities and personnel has also been increased as most innovative systems and equipment have systems and sensors that prevent the possibility of creating any danger

    Razvoj današnjeg društva podrazumijeva dostupnost usluga pokretnih i nepokretnih mreža na svim područjima, te je potrebno ostvariti prihvatljivi kompromis između tranzicija, dostupnosti, tehničke realizacije mreža kao i mnogo drugih čimbenika. Operateri u Republici Hrvatskoj nude mnoge usluge te svojom ponudom nastoji pridobiti što više korisnika. Ono što korisnici očekuju od operatora i njegove ponude je prihvatljiva cijena, pouzdanost rada te prije svega sigurnost prilikom korištenja usluga. Pojavom tehnologija kao što su Pantheon ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM kao i mnogih drugih omogućen je brži, sigurniji i inovativniji razvoj što je jedan od temelja i ključni čimbenik za napredak nekog društva. U budućnosti se očekuje još veći broj novih tehnologija zbog povećanja kapaciteta postojećih mreža kao i opsega posla.The development of today's society implies the availability of mobile and fixed network services in all areas, and it is necessary to achieve an acceptable compromise between transitions, availability, technical realization of networks as well as many other factors. Operators in the Republic of Croatia offer many services and try to attract as many users as possible with their offer. What users expect from the operator and its offers is an acceptable price, reliable operation and, above all, safety when using the services. The emergence of technologies such as Pantheon ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and many others enabled faster, safer and more innovative development, which is one of the foundations and a key factor for the progress of a society. In the future, an even greater number of new technologies is expected due to the increase in the capacity of existing networks as well as the scope of work

    Sve šira primjena Interneta stvari u industriji dovela do je eksponencijalnog rasta broja IoT uređaja pa se samim time sve veći fokus stavlja na aspekte sigurnosti i upravljanja rizikom u IoT sustavima. Procjena rizika za potrebe ovog rada provedena je nad konceptualnim informacijskim sustavom koji je utemeljen na konceptu Interneta stvari. Predmetni sustav služi za mjerenje parametara upotrebom raznih senzora te upravlja nizom aktuatora za različite svrhe u poljoprivredi, na primjer u sustavima za navodnjavanje, komorama za zrenje suhomesnatih proizvoda, posudama za fermentaciju vina itd. Sva mjerenja pohranjuju se u centralnom sustavu koji također upravlja aktuatorima, a sve to preko interneta. Procjena rizika provedena je prema NIST-ovim smjernicama uz specifične dorade potrebne za ovaj rad. Na temelju provedene procjene utvrđen je rizik nad imovinom te su dane preporuke za smanjenje te vrste rizika.The increasing use of the Internet of Things in industry has led to an exponential growth in the number of IoT devices, which is why a growing focus is being placed on the aspects of security and risk management in IoT systems. For the purpose of this paper, a risk assessment was performed with regard to a conceptual information system based on the concept of the Internet of Things. The system in question is used to measure parameters using various sensors, and it controls a number of actuators for various agricultural purposes. for example those in irrigation systems, chambers for maturing cured meat products, wine fermentation vessels, etc. All measurements are stored in a central system that also controls the actuators, and all of this is done over the internet. The risk assessment was performed according to the NIST guidelines, with specific modifications necessary for the purposes of this paper. Asset risk was identified on the basis of the performed assessment, and recommendations were made to mitigate this type of risk

    U radu je analizirana mreža javnih cesta na području Osječko-baranjske županije. Navedene su državne, županijske i lokalne ceste koje se prostiru Osječko-baranjskom županijom i povezuju je s ostatkom Republike Hrvatske. Temeljem prikupljenih podataka o brojanju prometa tablično su prikazana prometna opterećenja državnih i lokalnih cesta. U radu su navedeni i prijedlozi poboljšanja cestovne mreže koji omogućuju brže, sigurnije i učinkovitije povezivanje Osječko-baranjske županije.This final thesis analyses the public road network of the Osijek – Baranja County. It provides a list of the state, county, and local roads which spread across the Osijek - Baranja County and connect it with the rest of the Republic of Croatia. Based on the collected traffic count data, traffic loads of the state and local roads are tabulated. The thesis also provides suggestions for improving the road network for the purpose of faster, safer, and high-quality connection of the Osijek – Baranja County

    Razvitkom tehnologije i novih poboljšanih tehnoloških sustava, zrakoplovna industrija se trebala razvijati sukladno tome. Zračni prijevoznici i proizvođači zrakoplova teže novim inovativnim idejama i tehnologijama u pogledu razvitka novih generacija zrakoplova koji bi odgovarali standardima vremena u kojim se nalaze i potražnji za zračnim prometom koja konstantno raste. Uz stvaranje novih inovativnih ideja, a samim tim i zrakoplova, pokušava se privući se što veći broj putnika, no uvođenje novih generacija zrakoplova sa sobom povlači i brojne troškove i ulaganja u postojeću aerodromsku infrastrukturu da bi se ista mogla prilagoditi postojećim i budućim generacijama zrakoplova. Budućnost zrakoplovstva imati će koristi od istraživanja dizajna zrakoplova i upravljanja zračnim prijevozom sa ciljem poboljšanja učinkovitosti i smanjenja utjecaja na okoliš. U tijeku su istraživanja koja definiraju promjene kojima nove generacije zrakoplova utječu na infrastrukturu aerodroma kao i koji su potencijalni izazovi u operativnom i tehnološkom smislu zrakoplova novih generacija.With the development of technology and new improved technological systems, the aviation industry should have developed accordingly. Airlines and aircraft manufacturers strive for new innovative ideas and technologies regarding the development of new generations of aircraft that would meet the standards of the times they are in and the demand for air traffic that is constantly growing. Along with the creation of new innovative ideas, and therefore aircraft, an attempt is made to attract as many passengers as possible, but the introduction of new generations of aircraft entails numerous costs and investments in the existing airport infrastructure so that it can be adapted to existing and future generations of aircraft. The future of aviation will benefit from research into aircraft design and air transport management to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Research is underway that defines the changes that new generations of aircraft affect the airport infrastructure, as well as potential challenges in the operational and technological sense of new generation aircraft

    Autobusni prijevoz jedan je od važnih vidova prijevoza putnika u cestovnom prometu. U novije vrijeme prisutan je porast broja vozača, a samim time i porast automobila na cestovnim prometnicama što dovodi do sve većeg zagušenja cestovnih prometnica kao i zagađenja okoline. U cilju redukcije navedenog autobusni prijevoz može biti ključ rasterećenja cestovnih prometnica ukoliko je kvalitetno organiziran. Javni linijski putnički prigradski prijevoz jedan je od najznačajnijih podsustava u sustavu cestovnog putničkog prometa. Navedeni oblik prijevoza ima značajnu ulogu u povezivanju gradova i njima pripadajućih gravitacijskih područja. U cilju smanjenja zagađenja okoline na autobusima se primjenjuju različite vrste alternativnih pogona poput ukapljenog naftnog plina, stlačenog prirodnog plina, gorivih ćelija i dr. U cilju sprječavanja prometnih nesreća u kojima sudjeluju autobusi provode se testiranja tehničke ispravnosti autobusa te se provode razne aktivnosti održavanja voznog parka autobusa. Navedeno je od izričitog značaja zbog rizika od smrtnog stradavanja velikog broja ljudi u slučaju prometne nesreće u kojoj je sudjelovao autobus.Bus transport is one of the most important modes of passenger transport in road transport. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of drivers and thus an increase in cars on the roads, which leads to increasing congestion of roads as well as environmental pollution. In order to reduce that, the mentioned bus transport can be the key to relieving the roads if it is well organized. Regular public passenger suburban transport is one of the most important subsystems in the road passenger transport system. This form of transport plays a significant role in connecting cities and their associated gravity areas. In order to reduce the environmental impact of buses, various types of alternative fuels are used, such as liquefied petroleum gas, compressed natural gas, fuel cells etc. In order tu reduce traffic accidents involving buses, tests are performed on the technical correctness of buses and various fleet maintenance activities. This is of particular importance due to the risk of high number of fatalities in the event o fan accident involving a bus

    Bežična mreža se odnosi na računalnu mrežu koja koristi radio frekvencijsku vezu između uređaja u mreži. Bežične mreže su vrlo popularno rješenje za tvrtke, domove te telekomunikacijske mreže. U ovom završnom radu korišten je iPerf programski alat za mjerenje propusnosti unutar bežične lokalne mreže. U početnom dijelu završnog rada opisuju se elementi, topologija i standardi 802.11 bežične mreže. Zatim se opisuju pojedine mrežne performanse koje utječu na rad bežične mreže i značajke iPerf programskog alata. Primjenom iPerf programskog alata omogućena je analiza propusnosti mreže zavisno o primjenjem WiFi standardu i frekvencijskom području rada routera.A wireless network refers to a computer network that uses a radio frequency connection between devices on a network. Wireless networks are a very popular solution for businesses, homes, and telecommunication networks. In the final paper, the iPerf software tool was used for measuring bandwidth within a wireless local area network. The initial part of the final paper describes the elements, topology, and standards of the 802.11 wireless network. Then, the network performance that affects the operation of the wireless network and the features of the iPerf software tool is described. The goal of analyzing wireless local area network using iPerf software is to measure how much bandwidth will be depending on the WiFi standard and the frequency of the router's signal transmission

Na tržištu su dostupna brojna komercijalna rješenja koja je moguće prilagoditi potrebama korisnika tako da se zadovolje svi traženi parametri praćenja uz minimalne moguće troškove. Svi moderni sustavi pružaju usluge upravljanja voznim parkom putem cloud usluga što korisnicima omogućava pristup svim potrebnim podacima o praćenim vozilima s gotovo svih pametnih uređaja koji su povezani internetom i imaju mogućnost pregleda u internet pregledniku. Cilj ovog istraživanja je analiza dostupnih komercijalnih rješenja, isticanje kriterija odabira takvih sustava potencijalnih novih korisnika te prikaz implementacije modernog sustava za upravljanje voznim parkom u tvrtki koja se bavi logističkim uslugama na visokoj razini.In modern logistics, using fleet management systems is key for efficient and economic management of transport. There are numerous commercial solutions available that are modified to specific user needs while keeping the running costs to a minimum. These fleet management systems are almost all cloud-based which enables users the access to all required information on almost any smart device with a connection to the internet and an option of using a web based interface. The aim of this research is to analyze available commercial solutions, to point out criteria for deciding between such solutions as to present an implementation of a modern fleet management system in a company that provides a high level of logistics services

    Ključni pokazatelji uspješnosti su alat sustava za upravljanje kvalitetom koji omogućuje praćenje procesa u odnosu na definirane ciljeve. Proces se promatra kroz definirane faze što omogućuje operativno prilagođavanje i rješavanje potencijalnih zastoja. Osposobljavanje pilota i osposobljavanje kontrolora zračnog prometa međunarodno su regulirani procesi koji utječu na sigurnost izvođenja operacija u zračnom prometu. Današnji pristup ovim procesima je kroz osposobljavanje i procjenu utemeljenu na kompetencijama. Kandidat za pilota ili kontrolora mora odraditi svoj posao u standardu koji je definiran kroz konzistentno pokazivanje kompetencija. U ovom radu razrađeni su ključni pokazatelji uspješnosti u navedenim procesima i analizirana je upotrebljivost zajedničkih pokazatelja za oba procesa s ciljem harmonizacije procesa u različitim fazama.Key performance indicators are a quality management system tool that enables monitoring of processes in relation to defined goals. The process is observed through defined phases, which enables operational adjustment and resolution of potential problems. Pilot training and air traffic controller training are internationally regulated processes that affect the safety of air traffic. Today's approach to these processes is through competency-based training and assessment. A pilot or controller candidate must perform their job to a standard defined through consistent demonstration of competencies. In this paper, key performance indicators in the mentioned processes are elaborated and the usability of the common indicators for both processes is analysed with the aim of harmonizing the processes in different phases
