    Analysis of Public Road Passenger Line Urban and Susburban Traffic in the Area of the City of Dubrovnik

    Organizacija javnog cestovnog putničkog linijskog gradskog i prigradskog prijevoza predstavlja kompleksan proces koji zahtjeva vrlo detaljno planiranje. Proces organizacije linijskog prijevoza započinje analizom putničke potražnje uzimajući u obzir i vremenske zahtjeve za prijevozom. Pojačan promet u linijskom gradskom i prigradskom prometu očekuje se u jutarnjem vršnom satu, kada ljudi odlaze na posao te u popodnevnom vršnom satu kada se većina ljudi vraća sa posla. Sukladno toj potražnji potrebno je pravilno uskladiti polaske autobusnih linija. Značajan naglasak je na optimizaciji prijevoznih procesa. Javni linijski prijevoz putnika u gradskom i prigradskom području jedan je od osnovnih elemenata prometnog sustava svakog područja. Kvalitetno funkcioniranje sustava javnog linijskog putničkog prijevoza putnika značajno doprinosi razvoju područja te poboljšanju životnog standarda na tom području. Javni cestovni linijski putnički promet grada Dubrovnika u najvećoj mjeri obavlja se autobusima. Cilj diplomskog rada je dobiti detaljan uvid na trendove razvitka javnog linijskog putničkog prometa na području grada Dubrovnika. Rezultati istraživanja su prikazani na temelju analize tehničkog, tehnološkog, organizacijskog i ekonomskog sustava prijevoznika „Libertas“ d.o.o. iz Dubrovnika.The organization of public road passenger urban and suburban transport is a complex process that requires very detailed planning. The process of organizing regular transport begins with an analysis of passenger demand taking into account the time requirements for transport. Increased traffic in regular urban and suburban traffic is expected in the morning rush hour, when people go to work, and in the afternoon rush hour when most people return from work. In accordance with this demand, it is necessary to properly coordinate the departures of bus lines. Significant emphasis is placed on the optimization of transport processes. Public regular passenger transport in urban and suburban areas is one of the basic elements of the transport system of each area. The quality functioning of the public liner passenger transport system significantly contributes to the development of the area and the improvement of living standards in that area. Public road passenger transport of the city of Dubrovnik is mostly done by buses. The aim of the thesis is to gain a detailed insight into the trends in the development of public liner passenger traffic in the city of Dubrovnik. The results of the research are shown on the basis of an analysis of the technical, technological, organizational and economic system of company „Libertas“ d.o.o. from Dubrovnik

    Ovaj diplomski rad prikazuje kategorizaciju ciljane skupine korisnika i dosadašnja rješenja i istraživanja za savladavanje svakodnevnih potreba. Nadalje, rad prikazuje analizu informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija i mreža gdje su prikazane karakteristike potrebne za implementaciju usluge za navigaciju korisnika koji se kreće prometnom mrežom. U radu su navedene funkcionalnosti predložene usluge za navigaciju osoba s oštećenjem vida te je prikazana komunikacijska shema elementa potrebnih za njeno funkcioniranje. Zaključno, usporedbom informacijsko-komunikacijskih tehnologija i dosadašnjih rješenja vidljivo je da navigacija osoba s oštećenjem vida zahtjeva dodatna rješenja i usluge kako bi se olakšala svakodnevica osobama s oštećenjem vida.This master's thesis shows the categorization of the target group of users and previous solutions and resarches for overcoming everyday needs. Furthermore, this thesis presents analysis of information and communication technologies and networks where the characteristics necessary for the implementation of the services for the navigation of users moving through the traffic netowrk are shown. This thesis describes the functionality of the proposed service for the navigation of visually impaired people and presents the communication scheme of the elements necessary for its functioning.. Comparison of information and communication technologies and existing solutions shows that a navigation of visually impaired people requires additional solutions in order to make everyday life easier for visually impaired people

    Kooperativni koncept omogućuje bolje funkcioniranje prometa zbog komunikacije sa svim sudionicima prometa (vozila, vozači i infrastruktura). Prednosti koji kooperativni sustavi nude su povećanje sigurnosti, reducirano zagađenje okoliša, povećana efektivnost i zadovoljstvo korisnika. Kooperativni sustavi se susreću sa izazovima poput složenosti provedbe, sigurnosti podataka i privatnosti, prihvaćanja od strane korisnika i zakonskih regulativa. ITS-a (Inteligentni transportni sustav) je nadogradnja klasičnog sustava kojim se postiže znatno poboljšanje performansi, poboljšanje sigurnosti u prometu, udobnost i zaštita putnika te manja onečišćenja okoliša. Koristeći simulacijski alat Vissim kreirana je simulacija realnog prometnog sustava na lokaciji Remetinečka – Naletilićeva ulica. Kombinacija različitih vrsta prometnih infrastruktura daje idealan prostor za primjenu kooperativnog koncepta. Postavljanjem komunikacije između vozila i infrastrukture te vozila i vozila promatrani prometni sustav kreirana je nova simulacija. Usporedbom prometnih parametara novo predloženo stanje je kvalitetnije rješenje. Vrijeme putovanja kroz raskrižje se reduciralo u prosjeku za 10 sekundi, kašnjenje i kašnjenje zbog zaustavljanja se smanjilo za otprilike 50% i razina usluge se podigla sa razina B i C na razinu A. ovom analizom pokazana je isplativost primjene kooperativnih sustava u prometu unatoč izazovima prilikom njene implementacije.The cooperative concept enables better traffic functioning due to communication with all traffic participants (vehicles, drivers and infrastructure). The advantages that cooperative systems offer are increased safety, reduced environmental pollution, increased efficiency and user satisfaction. Cooperative systems face challenges such as implementation complexity, data security and privacy, user acceptance, and regulatory compliance. ITS (intelligent transport system) is an upgrade of the classic system, which achieves a significant improvement in performance, traffic flow, improvement in traffic safety, passenger comfort and protection, and less environmental pollution. Using the simulation tool Vissim, a simulation of the real traffic system was created at the Remetinečka - Naletilićeva street. The combination of different types of transport infrastructure provides an ideal space for the application of the cooperative concept. A new simulation was created by setting up communication between all traffic entities. By comparing traffic parameters, the new proposed state is a better solution. Travel time through the intersection decreased by an average of 10 seconds, delay and stop delay decreased by approximately 50%, and the level of service rose from Level B and C to Level A. This analysis demonstrated the costeffectiveness of implementing cooperative traffic systems despite the challenges during its implementation

    Sustav upravljanja sigurnošću je organizirani pristup upravljanja sigurnošću koji uključuje odgovarajuću organizacijsku strukturu, sustav odgovornosti, politiku i procedure. Cilj uvođenja i primjene sustava upravljanja sigurnošću je da se kontrolom rizika i smanjivanjem broja nezgoda u svakodnevnom radu maksimalno smanji broj mogućih opasnosti po sigurnost putnika, zrakoplova, radnika i drugog osoblja te materijalnih dobara. Pravilnom implementacijom sustava upravljanja sigurnošću omogućuje se, između ostalog, siguran protok zračnom lukom i putovanje zrakoplovom. Takav sustav implementirala je i Zračna luka Split, a sve u svrhu osiguranja sigurnosti u svom poslovanju. Kroz ovaj rad opisane su organizacijske strukture te način implementacije i funkcioniranja sustava upravljanja sigurnošću zračne luke.A safety management system is an organized approach to safety management that includes an appropriate organizational structure, accountability system, policies and procedures. The goal of introducing and implementing a safety management system is to control the risk and reduce the number of accidents in everyday work to minimize the number of possible hazards to the safety of passengers, aircraft, employees and other personnel and material goods. Proper implementation of the safety management system enables, among other things, safe flow through the airport and air travel. Such a system has been implemented by Split Airport, all for the purpose of ensuring safety in its operations.     Prijevoz u kapilarnoj distribuciji odvija se prema krajnjem kupcu u lancu opskrbe, koncentriran je u urbanim područjima i odgovoran je za emisiju oko 25% stakleničkih plinova. Velika potrošnja energije cestovnog teretnog prometa povećava potražnju za razvojem održivih logističkih rješenja. Smanjenje emisija stakleničkih plinova u najvećem dijelu postiže se korištenjem električnih vozila, koja unatoč tome što generiraju više stakleničkih plinova tijekom proizvodnje, ne generiraju ih tijekom eksploatacije i samim time bolje su rješenje za okoliš. No, korištenje električnih vozila ima i druge prednosti. Elektrifikacijom vlastitog voznog parka, tvrtke mogu postići uštede, prvenstveno u pogledu izbjegavanja troškova goriva, a kroz određeno vremensko razdoblje, troškovi održavanja bi se također trebali svesti na minimum. Također, razvojem tehnologije, cijena baterija bit će sve niža, a samim time i nabavna cijena električnih vozila, koja iako još uvijek odstupa od nabavne cijene vozila s unutarnjim izgaranjem, razlika je manja nego prije. Veliki izazov za elektrifikaciju voznog parka predstavlja prometna infrastruktura za punjenje električnih vozila koja je potrebna, a troškovi ugradnje su visoki. Također, veliki nedostatak je nepoznavanje gdje i što učiniti s baterijama nakon njenog životnog vijeka.Transport in last mile takes place towards the end customer in the supply chain, it is concentrated in urban areas and is responsible for the emission of about 25% of greenhouse gases. The high energy consumption of road freight transport increases the demand for the development of sustainable logistics solutions. The reduction of greenhouse gas emissions is mostly achieved by the use of electric vehicles, which, despite generating more greenhouse gases during production, do not generate them during exploitation and are therefore a better solution for the environment. However, the use of electric vehicles has other advantages. By electrifying their own vehicle fleet, companies can achieve savings, primarily in terms of avoiding fuel costs, and over a period of time, maintenance costs should also be minimized. Also, with the development of technology, the price of batteries will be lower and lower, and thus the purchase price of electric vehicles, which although still differs from the purchase price of internal combustion vehicles, the difference is smaller than before. A major challenge for the electrification of the vehicle fleet is the transport infrastructure for charging electric vehicles, which is required, and the installation costs are high. Also, a big disadvantage is not knowing where and what to do with batteries after their lifetime

Primjena metoda prognoze potražnje u lancu opskrbe obuhvaća planiranje proizvodnje, upravljanje zalihama i planiranje nabave te rezultira većom učinkovitošću, smanjenjem operativnih troškova i boljim zadovoljenjem potreba kupaca. Analiza učinka prognoze potražnje na prehrambene proizvode predstavlja ključan aspekt u modernom poslovanju prehrambene industrije. U ovom radu, fokus je na tome kako primjena metoda prognoze potražnje može doprinijeti upravljanju lance opskrbe. Metode prognoze potražnje će biti primijenjene na proizvodima široke potrošnje, konkretno na primjerima kefira i bezglutenskog kruha.Demand forecasting is a key aspect of supply chain management. It is the process of estimating future demand for specific products or services, including predicting the quantity of these products or services that consumers willseek in a future time period. This estimation is based on the analysis of various factors, including historical demand data, trends, seasonal fluctuations, marketing campaigns, and other relevant factors. The application of demand forecasting methods in the supply chain encompasses production planning, inventory management, and procurement planning, resulting in increased efficiency, reduced operational costs, and better customer satisfaction. The analysis of the impact of demand forecasting on food products represents a crucial aspect of modern food industry operations. This paper focuses on how the application of demand forecasting methods can contribute to supply chain management.     Željeznički promet je proces premještanja, odnosno prijevoz osoba ili stvari po tračnicama. To je glavna vrsta kopnenog prometa koji je prodro u sve zemlje. Značajnija je karakteristika željeznice danas njeno preustroj u organizacijskom smislu, kako bi bila sposobna pratiti nove zahtjeve društva i gospodarstva. Tako se javlja sve veća potreba za prijevozom raznih konstrukcijskih elemenata i uređaja velikih masa i obujma, koje treba prevesti na mjesto njihove ugradnje na siguran način. Takve vrste pošiljaka su nazvane „izvanrednim pošiljkama“. U tom smislu doneseni su potrebni međunarodni propisi, a uprave pojedinih željeznica, u skladu s njima, posebnim uputama propisali su da se izvanredne pošiljke mogu prevoziti samo prema odobrenim posebnim uvjetima prijevoza uz poštivanje svih zadanih ograničenja, Također, na osnovi postavljenih specifičnih zahtjeva za prijevoz tih pošiljaka i željeznička industrija se uključila u proizvodnju vagona posebnih izvedaba, koji danas svojim tehničkim karakteristikama mogu udovoljiti prijevozu i najsloženijih izvanrednih pošiljaka.Railway transport is a process of transporting people or cargo via railway tracks. That is the main component of land transport that is integrated in all the countries. The main characteristic of the railway today is its reorganization, which is needed to meet the needs of modern society and its economy. Due to that, there has been appearing increasing demand for the transportation of the different construction elements and devices of the bigger mass and the higher volume, which must be safely transported to the place of installation. Those types of shipments are called “extraordinary shipments”. For that purpose, necessary international regulations have been adopted, and the management of individual operators has prescribed special instructions which have defined the conditions by which those shipments can be transported. Therefore, based on the specific demands for the transport of those shipments railway industry has started the production of specialized wagons which can, with its technical characteristics meet the needs of even the most demanding extraordinary shipments

    Promet i prometne djelatnosti imaju snažan utjecaj na društvenu i gospodarsku zajednicu u cjelini. Općenitim razvojem društvene i gospodarske zajednice, samim time i porastom potrebe za mobilnosti, bilježi se i porast negativnih učinaka porasta prometa, kao što su broj prometnih nezgoda, kako onih bez ozljeđenih osoba, tako i onih sa smrtno stradalim osobama, izazivanje materijalne štete, te vremenskih gubitaka. Prometna nezgoda po svojoj definiciji je događaj na cesti koji je izazvan nepoštivanjem prometnih pravila, a ključni čimbenici sigurnosti su čovjek, vozilo i prometnica, te kako bi se povećala sigurnost prometa potrebno je identificirati, zatim sanirati opasna mjesta. Idetifikacija opasnih mjesta provedena je na temelju podatka Ministarstva unutarnjih poslova Republike Hrvatske. U radu je analizirano stanje sigurnosti cestovnog prometa u gradu Šibeniku te su podaci obrađeni korištenjem programskih alata QGIS, te Microsoft Excel.Traffic and traffic activities have a strong influence on the social and economic community as a whole. With the general development of the social and economic community, and therefore with the increase in the need for mobility, there is also an increase in the negative effects of the increase in traffic, such as the number of traffic accidents, both those without injuries and those with fatalities, causing material damage, and time losses. By its definition, a traffic accident is an event on the road that is caused by disobeying traffic rules, and the key safety factors are the person, the vehicle and the road, and in order to increase traffic safety, it is necessary to identify and then repair dangerous places. The identification of dangerous places was carried out on the basis of data from the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Croatia. The paper analyzed the state of road traffic safety in the city of Šibenik, and the data was processed using the software tools QGIS and Microsoft Excel

    Zbog slojevite strukture senzorske komunikacijske mreže moguće su raznovrsne primjene u različitim okruženjima. S obzirom na izgled arhitekture senzora i njihove moguće primjene, može se reći da su izuzetno korisni u gotovo svim aspektima života, za što je također zaslužna i mogućnosti različitih topologija. Sve navedeno čini ih odličnim sudionicima pri logističkim procesima pogotovo zbog toga što mogu imati različite primjene. Također možemo reći da su revolucionirali logističke procese i nastavljaju činiti isto zbog velikog broja prednosti koje nude upravo u tim procesima. Daljnjim razvojem, smanjenjem veličine i integracijom novih tehnologija, povećavat će se značaj i uporaba senzora i senzorskih mreža u logističkim procesima.Due to the layered structure of the sensor communication network, various applications in different environments are possible. Considering the appearance of sensor architecture and their possible applications, it can be said that they are extremely useful in almost all aspects of life, which is also due to the possibilities of different topologies.     Sile koje pruža prometna oprema prema vozila mogu utjecati pozivno ili negativno na dinamiku kretanja vozila. O tome kakav će utjecaj imati strategija postavljanja prometne opreme za smirivanje prometa na sigurnost sudionika prometa i odvijanje prometnih procesa ovisi o vrsti prometne opreme i opravdanosti umještanja u prometnu mrežu. U Pravilniku o prometnim znakovima, signalizaciji i opremi na cestama uspornici prometa odnosno umjetne izbočine segregirane su u kategorije ovisno o ograničenju brzine koje oprema predstavlja svojim dimenzijama. Korektan odabir projektno-oblikovnih elemenata umjetne izbočine na pojedinoj lokaciji povećava kontrolu prometnog toka i smanjuje rizik od nastajanja prometne nesreće.The forces provided by the traffic equipment towards the vehicle can positively or negatively affect the dynamics of the vehicle's movement. The impact of the strategy of placing traffic calming equipment on the safety of traffic participants and the development of traffic processes depends on the type of traffic equipment and the justification for placing it in the traffic network. In the Ordinance on traffic signs, signaling and equipment on roads, traffic barriers, i.e. artificial protrusions, are segregated into categories depending on the speed limit represented by the equipment's dimensions. The correct selection of the design and shape elements of the artificial protrusion at a particular location increases traffic flow control and reduces the risk of a traffic accident
