    Strukturirani pristup prilikom angažiranja vanjskih davatelja usluge, posebice kod angažiranja vanjskih prijevoznika ogleda se kroz različite faze na strateškoj i operativnoj razini odlučivanja. U ovom diplomskom radu navedene se ključne faze prilikom angažiranja vanjskih prijevoznika usluge, također i najbitniji kriteriji kod izbora istih. U okviru studije slučaja analiziran je model podugovaranja prijevoza tvrtke RALU Logistika d.d.A structured approach to engaging external service providers, especially when hiring external carriers, is reflected through various phases at both the strategic and operational levels of decision-making. This master's thesis outlines the key phases in the process of engaging external carrier services, as well as the most important criteria for their selection. As part of the case study, the subcontracting model of transportation by the company RALU Logistika d.d. has been analyzed

    U završnom radu je prikazana mreža javnih cesta na području Varaždinske županije koju čine autocesta A4 te državne, županijske i lokalne ceste. Prikazana je regulativa i ustrojstvo održavanja javnih cesta s ciljem nesmetanog i sigurnog odvijanja prometa. Praćenje stanja prometnica te njihovo redovno i izvanredno održavanje u nadležnosti je Hrvatskih autocesta d.o.o., Hrvatskih cesta d.o.o. i Županijske uprave za ceste Varaždinske županije. Provedena je analiza stanja prometnica te mjera poboljšanja za potrebe budućega prometa na području županije. Sukladno odredbama Zakona o cestama, Strategija razvoja urbanog područja grada Varaždina donosi prijedloge poboljšanja stanja javnih cesta u razdoblju od 2021. do 2027. godine.The final thesis shows the entire public road network of Varaždin County which is consisted of the A4 motorway and state, county and local roads. It features the description of the organized public road maintenance service which enables safe and unhindered traffic flow. The companies in charge of monitoring the current road conditions and ensuring road maintenance are Croatian Motorways, Croatian Roads and the Road Administration of Varaždin County. The analysis of the road conditions and improvement measures for the development of future traffic in the county was conducted. In accordance with the current regulations, the Strategy for the Development of the Urban Area of the City of Varaždin brings proposals for the improvement of the public roads’ conditions in the period from 2021 to 2027

    U ovom radu analiziraju se performanse lakog zrakoplova na električni pogon. Performanse svakog zrakoplova su izrazito važne za planiranje leta. U samom početku rada je navedena kratka kronologija lakih zrakoplova na električni pogon. Nadalje su opisane ključne značajke električnog zrakoplova. Spomenuti su određeni tipovi baterija koji se koriste u zrakoplovstvu. Opisan je proces izračuna istrajnosti i doleta električnog zrakoplova, pritom uračunavajući kapacitet baterije umjesto goriva kao pogona. Napravljen je proračun doleta i istrajnosti Velis Electro zrakoplova te uspoređen s vrijednostima iz POH-a. Grafikoni doleta i istrajnosti su napravljeni u programu Python.This work is based on analyzing the performance of a light aircraft with electric thrust. The performance of each aircraft is very important for flight planning. At the very beginning of the work, a short chronology of a light aircraft with electric power plant is presented. The key features of the electric aircraft are further described. Certain types of batteries used in aviation are described. The process of calculating the endurance and range of an electric aircraft is described taking into account the capacity of the battery instead of fuel as a power source. The calculation of the range and endurance of the Velis Electro aircraft was made and compared with the values from the POH. Range and endurance graphs were made in Python

    Helikopteri su letjelice s iznimnom prilagodljivošću i mogućnosti obavljanja specifičnih zadaća i misija. Osnovni režim leta helikoptera iz kojeg onda ulaze u bilo koji drugi režim leta je lebdenje. S obzirom na to da su helikopteri tako značajni za razne djelatnosti od koristi je da se što bolje poznaju performanse takvih letjelica. Na performanse utječe mnogo parametara, no u ovom radu fokus je na utjecaju mase helikoptera, visine leta i temperature okolnog zraka na potrebnu i raspoloživu snagu helikoptera u lebdenju. S pomoću vrijednosti koje definiraju krivulje potrebne i raspoložive snage mogu se definirati i procijeniti performanse helikoptera u lebdenju. Provedena je obrada, analiza i usporedba utjecaja navedenih parametara na lebdenje helikoptera uz program Matlab.Helicopters are aircraft with exceptional adaptability and the capability to perform specific tasks and missions. The fundamental flight mode from which helicopters can transition into any other flight mode is hovering. Given that helicopters play a significant role in various activities, it is beneficial to have a thorough understanding of the performance of such aircraft. Numerous parameters influence performance, but this work specifically focuses on the impact of helicopter mass, flight altitude, and ambient air temperature on the required and available power during hovering. By utilizing values that define the curves of required and available power, one can define and assess the performance of helicopters in hovering. The processing, analysis, and comparison of the influence of these parameters on helicopter hovering were conducted using the Matlab program

    Autobusni transport nezamjenjivi je dio gradskog prijevoznog sustava koji oblikuje puls urbanog života. Autobusi predstavljaju žilu kucavicu koja povezuje različite dijelove grada, te čine gradski život funkcionalnim i učinkovitim. Učinkovitost autobusnog transportnog sustava od iznimnog je značaja za održavanje ekonomske aktivnosti u gradu, funkcioniranje i razvitak same gradske sredine. Jedna od ključnih uloga je i smanjenje prometnih gužvi kvalitetnom organizacijom autobusnih linija gradskog putničkog prijevoza. Korištenje različitih vrsta alternativnih pogona kao što su ukapljeni naftni plin, stlačeni prirodni plin, biomasa i biogoriva, hibridno-električni pogon i dr. bitan je faktor za ublažavanje negativnih utjecaja na okoliš. Također, tehnička ispravnost i održavanje autobusa ključni su za sigurnost putnika, pouzdanost vozila i smanjenje operativnih troškova. U cjelini, redovito održavanje pridonosi učinkovitom, sigurnom i održivom prijevozu, smanjuje broj stradalih prilikom nesreća, te poboljšava iskustvo putnika i očuvanje okoliša.Bus transport is an irreplaceable part of the city transport system that shapes the pulse of urban life. Buses are the lifeblood that connects different parts of the city, and make city life functional and efficient. The efficiency of the bus transport system is extremely important for the maintenance of economic activity in the city, the functioning and development of the city environment itself. One of the key roles is the reduction of traffic jams through the quality organization of city passenger transport bus lines. The use of different types of alternative drives such as liquefied petroleum gas, compressed natural gas, biomass and biofuels, hybrid-electric drive, etc. is an important factor for mitigating negative environmental impacts. Also, the technical correctness and maintenance of buses are crucial for the safety of passengers, the reliability of the vehicle and the reduction of operating costs. Overall, regular maintenance contributes to efficient, safe and sustainable transport, reduces the number of casualties in accidents, and improves passenger experience and environmental protection

    Donošenje odluka je stalan proces u privatnom životu i u tvrtkama, poslovne odluke. Mnoge odluke koje se donose zahtijevaju puno vremena, pripreme i znanja, za razliku od onih u svakodnevnom životu, a donosimo ih spontano, ne primjećujući da ih donosimo. U oba slučaja, odnosno u svim situacijama odlučivanja, donošenje odluka promatramo kao proces dužeg ili kraćeg trajanja. Donošenje odluka jedan je od najvažnijih dijelova našeg svakodnevnog života. U radu se detaljno obrađuje tematika odlučivanja, od pojma i definicije, faza, metoda, procesa, do tehnika i modela logističkog odlučivanja. Nadalje, ključni dio rada bavi se temom informacijskih sustava kao potpore odlučivanju u logistici, gdje se opisuje važnost i uloga ovih sustava i njihove primjene u logističkom odlučivanju. U današnje doba brzih promjena, odluke se ne mogu donositi bez snažne informacijske podrške. Dakle, sve te promjene događaju se u okruženju poslovnih sustava, što nameće stvaranje mreža informacijskog povezivanja, odnosno stvaranje poslovnih informacijskih sustava. Informacijski sustavi mogu donositi odluke o prilagodbi poslovnih sustava brzim promjenama u okruženju. Protok informacija temeljan je za uspješno funkcioniranje menadžmenta svake tvrtke.Decision-making is a constant process, both in private life and in business. Many decisions require a lot of time, preparation and knowledge from the person who makes said decision. In contrast to the majority of decisions that are part of our daily life, which we make spontaneously and subconsciously. In both cases, we talk about decision-making as a process that lasts for a longer or shorter time. Decisions are one of the most important parts of our everyday life. The subject of decision-making is covered in detail in the thesis, from concepts and definitions, phases, methods, processes to techniques and models of logistic decision-making. Also, a key part of this work deals with the topic of information systems as support for logistic decision-making, where the importance and role of these systems as well as their types are described. In today's time of rapid and continuous changes, decision-making is not possible without strong information support. Thus, all these changes occur in the environment of the business system, which force the business system to create a network of information connections. The information system makes it possible to make decisions regarding the adaptation of the business system to rapid changes in the environment. The flow of information is the basis for the successful operation of the management of every company

    Maintanance cost estimation of Airbus H135 helicopter

    U Republici Hrvatskoj neophodna je hitna helikopterska medicinska služba koja će primarno obavljati zadaće potrebne Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo. Medicinske letove trenutno obavlja Hrvatska vojska helikopterima MI-171-Sh koji imaju dosta visoke troškove eksploatacije i nisu namijenjeni za izvođenje zadaća medicinskih letova. U ožujku 2023. Ministarstvo zdravstva objavilo je postupak javne nabave helikoptera za hitnu helikoptersku medicinsku službu, HHMS (engl. helicopter emergency medical service, HEMS). Prilikom nabavke zrakoplova, operatori su uglavnom usredotočeni na troškove nabavke zanemarujući troškove eksploatacije. U ovom diplomskom radu opisana je upotreba helikoptera Airbus H135 u svrhu izvođenja zadaća hitne helikopterske medicinske službe na temelju zahtjeva uspostavljenih od strane Ministarstva zdravstva u javnom natječaju, izračunati su troškovi održavanja helikoptera Airbus H135.An helicopter emergency medical service has to be established in the Republic of Croatia, which will primarily perform the necessary tasks for the Croatian Institute for Public Health. Medical flights are currently operated by Croatian Army MI-171-Sh helicopters, which have quite high operating costs and are not intended for medical flight tasks. In March 2023, the Ministry of Health announced the public procurement of HEMS (helicopter emergency medical assistance) helicopters. When purchasing an aircraft, its operators mainly focus is on the cost of purchase, ignoring the operational costsIn this thesis, the use of the Airbus H135 helicopter for HEMS operations is described. Based on the previous criteria established by the Ministry of Health in a public call, the maintenance costs of the Airbus H135 helicopter are calculated

    Cestovna vozila su složeni tehnički sustavi koji se, kao i svi tehnički sustavi, mijenjaju tijekom eksploatacija. Promjena tehničkog stanja vozila uzrokuje pojavu poremećaja u radu i/ili potpunih zastoja u radu. Sva cestovna vozila su popravljivi tehnički sustavi, njihovo stanje se može obnoviti odgovarajućim preventivnim i korektivnim postupcima Održavanje vozila igra značajnu ulogu u njihovoj efektivnosti. Opravdanost ulaganja u vozila ovisi o tome što ona pružaju u odnosu na postavljene zahtjeve. Efektivnost je složena funkcija, a pouzdanost i raspoloživost su osnovni parametri koji su vjerojatnosne kategorije Pouzdanost ovisi o konstrukcijskim karakteristikama vozila i definira se kao sposobnost sustava i njegovih elemenata da funkcioniraju bez kvara. Raspoloživost ne ovisi samo o karakteristikama dizajna, već i o radnom okruženju, skladištenju i održavanju, pa čak i o pouzdanosti vozila. Održavanje cestovnih vozila kao složeni organizacijsko - tehnološki sustav bitno utječe na parametre efektivnosti cestovnih vozila.Road vehicles are complex technical systems that, like all technical systems, change during exploitation. A change in the technical condition of the vehicle leads to disruptions in operation and/or complete operational failures. All road vehicles are repairable technical systems, their condition can be restored by appropriate preventive and corrective measures Maintenance of vehicles plays an important role in their efficiency. The justification for investment in vehicles depends on what they perform in relation to the requirements set. Effectiveness is a complex function, and reliability and availability are fundamental parameters that are probabilistic categories. Reliability depends on the design characteristics of the vehicle and is defined as the ability of the system and its elements to function without failure. Availability depends not only on the design characteristics, but also on the operating environment, storage and maintenance, and even on the reliability of the vehicle. Road vehicle maintenance as a complex organizational-technical system significantly affects the parameters of road vehicle efficiency

    Ovaj diplomski rad prikazuje tehnike i alate ljubičastog tima u svrhu unaprjeđenja sigurnosti u organizacijama. Ljubičasti tim je metodologija u informatičkoj sigurnosti u kojoj stručnjaci za ofenzivnu sigurnost, takozvani crveni tim, i stručnjaci za defenzivnu sigurnost, takozvani plavi tim, blisko surađuju kako bi poboljšali sigurnosni stav organizacije kroz kontinuirane povratne informacije i razmjenu znanja. Cilj rada je pojasniti pojam ljubičastog tima, njihovu metodologiju te alate i tehnike koje se koriste u svrhu unaprjeđenja sigurnosti u organizacijama. Praktični dio prikazati će proces postavljanja napadačke i ranjive virtualne mašine, iskorištavanja ranjivosti te korake otklanjanja i zakrpa ranjivosti uz pomoć informacija dobivenih iz raznih alata.This master thesis presents techniques and tools of the Purple Team for the purpose of improving security in organizations. Purple Teaming is a methodology in IT security where offensive experts, the so-called red team, and defensive security experts, the so-called blue team, work closely together to improve the organization’s security posture through continuous feedback and knowledge sharing. The aim of this work is to explain the concept of the Purple Team, their methodology, as well as the tools and techniques used to improve security in organizations. The practical part will show the process of setting up the attacker and vulnerable virtual machines, vulnerability exploitation and finally, mitigation and patching with the help of information gained from security tools

    Čovjek od samog početka postojanja pješači, prenosi robu s jednog na drugo mjesto. Kako bi se ubrzao proces povezivanja udaljenih mjesta razvijena je prikolica koja je služila za prijevoz gospodara i njegove pratnje pomoću ljudi ili životinja. Kasnije tijekom 19. stoljeća došlo je do konstrukcije prve poluprikolice kojom se započeo obavljati prijevoz robe u većim količinama, ali i na većim udaljenostima. Vremenom se došlo do spoznaje kako za različitu robu treba primijeniti različite vrste prikolica i poluprikolica i koje će u eksploataciji učiniti prijevoz robe sigurnim, jednostavnim i ekonomičnim. U skladu s navedenim broj prvi put registriranih prikolica i poluprikolica u Republici Hrvatskoj je u blagom porastu svake godine.Man has been walking since the beginning of his existence, transporting goods from one place to another. In order to speed up the process of connecting distant places, a trailer was developed that was used to transport the master and his entourage using people or animals. Later in the 19th century, the construction of the first semi trailer began with the transportation of goods in larger quantities, but also over longer distances. Over time, it has been noticed that diffrent types of trailers and semi trailers should be used for diffrent goods, and which will make the transportation of goods safe, simple and economical in operation. In accordance with the above, the number of trailers and semi trailers registered for the first time in the Republic of Croatia is slightly increasing every year
