Аn Аttempt for Structuring Regional Development As a Scientific Field in the System of Social Sciences
No full textThe main purpose of the present article is to present and trigger the discussion about the problems of regional development in the present times. An attempt for giving a definition of the specific features and trends in the regional development is made in this article. A comparative analysis of the present status of the regional development sciences is made. Also a methodological assessment of the regional development peculiarities was made as well as the inter-disciplinary relationships with other sciences have been outlined. The foundations of the regional studies have been highlighted and new possible tendencies for the development of this scientific field have been drawn. A mention of the different branches of the regional development studies has been made while a focus on the problems of the urban development and the surrounding environment was put. Also the problems of the separate territorial communities and the processes of regionalization were analyzed. Last, but not least the article aims at provoking a discussion on the regional development problems and completing the methodology of the regional studies

політичних ідентичностей. Акцентовано увагу на механізмах формування політичної ідентичності, насамперед на механізмах політичної соціалізації; механізмах політичної інституціоналізації та механізмах політичної комунікації. Відзначено, що суттєвий вплив на характер політичної ідентифікації має місце проживання індивіда (тип поселення та регіон). Місто охоплює різні форми життєдіяльності людей, має історично сформований культурний, економічний, соціальний і політичний потенціал, а також свою ідентичність, яка є аутентичною. Визначено алгоритм дослідження політичних ідентичностей у міській громаді.Theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of political identities are
analysed in this article. The attention is focused on the mechanisms of formation of political identities, especially on the mechanisms of political socialization, mechanisms of political institutionalization and political communication mechanisms.
It is noted that a significant impact on the nature of political identification is made by individual resident (type of settlement and region). The city covers various forms of human activity and has a historical cultural, economic, social and political potentials and their authentic identity. Algorithm of the study of political identities in the urban community is defined. Valuable is the research of the city as a community of citizens and as a complex, multi-system object, as a political and socio-cultural formation in which the interest is represented by the citizens’ identities and collective identity of the community. Elements of the study of political identity of the city are: geographical location, historical background, social structure, local features, buildings, monuments, streets, people, courtyards, smells, dialects, casual and festive events, holidays, colour, tradition, prominent residents, resource potential of the community residents, ethno-national composition, structure, religious environment, specific features of the information environment, economic situation, specific operation of local authorities and their policies, central government policies, guidelines and position of local leaders and others. The symbolic marking of the city and of the community happens through various ideologies and identities that are daily designed for urban space. In the process of political identity of citizens an important role is played by political institutions, including parties that occupy a special place in the political space. An important resource for the political development of the city is the electoral identity. To construct a political identity of the community significant motivation was the electoral choice of citizens, interest in politics and electoral behaviour, motivation of protest votes, and the impact on the historical traditions of electoral behaviour and other issues of electoral choice.В статье анализируются теоретико-методологические подходы исследования политических идентичностей. Акцентируется внимание на механизмах формирования политической идентичности, прежде всего на
механизмах политической социализации; механизмах политической институционализации и механизмах политической коммуникации. Отмечается, что существенное влияние на характер политической идентификации имеет место проживания индивида (тип поселения и регион). Get PDFСтаттю присвячено проблемі ідеологічного навантаження на економічні дослідження. Ідеологія та економічна наука витлумачені як категорії, що нерозривно між собою пов’язані. Визначено основні ідеологічні чинники, що впливають на економічні дослідження. Запропоновано рішення щодо поєднання наукових та ідеологічних спроможностей для забезпечення проведення більш об’єктивних та конструктивних досліджень.The article presents the researcher’s point of view on economic research, ideology of its interaction and the issues that arise in economics because of its contradictions. The actuality of the article is determined by the necessity, firstly, to answer the key question of discussion, which lies into the problem of ideological burden on economical researches; and secondly, to comment upon the problems that have a negative influence on economic science. The historical background and the experience of foreign countries are reviewed. It was found out that the ideology which is dominant in a society has a strong impact on all of the sciences and social systems. The basic factors that affect researches and economic science in general were discovered. It was concluded that the issue of full deideologization of economic science is not possible and it won’t be possible to be resolved soon. The idea that the combination of ideological and scientific capacity will produce new economic knowledge was proposed. The author recommended some advice on how to overcome such a burden. Also it was suggested that a person is a carrier of subjective qualities and in any case will have certain personal characteristics or beliefs that will influence the research. Eventually it was determined that the economic science and ideology are inextricably linked and nothing but the quality of researches must be taken to account.Статья посвящена проблеме идеологической нагрузки на экономические исследования. Идеология и экономическая наука истолкованы как категории, неразрывно между собой связаны. Определены основные идеологические
факторы, влияющие на экономические исследования. Предложено решение по объединению научных и идеологических возможностей для обеспечения проведения более объективных и конструктивных исследований
