No full textУ статті наведено результати моніторингу щодо сучасного стану підприємницької діяльності у світі. Суттєву увагу приділено інноваційному підприємництву, його основним моделям, структурній побудові, формам організації — співпраці науки з виробництвом, з університетами на підставі створення науково-дослідницьких та інноваційних (венчурних) фірм.The aim of the research is an assistance to development of innovative entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine and improvement of mechanism of its distribution, using leading international experience. Today it is possibly to select two basic models of enterprise — classic and innovative. For the first it is inherent traditional, conservative conduct of business, orientated on the receipt of maximal return from the inlaid resources. The increase of profitability of firm depends on the effective management of production volumes at an assistance external and internal factors. An innovative function in business is fundamental and lead. For beeing of a
successful businessman — it is necessary to answer to the requirements of time in relation to the acceleration of introduction of innovations, to the rapid change of models of products at the market and to foresee the future queries of users with the purpose of satisfaction. Monitoring of innovative enterprise in the world shows Ukraine has large potential and prospects for introduction of existent international experience in this sphere by «filling»
