Get PDFУ статті здійснено аналіз теоретичних підходів до розуміння сутності інноваційної діяльності, обґрунтовано точки зору класиків політичної економії, а також наших сучасників. Наведено підхід до розуміння співвідношення інноваційного процесу та інноваційної діяльності, що характеризує практичну спрямованість останньої. Проаналізовано результати інноваційної діяльності в Україні, окреслено її основні тенденції та проблеми, зроблено пропозиції для їх вирішення.In the first part of the article is made the analysis of theoretical approaches to the essence of innovative activity. The points of views of classics of political economy and our contemporaries are analyzed and compared. The connection between the innovative activity and innovative process is represented. It shows the practical orientation of innovative activity. Taking different point into consideration, we believe, that the result of innovative activity is transformation of ideas in new technological processes, which create
new and improved goods and services.
In the second part of the article is described the innovative activity in
Ukraine. The information about the main trends of innovative activity of the
enterprises is given. The data approve the instable situation, which is connected with the social and economical problems of national economy. The main problems of innovative activity are created by the lower level of innovative activity of Ukrainian enterprises in comparing with such activity in the foreign development countries. The problems can be sold under conditions of multifaceted stimulation of innovative activity of enterprises.В статье произведен анализ теоретических подходов к пониманию сущности инновационной деятельности, обоснованы точки зрения классиков политической экономии, а также наших современников.
Обоснован поход к пониманию соотношения инновационного процесса и инновационной деятельности, что характеризирует практическую направленность последней. Проанализированы результаты инновационной деятельности в Украине, намечены ее основне тенденции и проблемы, сделаны
предложения для их решения
Бизнес-модель предприятия: генезис и современная идентификация понятия
Get PDFУ статті систематизовано основні підходи до визначення поняття «бізнес-модель підприємства». Встановлено основні детермінанти розвитку підходів до визначення поняття «бізнес-модель підприємства». Запропоновано авторське групування підходів до визначення терміну за напрямком орієнтації та проведено детальний аналіз цих груп.The article deals with the definition of «business model of the enterprise» in terms of the different approaches. The paper identifies the main determinants of the development of approaches to definition of concept "business model of the enterprise." The author suggests the necessity and grouping approaches the direction of orientation in three groups: approaches focused on value (customer-oriented); approaches focused on value creation process (production oriented); oriented approach market —market-oriented approach). The analysis groups the approaches suggested in the explanation of the concept of «business model of the enterprise» to use the integrative approach as the most appropriate to modern conditions of functioning enterprises.В статье систематизированы определения понятия «бизнес-модель предприятия» с точки зрения разных подходов. В ходе исследования автором при помощи схемы отображены основные детерминанты развития подходов к пояснению термина «бизнес-модель предприятия». Автором предложена и обоснована необходимость группирования подходов за направлением ориентации в три группы: подходы, ориентированные на ценность (клиент-ориентированные); подходы ориентированные на процесс создания ценности (производственно-ориентированные); подходи, ориентированные на рынок — рыночно-ориентированные подходы). В ходе
анализа групп подходов предложено при пояснении понятия «бизнес-модель предприятии» использовать интегрирующий подход как наиболее оптимального современным условиям функционирования предприятий

Get PDFАналізується явище сепаратистського руху сучасного Сибіру, пов’язане із традиціями обласництва др. пол. ХІХ — початку ХХ ст. і проявами сепаратизму в краї за радянських часів. В основі розгляду проблеми — витоки сепаратизму, викликані експлуатацією матеріальних і людських ресурсів Сибіру, жорстким підпорядкуванням регіону інтересам центру. Автор аналізує ідейні та організаційні засади сучасних тенденцій сепаратизму Сибіру, наголошує на потребах модернізації краю, прогнозує його політичні перспективи відповідно до курсу Москви щодо регіону.It is analysed separatist movement in contemporary Siberia as a phenomenon, cosely associated with traditions of oblasnytstvo (movement for autonomy or some form of idependent status of Siberia as oblast) of the second part of the XIX — beginning of the XX centuries as well as of manifestation of separatism in krai under soviet times. Among basic problems of discussion are background of separatism, provoked by exploitation of material and human resources of Siberia, by tough subordination of the region to the interests of cenre without accounting the needs of the territory. Author discusses ideological and organizat
onal foundations of contemporary tendencies of separatism in Siberia, accentuates the need of modernization of krai, prognoses its political perspectives according to the course of Mosow towards region. It is noted that in practice the modernization course of Siberia is only pssible under consolidation of the local population based on the Siberian identity, increased influence of local communities on the redistribution of the Siberian natural resources in the primary interests of the region and Siberian population.Анализируется явление сепаратистского движения современной Сибири, связанное с традициями областничества вт. пол. ХІХ — начала ХХ веков и проявлениями сепаратизма в крае в советский период. У колі особливої уваги — національні переконання С. Єфремова щодо шляхів політичного і культурного відродження українства, його сучасності і перспектив майбутнього національного розвитку.It is given analyses of the evolution of political thinking on Ukrainian question of
the famous Ukrainian social and political activist of liberal orientation S.Yefremov (1876-1939). Political and organizational activity as well as publicistic and research works of S.Yefremov as a background for historical understanding of ideological viewpoint of this doer are discussed. Among such works are: «History of Ukrainian written language», «From the public life in Ukraine», «Freemasonry in Ukraine», «By the way of synthesis. Review of the hitoriography of Ukrainian literature» and others. It is revealed that throughout his creative life S. Yefremov showed an ability to absorb new ideas, to listen to criticism, to take into account the objective opinions of his opponents. He experienced an evolution of views on solving the national question in Ukraine with due regard to political movement and the needs of Ukraiian people. National convictions of S. Yefremov upon political and cultural revival of Ukraiians, their present status and perspectives of future national development are under special attention in this respect.Анализируется эволюция взглядов на украинский вопрос известного украинского общественно-политического деятеля либеральной ориентации С. Ефремова (1876—1939). Среди исследуемых проблем — организационная деятельность, а также публицистические и научные труды С. Ефремова как источник исторического познания идейных взглядов деятеля. There are historical aspects of establishment of civil society in accordance with constitutional, administrative and legal foundations and political dimenions of development of the state under discussion. The article is oriented at revealing achieements as well as failures of the process of civil society formation, prospects of its further development with due regard to the needs of democratization of Ukraine, the problems of cordination of supreme and local organs of government, local self-governing etc. Among persective tasks there are constitutional statement of democratic gains of people, definition as well realization of legal mechanism of the further democratic reformation of civil society, saeguarding positive dynamics of establishment of its institutional elements, deepening the pоssibility of real participation of people in managing common affairs, realization of control over the state power, guaranteeing rights and freedoms of the person and citizen.Анализируются особенности становления гражданского общества в Украине на этапе независимости.
