Too Early or Too Late — Master Professional in Serbia
No full textThe harmonization of modes of study and assessment within the European educational space has long since become an integral part of policy and practice of a large number of countries, including those which have started negotiations for joining the European Union, among which is Serbia. The most important transformation in this sense has been sustained by the system of higher education, with its main levers of faculties and higher vocational schools. Faculties, which cannot exist independently, but only under the auspices of universities, were given the right to organize and conduct three circles of studies. On the other hand, higher vocational schools, which can exist independently, were given the right to organize only two circles of studies. Thus, they were not given the right to organize and conduct doctoral studies. As for the second circle of higher education, faculties were given the right to organize and conduct master and specialized studies, whereas the vocational schools were given the right only to the specialized studies. Nonetheless, ten years after the introduction of the «Bologna
mechanism», the decision has been made to grant higher vocational schools the right to conduct master degree studies, however specific, as they would need to be closely related to practice. It turned out, nevertheless, that all the conditions were not yet existent and ripe for such a move, as a consequence of which the public opinion has become divided and the whole process ceased. In this paper, we explain the basic controversies, as well as the pros and cons of such a decision. We also analyze the sensitive and contentious issues surrounding the introduction of the master of vocational studies and provide suggestions as to what still needs to be closely defined and adjusted in that regard

(FBiH). The study was conducted on a sample of 86 small and medium enterprises operating in the territory of the FBiH. Students’ Awareness of University Sports
Get PDFThis paper considers the informing of students and their awareness of the importance of university sport. The aim of the survey was to demonstrate the level of awareness and motivation of students on the Sports Universities in the Republic of Serbia. The scientific research method was applied in the field of survey questionnaires informisanosti students on the organization and functioning of university sport and the motives for recreational exercise. The research was conducted at the Alfa University in Belgrade, the Belgrade University and the University of Prishtina. Based on the results, it can be concluded that students are not sufficiently informed about the organization and functioning of university sport and that have very few sports activities. Based on the experience gained during the work on the organization of student sports competition, systematized a series of measures and proposals that could contribute to the development and promotion sports at the university

Розглядається діяльність Європейського суду з прав людини та вплив даної міжнародної інституції на національну судову практику і сприяння її дотриманню основних прав і свобод людини. Обговорюється вплив рішень Європейського Суду на правову систему України, що потребує реформацій не лише на рівні захисту прав і свобод людини, а й на рівні інституційних змін. Йдеться, зокрема, що певні рішення системи судоустрою і юрисдикції судів України викликають сумнів щодо відповідності положенням Європейській конвенції з прав людини. Зазначається, що правотворчий вплив Суду на українське право виявляється у багатьох аспектах, включаючи принцип автономності термінів та концепцій, що їх використано у тексті Конвенції. Targeted approach to determining the economic results of enterprises
Get PDFУ рамках дослідження наукової проблематики визначення економічних результатів діяльності підприємства обрано цільовий підхід, як такий, що в найбільшому ступені розкриває економічну логіку функціонування та розвитку сучасних підприємств з урахуванням специфіки бізнес-середовища. Досліджено взаємозв’язок категорій «цілі» та «результати» в теорії прийняття рішень, що відбувається в контексті трьох основаній і формує основу для розвитку концепцій управління за цілями, відхиленнями та результатами. Розвиток теорії синергетики, стратегічного та фінансового менеджменту зумовили розширення спектру теоретичних конструкт, які пояснюють взаємозв’язок цілей і результатів. Узагальнення наукових джерел дозволило автору дійти висновку, що цілі представляють собою єдність мотивів, інтересів, засобів, поведінки та результатів. При цьому, контекстуально економічні результати є наслідком не лише реалізації цілей, а й підсумком функціонування та розвитку підприємства з урахуванням неконтрольованих впливів бізнес-середовища. Доведено, що економічний результат діяльності підприємства можна визначити як приведення до загального знаменника досягнення цілей підприємства, що означає, перш за все, урахування протилежних інтересів. На прикладі факторної інтерпретації показника EVA в рамках вартісної цільової моделі підприємства продемонстрована логіка нейтралізації «конфлікту» цілей у процесі їх конкретизації та формалізації на основі економічного оцінювання результатів.In the process of studying scientific problems of determining the economic results of the company chosen target approach as being in the greatest degree reveals the economic logic of functioning and development
of modern enterprises with specific business environment. The interrelation between the categories of «objectives» and «results» in decision theory, which is based in the context of three and forms the basis for
the development of concepts of management by objectives, deviations and results. The development of the theory of synergy, strategic and financial management led to expansion of theoretical constructs that explain the relationship of goals and results. Summary of scientific sources allowed the author to conclude that the objectives are the unity of motives, interests, assets, behavior and results. Thus, contextually economic result is the result of not only achieving the goals, but also the result of the operation and development of the company in view of uncontrollable influences the business environment. It is proved that the economic results of a company can be defined as a reduction to a common denominator achieve the objectives of the company, which means, above all, considering the conflicting interests. For example, factorial interpretation EVA index as part of the value of the target company demonstrated logic models neutralize ‘the conflict’ goals in their specificity and formalization based economic evaluation results
