Розкрито методичні основи статистичного оцінювання фінансової надійності недержавних пенсійних фондів. Систематизовано фактори фінансової надійності недержавних пенсійних фондів, що дало змогу визначити систему показників та індикаторів надійності цих фондів.The article is devoted to grounding the theoretical and methodological principles of the statistical measurement of private pension funds reliability, and elaboration of scientific and practical recommendations of systemic analysis of its underlying factors. The article presents methodological basis for statistical measurement of financial reliability of private pension funds. Interpretation of the category of reliability of private pension funds is given and its latent structure is identified, the need for its statistical measurement is demonstrated. Factors for financial reliability of private pension funds are systematized, which allow constructing a system of indexes and indicators for private pension funds reliability measurement. The current performance and developments of the national pension sector are measured on the basis of data from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission and official statistics, factors underlying financial reliability and destabilization of private pension funds are identified. A differentiated approach is offered to constructing a rating system for private pension funds reliability measurement. Its methodology is based on general principles and fundamental positions of economic theory, social philosophy and statistical science. Findings can improve theoretical and methodological approaches to measuring reliability of the national private pension sector and elaborating systemic measures of its enhancement.Статья посвящена обоснованию теоретико-методологических аспектов статистического оценивания современного уровня надежности негосударственных пенсионных фондов. Раскрыты методические основы статистического оценивания финансовой надежности негосударственных пенсионных фондов.
