методи та принципи подолання спротиву персоналу організаційним змінам.Practical long-term experience shows that despite of the correct financial arrangements and market estimations, the resistance of the human resources and cultural differences put forward principal reason of unsatisfactory result of realization of strategy of corporate consolidation. Вasic principles of overcoming the resistance of employees to the organizational changes that arise up and are generate in the process of corporate consolidation are offered and considered by us in this article. The attention is paid to the possible approach to deal with this essential problem.Проведен анализ влияния и роли человеческого фактора компаний в процессе осуществления ими изменений организационно-социального характера, в частности международной корпоративной консолидации. Предложены потенциальные направления оптимизации управления им в контексте интеграционного процесса бизнес-структур. The social cohesion of society, which at the beginning of the new millennium became the main doctrine of many countries require certain social indicators for measuring it. Determining the level of social cohesion provides an opportunity to show the real picture of relations in society, to investigate and identify the necessary reserves to increase its level in the future. The main current approaches to determine its level, including nayhruntovnishym is the approach of the Council of Europe. An architectural approach to determine the level of social cohesion Ukrainian society through the index of social cohesion. The index of social cohesion and the whole system of social
indicators of social cohesion, which is reflected in this research study is based on figures that were selected based on their relevance, quality, comparability and accessibility. Using this methodology for measuring social cohesion provides an opportunity not only just getting
statistics and find and implement policy measures to support the development of civil

Scientific novelty and practical value of the article shows the formation of proposals for the establishment of interactions between competitiveness and reproduction of labor potential of the enterprise. Conclusions providing for the definition of the environment in which it is possible to play the employment potential
