companies under the influence of the network economy are investigated. There are 5
models of professional competencies of personnel management, organization necessary to achieve success in the future: organizational engineer; creator of the virtual culture; talent
scout, coach and coordinator; specialist integration technologies, talents and data sets; an active leader in the field of social policy and society. Based on the survey defined basic competencies that are necessary to have skilled HR influenced the development of ICT.
Among these competencies: forming virtual culture; strategic thinking; application of
modern concepts and management personnel; development of talents; possession of
digital competences, applying various programs in personnel management; skilled and creation of business and knowledge of accounting, finance, investment management;

Расчет нормативных значений показателей в системах экономического мониторинга
No full textУ статті описано основні наукові проблеми з визначення та налаштування нормативних значень показників та їх якісної інтерпретації. Визначені можливості використання імітаційних моделей для проведення наукових експериментів. Систематизовано основні принципи вибору оптимальної шкали дослідження. Запропоновано послідовність розрахунку нормативних значень показників для систем економічного моніторингу. Наведено приклади використання запропонованого підходу до оцінки нормативних рівнів показників.Main scientific issues for the definition and normative values of indicators setting and their qualitative interpretation are described in the article. It has been determined that there is no single universal approach to the definition of statutory indicators in the systems of economic monitoring.
The use of simulation models for scientific experiments has been suggested.
The basic principles of selecting optimal research scale have been systematized. The selection of research scale should be based on the following principles: minimally sufficient number of quality levels and the principle of negative and positive ingredient. The sequence of calculation of normative values of the indicators for economic monitoring systems has been
proposed. A simple algorithm for calculating normative values of research indicators has been developed. The algorithm consists of 5 stages and is based on time series. The algorithm provides: classical histograming of the test indicator distribution; development of econometric models to assess the level of the relationship between the actual data and the number of observations;
economic substantiation of the most attractive model; determining of the main
nodal values due to the selected research scale within the required range from 0 to 1; development of a new research scale due to the selected index.
To determine the optimal model we need to check linear, quadratic, logarithm and exponential functions, using the traditional correlation index. Adjustment of the limit values for the indicator with account of their minimum and maximum values. Usage examples of the proposed methodological approach to the evaluation of the regulatory levels of indicators have been represented in the game «Titans of International Business» (air-nitrogen industry) and the
program «Magic of Finance». The method can be implemented in the system of economic monitoring with the use of mechanical (manual) approach involving the business analytics (system user), and in using automatic approach to solving tasks with help of server technologies.В статье описаны основные научные проблемы по определению и настройке нормативных значений показателей и их качественной

последовательность расчета нормативных значений показателей для систем экономического мониторинга. Отражены примеры использования предложенного методического подхода к оценке нормативных уровней показателей

Автор підкреслює, що метою сучасної системи освіти є не тільки набуття майбутніми фахівцями професійних знань і навичок, а й формування здатності до постійного їх оновлення та модернізації у майбутній професійній діяльності. Важливим є здійснення студентами оцінювання отриманих результатів через максимальну інформованість про критерії оцінювання знань та вмінь з кожної дисципліни, а також доступність навчальних результатів через електронний журнал, який розміщений у мережі Інтернет. У статті проаналізовано навчальні завдання, які засновані на активному використанні можливостей інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій у процесі проведення лекцій, практичних занять, самостійної роботи і тестування.The article is devoted to assessing the results of training activities the students by using modern information and communication technologies. The author stresses that the aims of current educational system are not only the acquisition of future professional knowledge and skills, but also the formation of abilities to their constant updates and upgrades in future professional activity. The article presents the learning tasks, which are based on learning activities of students during the lectures, practical classes, independent work and tests. Activation of students’ evaluation activities is also promoted by their maximum awareness about criteria of evaluation the results each discipline, as well as the availability of educational outcomes for students using electronic register which are accessed from Internet
